Demanded to keep my passport when the other hotel does not required. Especially, when I’ve paid my hotel in full already.

we were given he highest 7th floor and there was no lift to this level and have to climb from the 6th level. I asked for transfer to another room and was told it already full house for the hotel which I think he lied. when I return to the hotel carrying heavy items and ask one of the staff to help me carry to the reception one of the staff was unwilling to do for me.. The water tap shower runs very slow with little water and could not be resolved. Although the rooms are beautiful , the service is just average only

There is no tea or water in the lobby area. Two small water bottles are not enough for superior triple room. The room size is not correct as shown in website.

Staffs r friendly. Room a little small but organize. I don’t stay in the room much. Just need a place to sleep. A little bit noisy in early morning.

I really like the people who work at the front desk, they're friendly and speak English well. (English speaking ability isn't important to me, but it's nice to not have to communicate via google translate since I can't speak Vietnamese yet) The room is very nice. It has a decently comfortable bed, reliable air conditioner, and the water pressure is adequate as well. I really don't like that there are only three useable outlets in the entire room and that there isn't much space to eat on the desk though. Also, the internet is pretty slow and the maids don't come to collect trash daily, so it's easy for the trash to pile up. The room is nice enough for these things not to be too much of a problem for me though, I'm happy here.

This is a fantastic location you are right in the middle of historical sites and great dining experiences. The room is a good size and comfortable. They are currently updating the rooms and the improvements will make the stay that much better. The harbor is just down the street for a truly memorable dinner cruise opportunity.

Conveniently located in District 1, walking distant to everything. Lift access, though their are a flight of stairs to get to first floor. I would stay again.
