We had the most perfect stay at Hotel Francesc. The staff make you feel so special, the rooms are divine - the whole place is so clean, smells amazing, the interiors are a dream. The rooftop is gorgeous and has a great view over a nearby cathedral- so pretty at night with a glass of wine to see the sunset. The food is exceptional, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were delicious. Honestly we were blown away, we are definitely coming back! Thank you to all at Hotel Francesc, you really raise the bar when it comes to hospitality

The biggest issue here was driving to the hotel to the narrow streets and the GPS taking us the wrong way. Other than that, the hotel was clean even though our room seem like it was in the attic with really low ceilings.

Exceptional hotel

We have stayed at Sant Francesca a few times and we always love it. Perfect location, the staff are wonderful, design and food amazing. And the swimming pool is a bonus.

Palma at it's best

An incredible place to stay,very relaxed and enjoyable. Very friendly staff and lovely service, a real pleasure.

Absolutely beautiful building inside and out, modern but with classic features. Location was fabulous everything walkable in the centre of Palma. Staff so helpful and professional. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, so much choice and most things homemade amazing quality food. Perfect stay!

Great place all round

We booked a deluxe room which was small and dark. It felt claustrophobic. The dining room was also small and cramped. I think it was expensive for the size and quality of the room

Had a great stay at this property for a second time. Feli (the GM) is great and the whole team always delivers, very friendly and accommodating team. The rooftop pool and bar is great, everything in Palma proper is walking distance.

The Staff are helpful and kind. The hotel is located on a quite square away from the crowds. Sadly the hotel is not as clean as it should be. Common areas are dirty- corridors to room, outdoor breakfast area… Rooms are not so well sound insulated. Overall it’s the staff that made this place worth it, otherwise overrated and not worth the high rates.

Great stay wonderfully done property with nice roof terrace for a cocktails and drinks. Helpful staff and quiet location just off the main tourist streets. Only our room (008) we thought was a bit dark and I suspect so are most other rooms on the ground floor.

We loved staying at this hotel, the design and architecture are beautiful and functional. The staff was very helpful. The rooms where perfect. Completely recommend it.

Wonderful property with attentive staff.

Enjoyed this property fully. Was an excellent location and the hotel was beautiful and stylish. But the best part was the service/ staff. Would definitely return on my next trip.

Fantastic Hotel

This hotel is amazing. Right in the middle of the old town it is easy to walk anywhere. There are lots of restaurants and bars close by. The service is amazing the staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. My only minor complaint would be that we only received water by the bed on one night and there is no kettle to make tea.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular. My room was very comfortable and clean, the bed was super comfy, the shower pressure was good and the room was spacious. The property is centrally located so it's a quick walk to many of the popular sites in Palma. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The roof top views are beautiful and it's very relaxing to lay back and enjoy as you decompress from a day of site seeing.

Beware of the cleaners, cleaning you out !!!

User beware We believe the house cleaning staff stole our diamod ring from us on a sunday afternoon before we were set to depart monday in September. The management was not on site and have been all but silent and unhelpful. If you stay lock your things in your bags not theor safes.

This hotel is a standout property where we hope to stay again in the future. The internet is high-quality and the room was equipped with sufficient workspace for working during our stay. Every need and detail has been thought through so you can feel complete relaxation. The rooftop pool and terrace are even more outstanding and relaxing than the appearance in photographs. The spa treatment and ambiance was perfect. The junior suite was exceptionally spacious and well designed. The food and drinks were perfect. The service is exceptional. This property feels like a sanctuary in the city of Palma.

Staff were very accomadating and helpful. They help with recommondations for places around the city. Helped plan some transportation for our travels. Rooms were extremely clean. Property was gorgeous inside. Nothing bad to say.

Simply amazing

Loved the property and the rooftop pool. The best service from top to bottom employees was ten stars! Food was excellent. Our only fallback was us. We got lost walking a lot in the streets but managed to find the great Sant Francesc!

A beautiful hotel with only a few hiccups

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. We had a strange issue with our keys that we had to get them activated four different times over the course of our stay. The location is perfect and Diego at the front desk will help you with anything you need. We had one bad experience on the rooftop when we were treated poorly by the staff when they were closing the bar. We addressed the issue with the night manager and he listened but just gave a bunch of excuses. We should not have been talked to like we were a burden on the rooftop at last call and I wish the night manager really wanted to do something to fix the problem. It is too bad because the rest of the staff was outstanding. This was a four out of five-star experience for us.

Beautiful design hotel with fantastic staff.

This is our third stay at Hotel Sant Francesc Singular and we still love it. We will keep on coming back whenever we visit Palma. The hotel is fabulous and the staff are wonderful!

The Sant Francesc oozes class and elegance. The service is outstanding, the food exquisite. It really is a stylish oasis of peace and tranquillity.

Short stay in Palma

Hotel was nice, room was a bit disappointing as overlooked internal courtyard. Amazing location, near to centre, architecture etc. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel just seemed to lack any personality / fun, maybe the wrong choice for us.

Quality

Perfect location, staff very friendly, all very clean and nothing out of date. Couldn’t fault anything! Will be back. Superb massage treatments!

Nice hotel but not for kids

Nice hotel and a great location. Not a hotel for kids as a couple complained about our teenage age kids swimming! Lovely hotel but not a patch on Can Bordoy

What a fantastic find! the locations charming – quiet and peaceful yet within minutes' walk of Palma's attractions and shops. The hotel itself is perfection. Exceptional service – luxurious rooms and facilities – just wonderful.

Stay here when in Palma

Very quite but right in the city center with everything you need or would like to see in Palma in walking distance. Staff is amazingly attentive and kind, food is great and the rooftop terrace just incredible.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and couldn’t have done enough for us. The rooftop is gorgeous and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

What a treat. Centrally located in a quiet square. Hotel itself was lovely. Staff were so attentive , nothing too much. The junior suite we stayed was a good size with all amenities catered for. The bed was really comfortable. The courtyard was my favourite area to sit, read and relax. The view from the roof terrace was spectacular. The only thing that could of made it perfect was the sun. Can’t always have everything. 😀

The front desk guy was the best part of the hotel.

Old building with sleek modern interior-- the best

This might well be the perfect hotel. Situated in a restored villa, on a ancient square across from a famous church, the service is magnificent, the linens extraordinary and the clean modern aesthetic of the room was relaxing and joyous. A fine bar and restaurant are associated with the property. We loved our stay here.

Absolutely perfect, can't wait to return

Spectacular location and service. Stayed here in November in the low season. Beautiful facilities, rooftop pool and bar, perfect central location walkable to anywhere in Palma, clean and modern rooms recently renovated. Just a super cool boutique hotel, I really can't say enough good things about our stay.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Some minor things that could be improved given the 5 star rating and cost of staying - open bathroom/bedroom not great for a romantic stay! No tea only coffee in room. Plug adapter provided in room didn’t work. Wife had to wear ear plugs as she could hear things in corridor oh and turn down service was poor - missed us one night and the next apart from a chocolate on the pillow could hardly tell anyone had been in the room

The roof top terrace is stunning. The hotel is immaculate throughout . The staff are first class and in particular seek out Samuelle who couldn’t have been more helpful. A fabulous experience all round. The junior suite is well worth the extra spend.

A touch of class, we stayed for three days the room we initially had was perfect for a night stay but a little small for 3 nights so they moved us to a bigger one. Everything was great, my only regret was that we didn't try the restaurant as I'm sure it would have been fantastic

Hotel Francesc is a fantastic boutique hotel. We decided to stay there for our 15th wedding anniversary... and we are so glad we did. We got upgraded to a junior suite ( what a stunning, luxurious room, complete with a bath the size of a small pool), a complimentary bottle of cava and some cakes. The service from all the staff, witjout exception, was truly excellent. Really worthwhile and so lovely to be treated so well. Thank you team Francesc, we will definitely be back. You made our celebration truly special.

Fabulous hotel in a good central location with very friendly, efficient staff. Calm surroundings but quirky elements. Lovely bedroom and spacious bathroom. The Quadrat restaurant was a joy, wonderful tasting menu with attentive service and high quality meal

No complaints whatsoever on the property. Staff was great, manager took the time to come meet us personally to say hello. Front desk manager and concierge were excellent at recommendations and booking/ arranging various reservations and activities. Entire hotel is beautiful, rooftop pool is great and very cozy during the day without too many people.

Palma paradise

Amazing stay from start to finish, the hotel is well located and a very high standard throughout. Service was excellent and the staff were really professional and friendly. The roof top terrace pool and bar is a real highlight as well as the food in the restaurant which is outstanding.

Staff guarantees a check-in of 3pm (which was stated multiple times), yet we weren't able to check in until around 30 minutes later. However, the staff was transparent and did apologize. Other than that, our experience was pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location.

Gorgeous hotel, spacious room with great design.

We loved it here. Perfect location within Old City - very convienent for site seeing and shopping but still amazingly quiet. The staff is excellent, the roof deck is perfection with amazing views. Best part - our room was incredible. Felt like it was brand new, design was so spot on. And we had a beautiful balcony and private staircase to the garden- which was a real cherry on top.

Excellent hotel, one of the nicest I've stayed in. Great breakfast, staff couldn't do enough, they even had bikes to rent, which we did and had a great day.

View of road works

This room was on several levels (4), with a steep set of stairs to the bathroom. The full length window looked straight out onto the street with people walking past the end of the bed, quite literally, which meant the curtains had to be kept drawn at all times. The view also looked out on road works. The room was over-priced and certainly not deluxe. There was a queue for breakfast as the hotel couldn't manage the people breakfasting at the same time and the roof top bar was closed due to poor weather.

Great location, excellent staff

A lovely hotel for a short break. The room was exceptionally comfy and spacious, with the quietest a/c I’ve ever experienced. One little criticism, the only mirror for my wife to do hair, etc was location inside bathroom which was a little dark with no seat. Breakfast at €25 p/p was expensive, but nice. It would have been useful to be offered a lower rate for the continental style (fruits, cereals, toast) that we ate, however, the staff and atmosphere made up for the expense. Finally, not having a courtesy room to offer guests changing space post check out was poor... we were directed to the disabled toilet! Despite these minor things, a lovely hotel which I’d highly recommend

HIT AND MISS

Check in at the hotel and reception staff very good, as you would expect at a five star hotel. However the same could not be said for the roof top bar staff, which were really hit and miss. Bar did not even open until 1.30pm on the one day we were there. Choice and quality of bar food wasn't great and breakfast vastly over rated. It's Spain so the least you would expect is a good selection of fresh fruit, only to be met with a little Kilner style pot of fruit salad! Main bar lacked any sort of atmosphere and we felt that overall it was a nice hotel but just didn't quite hit the mark we were expecting

Very quiet part of the old town. Excellent restaurant in the hotel, one of the best in Palma. Highly recommend.
