Excellent hotel, excellent service, beautiful rooms and commonareas, great restaurants

The stay here for 2 nights was absolutely amazing. The staff is so professional, very friendly, they have a personal trainer 24 hours available in the gym and even fruit to eat after a work out. Every detail inside the hotel room is carefully put together and the craftsmanship is excellent. I would 10/10 recommend a stay here and it’s worth every dollar you pay.

Service is too slow. Definitely not a five star.

This is one of my favourite hotels ever! It’s such a stunning property and we don’t have the service issues some others have mentioned. The rooms are so luxurious, beautifully thoughtful and really comfortable.

I would live in this hotel if I could! The staff is extraordinarily helpful, the design is next level, and the comfort too. I feel very lucky to have stayed at this Rosewood and, if I come back to SP, I will never stay anywhere else but here!

Amazing place in São Paulo

One of the best stays I enjoyed in São Paulo. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars, pool. Incredible bed, attention, comfy and spacious rooms and bathroom. Super recommended.

The hotel is an absolute delight. We stayed in a wonderfully designed and decorated room. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly. However, I felt the hotel was somewhat overused. The other buildings and clubs, like Soho House on the premises, share the same services as the hotel. The restaurants are popular with business people, and the gym and pools are lovely but crowded with other visitors. This made me feel less valued as a guest. Given the cost per night, this was a bit disappointing.

Wow, what a stunning hotel! I loved the design of the property throughout. The pool area is lovely, the gym is top notch with great variety of the equipment and a few classes to choose from. Spa is small but nice and I had one of the best massages of my life , and I had many ;) I would totally recommend

Five stars aren’t enough for this amazing hotel! It’s now my favorite hotel in the world! So much personality, done to perfection with art on the walls, musical instruments as interactive decoration, and fascinating books in every possible space. Whoever did the creative direction is a genius. Try all the restaurants and the hidden jazz bar, oh, and the terrace restaurant. My only wish would be more vegan options, but it’s is still well above the local average in that area too. Thanks to the amazing team who took such great care of us!

Wonderful and luxurious hotel. Great place to stay with kids in Sao Paulo with 2 pools, amazing food and great customer service. We had a slight issue with our stay, but Rachel and here team were wonderful in ensuring we had a very pleasant stay.

This has to be the best hotel in SP. I had them pick me up from the airport this time and they brought the 2023 Range Rover! Pulling into the hotel is like pulling into a private land in asap that no one can see. You travel through a wooded entrance into an amazing and beautiful resort. My only recommendation is that if you use Iner like me you should walk to the front of the car entrance to call because most can’t find their way in.

Gorgeous hotel. You will never feel you are in the middle of a huge city, the ambiance is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel gym and spa is to die for if you are person into fitness. I love Rosewood hotels, they are worth every penny.

Lighting system in the rooms keeps you up at night

The hotel is beautiful, but every night the lights in the room kept coming on at random times while we were sleeping. Hard to enjoy a hotel stay when you’re exhausted. When I reported it to the front desk, they were not helpful at all.

One of the best hotel stays i've ever had and i travel frequently. This was a great and beautiful hotel for my solo trip to são paulo i was delighted around every corner by the art or little unique touches that make this place so special and the staff is so helpful and warm as well.

The physical plant of the hotel is amazing. I just wish that the service had been better.

I've stayed a multiple Rosewood properties and this location is by far my favorite! The service is impeccable, they think about every single details. This hotel quickly became my favorite place in Sao Paulo. The amenities are great, you forget for a second that you are in the heart of a huge metropole. I can't wait to visit it again!

Amazing hotel in the big city

I have traveled a lot around the world and without a doubt this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The beauty of the property, the attention to details, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff all contribute to make the stay in Sao Paulo incredibly pleasant. Truly a superb hotel!

Mude Emperor

Check-in took too long. Too dark in corridors. Room door is absurdly heavy and difficult to open. Bathroom is huge but lacking. Fantastic bathrobe—best ever. Construction inside the hotel woke me at 7:15am….The Emperor Has No Clothes

From the moment I arrived to check out this property was an amazing experience. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. They tried to always go the extra mile and elevate the entire experience. I felt more than a guest but as a friend as Barbara welcomed me into the hotel. They stay on hand for any questions or needs just through simple texts.

Excellent service - Nice hotel

We had a great stay at Rosewood after arriving with the night flight from Lisbon. Was lucky to get an early check-in and they also gave a late check out, which was much appreciated. They have lovely restaurants and great breakfast - especially the porridge, egg white omelette, croissants and the cheese bred was amazing. The only downside was a wedding that occupied the roof top so it could not be used for 1 day. That was a bit annoying, but apart from that, great stay. I don't think it's the best location in town (which can be expected for this kind of price), but it's still about 8/10 for location.

This hotel is unbelievable! The entire place is amazing, so unique. The service is exceptional, their staff go above and beyond to make sure you are having a great stay. I look forward to staying there again. What an amazing experience! Their transfer from the airport was the best I ever had. I whish I could give more than five stars.

Booked 2 rooms, needed to cancel 1 due to work changes. Cancel before check in still got charged for 1 night penalty. Now Rosewood dont even refund for the rest. During my stay, they were nice and said everything should be ok, and refund will be issued. Now they say no refund

Beautiful presentation of Brazilian culture all around. Staff is awesome. I loved the effort to know me by first name. Cozy internal and external areas. Restaurants offer good variety.

Boa hospedagem em SP

Hotel luxuoso no coração de SP, próximo da avenida Paulista. Decoração respira arte. Porém, a comida não é boa. Pelo valor que o cliente paga, acha-se que vai viver uma experiência gastronômica incrível e a decepção é na mesma medida. Não recomendo o café da manhã. Não gostei do atendimento do restaurante. Há fila também, o que é um absurdo! Ambas as piscinas do hotel são pequenas. Principalmente a do rooftop. Tirando isso, foi uma boa experiência mas não pretendo voltar.

O hotel é incrível, chiquíssimo, os ambientes são lindos, em especial as piscinas. Destaque para o jantar no restaurante Blaise, comida e atendimento impecáveis, e também para o atendimento do gerente Paulo Viegas. Único ponto negativo é o café da manhã, o sistema todo a la carte é confuso e demorado, os garçons não conseguem atender a demanda dos pedidos. Com certeza me hospedarei mais vezes, o Rosewood é um hotel diferenciado!

Incrível, todos ambiente são surpreendentemente agradáveis. Serviço impecável. Decoração elegante e agradável. Gastronomia normal. Não fomos ao Taraz pois está fechado as segundas feira e na terça-feira foi Réveillon. Fique atento: a diária não inclui café da manhã.

A estadia foi muito boa, a equipe do hotel em geral é muito cordial. Spa excelente. Unica observacao foi no cafe da manha, nosso pedido demorou muito tempo para chegar, fica como sugestao melhora nesse ponto.

O atendimento é excelente, a comida ótima, mas o hotel tem muito movimento para meu gosto. Tem barulho de música que incomoda de noite e de dia. É uma adaptação de uma maternidade. Acaba ficando meio estranho. A piscina muito apertada. Por esse preço, prefiro outra opção.
