The staff was outstanding, especially Maria. My only complaint was that the gym was out of order for our entire stay.

Great location, great staff

The staff were incredible throughout our stay, couldn’t do enough for us. When we arrived, I realised my air con wasn’t working- they swiftly moved me to another room for the first night, while they fixed it. Rooms were very comfortable. Roof deck is nice, pool is very small. It was nice and quiet for the majority of our stay. The only downside to the hotel is the breakfast- very limited options, not what I expect from a 5* hotel. There is also no bar at the hotel- you can order a drink though and sit in the lobbey. I’m not sure I would come back here, because it’s very expensive for what you get. But if I did come back, it would be because of how lovely and friendly the staff are. Also the location is great

Perfection

Sant Jaume truly exceeded my expectations as soon as I entered the front door. From the staff, to the hotel location to the rooms, I was pleased with every aspect and was pretty upset when I had to check out. I hope to return here ANYTIME I am in Mallorca. I will be sure to send my travel clients this way as well!

The stuff is good very friendly and helpful, location is perfect , close to everything but hotel itself and the room isn’t worth the money at all , on the same street bunch of wonderful hotels.

It’s just great ! My partner had her birthday the second day we stayed , and a couple of surprises from the hotel started the day off so amazing! The staff are friendly attentive and helpful. The bartender working the evening really knew her stuff ! And the hotel manager was also so friendly attentive and helpful ! The room was beautiful with the terrace an absolute sun trap ! Fully relaxed after leaving such a great hotel all round !

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of town but in easy reach of everything Palma has to offer

We stayed here for a night during our honeymoon and our only regret is we wished we'd stayed longer. They rooms are luxurious, ours had a private terrace, and you're in a sense of calm/tranquility despite being in the heart of the city. We were able to book an hour in their basement spa as part of the hotel perks and this was lovely. There's a rooftop deck/lounge/plunge pool area which we checked out but didn't have time to use. We also loved the comfort of the beds and eco-friendly but high-end products in the bathroom. They even had a bottle of champagne chilled in our room upon arrival to celebrate our honeymoon. Top notch hotel and highly recommended!

City Break

A lovely stylish hotel. Staff are excellent, very clean and great position in the town.

The hotel is very well located at the Center. The reception staff is great, super friendly. The room is comfortable, bed is so smooth. I got a room with a small balcony, it was so nice. I decided to go to sauna, but wasn’t aware it needed to inform prior to to to them to hire. So would had appreciated to had known. But it is a good area. I didn’t use the gym, but took a look in the room and it is a small but with the requirements.The terrace they have is beautiful. Definitely in summer should be amazing to have a drink there. My real negative view is considering that is a 5 star hotel, in a city that the tap water should not be drink, they should provide free water all around ( in the same weekend I’d stayed in another 5 stars hotel and they were doing that).

Lovely staff. Very clean and my room was maintained multiple times a day! Good restaurant. Small gym but with an outstanding piece of equipment if you know how to use a kinesis Technogym. Really enjoyed my stay at the property.

Only minus is the lack of Vallet Parking and you have to park your car in a public parking near by.

Excellent hotel , with a modern feel to it. The room was gorgeous and clean , with a stunning bathroom and separate walk in shower. Lovely small roof top sunbathing area and plunge pool. Unfortunately we did not use as the weather was cool. But we made great use of the Sauna and spa. Breakfast was very civilised and waitress service for coffee and your choice of eggs. The reception staff were exceptional and could not do enough to help.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel

I can’t fault the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. The rooftop pool was nice and quiet and had a lovely view. The hotel was a stones throw from the main shopping street and a 10 minute stroll to the Cathedral. Great place and I can’t thank the staff enough.

A perfect stay. The room was beautiful - relaxing, clean, spacious and the most comfort bed/bedding ever. Staff are really friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Loved everything and highly recommended to anyone. Thanks especially to the fantastic manager who helped us out of a potential hire car pickle! Everyone is treated like a VIP here.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were greeted by the Manager who was very welcoming, as were all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky enough to have good weather, the hotel organised beach bags and towels. Location was excellent 5 mins to the Cathedral, plenty of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was a quiet place just off one of the main shopping streets in Palma. Plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The roof sun terrace was particularly good after a days sightseeing, although the jacuzzi was a little cold, it was only April! The staff could not be more helpful. Very enjoyable long weekend.

Old town boutique hotel

Excellent hotel in a quiet location yet only five minute walk to restaurants, cafes and shops also close to the cathedral and marina. Lovely room and recommend room with a terrace but there is a rooftop terrace with plunge pool and sun beds. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as there were plenty in the town to experience. A very enjoyable stay in palma and will definitely stay at Sant Jaume hotel again

Fabulous Stay

A luxury experience from start to finish - well worth a visit!

The hotel was in a quieter part of Palma, the room was spacious and clean and the staff was incredibly nice. They were excellent at making arrangements for us. The only constructive suggestion I would make is that they should have told us that we 100% needed to make reservations everywhere we went, including beach clubs.

Mallorca was last stop of our Europe trip and we couldnt have asked for a better staff, hotel and location. When you first arrive, you get greeted with smiles and a welcome drink. The staff sat with us and learned about what we are looking to do and recommended places from day clubs to restaurants. They did not disappoint, lets just say I was sad I didnt stay longer in Mallorca because of their amazing hospitality. Also, I left some things behind and they emailed me about them which is very considerate. I highly recommend them!

Fabulous place

We spent the last few days of our honeymoon here and were greeted with a room upgrade, bottle of cava on ice and a little gift + a very warm welcome from Bianca who stood out among the staff we met. The room was very comfortable and modern (with a decent hairdryer and straighteners!). Roof terrace was great. Didn’t have breakfast, but dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Best we ate all week. Should we ever return to Palma we’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing location so close to the centre about 5-10 min walk to the cathedral. Gorgeous hotel, lovely check in experience and the staff couldnt do enough for us. Rooftop is the ideal place to chill after sightseeing in the heat! Gorgeous!

The hotel and staff are absolutely first class. I have never stayed in a hotel with friendlier staff. We were treated with impeccable courtesy. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. It is located in the heart of the old town and ideal walking distance to all the main sights. The Sant Jaime is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful town.

Only stayed for one night, but wish we had stayed longer. Very pleasant stay.

Feb ‘18 stay

Beautiful hotel with fantastic service

I chose this hotel mostly because of its central location in the heart of Palma. It was close to all shopping, restaurants and bars, sightseeing locales, and the Estacio Intermodal (bus and train station). You can not ask for a better location to explore the city and take in all the sights and I couldn't be happier with my selection. It is a clean, modern, and well-equipped hotel - with a hotel staff that are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to ensure that your stay meets your expectations. The amenities in the rooms, and in the hotel, are impeccable and the hotel is located in a quiet side street that makes it a quiet and restful sleep. While the purpose of my trip was more to explore the island, and the hotel was merely a place for me to rest and sleep, I did not get to enjoy the restaurant or the spa but I was very impressed with the staff's friendless and suggestions during my stay. It is small enough to have a quiet and more intimate stay, but it also allows the traveller to have all the necessary requirements one does come to expect from a larger hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very classy hotel, beautiful room

My husband and I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff spoke perfect English and were really welcoming. We were greeted with a glass of cava and shown around. The spa (a jacuzzi and sauna) were free for us to use at any time. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a balcony (209). The bed was HUGE and the sheets were SO SOFT. The bathroom was luxurious, although shower only. The toiletries were also lovely. We ate in the restaurant once and had the chef's 11-course tasting menu which was fantastic and I highly recommend to anyone staying. Breakfast was varied and beautifully cooked. The bar had a lovely selection of cocktails. The hotel itself is quite small and quiet so not appropriate if you're looking for a big bar or lots of extra facilities.

Great location excellent staff!

Another beautiful boutique hotel in Palma. Excellent location and refurbished to really high level. Unfortunately there was a GAP under our door and this let light and noise in from the reception/foyer well which did disturb our sleep a little. The shower also leaked into the middle of the bathroom floor leaving a large puddle everyday. Minor I appreciate but hopefully constructive.

Fantastic location for a city break, close to restaurants and galleries. The staff are extremely courteous helpful. Roof top pool is actually only a plunge pool great for cooling off but not for outdoor swimming, beaches are nearby and can be reached on foot if you enjoy walking.

30th Anniversary City Break

Great location, Staff superb. Celebrated our 30th anniversary in the Tomeou restaurant. Contacted the hotel and they arranged for special chocolates and drinks to be in our room on Arrival. My wife uses a wheelchair and the staff were fantastic with their support.

Lovely hotel, impeccable but inobtrusive service and an ideal location in the Palma Old Town. Don't miss out on the breakfast or a relaxing hour or so by the roof top pool with it's view of the imposing Cathedral. I can't fault this hotel and I'd recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Palma which itself is also a lovely city. A gem.

Great hotel in the center of Palma

Hotel is brand new with wonderful staff. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and going out of their way to accommodate all our needs, including a late checkout. Location of the hotel was perfect to walk everywhere in Palma but also tucked away a bit from late night action allowing for a great night of sleep. One little problem was getting there with a car, but if you follow instructions on their website you will be fine. Just do not follow Google maps since it gets confused in little streets and alleys. One little negative would be on their room size, while the bathroom is large and spacious with great lighting the room was a bit small once double bed, a suitcase and two people were in it. We felt a bit cramped and after 5 days were looking forward to a larger room at our next destination. However, since we came to Palma to explore we did not spend too much time in the room and all the kindness from staff made up for the lacking space.

Fantastic new hotel, staff and service was top notch room was bit pricey as it was quite small but very comfortable, had an evening with no hot water but put down to teething problems. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous and free beer on Sunday was a nice touch overall excellent hotel.

Wir haben hier einen sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt gehabt. Das Hotel ist in allen Punkten absolut empfehlenswert (schön, modern, superbequeme Betten, tolles Frühstück). Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sensationell: unglaublich engagiert, positiv und zuvorkommend. Hier wird einfach an alles gedacht. Wir wurden bei allen Angelegenheiten sehr gut unterstützt. Ob es Restauranttipp und eine Reservierung war, einen Blumenstrauß für meine Frau zum Geburtstag, ... Wir waren sehr begeistert. Das Hotel ist zentral in einer Durchgangsgasse gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig. Die Fenster halten die Geräuschkulisse sorgfältig zurück. Umso mehr hat man den Vorteil, dass es ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Palma darstellt. Wir werden hier sicherlich wieder vorbeischauen und freuen uns schon darauf. Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank an alle im Hotel, die uns einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt gestaltet haben. Angefangen von der Begrüßung, den kleinen (täglichen!) Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Zimmer bis hin zur Verabschiedung. Man hat den Eindruck, dass man als Gast im Mittelpunkt steht. Meine Erwartungen waren hoch und wurden dennoch übertroffen.
