An elegant trip.

The environment in the room and lobby is very clean and quiet, and you can feel a Japanese-style elegant environment. The breakfast is also quite rich in Japanese style, which reminds people of memories of traveling in Japan.

Heaven on earth for Japanese!

I stayed for four nights during my business trip, and as a traveler from Japan, I found my stay extremely comfortable. Everything at the hotel is thoughtfully designed to cater to Japanese guests. After facing the stressful environment in Vietnam during day time, I felt a sense of relief, as if I had returned home, the moment I arrived at the hotel. Thank you. If I need to stay for a longer period (even for a year), I would have no hesitation in choosing Roygen as my residence.

ハノイで日本クオリティーのサービスを受けられるホテルでした。 場所が少し日本人街から離れているのでその事は不便を感じましたが、ホテルは朝食も含めて素晴らしい内容でした また次回も宿泊したいと思います。

재방문 했어요. 하루의 피곤함을 사우나를 이용하면서 풀었네요. 조식도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 잘 쉬다 왔어요. 다음에 또 기회 되면 재방문할 거예요^^

조식 종류는 많지 않았지만 있는 종류들이 다 맛있었고 분위기가 깔끔했습니다. 전체적으로 쾌적하고 주변이 조용해서 좋았습니다. 사우나를 즐길 수 있어 아주 좋았어요!! 기회가 된다면 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어요

I have always enjoyed my stay at Roygent Parks Hanoi. Staff were very friendly, room was clean and the facilities are well taken cared off. Food in the restaurant are delicious! This hotel is highly recommended.

Good hotel

Good locations with mall and supermarket within walking distance if you are ok with the traffic. Staffs are very helpful to their best understanding English language. Overall very good.

Very Japanese feel in this hotel: the cleaniness, food , and even an onsen.

Good location outside of the downtown core. Clean and friendly staff. Japanese design bath was a plus! Great staff.

It's quiet, good for sleep. The inconvenient stores although just a stone throw away, you need to take circuitous path to get there.

Great place to stay

A lot of attention to detail. I really enjoy the hotel especially the room amenities and also the japanese breakfast. Unfortunately, some cigarette smell in the room eventhough I asked for a non smoking room. When I asked the reception, it was indeed a non smoking room. Else, my stay would have been perfect. I hope the situation can be improved as I would like to stay more often in this hotel.

The room is very clean and everything is good. The breakfast is Japanese style and with nice variety of different choices. I am very satisfied with the stay and will definitely come back again!

旧市街から遠い Googleマップで、旧市街に近いところに 同じ名前で表示があり、そこと間違えて予約してしまった。 ベトナムのGoogleマップは、信用できない。

計画停電

計画停電は予約前、少なくとも事前には通知すべき。 チェックイン時に知らされ、翌日は照明がつかなかった。 その他は快適であっただけに残念。

出張最適

旧市街からは離れていますが、市内では空港に近い場所にあり移動が楽です。 日系客が多くてベトナムの雰囲気はないですが、出張では使い勝手が良いホテルです。 隣のレジデンス下には、イオンスーパー、韓国系スーパーもあり、便利です。

두번째 방문인데, 대중탕도 있고 객실도 넓고 식사도 좋고 다 맘에들어요

Its overall an amazing Hotel!

출장 숙소로 묵게 되었는데 1층의 사우나 시설이 아주 만족스러웠고 조식도 딱 적당하게 좋았습니다.

すごい良かった

かなり良いホテルです、 原点ポイントが見つかりにくいですね。 強いて申し上げるなら、レストランのスタッフの目配りですかね…（相談したい顔をしても声をかけてくれない）

출장시 매번 이용하고 있습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 직원들 응대도 훌륭합니다. 조식도 부담스럽지 않을정도 좋습니다. 택시나 그랩 이용한 이동에도 문제가 없습니다. 일본계열의 주재원들이 많이 상주하고 있어서 들썩이기 보다는 차분한 분위기입니다. 다만 흠이라면 편의점을 가기 위해서는 옆 아파트 1층까지 좀 걸어가야 한다는점...

전체적으로 아주 만족합니다

いつも利用させて頂いておりますがクオリティが変わらず安心して宿泊できます。 スタッフさん達も皆さんとても親切です。 最近はレストランショップにベトナムお土産なども置かれるようになり、不足分など購入できて嬉しいです。 キッチン付きの宿泊は、近所のスーパーで買物をして自炊もできて便利です。 ベトナムらしさを味わうにはちょっと物足りなさを感じるかもしれませんが、ビジネス利用では落ち着いて仕事が出来る環境です。

日本？！

日本のホテルにいるかのように落ち着けました。朝食も日本食があり、とても美味しかったです。部屋も広く清潔で洗濯機もあり長期には良いと思います。大浴場も素晴らしく是非試して欲しいです。周囲にもマックスバリューと韓国のスーパーがありました。

日本人向け。 朝食会場いくと日本国内で出張に来ている 感じ。食事も美味しい。 大浴場もあってのんびりできる。 長期滞在者もおおくみられました

出張のたび毎月利用させてもらっていますが、最近は混んでいる様子です。それでもサービスが落ちることもなく、フロントはもとより清掃スタッフさんまで気持ちが良い対応をしてくださります。 混んでいる時はゴールド会員特典の部屋アップグレードはありませんでした。

日本語がある程度通じるし、綺麗なので不満はないです

아늑하고 청결한 숙박환경... 손이 안가는 메뉴로 가득채운 뷔페가 아닌 최적화된 조식 등으로 출장시 매번 이용하고 있습니다. 출장이든 관광이든 한번 이용해 보시길 권해드립니다.

깔끔하지만 메인 시내에서 약간 멀어요

깔끔하고 여성들이 사용하기 좋습니다. 조그만 사우나가 있어서 부족하지만 피로를 풀기에도 좋습니다. 다만 구석구석 먼지들이나 스탠드에 오래된 먼지들도 신경쓰면 좋겠네요. 조식은 나쁘지 않지만 구성이 많지 않습니다. 요거트는 없어서 약간 실망했어요.

フロント日本語対応、日本食の朝食、広い部屋、冷蔵庫も大きい　日本人向け繁華街からは少し離れるが許容範囲　細かい対応も良く便利でした。 市内各所を回るシャトルバスがあるのも便利でした。

フロントの対応がとてもいいです。日本語でも話すことが出来ていいです。朝食もとても美味しいです。ハノイに来たら、また泊まりたいです。

過ごしやすいホテルで良かったです。

いつも利用させて頂いております。スタッフの気づかいがとても良く、安心して宿泊できています。 ただ、連泊のときに掃除をお願いしないとタオル交換などがないので、自主的に依頼しなければならないのが少し不便です。 海外であることとコスパを考えれば、それを差し引いても素晴らしいホテルだと思います。

매우 깔끔한 숙소 컨디션에 매일 조금씩 달라지는 조식까지 매우 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 다음 출장에도 또 이용하고 싶습니다. 공간도 넓어서 동행하는 인원이 있어도 충분할 것 같습니다.
