Clean hotel rooms with friendly staff. Conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. Delicious breakfast buffet which was reasonably priced.

BETTER THAN NOTHING

Its an oversized motel . Its decent if you have no other choices

Cheap and convenient location. Rooms are clean but everything is a bit old and dated. Ac unit is loud, and doors open directly to outside, more of a motel style. The place is overall just old and kind of cheap, but price was good, location is good, overall reasonable deal if you book at a discount.

Great value for money on international drive!

It was clean

Nice staffs, space room and convenient location to Universal Studio Orlando. Nice view from room but my room is too close to highway which produced a lot of traffic noise. Still highly recommended if you could choose a room away from the highway.

Lesson learned

The service desk was good….,the room was not. It smelled really musty. The facilities are pretty old, the rooms are accessed from the outside.Guess I don’t travel enough to realize current prices for a nice place for my family. We did not stay, my kids were afraid.

The room had mold, staff and personnel were ok. They need deep cleaning and remodel all rooms( everything looks dated) I would not stay here again.

I like the area is very accessible to be able to walk everywhere, very clean rooms, very comfortable beds and the A/C works perfectly. I really like this hotel company already in Orlando I stay in different Rosen Inn and all the hotels are very good

We stayed at a few rows in the area and all of them have been amazing with cleanliness and facilities and the property exterior

The hotel sold my room. I used Hotels.com and the "pay on arrival" option. I was floored. After 20+ minutes of discussion, they moved me to another Rosen Hotel. They tried to Upcharge me. But I resisted and finally they honored my rate from my online booking.

There was lack of christmas decoration/lights at the garden of dog.

A little bit of road noise, but due to the location that’s inevitable. Everything else went great! Rooms are clean and check in was smooth. I would definitely stay there again with my family.

Rosen delivers Quality, service, great staff

Even this is an older property, it is very well maintained. The staf is the best you can find in Orlando.

I liked that my request for a bottom floor was honored because I have dogs and they gave me a room facing the grassy courtyard so I can easily potty them. Front desk person was very nice, I had to check in late due to a long drive. The room was clean, the chair had seen better days, the material was peeling off the arms. The bedding and towels were clean and the tv worked! Oftentimes when I stay at places the tv doesn't work properly.

Dingy & Cockroach hotel

You get what you pay for. We needed a hotel just to be able to sleep and shower since we arrived at 9p and left 12 hours later. Check in was good, nice employee. Room was dingy. We had a lovely baby cockroach in the bathroom walking around. I have a video but it seems I can only upload photos to the review. In the morning, the cleaning service was already knocking on our door at like 8:30 asking when we are leaving so they can clean. I thought that was rude. If check out ends at 11a, then wait to bother people. Well you shouldn’t bother people period. It really sucks how they scam you with the photos by photoshopping them. I probably will NEVER return.

It’s a pretty good hotel, quiet, and it’s gated so that’s a plus as well! Prior to this one we stayed in one called MONREALE in Orlando FL… horrible! Bunch of bed bugs bit us… So yes this hotel is pretty good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The area is prime for shopping and eating out. The only thing I had a problem with was the noise from people talking loud as they pass by the room between 12 am and 3 am. If you are a night owl, keep the noise to a minimum please. Some of us have children that are sleeping normal hours.

There is no better hotel along International drive. Than Rosen Inn. Everything, Everyone. Perfect.... friendly and understanding to alll our needs. Staff everyone, cleaning, ect. Absolutely great. Gotta stay here. Coming to Orlando...

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient location. Check in and out process was quick and easy. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The room location was very quiet. Great place to stay. I will stay again.

BAD

Check in was good 12/24. The woman was very nice and personable. The *bugs* crawling on the tables were a different story. Both flying and crawling were present. There was a big winged one on my pillow that was sitting dead. Then there were live bedbugs around the tables between the beds. Never ran out a room so fast The guy that i spoke to to deal with it was...less than respectful. He was a bit condescending and rude, and it felt like he was anticipating me getting visibly upset, when i was calm and was just looking forward to resolving this with no struggle or issue. Not sure i plan on coming back here again.

Key card barely worked, nearly locked in room because the door was so hard to pull open, room smelled like pot after we returned

We stayed for one night. The room was outdated, and the sofa was noticeably worn out. Unfortunately, we also discovered bedbugs after waking up with quite some bites on our arms the next morning. Not recommended.

WONDERFUL ORLANDO HOTEL!!! GREAT LOCATION. PRICE POINT. COMFORT. SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The property was very noisy, doors did not have a good seal so you could hear all the sound/noises. The faucet was clouded, the microwave did not work and the fridge did not cold so it didn’t work either. I will not stay at this hotel again.

It was very difficult to find the room

Nice pool after a long day of driving. We slept well and felt safe on this property. Rooms were clean and staff was great! We will definitely be back!

Very convenient little motel! The room was exactly what we needed. It did smell pretty strongly of urine, the carpets need cleaned I am sure!

Nicely updated 2-star motel. Got a room on ground, parked right in front. Room was spacious enough & clean enough but bed had seen better days. Good value for budget travellers.

The hotel staff was nice and attentive during check-in and check-out. When first entering the room it had a heavy smell of bleach or mold cleaner and two of the lights didn't work. The rooms are extremely outdated but clean. At night it was tough to find a parking spot.

Future mom Christmas vacation

We booked 2 rooms and we were able to have side by side rooms on the ground floor. We took my girlfriends mom and it was easy for her to get in out out of the room. Being next to mom, it was easy to take care of her too. Thank you Rosen Inn for making this 1st family SeaWorld Christmas a great experience.

Was.in convient lovation but was not taken care of very well..lots of dust in rooms, tape on windows, over flowinf trash on grounds,broken lamp and alarm clock

Fast check in!

Stayed here to be close to the parks and it was nice, clean and convenient. Free parking is a major win and they had a buffet that had a good variety. I would stay here again!

The property is conveniently located around many shops and attractions. There is a proper amount of amenities provided and housekeeping stops by daily. The rooms are spacious but only thing id say is that pur fridge had trpuble cooling which is not a major problem.

Love staying st the Rosen!! This time thoigh we had housekeepint come.in our room twice after telling the front desk we didnt need them in. We didn't have a do not distrub sign and went to ask front desk for one the day of check in and they said they were out. We told them thst we didnt need housekeeping until we left and they still entered our room.

Easy to check in. We need electric kettle in the room.

Hotels was super dirty, i complained, they changed my room like 4 times, all rooms loom the same, dirty and disgusting, carpet is soo dirty, u can't walk bare foot, shower is dirty and black , this is not a real hotel, stay away

Oh my god !! This is NOT even a one star hotel, whoever rates this one or two stars means they never been to a real 3 stars or 4 stars hotel, everything was dirty, carpet is dirty, chair is dirty, roach on wall, toilet is clogged and disgusting, im not sure why the state of florida is allowing hotels like this to exist !!! I will never go back again

We were very excited that the hotel was so nice, we were able to stay 3 night for the rate of one night at the other hotels around the area! They are also pet friendly! Only thing missing is a hot tub!

The price is good. Is the second time in this month I visited, only in the instant there are roaches in the room
