Everyone there is very friendly, helpful, many activities in the hotel. Fabulous gym DJs in the evening lots of dancing walking distance to many delicious restaurants also many shops, souvenir shops, little grocery stores easy to get taxis. Beach and pool are beautiful! Will be returning again next year with my family!

Room was modern but needed some love. Door lock was not functioning and we asked for repair but was worse. Food at hotel was very average but the hotel was clean and staff was wonderful.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.

Absolutely loved the San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino. Everything is extremely convenient and walkable. The staff were over the top with exceptional customer service. The room was clean and the view was outstanding. 10/10. Would only stay here in Puerto Rico.

Close to airport, several restaurants nearby, very close to Walgreens. Not a good option if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, but great for families.

The staff was very helpful

The Marriott did not lose power during the power outage the affected the rest of Puerto Rico. The staff are awesome, polite, and attentive. The food - including room service - is excellent. Despite there being a casino on the property, the hotel isn’t full of cigarette smoke nor noisy. The rooms are beautiful and well insulated vs noise of room next door. Many restaurants that are excellent are within walking distance. Beach access is excellent.

Great lobby with regular entertainment. Pool was nice but a bit small and shaded a lot this time of year. Nice beach but short if your into long walks. We had rough water during our stay so was difficult to enjoy the ocean. A half mile west there is a nice public beach if you want ocean time.

Beautiful resort within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The property was pretty nice but the pool was not big enough and not nearly enough seating. I paid for a pool side room and you could not even see the pool from my patio as I was in room 144 which was second from the last room but the other three nearest me had the same problem. The drink service in the casino was almost nonexistent which forced you to buy a $20 mixed drink at the bar while gambling.

Beach:Pool:Casino: It’s a trifecta in that respect, it’s very convenient. The location is great for anyone that likes to venture out. There’s some great restaurants in walking distance: or a short cab ride away to old San Juan shopping and whatnot. The staff was friendly. The grounds are well maintained. The beach (although public) was very nice. Rooms are up to date. All & all a nice place to lay your head. Resort prices on cocktails and food, no better than every other vacation spot! I will say that the ‘daytime’ food was great: from the nachos to the burgers to sushi all fresh and wholesome.

Just awful! The cost doesn’t justify the premises. This is at best a 3 star hotel. The slamming of the doors. Can hear people’s conversations in the corridors. Blackbirds flying on food tables. Waiting 15 mins for an elevator.

I’ve stayed at many resorts in San Juan and this the top. The hotel is so well managed and the staff is attentive and friendly. I’ve never seen anything so good and we have a high standard. Location is great too. Kids loved the beach, pools and waterslide as well as activities.

We loved the beach front!

The resort was beautiful with an excellent location. The staff was terrific, knowledgeable and friendly. My biggest complaint was the concierge service had no information related to San Juan, Old San Juan or even Puerto Rico.

The property was beautiful and views from our room were stunning from our ocean view balcony. The room was very clean, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the grounds were kept up with continuously. The only issue was ordering food one day by the poolside restaurant where they brought me the wrong food twice, but they corrected the issue and did not charge me for the meal. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

No King bed!

Check in was a disaster. My wife and I booked a room with a King size bed for our anniversary. When we arrived, they informed us that they no longer had any king size beds available. They try to convince us that upgrading to a double bed would be in our best interest. SMH! They let us know that the hotel was 100% booked and it was our only option. So my wife and I slept in separate beds on our anniversary. As a consolation, they waived the resort fees for our stay. But I still had to deal with a "not so happy" wife because of our sleeping arrangements. The manager claimed that the mix-up was because of us booking with a third party as opposed to booking directly with the Marriott. On the other hand, the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice. The beach was amazing and everything else went well. overall the hotel had everything we were looking for except for a king size bed.

We arrived at 11am check in was not until 4. The host graciously said tgat the room should be ready soon and they would call us as soon as it was ready. We were not in our room until almost 530. I will never recommend this place to stay. We missed out on six hours of the city because they told us to stay close.

This is my 2nd time at this property. It was a great the first time and was recently renovated and the lobby area was really upgraded

Very happy with the vacation stay here. Great beach where as some close by places had no access to ocean, just rocks.

The resort is beautiful and well kept. There are so many good restaurants right outside the resort and many stores to shop in.

Stayed for Thanksgiving break! We loved it! Kids loved the slide ! Beds were comfy! Great location to restaurants!!

It’s just an ok hotel. You won’t feel ripped off as they are descent in every way. But it’s nothing special in any one area. Hard to explain, but everything here is mediocre. I could definitely say that the staff around the beach and the bars and around the casino in lobby are very courteous and definitely try hard to make your experience a positive one.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The casino was very nice, but I do wish some of the games (specifically Roulette and Craps) were opened/manned later in the night - for us night owls. The neighborhood is very walkable, safe, and has a lot of good food options!

The hotel is nice but the food and bar drinks are way to much and with what you pay per night when I ask for a cup of coffee I should be able to get one free of charge but no they said I would have to pay. Then a fee of like 375 hold on my card for if anything happens to the room was charged at check in so that was a good surprise. I already paid for the nights we were there at $400 a night and now I see a charge of $275 I have no clue way! So frustrating. I probably would not stay there again

We stayed in the building overlooking the pool. The room did not have a full length mirror, or any mirror other than the one over the bathroom sink. The shower was rough at the base due to grouting around the tile. There was no microwave in the room, only one for the floor in the ice room. The ice machine did not work, and only one of two elevators worked which was time consuming for Uber waits and meeting with friends in the other building. Overall, nice place, convenient location, but I would not stay there again given the price point and amenities offered. The main building was also under construction, smelled of mildew.

Everything about the hotel was great. The food was good, hotel and rooms were clean, offered beach chairs and umbrella everyday and every single staff member was so friendly. I would go back just for the service.

Property is large with lots of amenities! The pool/cabana area is so nice and the beach is right at the property, steps away! The room was spacious enough and clean. A few more toiletries would be nice, like cotton swabs, shower cap, etc, and there is only 1 towel hook. Also I noticed there was no hairdryer, unless it was just missing. The staff are extremely nice and welcoming. Appreciate the late check out and bag storage. Location is great and walkable to many restaurants. The laundry room is a great touch and not too expensive $3 to wash and $3 to dry, there is detergent for purchase in the room. I would definitely stay here again without a second thought.

The staff was outstanding and attentive. The construction was very loud at times. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping was great and replenished our water bottles everyday. We enjoyed the yoga classes in the morning as well. Spa services were nice but I’ve been to better. Overall we enjoyed our 5 days at the resort and would love to return.

The resort is in a great location. It’s near restaurants and it’s right on the beach. The downfall was that the resort was under construction. The room for the price was very tiny. Overall, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel is under some renovation so some areas were closed. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The railing of our balcony is old and looked to be swollen from rust so we didn't feel safe leaning on it.

The staff was absolutely amazing from the doorman, to the pool staff, housekeeping, the front desk, to the casino staff. What i didn't like was that I had to leave and go to the another casino because they didn't have enough dealers for the crap game. Also they advertise 2 restaurants on the QR code in the room but only 1 offers room service... why put it on there

It was just just an amazing stay all together, my wife and I loved it it and all the other couples we interacted with during our stay felt the same way, great service, great scenery, great veiws, great ambiance and treatment from hotel staff. We agreed we will being bringing our family back to stay there again the next time we visit Puerto Rico so Thank You to everyone who made it possible.

From the day one nothing to like about the property

Our first room we had to upgrade because it had mold in the room the floor was dirty and we had people arguing so loud outside. The lobby bar was always closed but many employees were in the bar. Very little amenities and food choices in the hotel. Drinks and food were very expensive. Pools closed super early and the hot tub stopped after 6. Employees were super nice and friendly but the place itself was not very nice. One of the staff members was overly friendly and was hitting on me while I was at the hotel bar with my boyfriend so much so that another staff member cut in..

The stay was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Everyone was willing to assist at a moments notice. My only complaint was the noise from construction that was on-going. Also when booking that information was not made available.

They are remodeling the property and they didn’t tell us. Half the pool was closed and all you heard was construction every where. Food was horrible and we ended up switching hotels after one night.

I enjoyed my stay! Beautiful ocean view! That was my only complaint. But the neighbor was great. I enjoyed walking around, the pool, and the beach. My room was a bit muggy and had a mildew smell.

What I enjoyed most was the security and feeling of safety. The resort has many amenities that make it the perfect getaway. The location is amazing being that bars and restaurants are very close.

Great place to stay at everything was convient to get too good food places around stores and activities very close.

The best hotel in the area. The service is phenomenal! Housekeeping is amazing always left me a note after service and left the room smelling so fresh. Shout out to Kris A our room attendant! Everything was very well kept and everyones was helpful and kind. Will definitely come back!

This was my second stay here at this resort and it was truly as good as the last. The gym/sauna area were clean. My room and oceanfront balcony view was beautiful. The front desk staff were very informative and accommodating with all requests. The food and juices at breakfast were always fresh and the staff on the beach were sure to make you comfortable for a day spent on the beach. My only complaint is the light on the balcony is not bright and should be on the top instead . I also hate that you can’t use cash they force you to bill the room or use credit card for purchases in the hotel or the pizza joint connected.

Water hotter than warm for a shower would be a huge improvement. Housekeeping service inconsistent and sometimes incomplete.

Our second time coming here and would definitely recommend it! The staff are helpful and very friendly. The fact that it’s on the beach makes more convenient. The outside lounge area by the bar is an excellent addition. Only issue this time around was the construction of the facility in the lobby area and around the pool. At times there was only one elevator functioning. But this is temporary, looking forward to the new look.

There was construction work going on during my stay, but the property was still clean and the amenities were nice, such as the pool, access to the beach, 24-hour workout facility with a sauna and an option to use the fitness trainer. The only issue I had was there was a weird smell on two of my pillows, but the housekeeping manager came to my room and handled the situation promptly.

Rooms were very nice. Water pressure is the shower could have been MUCH better. It would have been helpful to know that part of the hotel was unavailable due to construction.

The hotel its self is beautiful! my partner and I had no complaints about the overall experience the slide in the pool was the cherry on top lowkey lol. the room its self was good the drainage in the tub was really our only issue. housekeeping was excellent! the views and the beach were great. the area around was busy no issues about finding something to do or to just relax and enjoy!

Property was under construction and they need more fun activities like jet ski
