Good value for money

Nice place for staying - friendly staff, comfortable bed. We arrived quite late about 10 pm and hot water was an issue, so the kids had to take a quick cold shower before going to bed, which was quite unpleasant for them. My husband and I waited for about 1,5 hours to take a bath. I liked the place though - pretty quiet and we had a very good rest.

The only issue was the about the location, in the app was saying 1 mile from town but we 2.2 miles from the town to get to the Hotel even you have to take a around a hundred stairs to get to the Hotel’s steet

Lovely Hotel in quiet location - would recommend!!

Upon arrival we were met by a friendly receptionist who explained that we were being upgraded free to the master suite and the room was being cleaned and prepared, this was no longer than 30 minutes wait. The room was fantastic and spacious arranged over two levels albeit we only used the lower level. The bed is a double which looks small in the huge space but was amazingly comfortable. There was a fridge in the room and a spa bath. The room was on the top floor with no lift so for some this may be a concern but didn’t bother us. All encounters with the staff were excellent and they were always friendly, with even the chambermaid being smiley and saying good day. Some reviews have commented on the distance to the town ( long walk up a big hill) and we walked it once which took some 30 minutes, however the hotel staff pointed out the nearby tram stop and gave us a free map. The trams are very frequent (every few minutes) and take 3 minutes into town, we alighted after two stops at Centrum by the shopping centre and walked from there. All in all it was a very pleasant stay, quiet, relaxed and convenient. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as it was 30 PLN per head, instead we opted to breakfast in town which was circa 15 PLN each.

This was clean and nice. breakfast was very good. check in easy and they spoke fairly good English. We had seen on some website featuring this hotel that there was a hot tub. I was so looking forward to it after a long day but when we got there we found there was not a hot tub. Apparently 2 rooms have a jacuzzi tub. we did not get one of those rooms. We ended up with public transportation as the couple who were coming with us and renting a car backed out because of virus fears. With public transportation it is a 15 min walk up a hill with many steps-after a trolley ride.

Royal Residence Review

royal residence review •room wasnt ready at 2pm to check in so had to wait until 2.30pm (even though online check in states 2pm) there was nobody else even staying in the hotel! •wifi didn't work on many occasions which was frustrating •there was a few hangers but nowhere to hang clothes which defeated having them in the first place. •no coffee/tea in the room but was a kettle, cups and sugar? •I presume nobody else was staying here because it was a building site, all maintenance work was going in outside and inside the building which was extremely noisy throughout my stay. •people drilling/sawing at early hours of the morning which was extremely loud and woke me up. there was no care for the customers and I was very disappointed my stay. •finally compared to the photo's I seen online of their hotel, my hotel room was nothing a like! all 84 photos show the hotel as it appears online and not in reality. I have attached photo's below, compare them yourself to the ones shown by the hotel themselves.

Stay at the hotel was plesent and staff very helpful, communication good. Brakefast was very limited for non meat eaters. Parking not so good. Enjoyed my stay and if I return I would stay there again. Hotel signs would be better placed.

Royal Residence - or Fawlty Palace?

The first problem with this hotel was getting to it. The location is only reached along a narrow, twisting and very bumpy track which was uncomfortable even an “all road”car. Parking is on the street and public transport is a significant walk away. The hotel is converted from one or more houses, no lift. The stairs were being decorated so we lugged our cases up two flights avoiding plastic sheeting and wet paint. The bedroom was large, clean and comfortable which was fine. No evening meal, so we walked half a mile down the hill to a restaurant. In the morning the breakfast room was small and overcrowded with a limited buffet. The highlight was that one of the legs fell off our table! When we told the staff they said “Yes, we know, we’ll fix it later”! I’ve had worse hotel experiences - but not for many years!

Warm and friendly welcome

Nice hotel with a warm and friendly welcome. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet location. About a twenty five minute walk to the old town. But taxis are cheap at about thirty zloty.

Located in a largely residential area this hotel has few amenities nearby but more than makes up for this when you are enjoying the quiet in your well decorated, very spacious room. For such accommodation only a twenty minute walk from the town center the prices are fantastic!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Royal Residence. A bit outside Gdansk centre but there's a great tram service close by and taxis aren't bad. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend to others. Thanks to the Royal Residence staff for making me so welcome.

Stayed here before, Nice Hotel and Good Location as well, only 10 min walk to either the Bus or Tram stop.. Or 15 walk to Station and the town.. Will stay here again

Nice hotel close to the old town

The hotel was nice, with excellent staff and was like 20 min walking to the old town. The are was quite.

That was my first staying in the Residence. Quiet area, clean and comfortable place. Very convenient. Close to public transport and Airport. Nice and friendly staff. Very helpful. Good and reach breakfast - full of choices. Shame, there is no Restaurant, but on the other hand it's close to town, so easy to eat out.

Interesting place to stay in Gdansk

I stayed here in June 2016 for two nights in order to visit Gdansk and Frombork. It is comfortable and clean, in a quiet area but somewhat away from the Old Town. The staff are friendly, and they mentioned that it was a 25-minute walk to the Old Town and provided a map, but we found a car to be useful. The road in which the hotel is situated is rather bumpy, and parking is tricky as there is no official off-street parking other than on the dirt and grass opposite and a short, narrow area off the side of the road adjacent to the hotel. In the rain, the road was a little muddy. Despite these problems, my colleague and I enjoyed our stay and the hotel provided a nice breakfast.

The "hotel" is extremely difficult to find. You will need to have a car to stay here. Not very far from the old city center, but too far to walk.

However, when I arrived they did not have my booking, and were also fully booked. i had to find another hotel. You did make a withdraw on my account for the night. Please refund my money. I made the booking and payed in advance, one day ahead of my intended stay. I got confirmation of the booking, However when I arrived they did not have my reservation in their log !!! They were fully booked, so no possibility to arrange a room for me. I had to find another accomodation in the evening. I promise to never trouble you with any more bookings in the future. Very interesting place to stay

This is a different type of place. Very interesting building. The ladies behind the counter were quite helpful and their English was excellent. The breakfast was good. Located too far from the old town. Use the taxi ordered by the staff. The taxi we used from the taxi stand down town charged us three times the amount we paid from the hotel.

Great friendly staff and luxurious decor

I stayed in Residence Isabel for two nights due to business. I really enjoyed my stay as I got a lovely spacious room, very clean, maintained to a high standard. Great location to the centre, free wifi and delicious breakfast served by friendly staff - I couldn't ask for more. The prices are very reasonable for what you get so I would definitely recommend this place to both leisure and business trips. I would definitely stay again. Gdansk is a wonderful place and this is the right place to stay for me.

Charming family operation with personal touch

Checked in late and checked out early - had hardly enough time to enjoy this charming place. Appreciated the calm - Villa Isabell is not in the town center.

The room from near by Hel

Hotel Willa Isabel was situedaed in a beuatiful hill. We ordered in websites de lux room, but we were getting the room far away from that!!! No jacuzzi, no mini- bar or fridgirator or even the smallest air-conditioning! Sun was shining for the whole day in our room, and there was no help for that (for.e.x.shadowcurtains) And the bed was so un-comfortable! Near by Willa Isabel there is a beach which is called "Hel" but in Isabel we were in our own "Hell". Except when we left the room. So don´t order from the websites before you make sure what kind of room you are gonna get from Willa Isabel.

Två dagar i Gdansk

Helt okej boende och ligger i ett dugligt avstånd från centrum. Sängarna var hårda och frukosten är inget att rekommendera. Vi skulle endast sova på hotellet så vi är nöjda och rekommenderar trots allt detta hotell. Gratis parkering utanför dessutom!

Kiva paikka, mukava henkilökunta, hyvä aamianen. Hinta/laatusuhde oli mielestäni kohdallaan. Menisin uudestaan. Miinuksena, huoneistossa oli aika kylmä (huom. tammikuu) ja muiden asukkaiden äänet kuuluivat helposti huoneeseen.

Akurat trafiłem na awarię, o której mnie nie powiadomiono ... Pani na Recepcji szybko wyszukała nowy pobyt w pobliskim Hotelu. Wszystko odbyło się w miłej atmosferze oraz sprawnie... za pobyt uregulowany w Royal nie pobrano ponownej opłaty. Po przygodach, ale bez zastrzeżeń.

Leuk pand met sfeervolle inrichting, locatie is wat minder, hobbelige kasseienweg naar hotel, weinig parkeerplaats voor auto's. Tram verbinding vrij dichtbij en op zich al niet te ver van het centrum van Gdansk. Behoorlijke kamer met matige douche, wel netjes en schoon. Behoorlijk ontbijt. Redelijke bedden.

Ho prenotato 2 quadruple, mi danno 2 triple nonostante dimostrassi con prenotazione alla mano di avere prenotato 2 quadruple. Mi chiedono di pagare una differenza per aggiungere i letti ma 1 camera è troppo piccola per poterlo mettere. L'hotel non ha ascensore ma scale con gradini stretti e alti scomodi per salire con bagaglio fino al 2° o 3° piano. Letto matrimoniale scomodissimo, assenza totale di sapone, shampoo e bagnoschiuma, asciugamani vecchi e rigidi. Sala colazione troppo piccola, devi aspettare il turno per sederti, macchinetta per caffè-cappuccino rotta. Nella descrizione dell'hotel si parla di parcheggio gratuito. Vero, il parcheggio è sulla strada, sopra i marciapiedi spesso pieni, quindi non si possono nemmeno scaricare le valigie vicino l'ingresso. Per finire mi fanno pagare la colazione di due persone in più, prenotata come le camere per 4 persone

Nie polecam!! Na 10 min po rezerwacji noclegu zadzwonił do mnie właściciel hotelu i powiedział ze nie maja wolnych pokoi i zwrócą mi pieniądze na konto w ciągu kilku godzin. Niestety do dzisiaj nie otrzymałam zwrotu a od wlascicieli otrzymuje wymówki, jednego dnia, ze przelew został już wykonany ale pewnie nie doszedł, drugiego dnia ze faktycznie nie został wykonany, bo właściciel był na urlopie z dziećmi i nie chciał zawracać dobie głowy pracą... sytuacja trwa ponad tydzień i nadal bezskutecznie staram sie odzyskać moje pieniądze. bardzo nieprzyjemna sytuacja i żenujący brak profesjonalizmu.

Topp service og sjarmerende rom

Flott og sjarmerende hotell. Et lite stykke unna sentrum, (ca 20 min å gå til gamlebyen). 5 minutter å gå til t-bane). Denne bruker 5 minutter, og stopper rett ved gamlebyen. Ingen kjøleskap eller veranda på rommet, men utrolig sjarmerende og flott rom. Vi bodde i 3. etg. Stort bad og god dobbeltseng. Vask og bytte av håndklær hver dag. Kjempegod service i resepsjonen. Styr unna frokosten. Lite utvalg og stive priser, ca. 140 kr for 2 personer. Bruk heller pengene på en god frokost i byen. Vi bodde der i starten av juli. dette er nok mer et hotell for høst - vinter - vår. Savnet av uteareal og veranda var stort i varmen. Men skal du på en parreise, så er det absolutt et flott og prisgunstig hotell.

Die Buchung war vom 29.05.-02.06.19. Wir kamen am 29.05.19 gegen 19:30 Uhr am Hotel an. Dort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass für uns kein Zimmer mehr frei sei. Wir wurden auf eine Unterkunft ca.100m entfernt verwiesen. Dort waren wir dann eine Nacht. Für diese Unannehmlichkeiten versprach man uns, dass wir diese eine Nacht nicht bezahlen brauchen und wir bekämen noch eine Flasche Wein kostenlos. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir dann ab ca.15:00 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war augenscheinlich in gutem Zustand. Als wir abends schlafen gingen, stellten wir fest, dass auf einer Seite die Matratze vollkommen durchgelegen ist. Nach einer schlechten Nacht teilten wir dies am Morgen dem Hotelpersonal mit. Die gaben uns zu verstehen, dass sie das dem Chef mitteilen werden. Es geschah aber nichts. Die folgenden Nächte konnten nur mit schlechtem Schlaf überstanden werden. Weiterhin waren am Hotel Baumaßnahmen im Gange, diese begannen morgens ab ca. 6:30 Uhr mit Kreissägen und Winkelschleifer-Geräuschen. Als ich dann am letzten Morgen die Rechnung bezahlen wollte, sagte mir das Hotelpersonal es sei schon alles von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Ich verlangte die Rechnung und sah, dass die volle Summe abgebucht war. Die Flasche Wein haben wir auch nicht erhalten. Dieses Hotel wird uns lange in schlechter Erinnerung bleiben und ich hoffe, da wir mit Expedia den Vertrag abgeschlossen haben, eine Entschädigung zu erhalten.

Eine Empfehlung wert!

Es liegt unweit vom hisotischen Stadtzentrum in Form einer großen Stadtvilla mit 3 Etagen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und variantenreich - Kaffee kam aus Vollautomat (notfalls an der Bar) Zimmer waren sehr hell und sauber. Leider waren die Matratzen für mein Geschmack zu weich. Für jede Etage gab es eine gute Wlan -Verbindung. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. SuperPreis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Przykre niespodzianki

Jeśli w hotelu coś będzie nie tak, usterka może nie być naprawiona. Na noc zostaje tylko stróż, którego nie interesuje nic. Np. to, że w obiekcie nie było ciepłej wody... Zostało mi tylko wysłać reklamację na Hotels.com. Nie działało też WIFI. W odpowiedzi na reklamację hotel poinformował, że ciepła woda była (sic!), i nie poczuwał się do żadnej odpowiedzialności. Hotels.com w ramach rekompensaty przyznało mi zniżkę na kolejny nocleg.

Очень хороший отель. Расположен в частном секторе недалеко от старого города. Хорошие завтраки, очень гостеприимные хозяева. Хорошие номера с прекрасным видом на город, весь город как на ладони.

Mycket trevligt och bra ställe. Lätt att parkera och en kort promenad till spårvagnen som var 3 hållplatser från gamla stan. Personalen fantastisk!

+ glad personal + frukost ingick + fin utsikt och bra storlek på rum. - bara frukost på hotell och inga restauranger på kortare avstånd. Var endast på hotellet för att sova och då var det bra hotell.

Inte centralt, väldigt lugnt villaområde nära till spårvagn och ca 20-30 min promenad till centrum / gamla stan. Litet och charmigt hotell med fantastisk service, riklig frukost dock ingen AC om det är varmt, endast fläkt på rummet.

hotelli oli melko syrjässä. kaikki taksit ei osannut perille, piti käyttää navigaattoria, jonka vuoksi itsekin pidin navigaattorin aina päälle. hotelli sinänsä ulkoapäin siisti. tilat melko siistit. hotellin vastaanotossa huonosti puhui englantia, opasti meidät hieman väärin elikkä ei meinattu löytää huonetta. huoneisto sinänsä. iso kylpyhuone. kylpyamme, oli pakko käydä suihkussakin siinä ammeessa, ja vesi valui lattialle, ja kun ei ollut viemäröintiä vesi jäi siihen lattialle. ja siinä se oli se koko meidän vierailun ajan. vastaanottoon kun tultiin, ne tajusi että meitä oli oikeasti neljä nk olin ilmoittanutkin. joten saatiin odottaa huonettamme tovin, kun laitettiin peti kuntoon. kun astuimme siihen ainokaiseen huoneeseen, jossa oli makuupaikkana vuodesohva ja king iso 160 cm leveä sänky. vuodesohvalle kun istahti meinasi keikata kokonaan nurin, ja kaksi nuorta tyttöä kun siihen meni nukkumaan oli tosi epämukava, ja jouset tuntui selässä. patjan paksuus vain 3 cm. hieno king sänky, kun menin toiselle puolelle maate, oli nk olisin ilmapallon päällä maannut. toisella puolella täysin littana, jouset täysin mennyt ja toiselta kohtaan olin ilmassa. sängyssä kaksi patjaa se toinen oli erillainen. kokolattiamatto, ei vähän aikaan siivottu. huoneessa ei ollut roskista lainkaan, vessassa pieni roskis. Vaatekaappiin kun laittoi vaatteet, meinasi kaatua koko kaappi, oli täysin hutera. työmaa toisella puolella katua ei häirinnyt. aamupala 5/10. mukava henkilökunta

Fint nok, er nok best å bruke på vinteren

Bra frokost med nok utvalg, ikke AC på rommet, rent rom og stort bad, vasket hver dag. Var mye byggestøy og det var ikke rullegardiner eller mørke gardiner på rommet så det var tidlig lyst. Og det var enkelt og få tak i drosje. Prisen varierte fra 13 til 74 Sloty. Ikke kjør med Privat taxi . aAvtal pris så blir det enkelt. Og det er ca 5 min gange til Tram, går fint å gå nedover tungt oppover.Bra Wifi og på dagtid kunne det snakkes engels, på natt og kveld mest bare polsk.Snille og trivelige folk som jobbet der. DET er lytt mellom rommene, snorking kan høres. Bar med øl og vin.

Huonojalkaisille vaikea kulkuinen.Rakennustyömaa haittasi nyt vähän oleskelua, mutta se ei ole ikuista. Gdansk on kaunis paikka, ihmiset ystävällisiä.

Royal residence

Majoituin Royal Residence hotellissa kahten yönä joulukuun alussa. Hinta oli edullinen ja lisäksi siihen kuului aamiainen, joka oli erittäin laaja, riittävä ja hyvin aseteltu. Allergeenien suhteen olisi tietysti vielä parannettavaa. Sijainniltaan hotellia voi olla haastava löytää, mutta ratikkalinjat kulkevat molemmin puolin aluetta, jolla hotelli sijaitsee. Ja vanhaan kaupunkiin kävelee noin 30 minuutissa. Tällä hetkellä vieressä on tällä hetkellä suuri työmaa, josta ei kuitenkaan aiheutunut haittaa. Hotellin huoneet eivät ole kovin hyvin äänieristettyjä, mutta alue on rauhallinen. Oikein mukava hotelli. Suosittelen ja tulen varmaan itsekin käymään uudelleen.

Trevlig semester.

Det mesta med hotellet var positivt. Trevlig personal, bra städat. God frukost, stort fint rum, med stort badrum, med två tvättställ, bide och rymligt badkar. Minus var väl svajande wifi och byggarbetsplats utanför. Regnade och blåste som störde lite. Billiga taxiresor. Vi har besökt gripande krigsmuseum, shoppat och ätit god mat. Vi hann även geocacha lite.

Tørt brød til frokost.. ikke mulighet for noe annen mat der ikke noe utvalg i bar..helt greit å bo der men gjør det nok ikke igjen.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von der Innenstadt und ist ab 23 Uhr eigentlich nur noch zu Fuß ider mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. An und fur sich ein Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern. Am ersten Abend stand ich bei der Heimkehr vor verschlossener Tùr, obwohl man mir verdichert hatte, dass es egal ist, wann man abends wiederkommt. Weiterhin, aber das ist relativ normal, ist das Haus hellhòrig und man sollte an die ohrstòpsel denken. Ein absolutes no go war aber alte Bettwàsche, die vllt gewaschen war, aber alles andere als das aussah. Wenn man so regelmàßig gaste hat, kann man sich mal nen neuen schlag leisten.

Store åpne rom med god utsikt over Gdansk. Serverer meget god frokost, men ikke flere måltider. Mange spiseplassser ca 10 min fra hotellet.

Ok hotel in a quiet area

The hotel was a bit far from the center but public transport to the area worked well (the trams went every six minutes). There was a small walk from the stop t the hotel. The area was very quiet and provided decent "peace and silence". Room was tidy, and suited for my needs. The lock to the room was a bit tricky at times though. The staffs' customer serviced skills could be slightly improved, didn't feel exactly welcome at the check-in. Also the reception didn't have a phone to call me a taxi to get to dinner at one night (at least that was the excuse..) Recommend to travelers who are quite independent.

L'albergo è a tre fermate di tram dal centro, in una zona tranquilla e collinare. Personale gentile, che ci ha dato il materiale informativo sulla citta in italiano, camera graziosa con vista e colazione abbondante.

Mimo rezerwacji i opłaty ściągniętej z karty nie dostaliśmy pokoju. Recepcjonistka kazała nam opuścić hotel twierdząc że managera nie można znaleźć a ona nie ma dostępu do sieci

Für unseren Städtetrip nach Danzig haben wir für dieses Hotel entschieden, da es günstig und das Stadtzentrum gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen war. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die Anfahrtstrasse und Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Dort ist noch altes Kopfsteinpflaster verlegt.

Det stod att det var nära till Rådhuset. Att de hade bar, restaurang och spa... Det visade sig att "baren" var receptionen och erbjöd bara rumstempurerat vatten och vin till hutlösa priser. Restaurangen var frukostmatsalen. 1.5 km till but

Nostalgia and independence in the heart of Danzig

We loved our stay at The Royal Residence and our visit to Danzig. The hotel is a perfect combination of hotel and holiday home. We enjoyed a great sense of privacy and independence, at the same time there was always a member of helpful staff on hand if we needed something. The breakfast was fantastic and varied. The rooms were tidy and comfy. The hotel has a very unique and nostalgic flair. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful in the area, so don't be put off by the "distance" to the city; it really is just a short walk of about 20 minutes. Besides there is also a tram stop five minutes away!

Ein recht ordentliches Hotel. Ja, die Möbel sind nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Dass das Hotel keinen Aufzug hat, nicht in Stadtzenrun ist: Das weiß man doch, wenn man lesen kann. Warum regen sich manche nachträglich darüber auf? Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Zimmer im dritten Stock, das Frühstück war ordentlich, das Personal freundlich. Wir waren zufrieden! Nur einer alleinreisenden Frau, die abends noch ins Zentrum will, würde ich das Hotel wegen der Lage nur bedingt empfehlen Auch wenn man die Straßenbahn nutzt, muss man die letzten zehn Minuten durch nachts recht einsame Wohnstraßen gehen.

Fint hotell i ett lugnt område

Ett väldigt bra värde för pengarna. Fantastisk personal! Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt privatområde ca 20 min promenad till centrum. Frukosten är bra Vi är jätte nöjda med hotellet. Kommer att stanna där i framtiden:)

Litt langt vekk fra sentrum.avhengig av trikk

Har ikke det helt store å fortelle.Veldig skufet over peronalet.De vet garantert ikke hva ordet service er.Såg vel aldrig ett smil når man spurte om noe.Frokosten ble spist 1 dag da den var meget spesiell.Jalapenjo og chili er ikke akkurat frokost.egg ihjelkokt og tørre skiver.Ikke engang en kaffekopp som stort sett besto av kaffegrut fikk man gratis. Her kunne de tilbydd mye mer.Rommet var helt ok og det beste der var vel badet.Stort og flott.men for meg er gjestfrihet viktig og det kan ikke sies om de som jobber der.

Koselig kråkeslott

Veldig koselig "kråkeslotthotell". Store, gode rom. Bra bad. 5 etasjer, ingen heis. Ligger krøkkete til ett stykke fra gamlebyen, ca 5-6 min med taxi. Bruk Neptun Taxi, tlf 00 48 58 196-86 ALLTID, ikke bruk bilene som står parkert i byen. De tar mer enn dobbel pris. Det er mulig å spasere til sentrum fra hotellet, men det tar minst 30 min og er vanskelig å finne frem. En tur med Neptun blir ca 50,-. Personalet er hyggelige og serviceinnstilte, MEN DE GLEMTE Å VEKKE MEG DEN DAGEN JEG SKULLE FLY HJEM! Jeg var to ganger i resepsjonen dagen før for å forsikre meg om at vi hadde en avtale; Vekk meg klokken 7.00, våkner jeg ikke MÅ dere komme inn på rommet mitt og riste i meg. Ingen kom. Til alt hell våknet jeg av meg selv klokken 6.30, men DET var jo bare flaks...

Fint hotell ca 2 km från centrum. Tyvärr enbart polska kanaler om man önskar kolla på tv. Men i övrigt rent och fräscht. Lite lyhört. Bra bemötande av personalen.

Nice hotel and close to the city!

We stayed here for five nights. We were 2 with our four years son. Initially we were given a single bedroom that was too small for us. We requested for a bigger room after one night and the staff actually gave us a bigger room without any extra cost. Breakfast was good too. There is a tram station at the walking distance which takes you directly to the centrum. The hotel actually looks like an old castle, which was great. The only bad thing was way to the hotel. The road is not well built so taking stroller down to the nearest tram station and back to the hotel was a bit of hassle everyday. But if you don't have a stroller then it's an ideal place to stay in Gdansk.

Hotellet var bra men låg ganska högt är man pensionär och har svårt för att gå uppför så kanske man ska bo någon annanstans

Das Hotel ist eine völlig herunter gewirtschaftete alte "Villa", der bewachte Parkplatz ein Sandstreifen neben der Straße, die Möbel ramponiert, in den Lampen z.T. keine Glühbirnen, das Badezimmerfenster ließ sich nicht schließen, das Frühstück wurde im Tiefgeschoss mit kleinem Oberlicht serviert

Obsługa miła, śniadanko w postaci bufetu - duży wybór potraw. Wifi słabe - ale jest. Tv kiepsko odbierało.

Pomimo lokalizacji bardzo łatwo znalazłam hotel. obsługa bardzo przyjazna , porządek i wygoda jest priorytetem tego miejsca :) jedynym minusem była niska temperatura w pokoju ... według mnie brak żelazka tez jest dość istotny .

Der äußere Schein trügt

von außen sehr hübsch anzusehen, aber dann. Alles sehr dunkel, das Treppenhaus sehr schmal. Ich war allein gereist und im 2. Stock in einem winzigen Zimmerchen untergebracht und hatte arge Probleme, mein Gepäck hoch und wieder runter zu transportieren. Das Frühstück ist leider auch nicht so besonders. Es wurde von 7:30 - 10:30 Uhr angeboten und der Kaffee war schon um 7:30 Uhr gerade noch lauwarm. Da fängt der Tag für mich schon nicht so gut an. Alles in allem war das Hotel von allem auch sehr weit entfernt, keine Gastronomie in der Nähe, keine Bar einfach nichts.

Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Stille og roligt hotel uden larm og støj Morgenmad over 4 timer. Gode transport muligheder ind til byen et par min væk fra hotel. Dejlig varm sauna. God vinbar med bl. udvalg.

Sehr gut zu Fuß in zehn Min. in die Innenstadt.

Auch Wasserkocher, mit großen Balkon..aber paar Etagen ohne Aufzug!!
