Nice location and comfortable place. Elevator is an issue but i guess its an old building.

Overall the apartment was good. It is spacious and in a good location. The check in process was different, but if you follow the instructions in detail, it works. The main inconvenience is that the apartment was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working the day we arrived. It was fixed the next day. However to get to the elevator there are 2 flights of stairs. This might be a problem for people with mobility problems. Other than that, it was fine.

Great location

The elevator is slow and difficult to access considering that it does not reach the ground floor, you have to climb a staircase from the ground floor to the next level. Once you are inside the elevator you have to keep the button pressed all the time for it to work, in my opinion they should modernize it.

A lovely and well located apartment

The apartment is lovely and the location brilliant. Only slight negatives are that it is a bit dark. Only natural light is the in the bedroom and the globes in the other rooms are quite dim. This could be easily fixed with brighter globes and/or extra lamps. Also the water only got to warm, never hot. I had to boil the kettle to do the dishes. Again not a deal breaker and an easy fix. These recommendations do not negate the fabulous aspects of this spacious and well located apartment. I’d be happy to return and book it again. It would be hard to find a better location. It is a close walk to transport, shops, restaurants etc. and in the flat part of the city which is a bonus with luggage. So much of Lisbon is hilly.

Great location in the city center, walkable to many sites and terrific restaurants. Comfortable and well appointed flat.

Home away from home

Loved this home away from home! I had been traveling for a month already and needed a break from hotels. The apartment was bright and had a nice comfortable style. Estela was fantastic to communicate with, very responsive. It is very centrally located!! It is fully equipped with a washer, dishwasher and other amenities. Honestly I didn't want to leave!

Perfect location between the elevator and Castelo Jorge. Rossio Square was just a block away. Alfama and Graca historic districts are 4-5 blocks away. Tons of shopping, restaurants and sites very close. I highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at Santa Justa 24!!!

Wonderful location and close to almost everything in downtown Lisbon. We got there easily by using the local ride sharing app (Bolt) from the airport. The location has so many restaurants near it so you have very many choices. The only downside that happened to us was that the elevator was broken when we arrived. We had to bring our luggage up to the 3rd floor. It took about 2 days before we were able to try using the elevator. When the elevator got fixed, my friends got stucked in it until someone else pressed the outdoor elevator button. We were told that there is a technique on how to use it and make sure you understand how to when you decide to use the elevator. Check-in process was very easy. Instructions were sent via email and WhatsApp. There is also an instructions printed on the front door of the apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again at Santa Justa 24 when we get to visit Lisbon again. We appreciate their team for all the instructions that were given to us.

Well managed property with nice layout, conveniently located near restaurants, hotspots and touristy areas. Still reasonably quiet at night. Lots of stairs but could use the very slow platform lift if needed.

Location, Location!!!

Apartment was clean and great for two families traveling together! Location was amazing and area was clean. We had no idea of where to stay in Lisbon but we got lucky. We walked everywhere or took the train/metro/bus with our Lisboa Card and could get into all attractions with it! So worth it! We really enjoyed having a place centrally located to call home base and this apartment was for us!

Location and charm of the property were fantastic. Lots of space for our family.

Excellent location. Will surely come back and stay here again. The lift is very slow and it is faster to just take the stairs but other than that, this place is a gem! Trams, buses, trains are literally just a block away. We are in love with this place!

The elevator broken had to take luggage up 4 flights of stairs with an elderly person. Was told they were working on elevator but when we left we had to carry luggage fown 4 flights of stairs

They only provided one towel per person for our entire stay of 3 nights. Extra towels needed were 5 euro each. Elevator was super super slow and your finger had to be on it for the entire time until you get to your floor. The location was great. The apartment it self was nice and clean.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at this apartment. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. The location is excellent.

Highly recommend this spacious & comfortable flat

We had a wonderful stat at Santa Justa - it does not get any more central that this incredible location!!! You can walk anywhere from here, and with the apartment being on the 4th floor, it was very quiet considering the location. With the high ceilings and spacious floor plan (living room, kitchen + 2 bathrooms), it was extremely comfortable for 4 girls to hang out and feel like we had space to ourselves. Easy check in, very clean and with all the amenities, we would recommend to anyone.

Heart of Lisboa

Overall great location and nice sized unit. Elevator was not working for 2 days and it was inconvenient. It could have some more basic stuff like paper towels, shampoo, spare trash bags.

Perfect location in Lisbon!

Perfect location!!! Close to all the sites and so easy to get everywhere. The unit was very spacious. We were on the 5th floor (a 1 bedroom) with a VERY slow lift, which I was expecting since I had read other reviews, but keep that in mind if you have anyone with mobility issues. The bedroom is a good size, but does have a big window in the ceiling that the sun comes through early in the morning. Very good communication from the apartment manager regarding check in and check out.

The apartment was in a great spot the old section of Lisbon. Everywhere was walkable. The apartment was fabulous and as described. Estela was a very communicative host.

We liked the location very much and rooms/ space. It was very clean. Stayed on 5th floor. Elevator good enough for when having luggage. Dont understand why we have to take care of trash when paying for cleaning. Dont understand why Euro 6 fee for putting a hold on credit card. The bathroom and kitchen are very much form over function...especially the kitchen where the fridge is behind the door to kitchen....the mattress was very uncomfortable and way too soft for us. Don't have whatsapp and dont want so could not communicate with owner. Would stay again but not sleep on that mattress.

The property was fortuitously located near landmarks, which proved key for navigation. The stairs were a known quantity, but were not much of a problem. The views from the flat were wonderful, especially at night.

Nice location in the heart of Rossio Square. Many steps to our flat, but the room was charming and spacious for 2.

Great location, close to metro and train station. Close to market and Restaurants. Very nice and warm.

Lisbon

This location was excellent, easy access to the historical sites plus plenty of restaurants and celebrations.

Highly recommended (but read inside)

Great apartment in a perfect location. Only thing to take into consideration- our apartment was located on the 5th floor, the elevator starts on the 3rd floor, and is very slow, so we have never used it. It means that you would have to climb 5 floors in order to get to the apartment. I won't recommend it to anyone that has issue with climbing 5 floors. For all others, highly recommended.

Estella was great! She was very quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment is great! Clean, well equipped, central and comfortable. The one thing is I made the mistake of not reading that there wasn’t an elevator! I was traveling with my older mother and mither in law and that was difficult. But that like I said was my fault.

The owner was very responsive. The appliances were of high quality. We loved the central location. Highly recommend it!

Santa Justa Apts. was a very convenient location for touring Lisbon. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping and sites.

I loved this apartment. It was centrally located and easy to accesses buses and the metro.

4 Star Stylish Contemporary Apartments

It’s hard to find anywhere more wonderfully central than these stunning apartments. Set by the world famous Santa Justa Elavador this apartment exudes contempory Portuguese style and has all the features and amenities yours need to have a great stay in this ancient city .

The 3 bedroom apartment was good and very close to everything. Unfortunately, the first apartment that we booked with another company did not work out and we had to book this one and check in immediately, they were very accommodating in meeting us in a timely matter as it is in an apartment building. There was a funky smell in the kitchen, I believe it was coming from the sink but was bearable, and one of the beds squeaked, but overall was good stay.

Excellent Stay! Communication, Check In and Check Out were very easy. Estela, the property manager, was very accommodating and responsive. Apartment was clean, comfortable, in a great central neighborhood. Great size for several days. One caution if you require a wheelchair or large stroller, etc.: There is a flight of steps (remember it’s Lisbon!) to get to the elevator. The elevator is small and slow but sufficient. If you require such, I recommend contacting the property for an image of the “lobby” and elevator to determine if the property will meet your needs.

The convenience of its location to the metro, trams and other sights. One could walk to the Alfama, Commerce Square and the main shopping street and other sights. The space is modern and spacious and the lift was a major plus since the apt is on the TOP floor! Loved it and would stay again!

Good location, but there was only Lift from 2nd floor to 5th floor. Lift was super slow too. Also there was only washer ,not dryer.

The property is centrally located. Near to everything you will need. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. I was truly impressed.

Perfect Location!

FANTASTIC location - easy walking distance to shopping, dinning in Chiado or Alfama districts, Time out Market, Quiet, clean, spacious for family of 4. Note - on top floor, stairs can be tiring at end of a long day of walking - thankful for the elevator.

Awesome apt in historic, central part Lisbon

Remarkable location, clean and modern apartment in a very historic part of the city. You walk out and you have access to cafes, shopping and much more. Key attractions such as the Alfama district are a 10-15 min walk. The river was a 7min walk. Our host Estela was very helpful, friendly and professional. Would gladly stay here again when visiting Lisbon and recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay. Great location and easy to walk all over town. Great restaurants close by. Property Manager was very helpful and gave great tips on local shopping and dining.

Great stay enjoyed it

This place was great! Awesome locations in the middle of the center. Humming during the day but fairly quiet at night. Lots of stairs, but there is a slow elevator if you need it. Place was big and felt like a European apartment. No check in desk, since it’s an apartment, but staff came over promptly and delivered the key. We really loved this place and would stay there again.

Perfect for a central Lisbon stay!

We had a great stay in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 couples. An amazing location just up from the Santa Justa elevator and near Rossio Square, so easy access to the city. The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Pedro met us for check in and was very helpful with information for our stay. We had a complimentary bottle of wine and coffee and tea was available. There is an elevator as the apartment was on the fifth floor, but patience was needed. We definitely stay there again and recommend this to our friends and family.

Localisation au top. Appartement pas bien insonorisé. De plus, pas assez équipé contre le froid en Mars : couette trop légère et chauffage d'appoint insuffisant.

Se não fossem 5 andares de escada, seria perfeita

A localização é excelente e o apartamento também. O único problema são os 5 andares de escada, o que pode ser limitante para algumas pessoas. Tem um elevador de carga, mas que usamos somente para as malas mesmo porque ele é bastante vagaroso mesmo. Mas, se vc não se importa com as escadas, todo o resto estava excelente.
