Good property to stay in Jaipur also it's near to station.

Not comfortable, likage water of Room AC. Behaviour is not good of staff

Did not like property, not good dranage, when checked in freeze was not working, location on expedia map is not correct.

Overall good stay..

Customer Service is good. In bathroom water was constantly leaking everywhere. Shower did not work, temporary fix was done but could not adjust the water temp during our 3 day stay. Breakfast facility was only OK.

Hotel is very nice and people who work there too

Quite an average property. FrontDesk staff is a bit unprofessional, but it was just fine overall. The service staff was overall good.

Room for improvement

We found that the hotel management was very classist, they treated our driver poorly and refused to let him use the bathroom. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and respectful. The stay was as expected.

Property Condition is Very Poor and very very bad breakfast food and serving bowl and plates is very dirty

Was only for few hours in night as was returning from Jodhpur to Delhi so for night halt stayed in this property .

Behind of the hotel, proğram platine cricket very early (6:00am) and was very loudy. Hotwater was not work sometime.

Nice and clean place to stay

Although the hotel is old, it's nice and clean. Not all staff are friendly, but won't ruin the holiday mood. Not too far from Pink City too.

Great location! Wonderful staff and service! Good clean and comfortable rooms. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and pleasant. The breakfast and in room dining was also tasty. I will definitely stay here if I’m back in Jaipur.

Needs improvement

The hotel is decent. Good front office and good staff. The food menu selection and taste needs improvement. I have stayed in Royal Orchid in South India. Even the North Indian menu items were awesome in Royal Orchid hoted in South India. I was expecting similar experience in Jaipur Royal Orchid. However it was not comparable to my previous Royal Orchid stays in the South. I 3 breakfast and 3 dinners at Royal Orchid Jaipur during my stay. Only twice the menu choice and taste was good. Both North and South Indian menu needs lot of improvement. Also hot water temperature in the room was inadequate. I was told that the temperature of the geyser is set to 45 degrees. It is not sufficient. Everyone knows that optimum temperature for taking bath is around 55 degrees. Overall improvement is required.

1) Food needs a bit of improvement with respect to the quality 2) In the rooms , the mattresses had holes which should be corrected

Avoid this hotel

We had stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and had a very positive experience so decided to come back - but never again. Staff was polite but not responsive. We had booked two rooms for a family of five for two nights. Check-in was smooth and the staff was polite but the rooms desire major attention. There was only one bath towel in each rooms, no hand towel or wash cloth. Only one hanger in the closet and non-working hallway light near the closet in one of the rooms. We asked for additional bath towels and hand towels multiple times the first night and were given only one additional towel. Next day, after the room was cleaned, we had the same issue. There were no towels. Had to wait for over 30 minutes and after multiple reminders we got partially dried towels. Never staying at this hotel again.

Old, run-down hotel...too many good new hotels at similar price in Jaipur.

Nice Experience

Room condition was good with very cooperative staff. They arranged city site-seeing for us. The driver was very adjusting to our needs and helpful in every possible way. Food was good with very tasty combination. Overall experience was nice and pleasant.

Hotel stay did not meet our expectations

The hotel admin unfairly charged us for my 1 year old son. the front desk was very un cooperative. They insisted on charging us for an infant and would not listen to reason. The breakfast was also not up to standard. The food served was mostly cold.

The rooms were ok. But the front desk staff was very slow. When we have already paid for our hotel stay through online booking, upon checkout, we were told to wait for an hour to check out. Wasting our time at front desk when there is no payment to be made. The rooms nearer to the road does have noise pollution (honks from the car along the street). The front desk staff were not able to break our 2k RP into smaller notes.

Great helpful staff, fantastic food

Great hotel, service was very good especially helpful for suggestions on what to see and arranging car, and rail tickets. Prashant from reception even called to make sure we had made the next venue ok. The breakfast variety was absolutely amazing and the food was so good we ate dinner there a well. Sajid in the restaurant was very helpful in explaining the different dishes

A hotel claiming to be 4 star but only on records

I had opted for a road facing room. There are two glass windows and one fixed glass. The openable windows without any grill appear to be dangerous. The corridors of the hotel are just 4 feet wide. The cold water swimming pool was closed. Ceiling and walls of toilet had seepage marks. Walls of room had stains. The property could have been maintained to better standard.

I think there is a shortage of staff hence the staff does not respond to the queries of the boarders. we asked for WiFi password which was told that they will inform us in 5 min but they didn't. Room was clean but smelly. also the short menu for food which is provided in room should be much more shorter as they don't have many items unavailable. overall it is not worth the price which they charge..

okay for one night

Friendly staff, but bathroom wasn't up to par (ring around tub despite the rest look clean) and the bed linen should be replaced.

The hotel had poor welcome and congested space near the lobby and very less attendants to receive and check in.

A little bit overpriced for the location and quality, but always a good choice for a short stay.

Nice hotel for a family stay

The overall comfort was good. Food and drinks choices is good as well. The house keeping efficiency has left a lot to desire. The in-room toiletries supply could have been better. The staff are not trained well, I think. They are slow to respond and cannot communicate well in English.

Just fine!

It was just fine. The location was good as it was close to railway station , palace and the shopping areas. Cleanliness of the hotel is ok ok. If you are looking for a hotel in this price range in a good location this will do, nothing great about it. The restaurant service was not courteous. The food was expensive but was not that tasty, you may want to order something safe at a place like this.

Nice hotel in middle of d city.

When i reached d hotel d receptionist told me that she had no booking against my name. I was shocked 2 hear that. Then i requested her again & showed ur mail . She asked me 2 forward that 2 her mail a/c . Then she talked 2 her senior and after about half n hour they gave me d room. But all this while i was very upset at what was going on. On ur part u keep on telling us that there is no need 2 confirm ur booking once u hve made d pmt. This was my worst exp with expedia.

OK for what it cost

This is the 3-star (maybe) Royal Orchid. The other one by the airport is 5-star.

The stay over hotel was fine

Trip made Good experience and the stay was absolutely comfort and fine if time permits we will try to visit with family once again further. Ans thanks a lot to Expedia.

Good quality hotel

I had a nice stay in this hotel. The breakfast buffet wasn't great, but suitable. You can order omelet / scrambled egg service which is nice as a fresh-to-order option. The shower curtain didn't look fresh, though I suppose with having a fabric curtain it is an inevitable issue. The staff was always very friendly and happy to help.

Decent clean room

Facilities in the room are satisfactory and the breakfast spread is reasonable. However there are no other amenities in the hotel other than the restaurants so it is pretty basic.

Nice hotel- standard

We had to find a lastminute hotel- standard hotel with good facilities. Food very good in restaurant and breakfast buffet nice. Facilities good, rooms spacious, wifi cheap and staff very friendly and helpful. Outside pool and terrace a little rundown but at night great views over jaipur. Gym on site very good. Overall we would recommend for a stay over. +close to railway station

it's good to be at this hotel for a day. Everything good except the service to be more professional.

Breakfast was great .

I made reservation two room for 2 adult and 2 child. On arrival they said I have booked only one room.When we showed that I paid for two room then they gave me two room but they started new problem. My daughter are 13 and 15 years old. But I was charged 700 rupee extra for my daughter.They where trying to charge 1400 rupee for both of my daughter.They say rooms are single occupancy price only. Even we showed their passport they didnt buy their age. Then I argue that I sleep in one room and both my daughter sleep with her mom.Then they charged me only 700 rupee.I think they charge me for nothing.

Great Business Hotel

A very good hotel for a business traveller. The only problem I have with this hotel is they always charge for internet services. I have been staying at this same hotel over the past 4 years while I am in Jaipur. P.S Free Breakfast is available

A well placed hotel in Jaipur.

A centrally located and convenient hotel. The "happy to be of service" attitude of the employees is one of its strengths. Food is pretty good. However their logic of charging almost as much as the room tariff for an extra bed is difficult to digest.

Good food, fair location

The hotel was outside of Jaipur centre, but that really was an advantage and, although it was on a busy road, it was still quiet. There is an excellent restaurant serving both buffet style and a la carte menus, both value for money

This hotel had good layout and location.. the roof top terrace view are pleasant and comes with a pool as well..

Efficient

The Hotel is a efficient business hotel. Have a very good gym with all techno gym machines. Rooms are small but clean and the shower works well. There is not much to write home about the food. I did not eat there and did not see them promoting in house dining as well. Breakfast spread was good. A little expensive but may be it is the city.

Great business class hotel. Restaurant us top notch. Hotel is getting a little older, but still very livable.
