Quiet rustic old hotel with personalized service.

Super bonito

This was a very quaint Inn in the small town of Briñas. We were there to taste the wines of Haro in the La Rioja region and this was a convenient only 2 miles away. One day we did it on bikes riding thru the vineyards was awesome. Staff there were great too. Complimentary breakfast was also a plus along with a small pool to cool off in. There was a restaurant in town that was also very good

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was incredibly beautiful and peaceful, and nearby very cute and famous places like the village of Haro. What we mostly loved was the free and natural breakfast that they offer. Delicious! We will come back.

What a gem. Stunning building and beautifully decorated. We were driving from France to Portugal and all we needed was one night but I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The only meal we had was breakfast and it was delicious. We were not familiar with what they eat in Spain and they kept recommending different things and bringing to the table. All freshly made. A true Spanish experience. There’s plenty of parking around the hotel and it’s very safe.

A great little hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel used to be a home and has an interesting history. There is a very nice garden where we sat to have wine and cheese in the afternoon. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Place.

Delightful restored old merchant's house about three minutes drive outside of Haro and right on a wide and peaceful stretch of la Rio Ebro. The bedrooms were immaculately clean and the bed was particularly comfortable. Staff could not have been nicer and the establishment is very dog friendly. Breakfast is included and wine tasting packages at local vineyards can be booked too. We managed an excellent rate for two nights making for exceptional value. Brinas itself is a picture perfect medieval village with two bar/cafés, a pharmacia, two high end hotels with pool and restaurants, along with another simple but very good value restaurant in the village. The pretty and bustling small medieval wine town of Labastida is a four minute drive and has a few very good, very resonable restaurants. This place is absolutely ideal for wine and food weekends and day trips to nearby Vitoria, San Vincente, Laguardia and Santo Domingo de la Calzada. Highly recommended.

The perfect place in Brinas

We loved the quaint hotel...eady to find and off main road. . So quiet and yet a t min walk to villahe square and river walks. Rooms just lovely and breakfast and service..all perfect. Very welcoming.

Great time

It was a very nice experience. The rooms were very comfortable; the setting of the hotel in this old village was wonderful. The breakfast was very good; internet strong. There are no restaurants in the village so don't come hungry.

Lovely old property

Lovely old property but a bit noisy due to the large rooms and wooden floors. Good breakfast but choices for evening menu a bit unexciting.

We loved our stay in La Rioja. Everyone we met was friendly, and the hotel staff were very accommodating to our needs. The hotel has old world charm, but has been updated to meet modern needs. The scenery is beautiful. We recommend this hotel.

A Rustice Gem in La Rioja

This a rustic hotel in a small town in La Rioja. Its a gem! The rooms are unique and nicely appointed. There are various public lounges and living rooms throughout. Breakfast was included and the offerings were varied and plenty. Dinner is available but you must book well in advance. Joel and Ricardo are very kind and service oriented. There was never anything we wanted, from a cup of coffee or glass of win in the afternoon, to help preparing an itinerary for the day, that they wouldn't do for us. We felt so well taken care of.

Quiet, intriguing hotel in a lovely village

We chose this as a base for exploring Rioja and it is perfect for that. The hotel has an interesting history and there are pictures in the public areas which show it's conversion. We had a good size room which was very comfortable.

Historic Hotel w/ Updated Rooms & Comfort

Comfortable hotel not far from small town

The hotel itself was not far from main road systems and within walking distance of the nearest town/village. We used this as a stopover on our way to the Rioja Region. Our rooms were clean, quite spacious and modern. The cafe was basic but the restaurant was clean and nicely furnished serving good food and wine. The staff were pleasant

Amazing medival town. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Ricardo, el conserje de tarde, un 10 de atención, con consejos diarios, compañía de charlas amenas, y mas allá de sus obligaciones, nos dejó preparado un sencillo desayuno para nuestra salida a las 6 de la mañana, el día de nuestra partida

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful, clean and rustic place. Super friendly host and ladies that prepared our breakfast. Will definitely recommend this place. We stayed here one night our way to our destination, but would have stayed longer to see more of this beautiful region. Simply stunning scenery right outside the window.

HOTEL TRANQUILO Y COMODO

Bonito hotel en una casa antigua restaurada con mucho gusto. Situado en el pueblo de Briñas a 2-3km de Haro. Habitaciones grandes con las camas muy cómodas.

La dueña una señora súper amable y servicial, el lugar es como volviese a la antigua casa de mis abuelos. El pueblo pequeño pero hay dos buenos restaurantes y otros dos bares más de picoteo, así k para un día bien.

Excelente anfitrion, caseron precioso.

Hospedería con el encanto de un edificio del s. XVIII. Atención del personal de lujo, muy limpio y cumpliendo las medidas de higiénicas frente al Covid-19. Desayuno fabuloso y ubicado en un precioso pueblo a orillas del rio Ebro, y perfectamente ubicado para visitar las innumerables bodegas h los principales pueblos de la Rioja Alavesa. Recomendable sin duda.

Sitio muy agradable

Buen sitio para pasar unos días, Briñas como pueblo no tiene gran cosa pero la Hospedería esta bien el trato es muy cordial, ajustandose aún a la manera de proceder post Covid 19

This is a 3 star hotel. Therefore you should expect charm without extra frills. The rooms are comfortable, the decor simple. Breakfast is good. If you paid below 100 per room, that’s fair, more than that is over priced.

Es un hotel en una edificación antigua restaurada con buen gusto, trato amable y un magnífico desayuno. El pueblo es pequeño, tranquilo y muy bonito, situado en un alto junto al río.

Un sitio estupendo para disfrutar del entorno, tanto en familia como con amigos.

Ruhiges, altes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal.

Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. In einer halben Stunde ist man zu Fuß bei mehreren namhaften Winzern in Haro. Für nur 20 Euro bekamen wir ein 3 Gänge Menü incl. Wein und Wasser und einem Espresso danach. Brinas selbst ist sehr klein und ruhig. Ideal zum Entspannen. Das Hotelgebäude selbst ist schon sehr alt und die Treppen und Räume krumm und schief, aber uns hat das gefallen. Besonderen Dank noch an Ricardo, der uns lecker bekocht und sehr nett bedient hat.

gute Lage für Ausgangspunkt ins Rioja Gebiet, gutes Frühstück, ruhig, Zimmer abgewohnt und nicht der Abbildung entsprechend, schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
