Check in is terrible here. Even though there is an actual person at the counter which double as a bar, the attendant has you fill out your information on an iPad. The iPads or internet were slow so the process of checking in took 20 minutes for each person. We arrived at 2:30 pm and we were told we could not start any check in until 3:00 along with the 14 other people waiting to check in. The key would not work to our room and we were given a key to a different room instead but upon opening that room we realized the room was occupied by other guests so back to the lobby we went where we were finally given keys to our original room we booked. This whole process took over an hour and walking all over the hotel with our bags. For our inconveniences we were offered a free drink at the bar. This hotel is very disorganized.

Best thing was the location.

The room had a balcony but it was locked and when asked if we could have it unlocked, they said we could not use it. Statf were not very friendly or approachable, actually felt like we were an inconvenience to them. You have to do.your own checkin when you arrive, so you become the staff member. The room itself was fine and the location was.good.

I've stayed at many hotels over the years- and this a pleasant surprise- not your average hotel! Great location, funky vibe and beautiful amenities- highly recommend.

Overall the hotel met our expectations. The issues were that they had set our room up for one person even though the reservation had 2. That left us with one pillow, one towel, a blanket that wouldn’t cover both of us. I had asked for additional items and did receive an extra pillow but not the rest.

Location was wonderful.

Rooms lack storage space. More towel hooks would be helpful. I did not care for products in shower. Breakfast was excellent as was the bar. I did not receive housekeeping once in three days and I thought it would be every other day.

The property was very modern. The checkin was at the bar which was very convenient. The room was modern and clean. I would definitely recommend.

Conveniemtly located and it had a nice bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was too cold. The thermostat we could not change so the room was bitter cold with cold floors. I also didnt like that there was no coffee in the room. On the day of checkout I found the galley on my floor where I could make instant coffee but had a weird hot water tap that said could dispense boiling water but I couldn't figure out how to make it that hot. And then there was a vending machine for ammenities which I found funny that offered slippers, I guess because the rooms and floors are so cold.

Very chic hotel with a great lounge and atmosphere. Free washing machine and dryer available (just ask the front desk for a pod). The room is very small.

Great facilities, rooms are cozy!

Excellent convenient location, but tiny rooms with no room amenities like coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Bathroom was right in the bedroom. Black hallways & depressing to walk in. Elevator worked well. Despite being told you could use the guest kitchen, we could only store in the fridge & had to have an employee let us in every time. Good laundry facilities. Free coffee stations in hallway. Connected to a mall. Despite several positive things, would not stay there again because of all the inconveniences and tiny room that felt like a prison cell, & we didn’t even reserve the smallest room!

Great location, super central and easy to walk to everything. Good breakfast and great bar to hang out and work. I would stay again - rooms nice and quiet considering location. Very modern and rooms looked to be redone in the last year - big rooms for Europe as well.

Do not stay at this hotel on a Friday night ! The rooms are small but met all of my needs. However, on our last night the music from the bar downstairs vibrated the bed until 3:00 in the morning. This made getting up early for my flight difficult. It's absolutely ridiculous that I had to put up with that.

Beautiful lobby/bar area. Modern beautiful room. Close to restaurants, market, shopping mall attached in building with pharmacy, convenience store and grocery. Quiet room. Room was cool with air con. but not cold. Nice hair dryer in room & nice toiletries with large quantity. We booked midsize room and glad we did for luggage space because naturally still smallish room.

Beautiful boutique hotel close to everything. Incredible staff and incredible breakfast with many options for all dietary restrictions. Highly reccomend!

It was a good stay but the main problems: air conditioned not cooling at all! No frige in room No coffee or tea maker inside the room

Check in was a disaster

Chech-in took 75 minutes. No temporary parking to unload luggage. We found nearby street parking & I took some luggage to ckeck in first while my husband satyed in car. I came into hotel & found I was in a big bar. I found a sign says check-in is 1 step away with an arrow point up. I walked up staircases with my luggage & found it is another sitting area for the bar. I came down with my luggage & asked a bar tender where is front desk. She said it is the bar counter. After got into room, I washed hands & found sink plug was stucked & could not drain water. There is no telephone in room. I went down to front desk & spoke to the girl who checked me in. A guy beside her took a knife and was going to go up with me. I told him I felt uncomfortable with the knife, so he switched to a tonge. After some trying, he could not fix the plug. He said he would call front desk to change room for me and told me to go there. I went down & talked to the same girl, she saidthe guy did not call & they would not change room for me. So I sat there for a while and waiting the guy to call front desk. Then I talked to another staff. She also said the guy did not call and refuse to help me. So I aske for manager. Then the girl agreed to find a new room for us. I had to move my luggage from 1st room to 2nd. I wnet to our car & guided my hub to park. We followed hotel sign to elevator and got to shopping mall. No sign there at all. Carrying luggage wondering around till we met a security guy.

The reception is open 24/7 for late arrival. There is a free washer and dryer for guest to use on the second floor. If you stay multiple days and deny maid service, they give you a drink voucher for the bar. It is located about a 20 minute walk from train station and a block from the main pedestrian shopping street. It is located centrally in the city so everything is easy walking. The rooms are very clean but compact. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish! A super cool, friendly hotel right in the centre of Stuttgart. Accessing the trains and underground was easy and the wonderful people who worked at the Ruby Hanna made our stay even more special. We loved the eco-friendly option to swap your room clean for a free drink! The galley, free water and 24 hour bar were a great added bonus, the galley even had an iron. 10/10 couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Modern Music Themed Hotel

A very modern music themed hotel. Room was very bright and clean and the bar area relaxing. Five minute walk from the train station and 10 minute from Schlossplatz. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was really nice / clean and central to everything, but we paid quite a lot for our 4 nights and the air conditioning wasn’t working, the engineer came and did some repair and said to try it . But still wasn’t any good , I was told there is a known issue with it and because it was the weekend now , nothing could be done. Had to open windows but even then was way to hot and extremely noisy outside

A characterful property with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to walk to the main station in Munich and also handy for the U Bahn. My only adverse comment about the bedrooms would be watch out for the corners of the bed base. I’m going home with a couple of bruises….

Fantastic place to stay

One would be forgiven for mistaking Ruby Hanna for a renovated storage warehouse. Harsh LED downlnghts give the hallways and lobby a dayless, asceptic illumination that one expects to encounters in, say, a spaceship meat locker. But the welcoming, friendly staff more than warm the place up once you're settled into the cozy library with a drink. The efficient rooms also provide plenty of cleansed space to stretch out, comfortable beds. RH provides excellent value, especially if you don't require Hermes amenities.

Avoid Ruby Hannaat all costs!

I booked two rooms at the Ruby Hanna. Upon arrival there was no parking within 6 blocks free or paid. I called the hotel for suggestions and no one answered with multiple attempts. Further they denied a refund! Their listings are misleading and should state: “We have no parking, There is no parking within many blocks. Do not arrive via car or with mobility impaired guests bc it won’t work and we won’t help you.” Worst hotels.com experience ever!!

Overall, it has a great location, a good breakfast, and a stylish design (except for the excessive darkness in the café). The room, however, is poorly designed. It’s very narrow, so be careful with your shins on the bed corners; the TV is positioned much lower than ideal, and there’s no closet. It’s a strange room where the sink is placed in the middle of the space. Not to mention the audacity and lack of communication between the housekeeping staff and the reservations desk—they entered our room for cleaning three times while we were sleeping, and it was our last day there.

Dieses Hotel holt mich nicht ab.

Ich bin sehr spät abends angekommen. Es fing schon damit an, dass der Eingang des Hotels nicht gut zu finden ist und nicht entsprechend beschriftet ist. Der Tresen ist gleichzeitig CheckIn Schalter. Nach 3 Versuchen meine Daten beim Checkin auf ein iPad einzugeben, hat es endlich geklappt. Die Dame am Tresen hat mir freundlich zugeredet. Warum sie dann selbst meine Daten für mich NICHT refasst hat, habe ich nicht verstanden. Alles ist in Schwarz gehalten und sehr dunkel. Die Gänge und Flure sind denen einer Geisterbahn ähnlich mit Farbklecksen auf dem Boden und an manchen Wänden. In einer Art Getränkge-Ecke konnte man sich aus dem Automaten Bier und Chips rauslassen. Mein Zimmer selbst, in der 2. besten Kategorie war teuer, recht klein und schlauchartig schmal. Der Blick aus dem Fenster zeigte auf eine Betonwand. Ich war froh, das Hotel nach einer Nacht wieder verlassen zu können.

Great hotel in central Stuttgart!

Great hotel - location, ambiance, rooms, amenities. Loved the small galleys where you could get sparkling water, cold & hot purified water and also buy small stuff. Breakfast ok, perfect sized buffet, a little low on the hot items (no scrambled eggs, only boiled). Rooms great! Loved the lights in the bathroom and that there was a Nespresso machine.

Really great place, young competent and dedicted personel with a cherful attitude and finding a guitar amp in my bedroom and guitars available in the hotel wqs just so cool! Sorry for the noise though 😅

Sauberes Stadthotel mit sehr zeitgemäßem Konzept

Die Übernachtung in dem noch relativ jungen Hotel war durchweg zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Das Zimmer konnte vor allem mit der exzellenten Sauberkeit und mit einem wirklich bequemem Bett punkten. Die Einrichtung und das Bad waren sehr kompakt organisiert, aber alles wirkte hochwertig. Es war auffallend ruhig im Zimmer, trotz der zentralen Lage am Einkaufszentrum "Gerber". Besonderes Ambiente bietet die Location im sanierten Altbau. Der Empfang ging schnell vonstatten und war freundlich. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Superbe ! La propreté de l’hôtel est exemplaire, l’accueil chaleureux et efficace, et l’emplacement parfait. Literie très confortable, climatisation facile à régler. Le lobby est un bar tres sympathique. Nous y avon séjourné l'été et le silence dans les chambres était très appréciable.
