Had a very comfortable stay here. The room was clean, pool was nice and the breakfast was good. It is a steep slope up to hotel so please bare that in mind. No more than a ten min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars close by.

Nice place. Excellent for the price

The staff was great and this place was a great international option for an extended stay. I went in july of 2024! There was No construction going onsite during this time and great pool! Thank you!

Airport so clean, easy process

Staff are unfriendly and arrogant. There is noise all night that keeps you awake. Some facilities in room not working and need repair.

beware of the steep hill !

We were staying around the area for 2 weeks so booked the first few days here. Theres good & bad. The staff are quite ok, the outdoor pool area nice, can purchase decent food at reasonable prices. Its also quiet at night. However, the rooms are quite dated and the beds a bit hard , but most of all is the hill ! I am quite fit and do hill runs, its steep, and its about 100m up. You will be out of breath if you can make it up there, some definitely wont be able to. Doing it 4-6 times a day was a good work out, but it wore a bit thin, even for us.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and beautiful swimming pool except for the road goes to the hotel is very steep cline.

Sai Rougn is a lovely place for vacation, it is up the hill, far from the noise and noisemakers but very accessible. They provide shuttle except Mondays.

Our room sucked. Did not have basic amenities, no space for our son to sleep but on our bed even though we booked a room for 3 people. Would be charged ridiculous to upgrade to anything decent. Complimentary shuttle was not available on both days we were there, told we picked the one day in the year where they don't offer a shuttle service even though ot wasn't available both days. I am pregnant and had to climb the hill to go between nearby shops and hotel or get cab every single time. Manager was rude when telling us there will be no shuttle for us. I did not enjoy it and wished I could change. Luckily we only stayed 2 days. They were nice enough to let us leave our bags after checkin to walk and go find a cab.

Rooms were cleaned really well, but they do not offer to book excursions like it states and just point you in the direction of town. Also be advised this is on top of a VERY steep hill so walking to town is an option but a potentially harmful one. The front desk was informative and friendly for the most part.

It was a pleasant stay. The location is not bad as it relates to stores and other business but the hotel is located on top of a hill . There food at the hotel was good. There’s also a shopping plaza with in walking distance .

Hidden GEM, and close to everything

My husband and I stayed 7 nights and 8 days at this hotel, and the experience we had here was amazing for the amount we paid. Well worth it! Overall we were thankful to have booked our whole stay at this hotel. Literally no faults with the service all round. It was that great that if we do come back next year we will definitely stay at this hotel and recommend to our family and friends.

far away from Patong beach

1- the hotel was in high land and far away from the beach so it's hard to walk and need car or bike to reach. 2- the shower was not comfortable. 3- breakfast was very simple not as expected. 4- shuttle was provided until mid-night.

Good Value

I stayed in this hotel for five days and have to say it was a good find. The hotel is a bit off the main strip (which is a good thing) and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Patong beach. What the description doesn't say is that 95% of this hotel is of French clientele (which is more than fine). The rooms okay, mattress too soft or worn for me. The pool is great and refreshing. The main draw for me was the food. It was excellent and good value. There is a hill to take into consideration to get to the main road. in general a scooter is probably a wise choice when staying here. overall, good value and relaxing environment.

Nice, little hotel, away from Patong noise...

Nice clean, quite place with a nice swimming pool and friendly staff, located on the hill (good daily exercise). Away from Patong busy, noisy, greedy lifestyle, thank God. Honestly food is nothing to write home about, just go down the steep hill, turn right and you'll find plenty of street food vendors. However the place itself is very relaxing, clean and nice rooms.

AWESOMENESS

Was there for 3N...all the staffs was superb especially the reception staffs...was happy having my omelet n scramble egg made upon order every breakfast...it's a peaceful night sleep for me every night as its located on top if the hill but they have shuttle services but if you decide to walk to the beach or anywhere then it will be troublesome climbing up the steep road leading back to the hotel...but it's worth the climb for me...very homely and clean hotel...

Das Personal ist mega freundlich, das Zimmer ist auch sehr schön, Frühstück genügte für meine verhältnisse, Pool war gut. Vorteil von diesem Hotel ist die ruhe, aber man sollte ein Motorrad habe, da die zufahrt sehr steil ist

ABOMINABLE manque de respect envers ses clients !

Réservé 1 mois avant d'arriver pour 6 nuits; On m'annonce à l'accueil que je n'ai pas de chambres dans l'hôtel cause surbooking, et il m'est proposé de me loger à l'hôtel voisin, ce que je refuse. On me dit que l'hôtel voisin est de catégorie supérieure (gros mensonge) je pars le visiter et constate que ce n'est pas si bien, et il y a beaucous d'escaliers vu mon âge (septentenaire oppéré du coeur). Je recherche sur Internet d'autres hôtels mais difficile de trouver disponibilités en cette période de Nouvel an chinois. Je comprends que j'ai été floué et que ma chambre a été revendu plus cher que ce que j'avais payé. Je négocie et j'arrive à 4 nuits dans l'hôtel en face et 2 nuits au Sai Rough Résidence. Durant les 3 premiers jours des jeunes des quartiers banlieue de Paris ont fait du bruit au bord de la piscine, avec leur musique de RAP, les bouteilles d'alcool et jusqu'à même une bagarre finale ou ils ont été viré. Je n'ai pas eu la chambre avec vue piscine que j'avais payé + cher. Mes 2 derniers jours au Sai Rougn Résidence se sont bien passés, dans un cadre agréable. Je reste amer du manque de Respect de cet hôtel qui revends votre chambre + cher et vous envoie ailleurs, sans vous avoir prévenu.

部屋は比較的綺麗で、お洒落な雰囲気でした。また、大きめのプールを利用することもできます。パタンビーチやナイトマーケット、ショッピングモールなどが徒歩圏内なので、とても有意義に過ごせました。また坂を降りたところにスーパーがあるのが便利でした。ホテルまでのアクセスについては、空港からパタンビーチまで100Bのシャトルバスで、パトンビーチからホテルまでは徒歩で行くことができます。。ホテルに向かうまでに100m程の激坂がありますが、歩くことは可能です。

Mala experiencia. Instalaciones en mal estado. Hotel super ruidoso, con gente borracha gritando por las noches. La habitación sin limpieza porque olvidé poner el cartel, luego decian que pasadas las 3pm ya no se encargaban. La localización fatal, arriba de una cuesta. Por último, el gimnasio mediocre, nada que ver con las fotografías que se muestran. Decepcionante.

Cela fait plus de 15 ans que je vais au Sai Rougn, et j'ai toujours autant de plaisir. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et serviable. Petit-déjeuner toujours de bonne qualité . C'est bien au Sai Rougn que je retournerai l'année prochaine, et pourtant c'est pas les hôtels qui manquent à Patong! Quand on est très bien, pourquoi aller voir ailleurs ?..

Pour mon 8 passages à Patong et donc 8 eme séjours au Sai Rougn .. je suis très déçue J y vais depuis 10ans .. et le sai Rougn n est plus .. L hôtel n est plus intretenue comme il le devrait . Plus de mini bar Plus de restaurant le soir Plus de navette pour bangla Mobilier manquant Prise électrique defactueuse Verouillage de la porte de la suite ainsi que des fenêtres inexistant Joint sanitaire et douche fait à la truelle Fuite wc ect …… Je demande à garder la suite junior jusqu a 14h au lieu d une remise des clés à 12 h déjà hors prix pour la prestation donné… on me demande de règlé 24h soit une journée complète , après y avoir séjourner 3 semaines … Vraiment ça me brise le cœur .. mais pour les prochain mois c est un hôtel à éviter .. Wir hatten ein sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon, Klimaanlage und Ventilator. Auch das Bad war sehr sauber und angenehm groß. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch ganz nett. Im Grunde ist nichts auszusetzen, außer den sehr lauten Froschgeräuschen, denen man nachts ausgesetzt war.

コロナウイルスでフライトが欠航となり、行けなかった旨を伝えたものの、返金はできないとのこと。 また、何日も前から連絡をとっているのに、一向に連絡が返ってこず、旅行前日に、キャンセル不可と連絡された。 施設は写真のようで素晴らしいものであると思うのだが、緊急時、災害時の対応が理解できない。

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was benötigt wird. Der Pool ist toll und die Mitarbeiter sind steht’s nett und hilfsbereit. Kleines Manko um zum Hotel zu kommen muss ein recht steiler Berg von der Hauptstraße erzwungen werden. Aber gleich am Anfang ist ein Famili Markt da kann man dich Wegzehrung holen. 😉 Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Chambre en mauvais etat ( Douche avec toilette tres proche ,tringle en ruine et prise en mauvais etat ) photo non conforme a la réalité surtout des espaces jardin autour de la piscine .Le propietaire nous propose une chambre refaite en bon etat mais il faut rajouter de l argent .

Tolle ruhige Lage mir schöner Grünanlage u Pool. Super Taxiservice zum Strand u Stadt. Leider gab es nur einen Zimmerschlüssel. Der Duschvorhang war schwarz vor Schimmel. Wir mussten drauf bestehen, dass dieser ausgetauscht wird, was 2 Tage gedauert hat.

Sehr schöne Anlage, ruhig gelegen. Mit dem kostenlosen Shuttlebus jedoch mehrmals täglich schnell und pünktlich zum Strand oder Shoppingmall und zurück! Sehr freundliches Service Personal und Housekeeping. Schöner gepflegter Pool und ausreichen Liegestühle. Sehr gute Küche mit leckerem Fondue und abwechselndem Mittagstisch! Viel Stammgäste belegen beste Leistungen und Service!

Hôtel correct,piscine pas mal,pas très loin du centre,tenu par un français qui d’ailleurs n’est pas très courtois,à peine un bonjour quand il vs croise sachant que ns étions français c’est le truc qui m’a un peu déçu , Mais bon j’avais déjà vu ds certain commentaire ceci

La clim ne fonctionne pas ..douche directement sur les toilettes..rideaux de douche de l annee 1980 .

Très bon établissement, un peu à l’ecart des nuisances sonores la nuit, le personnel accueillant, la chambre nickel, le gérant disponible et à l’ecoute de ses clients et très sympathique contrairement aux avis que j’ai pu lire. J’ai bénéficier d’un surclassement. Hôtel essentiellement composé de Français. Bon établissement que je recommande sans hésiter.

J ai aimé le service au global, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la qualité et propreté. Le seul point negatif est pour se faire comprendre car niveau d anglais faible du personnel et aucune notion de francais alors que le patron est francais...

Le patron est très peu aimable et vous dit bonjour quand il a envie. Très hautain et très peu disponible. Une très grande montee pour accéder à l’hotel , obligation de s’equiper De tuktuk. Une navette est mis à disposition pour vous déposer sur Patong et venir vous chercher à une horaire précis. Attente de 30 minute il n’est jamais venu. J’ai payé 300 baht l’équivalent de 9€ à peu près pour revenir à mon hôtel. Arrive à la réception. Ils font semblant de pas comprendre. En gros 300 baht de perdu La piscine est correcte les chambres aussi mais le ménage laisse à désirer au niveau des sols. Nous n’avons donc pas prolonger notre séjour et avons changé d’hôtel
