I like that they allow visitors for party's. The staff is very fast in attending to our needs. What we don't like is that, even if you upgrade your room to a 2 bedroom suite, it would still be good for 2 adults. Also that they cannot offer you an extra bed for kids.

Their are hidden information not mentioned before booking a lot of rules that limit a guest to be happy limited access to swimming pool limited use of swimming pools limited guest that can stay in a room over price for a hotel with all those limitations it takes time to check in got frustrated before check in What I love with this hotel is their guard, Managers, and some hotel staff that manage to understand what we need that is why I keep coming back by the way I am a regular costumer for this hotel since 2023 and was able to refer this to my friends However if this frustration and limitation will keep going I will no longer book or recommend this hotel

Truly needs to have a lot less roaches. I woke up in the middle of the night and they were everywhere.

No amenities really. They were so nice but the bath mat looked like they cleaned the street with it. No ice. No hot water. Lots of roaches. Just sad. So much potential

Im interested in having a unit in Santorini however there is no enough time to get more details due to the Baranggay & SK Elections. The area is located near to different shopping malls and restaurants. It is so convenient. They just need to have additional amenities(I.e. laundry rooms and F&B room service). I will surely stay in this property again.

It is very convenient staying i,n this hotel because it is close to the mall but the hotel room should be cleaned thoroughly before letting the hotel guests get in their respective room.

I didn’t stay at all because flight centre botched my travel arrangements. I tried to contact Santorini only able to send email enquiry But Santorini never responded. I eventually arrived Phillipines and staying elsewhere. I would never deal with Flight Centre or Santorini again.

Very courteous and helpful staff

Staff was excellent, they helped with a smile always, but the room was tiny and so as the bathroom, the room was not properly cleaned, there were left over beers on the shelves on the counter assuming from previous guests?

they dont give any black curtain in the master bedroom. so when sun comes up is very bright in our room

Seriously disappointing for a new hotel

This hotel is supposedly fairly new and seems to be part of a multi phase condo or hotel complex. Unfortunately, we have stayed at much better hotels with better service and facilities and they were much older. They were nice enough to hold our luggage since we arrived a little early. It all went downhill from there. Upon entering our room, it stank of sewer and I eventually called the front desk to inform them. They said they would send someone up but no one ever came so instead, we ended up buying a room freshener. That helped some. The marbled wall alongside the TV was nice except that the cutout for the outlet was too big and so there was a hole alongside it next to the wall. The room itself was fairly large in that there was a lot of room between the foot of the bed to the wall so you could open your suitcases. The bathroom (the source of the foul stench) was adequate until I saw the shower curtain. It had two rings and part of a third holding it onto the curtain rod. You can tell that housekeeping didn’t do anything as far as checking this bathroom. The right side elevator was not always able to recall and the hotel key reader inside didn’t work so anyone could go up. Best part about the whole stay? The price. Less than $50. However, I paid less than $70 at an older hotel in Mandaluyong for a suite with over 900 square feet that was better kept. Will not recommend this hotel unless price is all that matters.

Terrible experience, privacy breach, felt unsafe

We are a couple who booked 2 nights, first room had issues with aircon so we had to move to another room. On the second night, we were horrified to be awoken in the early hours by hotel security opening the door escorting new guests checking in, who where likewise shocked to see us still in bed sleeping. Said new guests appear to have decided to back out of the hotel in light of the shocking ordeal. Hotel admin don't seem to be able to track room status, let alone the number of keycards issued to reach room. They have no care for guest safety and privacy. What a horrifying experience. Beware and stay far away!

Just being honest

I checked in online no problem, coming in to the hotel, we were told no wifi, when it clearly stated in the hotel app that there was, but that was not the issue, so we were booked a room, coming in to the room, it was not made up, still dirty from the last one who checked in. We went down the lift with all our bags, was told to wait, no one in the concierge helped us to our next room as he was busy playing online games on his phone. Very tired coming up the 2nd room, the air conditioning was not working properly but we were to tired to complain so we just sucked it out, checked in for two days. One of the worst hotels weve been at.

The hotel is almost new opened February 2019 but no wifi. They charge 60 pesos each extra pillows and run out of kleenex weird for new hotel.

Wow amazing,great staff and location,the mall was next door and the restaurant was walking distance,my fiance and i stayed there two weeks,im from Florida,oh please next time have wifi no wifi and the beds need to be softer,orher than that great stay ,your assistant Jessa Buenaventura was awesome great customer service oriented and the staff also,will be back soon .

ホテルの部屋の広さは、広いと思いました。 ノートpcで作業するには、不向きな設備、ポケットwifiを貸し出ししてもらえますが、通信環境は不安定でした。

部屋自体は綺麗で一人で泊まるには十分な広さでとても良かった。ホテルから歩いてすぐにコンビニといくつかモールがあるのでとても便利！残念だったのはWi-Fiが工事中で使えなかったのとシャワーがぬるすぎた。あとハウスキーパーが3.4人でくるのでちょっと微妙。
