Staff was extremely helpful with my forgotten property! Much appreciated.

Good access to nearby stations, 28 mins walk away from Dotonbori which was great. Place was clean and had great amenities. Only thing I really can complain about was the windows are paper thin, you can literally hear everything happening outside, there was a lot of construction early in the morning and loud motorbikes revving their engines all night, earplugs were provided this did concern me when I saw them and I guess now I know why 😭 other than that I would recommend the area for the location and it was fairly clean and spacious compared to other places I’ve been to in Japan 😊

A nice clean stay with a balcony and local experience. Wish it was closer to a station, but walkable. Many people ripping on their vehicles at the night, but the owner leaves ear covers. Quick to reply and easy check in

Totally fine, I can't find bad thing from here. best for couple trip for USJ, baseball game in osaka dome, and umeda〜namba. If hotel can designate mandatory factor (dish washing, throw garbage), it can be prevent minor confusions.

Stayed 7 weeks and it was great all around, will be returning to Royal Heights upon my next stay in Osaka no doubt. Met great friends and had great experiences , will miss them and the accommodation until next time! Thank you for everything, i will appreciate it forever. - J.C #TeamSakuragawa

It was an amazing experience of staying at this apartment. It is great located to Taisho station (10 min) which is connected both to Osaka attractions and other cities, such as Kobe, Nara, Kyoto. We we’re staying for 6 nights and all provided conditions was great. We used a washing machine and found all bath essentials. The room is also really large for Japanese. As a small minus, it was noise from the road early in the morning. So if you have light sleep you shouldn’t forget to take a birushi. I would really recommend this apartment to stay for single travelers and couples!

素泊まりで利用しましたが、ベッドが柔らかく寝心地良かったです。リラックスできました。

お湯が400ℓ制限なのに温度調節が難しいところが気になった。

2回目の使用となりましたが、使いやすく気に入っています。 次回も機会があれば予約をしたいと思っています。

No hubo limpieza durante la estancia, el lugar es extremadamente pequeño y al venir en invierno no tiene buen aislamiento. Se sienten corrientes de aire frío. Si la idea es ahorrar funciona. Tiene agua caliente.

安く泊まれました

綺麗で使いやすく、2度目の利用ですが､残念の点が2点 トイレが温水便座ではない為､この季節は特にトイレの度に辛いです。あと､パジャマがない為、持参が必要です。

京セラドーム徒歩圏内で、難波方面へ行くにもとても便利。 ただ便座が温かければ、なお良しでした。

お湯の調整がとっても難しかった、それ以外はとても快適でした。

京セラ近く清潔なコンドミニアム

京セラドームから近く、格安で家族で宿泊出来て良かったです。パジャマなどは用意が必要ですが、アメニティは最低限のものは揃っていますし、清潔で良かったです。

京セラドームの近くでお部屋も綺麗で広くてとても助かりました。トレイとお風呂も別でした。マンションの一角が宿泊施設になっている形なので、簡易キッチンもあったしお家って感じがして落ち着きます。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

こちらの不手際で何度も迷惑をかけてしまったのに、優しく対応していただけました。

El personal del hotel magnifico, les pedi un check out later y me lo autorizaron sin problemas, fueron muy amables y atentos.

京セラドームのライブの為に利用しました。アクセスも良かったです。部屋も清潔で使いやすかったです。他の方たちも仰ってますが、トイレの便座が冷たい事が残念でした。ウォシュレットにするのは維持管理等で難しいのかもしれませんが、せめて温座機能があれば…

京セラドームのライブの為に利用させて頂きましたが、とても清潔でアクセスも良かったです。１つ難を挙げるとすれば、他の方たちも仰ってますが、トイレの便座が冷たい事ですね。

ビジネスホテルより、自宅にいる様な雰囲気で、綺麗でとても良かった。

今回で3回目の利用です。部屋に着くと安心感がわくようになりました。早めに入っても大丈夫と連絡いただいたので凄く助かりました。一泊なので洗濯機つかわないけど、洗濯機の蓋に髪の毛あったのがちょっと。いつもは綺麗なのに少し残念でした。あとは大通だけどわりと静かだいつも感じます。やっぱ駅近は良いです。また３月くらいに利用したいです。

京セラドームでコンサートがあり宿泊しました。徒歩で会場に向かうことがでして、とてもよかったです！また、コンサートの時は利用します！

今回で2回目の利用でした ドーム利用のため徒歩でも行ける距離でアクセスも便利のため利用させて頂いてます とても静かでしたが　清掃面でいくつかお願いです エアコンのフィルターの汚れが見受けられました 今から寒くなるので効き具合が気になります マグカップの持ち手の部分も汚れていました そこだけ直して頂けたらあとは申し分ありません また次回も利用したいと思いますのでよろしくお願いいたします

大阪ドームに近くとても便利でした。部屋も掃除が行き届いていて快適でしたが、トイレがウォシュレット付だと良かったです。便座が冷たかった。、

京セラドーム、電車の駅にコンビニが近くて大変助かります。部屋も綺麗で良かったですが、トイレが少々狭いのと便座が冷たいのが残念でした。温便座にしてください。

清潔感あります

京セラドームのLIVEに行く際宿泊させて頂きました。 ドームへも近いし、部屋は清潔でとても良かったです！

今回、ライブのための旅行だったのでドームから近い子の施設を利用しました。 駅にもドームにも歩いて行ける距離なので、大変便利でした。また部屋も清潔で居心地が良かったです。また何かの機会があれば利用させていただきます。

Giriş gayet rahattı, talimatlar ve fotoğraflar ile önceden açıklanmıştı. Oda da yeterince konforlu ve temizdi. Evin olduğu yerden bir km ödete restoranların ve kalabalıkların olduğu bir bölge de mevcuttu. Memnun kaldım.

駅から近くてよかった

休むにはとても良かったです！

チェックインに少し手間取ってしまったのですが、問い合わせをした際に丁寧に対応して下さり無事に入室することができました。 室内も大変清潔で、タオルやアメニティなども綺麗に整えられていました。

第一次到大阪旅遊，到民宿之後很驚訝，空間大，可自行料理，浴室水壓足，枕頭偏硬，剛好適合我，有兩顆枕頭一起搭配睡，讚，美中不足的地方，外面車子的聲音較大，需帶上耳塞，其他洗漱用具一應俱全，很棒。

住宿房間，內裏整潔整齊，舒服。購物交通不是太方便

施設周辺に551の工場があり、朝早くから搬入作業を行っていたらしく、うるさかった。
