Due to COVID-19 and lockdown restrictions we were no longer able to travel to Portugal or fulfil our stay. We tried contacting the hotel on many occasions to explain and even tried through hotels.com who could also not get through to them. My WhatsApps have been ignored and I have heard nothing at all. This has been very disappointing and of course we lost our money.

This apartment owner is not reliable. I tried to contact for early check-in by Expedia and what’s up, but finally he ignored. In addition, There was no announcement about wifi, how to check-out. Regarding equipment, there was no hair dryer, and water of the bathroom sink was stuck. Location is the only good point.

The location is the only positive. The property can be cleaner and communication could be better. There was no paper towel in the unit....

This is not a hotel, it is an apartment building. There is no front desk. The shower doesn't have hooks or shelves to put towels or clothings which are extremely inconvenient. And the apartment is equipped with a tiny square shaped toilet bowl which I hated the most. Whoever invented that must be a woman who had no idea how it would feel for a grown up man to sit on it. Cleaniness is okay not great. Location is superb.

the check in was great as well as the service. Place needs floors to be cleaned better and both showers need to be replaced and air conditioner in second bedroom has to be fixed.

Buen apartamento, PESIMO SERVICIO.

El apartamento, muy bien, el sofa cama no entra y hay que correrlo para poder usarlo, ubicacion inmejorable. Servicio un desastre!!!! faltaban tazas, cubiertos, de todo. Reclame los faltantes el domingo, varios dias despues seguia esperando los mismos. Ni papel de baño te reemplazan, tuve que quejarme, respuesta ups, no tenemos, vamos ahora a comprar. Obvio que despues trajeron, UN JABON SOLO para manos y baño para 4 personas, no habia shampoo. tuve que salir de carrera a comprar jabon de baño y shampoo. papel de cocina ( segui soñando) De regalo: pregunto x un parking, obvio no es su responsabilidad, pero deberian estar informados que este parking solo acepta metalico, no tarjetas de credito ni debito. el precio 164 euros y solo aceptan el pago en metalico, corriendo al banco. Creo que es un detalle para informar al cliente al recomendar un parking. Vale la ubicacion y el equipamiento de la unidad, pero el servicio es pesimo. No vuelvo, ni regalado.

Great location for central lisbon

Great 2 bedroom aprtment in the heart of lisbon. Easy to step out amd see the sights and many dining / tourism options right outside. Well air conditioned snd useful small kitchen for breakfadt / easy lunch.

Best customer service via email and whatsapp. Good location. Nice decoration and clean. However, the luggage storage space is not sufficient on check-out date. Not enough space for clothes storage in one of the bedrooms.

Fantastic location. Clean, spacious and quiet apartment for such a central location. No reception for the property but the communication was excellent and quick so it was never a problem. Very easy to access and get any questions answered via phone/text.

Perfect location and nice accommodation

Fantastic location in the heart of the action but surprisingly quiet enough to sleep well. We only stayed for one night but has everything you need to stay for much longer. Incredibly easy access from the airport via the Metro system and only a two minute walk from the Metro stop to the apartment. The accommodation was nice - it could use a bit of updating and deeper cleaning but overall very good. Plenty of room to spread out which was nice for the family.

Great location and very quiet and spacious. Property lacking hooks and towel racks as well as lighting in the living room is inadequate. Toiletries provided are very minimal and the shower requires a shelf for shampoo etc.

Check-in, airport transfert & Heating

First of all, the apartment itself deserves a 5* rating as well as it location and cleanliness. Also, price wise, this unbeatable for what you get. My MAJOR concern is with the check-in. When I got to the apartment, the door was lock and I got no answers even if I rang a few of the apartment. We stayed outside with our suitcases for 15 min …. wondering what would be our next step … when a guy came to the door and punch a code to get in. Despite the fact that he did not speach English and we do not speak Portuguese, he understood that we wanted to check-in. He gestured that he would tell a cleaning lady inside. We waited another 10 min and the lady understood that we wanted to check-in and she led us to our room. In brief … this is a super place i.e. not expensive, clean, perfectly located but check-in CAN BE QUITE DIFFICULT. With regards to the airport transfer, it took me a few days to get the right phone number and told me that they charge 50Euro each way. I mentioned to the attendant that Suntransfers only charges 20 Euro each way, he said that I could lower the price to 40 Euro. If the price was not double, I would have taken it to ensure that the ckeck-in was coordinated …. which NOW … I am not sure would have been the case. In brief, I would suggest to anyone to use Suntranfer which is a company that operates in almost every country and most cities and at 40% of the cost and they even wait for you at the airport. The heating does not work

The process of this property include the location and the space. You pay an average price for a 4-star hotel and you get almost double the size of the room. But be careful if you go in expecting a four-star Hotel amenities. The place is kept relatively okay but he lacks many things that will make him more comfortable. For example there is no bathtub or bathrobes. The shower has a manual handle and if you want to comfortably take a shower with the water falling from above you can only do it with one hand while you use the other hand for the handle. There is no shelf inside the shower to put your shampoo or any other thing you may need inside the shower. The kitchenette is relativity will Montagne relax a cleaning wipe or wipes and there's no paper towel to clean if you need to. I could have over look this because of location and space, but what I thought was the worst was an incredible noise that you hear at night coming from what I think is the apartment below that transmits vibration to the bathroom and the bedroom next to it. This noise is not white noise, it actually fluctuates in intensity which makes it very, very disruptive to sleep. We ended up taking out the mattress to the living room for two nights because we could not sleep because of the noise. I contacted the host who didnt reply. In summary, the location & space are good for an average of $200 a night in High holiday season. Had I known that it wasn't in fact a 4-star hotel equivalent I would not have booked.

Pros: Great location - Loved the neighborhood with shops, Christmas market, musicians and carolers. Comfortable beds Spacious and clean rooms Cons: Never met the owner but he was available by phone. Wifi was spotty. Never seemed to have enough toilet paper. Overal this place was great and would stay again.

Great location but small bedrooms

Location is great as it’s right next to the elevator in centre of Lisbon. Bedrooms are smallish and I’m not a big fan of having the shower/toilet in the same room as bedroom. Work going on next door which was kinda loud

Great apartment. The building is very modern and newly renovated. Location is great with easy access to metro, trolley, and train. Checkin process was super easy and fast and done over the phone once you show up at the front door. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment, and location.

Very nice apartment located in a central part of Lisbon by the Santa Justa lift. Seems to have Ben very recently renovated. Excellent accommodations and location, but expect limited housekeeping and no amenities. Lovely views of Lisbon from the 5th floor.

Stayed for 5 nights at Santa Justa and overall my stay was pleasant. The property is centrally located close to major visit sites and walking distance to Rossio train station (which u need to take if visiting Sintra) and Santa Apolónia (if going to Porto later on). The check in check out was very smooth though you will need to contact the property by phone as there is no manned receptionist. The appartment was big enough and kitchen was fully operational for long stays-a microwave and a toaster would have been a nice additions. A touristic map of Lisbon could have been placed in the apartment and cleaning could have been a bit better - changing the the waste bin bag. I would definitely stay there if I visit Lisbon again.

Solid Stay

The area was amazing. Busy but relaxing. And it had many tourist spots near by. The service was the best I've had. Very nice work staff. Extremely satisfied.

Perfect location. Difficult to get to if you are following GPS. Close parking in nearby square so best to GPS to that and walk about 100-150 yards(meters). Only complaint about premises was unusual lighting, directed up from floor. Great ambiance, but nearly impossible to sit on sofa and read a book. There were bedside lamps though. If you are traveling with another couple, or kids this place is huge bargin

Wow - a hidden gem!

The bed was comfortable and the pillows perfect. I slept like a log! Room was amazing and sooo central. It was very large with a 70 inch TV and very modern inside as well as clean with tea and coffee. Shower was a large walk in Will definitely stay here again

This is a top floor apartment with a beautiful city view, everything was new and clean. Great kitchen and well stocked for cooking. Perfect walking location, fast WiFi, quiet and I would stay here again

Everything was wonderful. Excellent location, immediately to everything you want to do and see in Lisbon. Underground, restaurants, shops, lots of landmarks - everything is right for you. Rodrigo is a very polite, relaxed and helpful host. We are very pleased. Clean, perfectly furnished, new, comfortable - we recommend it to everyone.

Amazing location!

Really cool location. Unfortunately, we only stayed there before catching our flight home. The wi-fi was clunky and basically didn't really work, but no matter. Beautiful view, so convenient and I would stay there again!

Amazing introduction to Portugal.

Absolutely stunning stay here. Great location for first time visitors to Lisbon. Everything is very walkable around the area. Do yourself a favor and go at least a couple of blocks east or west of Augusta though for food, restaurants on Augusta felt more like tourist traps then authentic Portuguese cuisine. The apartment itself is wonderful though. Bed was super comfortable. The apartment was completely modern, but had lots of charm. Opening up the doors on to the balcony from everyone room was also amazing. Let in lots of fresh air, sunlight and most importantly the view. Definitely would recommend this place.

Apartment in Prime Location

Property very clean, modern, spacious. Fantastic location. I struggled to contact apartment hosts at times, no one picked the phone up. Also struggled to speak to apartment host in English, had to get Portuguese speaking relative's to speak to them to understand how to get into apartment.

Great location, clean and new

Wonderful location, middle of the pedestrian mall. We checked in at might and received useful and efficient check in assistance. The staff was helpful during the entire stay. The apartment is fully equipped. Family vacation, the girls slept in the leaving room on open sofa- very comfortable. No parking and no access with the car to the building (there is nearby parking).

we are a family of 5 with young kids. the place is quite spacious and right in the middle of downtown lisbon. if you want to be close to a lot of "must-see" places in lisbon, then this is perfect. if you want serenity, this isn't the place. since this is an apartment hotel, there is no receptionist on site. however, the representative (marta) was very good with contacting me on my phone.

Walking distance to Rossio metro station, the buses, the tram. Getting around the city is very convenient. Balcony, kitchenette, TVs in both rooms to watch the FIFA.

Place was new, clean, and could not be in a better location. Apartment we stayed had refrigerator, multiple AC's, wifi. What else do you need?

Perfect stay for Lisbon

Situated right in the heart of Lisbon metres away from the historic lift to the Barrio Alto the apparent is a very easy 5 minute walk from the Rossio tube station. We were welcomed at the property by Marta who showed us to our very clean (new March 2018) and smart apartment. Couldn’t fault the accommodation. Lovely king bed, perfect mattress and pillows. Lovely bathroom, kitchen and comfy sofa. Nothing too much trouble for Marta and cleaning staff friendly. From here everything is walkable, lots of restaurants. Could not be happier with the location.

Horrible Service, Felt Inconvenienced

The management in this so-called hotel needs to learn hospitality. They don’t go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, but rather the opposite as if you are inconveniencing them! They don’t provide services that they advertise, there is no person manning the front desk, and are very deceitful! Beware! We contacted them ahead of time to arrange a shuttle from the hotel from the airport and not only did they take forever to answer but they kept changing how much it would cost. Check in was a nightmare-they wouldn’t let us check in early even though the room was not occupied. They gave us some lame excuse to come after 3pm because they had to install curtains. So we had to drop our bags and be out all day against our wishes after having traveled for nearly 24 hours! Then they didn’t even have the nerve to call us to let us know that the curtain guy had a flat tire and couldn’t install it. It wasn’t until we called and asked if the room is ready. What kind of hotel doesn’t have curtains installed before renting rooms out??! So they put up towels and blankets in lieu of curtains! Unbelievable! And then they told us that we couldn’t enter the building until we provided 250 deposit in euros in CASH, which we did not have because the email confirmation said credit was accepted. When we pointed that out to them they said their policy changed and that’s the way it had to be. Why was that our problem?!They cannot change their policies without informing the client! DO NOT BOOK!

Place is immaculate. Based right in the center of Lisbon. Despite the location apartment is very quiet and as it's new everything is spot on. You can find there everything you need- fresh towels, bedding, fully equipped annex kitchen. Owners/managers are very friendly and helpful. They've done everything they possibly could to make us feel welcome. We left our bags inside apartment however due to the circumstances we weren't able to pick them up before the check out, we weren't able to leave the key either - however it wasn't an issue. It was 3 of us and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely recommend the place!

New apartment in a central location

The apartment is really big with two rooms and equipped kitchen in the central near metro station (for some it will be too central place). The hosts are really nice. Cons- The bathroom and the bed room are lacking facilities There is not enough hot water when taking a shower

Apartamento muy céntrico y funcional

Apartamento muy céntrico a mano de todo, todo reformado y muy funcional. Desde la habitación se ve el elevador de Santa Justa y la plaza del Comercio, una maravilla. Como parte negativa la comunicación con la propiedad, nunca contestó a los correos ni los mensajes por hoteles.com y al llegar no nos estaban esperando a pesar de haber indicado la hora del check in. Tuvimos que llamar en varias ocasiones y estar esperando en el portal hasta que nos contestó para decirnos el código de acceso al portal.

Super Lage, sehr gute Kommunikation (leichter Zugang zum Haus und sehr gute Reaktion bei weiteren Wünschen nach Handtüchern, Koffer zwischenlagern, Bettausstattung). Sauberkeit war ok, Ausstattung auch ok (fehlender Rolladen an einem Fenster, unzureichendes Geschirr), insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Appartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Würden wir sofort wieder machen.

My apartment has 2 rooms with a queen bed each. one sofa bed in the sitting room. Beds are comfortable, down quilts are warm. Kitchen equipment is enough. It would be perfect if there’s more lighting in sitting room. Washer and dryer are very important especially visit Lisbon in rainy winter. One of the two bathroom overthrow to bedroom when shower. Location obviously prefect, unexpectedly it’s not noisy, even I’m a light sleeper.

Very good location. Nice Apartment but it lacks basic kitchen supplies as a glass for each person etc. Seems like a place where regular inspection is not performer to fill up. Also one bathroom lacked slap, shampoo etc.

Unter einen Luxury Apartment verstehen wir etwas anderes. Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön gemacht, tolles Treppehnhaus, neuer Aufzug. Auf den ersten Blick sieht auch die Wohnung toll aus. Wir hatten das Apartment im 6. Stock. Jedoch waren wir von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. Die Kücheneinrichtung war nur minimal, es gab 2 Tassen und 2 Gläser, eine Pfanne und einen Topf. Die Cleaner haben das Geschirr nicht gereinigt sondern für 2 Gläser und 1 Tasse die Spülmaschine laufen lassen! Was das für eine Wasser und Stromverschwendung ist muss man nicht erwähnen. Auf den Kissen auf der Couch waren rote Flecken, im Bett waren Haare, das Kopfteil hatte großflächige, weiße Flecken, die Fugen von den Fliesen im Badboden sind voll mit Schimmel, 1 Handtuch war dreckig und und und ... Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht! Schade, dann das Haus und die Wohnung hat sooo viel Potenzial!

Não havia ninguém pra nós receber, só conseguimos entrar mais de 6 horas depois de chegar, isso com a ajuda de um vizinho! Depois não conseguimos sair, tivemos que ir embora depois de tanta dor de cabeça e oferecimento de drogas por parte do responsável

Apartamento amplo com camas confortáveis. Difícil acesso ao hotel, principalmente se estiver de carro, por se tratar de uma rua apenas para pedestres. Não há onde estacionar para descarregar as malas. Impossível estacionar nas ruas próximas, apenas em estacionamentos onde uma diária apenas para pernoite custa quase 20 euros. A limpeza deixa a desejar. No apartamento que fiquei, o piso de madeira fazia um barulho horrível quando andávamos. Existe a falta de um armário em um dos dormitórios para organizarmos as roupas. Sinceramente, não me hospedaria novamente.

Mycket bra läge, nära till allt. Sköna sängar och bra möjligheter för att kunna laga egen mat. När vi skulle checka in var inte rummet färdigstädat och städerskan kunde inte engelska - med gester förstod vi att hon snart var klar. Lägenheten var lite svår att hitta till en början, en vänlig personal från ett annat hotell hjälpte oss att hitta rätt. Man var tvungen att ringa kontaktnumret och på så sätt få instruktioner om hur vi skulle ta oss in, det fanns alltså ingen receptionist att tala med. Daglig städning i form av bäddning och disk, därav var golv och toalett inte i skick varje dag. Som helhet var vi ändå mycket nöjda med vistelsen

Excelente localização e o apartamento também é amplo. Falta suporte para sabonete, etc e para a ducha do chuveiro.

Contact par WhatsApp facile & efficace ! Appartement spacieux, moderne dans un emplacement parfait pour un prix très correct. Un petit effort sur le nettoyage de la poussière à faire mais c’est un tout léger détail (coin derrière les tables nuit + ampoule des lampes dans la chambre à coucher).

Perfect location and great service. Easy check-in/out with automatic lock. Daily cleaning. Small negative with only one key. Wasn’t a problem for us but maybe for others depending on type of trip.

Nossa Casa em Lisboa de Agora em Diante

Sabe aqueles locais que você se apaixona de primeira? Essa foi nossa sensação ao entrar no apartamento. Super charmoso e elegante, além de funcional, com uma sala enorme, quarto bem separado, bom banheiro e ótima cozinha americana. A localização é fantástica e, ainda que fique em pleno burburinho, é super silencioso. Metrô perto, várias opções de café da manhã ao redor, lojas e, a poucos passos, bons restaurantes (apesar que fugimos um pouco da área nesse aspecto).

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich zentral, also genau das richtige für einen Städtetrip. Eingecheckt haben wir über WhatsApp bzw. über Telefon, aber auch das war kein Problem und war wirklich unkompliziert. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, also wirklich sehr viel Platz. Der Zustand des Apartments war mehr als Ordnung und es war sauber.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a media cuadra del elevador Santa Justa y a pocas cuadras del shopping. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodos. Lo mejor: tiene limpieza diaria, Carolina responde todas tus consultas y cuenta con cafetera express y cápsulas para poder desayunar rico!

Excelente localização; próximo a tudo, exceto supermercado. Bons restaurantes; café do lado. Quarto duplo espaçoso. Ressalva para as fechaduras do quarto - muito incômodas para abrir e o chuveiro tipo ducha; tem que segurar o tempo todo para banho

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief telefonisch und per WhatsApp komplikationslos. Auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung wert.
