A perfect hotel

Exceptional performance

From the very start the welcome greetings from the staff and their attention for every little detail was assume. The room is so beautiful and is equipped with all of the elements that you need and more. It was a short visit but I will definitely come back

An amazing hotel

Had such an amazing experience here. This is the type of hotel where you don’t have to call the front desk for any of the necessities you will find everything in your room. If your a fan of modern elegance combined the rich architecture of Vienna book here. The hotel is fantastically designed and decorated it felt more like a private apartment then a hotel as you don’t have to pass the lobby/concierge to get to your room. Every single member of staff is amazing here. The location is amazing walking distance to everywhere

The rooms are very modern,great design and the location is in the absolute heart of shopping and walking. Special thanks to the concierge who is very responsive with good recommendations.

Great hotel, food and restaurant service not

Hotel was right in the inner part of town, close to the hub of the city. Eat breakfast and dinner, food was good but service was very slow. Restaurant decor on the top floor was beautiful with great city vistas at the bar level.

excellent location in the heart of the city short walking distance from shops, restaurant's, cafes and attractions, excellent attentive staff that catered for all our needs nothing was too much trouble, check in was held in a private area, the person that checks you in is the same person that takes you to your room with baggage arriving a short time after, very enjoyable stay and would stay again if we ever returned

Lovely hotel in ideal central Vienna location. Service from all staff was exemplary. Will definitely return.

One elevator at Atrium kept being out of service. That was the only thing a bit taxing.

Exceptional Hotel, customer service is flawless from the moment you arrive. The entire team are professional, caring and attention to details (example a bookmark was left next to my book). Highly recommend this hotel for it’s cleanliness, location and exceptional customer service.

I stay at alot of hotels around the world, and always seek a special experience. This hotel was truly exceptional, with only 99 rooms, you’re immediately treated like family. The property itself is extremely elegant with a touch if retro modern. I don’t think i would stay anywhere else in Vienna, and would like to thank the amazing staff for such a memorable time. A true home away from home.

Absolutely gorgeous, newly renovated property, with a staff who go above and beyond in every way. They are consistently kind, personable and knowledgeable. Our room was also beautifully decorated and it had everything you could want for a visit to Vienna. We will definitely be back again and when we visit, we’ll only be able to stay at the Rosewood!

Everything, everything was just amazing.

Amazing staff - new property in Vienna. The twin rooms are GREAT for sharing with friends - the beds are larger than twin XL beds (they're wider and SO comfortable). Property is pristine and walkable to EVERYTHING! Knowledgable and friendly staff.

Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Viena, muy buen restaurante y el servicio de máxima calidad.

No toothbrush no toothpaste, have to call every day ask for toothbrush, tea pack didn’t refill have to call and ask again, no view not fancy, nothing surprise, quite disappointed with this price. This is the worse rosewood I have stay

Wie war unser Aufenthalt im Rosewood Wien? Man könnte einfach sagen: Hervorragend! Ein genaues Bild ergibt sich, wenn man eine detailliertere Bewertung abgibt. Vom Empfang waren wir zunächst enttäuscht. Wir sind gewohnt, dass beim Vorfahren vor dem Hotel Mitarbeiter zur Stelle sind, die uns empfangen, freundlichen „Small talk“ halten und den Wagen entladen. Das war nur mit „Verzögerung“ der Fall. Man sagt ja, der erste Eindruck zählt, aber dies war Gott sei Dank mitnichten der Fall. Das gesamte Serviceteam war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer (Deluxe room mit Twin Betten) war geräumig, das Badezimmer schön groß mit viel Platz und (Überraschung) das Fenster ließ sich öffnen! Alles in allem mehr als zufriedenstellend. Wir haben im Hotel nur gefrühstückt. Das Frühstück war vergleichsweise okay. Unbezahlbar ist in jedem Fall die Lage des Hotels: Ohne gut zu Fuß sein zu müssen, ist sehr viel sehenswertes fußläufig zu erreichen. Schmankerl am Rande: Zu einem Restaurant hatten wir ein Taxi bestellt, wurden aber stattdessen mit einer Limousine (BMW 7er L)“hin kutschiert“.

Super hotel, midden in centrum. Alles klopt. Heerlijk ontbijt en op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden.
