Nice new property, big place

Nice resort with many sports facilities

Parking is far away, you have to walk a lot to get to your room and not many elevators close to, Is ok I think but not a bid deal.

Stayed 3 nights. Everything was perfect! Would love to go back on our next visit to Orlando!

Everything was good except paid parking but we enjoed our stay at Rosen.

They did not provide micro wave facility. Bathroom facilities are old fashoined most of it similar to the 90's bathroom type. Parking is damn expensive. Which is disappointing.

The air condition unit in our room was not blowing very cold air. We had to set it on 65 to start feeling the cold also the mattress was not very comfortable. Other than that the hotel was very nice and staff was very nice.

This is an amazing property and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Charging a higher rate when someone on your staff makes a mistakes and removes credit card information that deletes the reservation and knowingly not making the adjustment is just poor hospitality.

one of the best hotels i’ve stayed at in Orlando

The property was honestly so much better than we expected from the moment we walked in the kids loved it.

Arrived to find our two queen bed room that had been fully paid for, had been given away. They placed us in a “hospitality suite” that was a large conference/gathering room with one queen Murphy bed. So instead of the two queen beds we had paid for, one queen bed that folds into the wall. Completely unacceptable. Took lots of arguing to finally get the room we paid for, cutting into our sleep and making it very late. Not a good experience. The hotel itself is nice with nice pools, but the management style of downgrading a room was not appropriate.

Great place to stay with the family. Clean and nice pools .Easy access to everything. Love to visit the place gain for sure.

Great stay but some caveats

Whenever hot water ran the pipes would vibrate. Vacuum arrestor needs to be added bad. Parking was horrible. People parking in the middle of the drive in parking lot.

I did not expect to pay for parking

Self Parking cost should be waived based on prior visits. Will make a difference in return visits

This place never disappoints.

Cool but distant

Very comfortable hotel and facilities. Very expensive..$10 for a beer plus a tip.. self parking was a long way from the hotel for $32 plus tax per night

Our 2nd Trip to Rosen Shingle Creek this year

This was our 2nd trip staying at the Rosen Shingle Creek. This time we came to enjoy the parks for Christmas. I have a big piece of advice if you and your family plan to use the complimentary park shuttle to Universal Studios. It's good to take the shuttle "there" to the park, but have an alternate back up when returning back to the hotel, especially during peak season times. It seems that everyone comes back at the same time and you might not even be able to get on the shuttle to come back to hotel. My family of 4 did not make it on the shuttle even after getting to the shuttle station 40 mins earlier. Everyone seems to come out of no where 15 mins before the shuttle arrives, and they all push their way into the shuttle and a lot of guests cannot even get on. The shuttle driver does not even care and will leave the rest of the guests behind. We had to pay $55 uber back to the hotel which was crazy! I recommend just driving your own car to the parks. It saves the headache and pocket.

Excellent facility

We stayed one night and were very pleased with the hotel and its amenities. We were able to check in early which was a plus for us!! The staff were friendly. We would definitely visit this hotel again.

The Hotel is beautiful. Everything was perfect. Very clean, kind and friendly staff, good price for what it offers. I just loved it. I would recommend it for anyone.

Upgrade

Very short visit for me. Im staying at another hotel the rest of the week, but wish I wasn't. This was a last second stay since i came a day earlier. The check in was seamless, even got randomly upgraded to an executive suite room! Not sure why but that was very kind of them. So I decided to take advantage of their room service since I had a bar and a table, which was prompt with a friendly server. Overall, very clean, neat, well kept and roomier than many I've been in.

What a wonderful hotel!! Close enough to parks and attractions but far from all the hustle and bustle! Large resort with many amenities!

😻 Amazing!!!

There were a lot of noises walking out of the property to get across the street for dinner. I was worried about loose alligators and other wildlife. Other than that, I was okay with my stay at the property.

Nice hotel a bit out of the way which is what we wanted, a few days to relax before hitting the parks. The breakfast buffet is expensive but excellent. My only negative is that there was a huge dog maybe a husky or similar locked in a room all day barking non stop for hours. We encountered the dog once with the owner unable to control it. It was a very aggressive and strong dog that was jumping and pulling the owner and I was terrified as it lunged towards my children. While i understand hotels allowing small dogs this aggressive dog was not suitable for a hotel with families. The entire hall smelled of wet dog and was very off putting

Its a nice property. The self parking is a bit of a distance but the property was busy because it is winter break. The room is a bit dated but was clean and accomodating. I would consider returning because the price is resonable for the accommodation.

You can't charge 35$ parking for a 95$ property. I was there for work and just needed a place to stay. Too tired too drive back to tampa and booked 9pm.

Perfect for Family or Couples Getaway

Stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. Room doesn’t look like cheap IKEA furniture, nice dark brown woods, rich colors, spacious enough. The entrance to the hotel is gorgeous and the property well maintained. All the pools are actually heated!! Lots of places say they are and it’s still cold but it was 43° with people swimming. So many amenities like tons of restaurants, a well stocked little grocery store with all your needs including wine, liquor, coffee bar, salad and pizza bar, ice cream shoppe, tons of treats and souvenirs. Let me tell you, every single thing we ate was amazing but the shrimp and grits at The Garage stole the show. Cannot wait to come back.

Really nice property. Can easily spend somedays just on resort with family if no other plans .

Valet Parking

The hotel itself was amazing however, the valet parking needs lots of help. The wait time to get your car was over 20 minutes. That was very unprofessional. You would have been better off with self parking.

Beautiful resort! I went for a "Me Trip" for a few days of peace and quiet and I couldn't have picked a better place. I also scoped the place out to see if it was kid friendly and it definitely is, I will return here with my son. Staff was great. Everyone was over the top kind and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to pay for parking and to use the fitness center. I've been to many hotels and have never had to pay for those amenities. The gym wasn't that much but it was the principle. But like I said, I will absolutely return with my son.

Everything was great. but parking us very expensive .32plus tax about 35$a night. and no microwave in your room.also elevatirs are limited. you have to walk through a long hallway to get to the elevator.

I wish we stayed longer

This place was amazing. Very grand! The place was clean, the beds were so luxurious and comfortable. It was cold out but all the pools were heated which made a night for a swim enjoyable.

We have stayed here many times. It is always beautiful and clean. The amenities are amazing. The parking can be a bit troublesome, but manageable.

The problem was this week I was not aware there was a conference of masses with a lot of young teenagers. I always like this place in the past but double check first. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

The Rosen Shingle Creek hotel was so excellent and exceptional, was higher than my expectations, we spend the weekend for my daughter birthday and we had a wonderful stay , the cleanliness was perfection and the breakfast buffet our favorite, also staff very friendly, we had a perfect weekend we ar definitely coming back!!
