Apt. is simply perfect with lovely view and balcony. The breakfasts made by Maria are more than wonderful!! Maria is the sweetest lady and will take care of you. She made our stay the best ever!! We love Maria!!!

The room was comfortable enough with no frills. Very convenient location. I would give it 3 stars but the 4th star is all because of Maria. She works incredibly hard to make everything right for the guests and seems to do it all on her own. Cleaning, preparing an enormous breakfast spread, lugging suitcases - she did it all! She was very responsive to any messages we sent. And she really cares about the guests! Maria is a gem that makes staying at Santorini Main Square worth it.

We stayed only 1 night as we were off island hopping but it was convenient, well appointed and Maria was very helpful.

Central and Comfortable

Santorini Main Square is ideally located in the middle of Fira, near the main bus station ans minutes from many shops and places to eat. Maria was a generous and kind host; the breakfast she served was delicious -- all homemade with a big variety. The room was large and comfortable -- very modern. I would be happy to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Just FYI, this property is NOT a hotel, is more like a Bed and breakfast. It only has 4 rooms. It is VERY clean! The beds are not very comfortable. Their shower is missing one glass door and when you take a shower there's water all over. The best part is the location. You can walk to most of the shopping and places to eat.I recommend El Greco restaurant, just around the corner. Maria is a good host, only she seems to be in a hurry all the time. Breakfast was fine, but not exactly 'buffet style ' because Maria is there to serve you. Food was OK too. The best tour and transportation services were performed by Luigy's this young man is absolutely the best you can have! Highly recommended! Overall the stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is right in the center of Fira so a convenient walking distance to the shops, bus station and all. The entrance to hotel is a very narrow hallway but then you will get to these wonderful rooms, very organised and great facilities. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is a feast!

The room was nice and had some cool features. The staff was very friendly. The best place we stayed on our trip.

I had originally booked only one night stay, and had another hotel booked for the following night, but upon seeing the second hotel, I opted to book a second night at main square! The value for the price just cannot be beat! Excellent accommodations, friendly, professional management (Cleo/Kleo) and amazingly centralized location! Definitely recommend!

The manager Cleo is very professional, friendly and helpful! The check in process was quick and easy, and the apartment far exceeded my expectations! I had a lovely stay, and will definitely recommend this hotel/apartment suite!

A wonderful stay in beautiful Santorini.

Excellent location to explore Fira and other cities in Santorini, there are lots of eating choices around including some good chinese restaurants. The buffet breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. I had a wonderful stay for 10 days and couldn't wait to go back!

Great location and friendly service

Location was great, only a few cobblestones from the bus station and on top of the main square. Best breakfast with great customer service with the cleaner. Very clean and modern apartment. Sound proof for the busy peak times and close to everything.

Very central location in the town. Great in room facilities.

The rooms were very clean with a lot of high tech features such as heated towel rack, strong WiFi and a smart tv with Netflix. The location was great but understand that there is no reception area. When you walk in there are a flight of stairs to get to where the 4 rooms are and that’s basically it. We had to call them on the phone by the front door to let them know we were there for check in. The breakfast included could be improved upon. Some of it looked like last nights’ leftovers but not to worry there is a great breakfast place right across the street.

Unbelievable! You could not be more centrally locates in Thira. The room is state of the art, equipped with: Windows 11 PC/TV, full surround sound, mini fridge, full desk, automatic shades, balcony with amazing view, robes, toiletries, towel heater, and private entrance. You call when you arrive and the host meets you in several minutes. He gives you a tour of the room and building, and offers breakfast at 8am. It’s a 3 minute walk to the greatest views of the Santorini coast. So many restaurants, shops, etc are just steps away. I highly recommend if you are traveling solo or with 1 other that you look no further and book this hotel!

Very modern in old Town

The GPS coordinates given on hotels.com were way off so it was hard to find. We found a friendly local who made the phone call to get instructions. Once found, it was really nice. Very modern inside, high tech, great breakfast, very comfortable, in city center. Ana, the house keeper was super sweet, pure Greek. Highly recommended

The staff of Santorini Main Square is very helpful and hospitable. There was a nice breakfast in the morning with a variety of choice. We enjoyed our stay at the property and definitely recommend it to other travelers!

Good Experience Overall

This hotel has essentially the best location possible, right in the middle of everything. The amenities are very new and modern - quite amazingly so, actually. The workmanship on some of the recent renovation and remodeling could be better though, such as that the hanger isn't straight/level, the faucet isn't secured tight, and so forth. Also, the check-in process could be easier as well. The included breakfast is good and very convenient. Overall, they are relatively new at the moment and probably still have some kinks to work out but we would stay here again.

the reception was very nice, he waited for us for a while to open the door and show everything to us. getting to the rooms is a climb though - no elevator for your luggage. location is very central, you have everything close by.

I would recommend this hotel with my eyes closed! It has such a good location, next to restaurants, shops, bars, nightclubs and the best gyro place in town. The rooms are brand new, very clean and comfortable. The manager is very attentive and kind, always eager to make you feel welcomed. He goes out of his way to help his guests. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

The p;ace was amazing! Very spacious with the start of the art amenities. The manager Cleo was very helpful in all aspects. I ill certainly stay there again and highly recommend it.

Hotel muito bom, perto de tudo! Muitos restaurantes e comércio bem na frente! Ponto de saída de ônibus para o aeroporto bem próximo! Estacionamento a pouco metros! Dá pra fazer tudo a pé! Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar! A anfitriã, muito gentil!

Stay was Perfect

Our stay was excellent! The manager Maria welcomed us very well and was very friendly. The location is great and close to everything. The breakfast is wonderful, full of variety, all made by Maria! Spacious room and a great bathroom. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Santorini.

Il vero valore aggiunto della struttura è Maria. È lei che cura la struttura. Una persona super simpatica, gentilissima e con un cuore grandissimo. Colazione da fare invidia ai migliori 5 stelle. C'è veramente di tutto dal dolce al salato. Struttura super pulita ed in una posizione super strategica. Praticamente si esce dalla porta e ci si ritrova nella piazza principale di Santorini. Dai ristoranti, ai negozi di souvenir al noleggio auto e scooter è tutto a portata di mano. Camere super tecnologiche addirittura con proiettore e sistema dolby oltre a WiFi Netflix etc etc. È stata una vera sorpresa ma il ringraziamento più grande va a Maria.❤️

Apesar de não ter recepção o atendimento foi perfeito excepcional não ajudou em varias coisas, a senhora q serve o café da manhã tb uma querida e super simpática e prestativa, vc toma seu café da manhã da sacada, uma variedade de coisas, tudo fresco e mutirão gostoso... quarto lindo, espaçoso limpo e super moderno tanto quarto como bwc, com computador, sistema de som entre outras coisas, localização excelente, da para fazer tudo a pé! Voltaria sem duvidas e super recomento... estão de parabéns local mto agradável

Só não gostei da escada estreita para subir com malas

El servicio de recepción no existe. hay que llamar a un timbre y viene un chico. No me gustó nada que no hay sala para desayunar, está todo en el hall y tienes que coger y llevar a tu habitacion. No es un hotel. Me parece muy impersonal el trato. Deberia poner apartamento y el desayuno no merece la pena.

Сам номер в отеле довольно не плохой. Оснащен вполне современно. Есть компьютер с выходом в интернет. Есть большой телевизор. Колонки раскиданы по всему периметру номера. Управление шторами с пульта и пр. Правда есть одна странная особенность о которой нужно знать. Завтрак в отеле выставляется в холле и нужно собирать все на поднос и уносить в свой номер. Поесть получается нормально только на балконе, т.к. там есть столик и стулья. А вот если на улице будет дождь или холодно, придется завтракать внутри, а там ничего для этого не предназначено. Расположение у отеля с одной стороны хорошее, т.к. все необходимое находится рядом. С другой стороны, если у вас арендовано авто, ставить его придется на парковке до которой нужно прилично идти пешком. Самое странное - это заселение. Подойдя к отелю, вы обнаружите лишь закрытую дверь. Внутри никогда никого нет, не смотря на то, что стойка регистрации должна работать весь день. На двери указано, что нужно звонить, тогда подойдет менеджер и заселит вас. Это крайне неудобно, особенно если вы не любителей роумингов с конскими ценами. Непонятно, почему в отеле никогда никого нет на стойке регистрации и все проблемы нужно решать по телефону или мессенджеру. Кстати, утюга в отеле нет вообще. Его не дают по каким-то соображениям безопасности, что я встречаю впервые. В целом отель не плохой, но вот эти странности в работе персонала и еда в холле немного портят впечатления.

Super Lage des Zimmers. Mitten im Zentrum und fußläufig ist alles gut zu erreichen. Leider roch es als wir da waren sehr stark nach Hund, was unseren ersten eindruck ein wenig getrübt hat. Aber die Ausstattung und Lage des Zimmers waren dafür perfekt.

Direkt im Zentrum und daher beste Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen.

Ottima posizione. Nella piazza principale di Fira. A pochissima distanza dal capolinea dei bus che collegano tutte le principali mete dell'Isola. Struttura piccola di solo 4 camere ma pulita, nuova, ben organizzata e tecnologica con smart tv e sistema dolby surround. Colazione buona con buffet nello spazio centrale alle 4 camere ma da consumare sul balcone o all'interno della propria camera.

Poco silenzioso

Venduto per hotel é un affittacamere in pieno caos a tutte le ore del giorno. Parcheggio impossibile da trovare. Colazione trasportata dall'esterno da personale poco qualificato. Camera caldissima nonostante condizionatore.
