Very good

Stayed here for the second time and it was worth it! The place is clean and quiet which is critical for anyone just trying to catch some rest before or after the long flight. The staff was excellent! Forgot the young woman's name who helped me check - in, Sandhya, Saloni or something like that. Sorry, can't recall but she was great and did a very quick check in. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff is very professional. Will certainly stay there again next time when I visit India.

Club room no lounge access

I was delighted when I was upgraded to a Club room, but not so happy when I attended the Club lounge and was asked to leave. Apparently the upgrade was only for the room. It was a little embarrassing to be ejected.

No smart TV :(

Property is very nice for the price and staff very cordial. Only thing i would expect more is better breakfast spread as most of similar properties in the area have more options.

For the airport shuttle bus for two we were charged for 3,700rupee. The room smelled like toilet. Breakfast was nice. But will def. never go back.

Not worth the money, poor customer service

Everyday a different problem. Concurrent reservations mixed up by reception despite my informing them when I arrived of the multiple bookings. Despite knowing I'd delayed my flight out due to a fall, housekeeping & reception kept ringing doorbell or phoning my room asking me when I was checking out. Took 10 minutes of calls & finally a long call with day manager to help reception register that I had multiple bookings On Christmas Day morning, I was woken up at 8am with loud noises of workmen working in the corridor outside my room. As I stepped out for Xmas lunch I almost tripped over a dirt sheet, ladder, paint pots right outside my door ... barricaded in until I could get the front desk to ask them to move. Despite complaining about not being disturbed so early, each morning i was woken by some new wofkman was noisely polishing the brass or touching up cracks. As well as by the strong smelling toxic materials, almost making me faint. Several other guests met in spa also complained about poor service & constant noise at all hours of day & night. All saying they wouldn't stay again... my advice, go anywhere else except Roseate even if means paying more!

Very nice

I had forgotten how much I like this hotel, it really is a cut above. I always see if I can afford to stay there and justify the price tag - usually can't as all I am there for is to rest my head before a flight. It's worth the cost, a beautiful hotel, super-stylish. Well trained kind and helpful staff. Beautiful touches throughout the building, stunning peaceful water garden in the centre of the complex. I would stay here every time if I could.

Great modern vibe

The hospitality was not up to the built up expectations of the place. The staff were only willing to help you with things that really did not require any attention and did not care about the issues that we actually needed help with. It definitely did not live up to its reputation and is overrated considering the hospitality. If you want to charge a premium you should actually have impressive service, not just limited to asking clients about their day. However, the interior was great and the food was amazing. I hope the owner understands this.

This was the second time I was staying here and the overall quality has deteriorated. Amenities in the room were not replaced after the previous guest, the shampoo bottles were half filled, the behavior of staff was not polite, even breakfast order was not executed properly and they closed the counter. Not at all worth it for the price they charge. It was not a 5 star hotel experience at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay, from the seamless airport pickup to the accommodating early check-in. The incredible spa experience was a highlight, complemented by the warmth and kindness of the staff. Their genuine hospitality and professionalism truly touched my heart. I am passing by New Delhi again in a few days and have booked already.

Great hotel at a decent price for an airport layover. It’s less than 15 minutes from the terminal. Super comfortable beds and pillows and modern amenities. Great restaurant too.

Stayed here for the first time. Excellent experience. After the noise pollution at Aloft and usual slowest check-ins at a couple of other places, was prepared for the worst but found the staff truly 5 star! Huge shout out to Sushma at the front desk & luggage staff. After a long flight or when catching one, all that one needs is fast check in, quiet room and a comfortable bed. Tbis place checks all those boxes. Thank you!

Lovely room, very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Amenities were great. We ate at Kheer and the food was delicious. We had breakfast at Del and the selection was broad ranging and what I had was good. The hotel was close to the airport and this was really good after a long flight

I booked this hotel because of its hygiene and hospitality. I was travelling from Sydney but unfortunately the room wasn't fresh floors had moulding and the couch was filthy dirty with stains all around. I had an unpleasant stay.

I just don't like it

The hotel was undergoing construction and had a lot of noise due to that. The room doors are not noise proof and all noise from the hallway was penetrating into the room at all times.

On arriving 1 hour early I was asked to wait some n e checkin starts at 3 there were club rooms available but I was not upgraded was asked to wait or pay for upgrade Also after the wait the room given was a remote corner room with very bad construction site no view Towels were old n brown in colour Food n breakfast optins are limited not a great experience

Did not like the bathroom shower space. Is very congested and using the shower makes the water fall onto the other parts of the bathroom.

Overall, quite good. The food service was excellent. We liked the buffet breakfast especially, where Alan served us with the maximum of efficient friendliness. Problems: (1) we tried to communicate with the hotel prior to arrival about a transfer from the airport but got no response to two messages. When we arrived, however, the hotel had sent a vehicle, which resulted in a double-booking, confusion and expense. (2) The wi-if worked only intermittently. (3) The room and taxes were prepaid but were on the bill anyway. They were taken off after I scrutinized the bill and pointed out the error, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Could have been better

It was not possible to checkin early. The hotel didn’t provide transportation from the airport even though I asked for it. Room I got had a very very very bad smell. At 11 PM they tried to use airfreshner inside the room but it didn’t work. Finally they provided a new room which was dirty in many ways, but acceptable.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff

The hotel was lovely, contemporary and stylish. It smelt lovely and had a very calm atmosphere. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. I have marked down slightly as the spa and pool area were below what I expected. The pool itself was nice, had a nice swim and sauna, but no jacuzzi as mentioned in the details and there were a few holes around the pool area covered with boards. Otherwise a lovely hotel and pleasant experience.

While it’s very convenient and ideally situated for airport travelers, the property didn’t quite live up to the 5-star standard one would expect. There were things in the room that were broken and were not quite working..transportation communication was horrible and had to wait for quite sometime upon arrival. And upon the check-out when I was being asked how was my stay, I said it was fine but not what I expected. The person didn’t even care to understand what went wrong and what could be improved next time. Overall if anyone is looking for a 5-star stay avoid this property if you can and find other much better properties in the area.

Very pretty hotel with a good design. Way too expensive for the issues we had. The internet went down, breakfast and transportation to the airport were not included. The pool and spa were not operational. They did upgrade me to the “club level” which was nice, but no drinks were included (only tea and coffee). For this price the other hotels in the Aerocity will have a better value.

Room was dirty and the toilet flushing system was not working correctly. Despite raising this to the attention of staff no action was taken. The AC system didn't work correctly so my room was uncomfortably warm. The staff were rude and charged me for in-room dining at the point of delivery (strange as other 5* hotels normally allow the bills to be settled on check-out). They put me in a room right opposite a construction site so continuous noise all day with no opportunity to rest whatsoever. Needless to say, I will never be booking at this hotel again.

Property did not feel well kept. Some of the room functions didn’t work well, eg some lamps did not turn on, and the shower door did not close fully, spraying water into the bathroom. Also noise insulation was lacking, could hear people in the hallway all night…

Definitely not a 5 star. Property is bit old and they don’t use white linen. Definitely not worth the cost paying for stay. There are better 5 star within the area that offer better comfort and cleanliness for same cost.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable. The service was fantastic. The location is good being close to the airport, but inside the aerocity, with lots of dining options. It felt very safe and clean.

Very chic at an affordable price. Lots of dinning options and 10 minutes from Airport. Staff is professional and cordial. Although I gave stayed thief at least 10- 15 times and have never been offers an upgrade. The gym facilities are terrible!!!!

It was not that good I am dissatisfied the ax was not working of my room…. I was so fed up… I clled many times on the reception but no one responded… I left the room and checked out 7 in morning only next day it was so uncomfortable for me to survive

Very average for a 5 star. Rooms are very small and are worn out. Room service is super slow. Limited Breakfasts Buffet options. Overall I am disappointed as it can do a lot better being a 5 star hotel. Hotel Aloft provides way better value for money. Skip this one if you can, totally overpriced and overrated.

We were waiting for a flight and needed room for 7 hrs. We were told only 3 people are allowed and May have to pay for 4 th person. We have to argue that no one is staying overnight and they agreed finally. Room smelled like smoke. Have to check in my SLR at the front desk because cameras are not allowed!!! Stayed in hundreds of hotels on all continents and never did that before. Over all very disappointing.

Overrated and disappointing hotel experience.

Quite a despicable experience I must say. Here are a few problems that I faced during my stay: - 1. The hotel staff was very cold and not welcoming at all. They were also borderline rude. I had requested for a late checkout the day before, and the staff told me that 1 pm is the latest they could do. I accepted the time but the on the day of the checkout, I got calls every 15 min from the staff asking me to checkout as soon as possible. Upon confronting them about the earlier 1 pm checkout, the staff was very passive aggressive and rude. 2. The rooms ergonomics and layouts don’t make sense. Lack of plug points was a major pet peeve. The plug points are under the table quite far from the bed which is so stupid. 3. No plug points in the bathroom for the blow dryer. You have to use the hair dryer in your room which doesn’t have any mirrors. It doesn’t make sense at all! 4. Lack of drainage in the washroom. All the water, if it were to overflow from the tub, seeps into the bedroom because of the gap underneath the washroom door. 5. The hotel TV has IP channels. There are no HDMI slots in the TV. Minor issue, but issue nonetheless. 5. I recommend that you don’t take the breakfast, high tea and cocktail combo package. The selection is quite pathetic and not the worth the experience at all. Overall, it was quite a disappointment experience especially the hotel staff behaviour. That’s pretty much a clincher which sealed the deal. I will not recommend this hotel.

Good location just across the road from worldmark.! Breakfast layout could be better and so can the staff in the dining area.! The services in dining area desperately needs to be improved.

We had a great stay at Roseate House. The hotel has been maintained very well. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I have stayed in hotels before and complained of severe back pains and spinal issues due to horrible mattresses used. But I'm happy to say that the bedding is of superior quality. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Check in was quick and seamless. We stayed here previously in December of 2022 for one night. Unfortunately, we didn't have such a good time then. The staff were very rude and rigid about having any deliveries to the hotel for us, and were not willing to send our packages to the room. The breakfast spread then was really great. But being vegetarians and having always stayed at other 5 star comparable hotels in the aerocity area, we have been spoiled by always finding a large spread of vegetarian bakery items at breakfast. Most importantly, a simple vegetarian croissant. We didn't get this at Roseate in our previous stay. However, this time at check in we did ask whether it would be possible for the breakfast spread to include a simple eggless & vegetarian croissant. To me surprise, within 5 minutes of checking into our room, we received a call from Chef Anand with positive news that they would bake a small batch of eggless croissants for us for the duration of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast to our utmost satisfaction! Thanks to Chef Anand and his team for making this possible for us!!

Great customer experience but the hotel needs work

The staff and customer service is amazing, however the hotel itself needs a bit of love. The condition of the building is deteriorating, there were multiple paint chips in the room, scratches on the shower glass and the carpets in the lobbies need a thorough clean. The food available for breakfast was great with many options, including several traditional Indian choices.

Upscale luxury in the heart of Delhi I had earlier came for Dinner with the office colleagues and had excellent experience. This time, I came for a family stay and will say it's excellent up scale experience. At par with top hotels/ resort of international level. Room quality/ space top class. Dinner/ breakfast spread was awesome with excellent taste. The day I visited was Eid and hotel served Eid special menu. Haleem, Nihari was mouth watering. My kid enjoyed the stay and gave a thums up. Chef Bharat, Jaideep, Manish and all the support staff very courteous and made sure we had memorable stay.

Didn’t feel like 5start experience

Reception area felt like a normal hotel. They were out of room cards. Guest relations was non existent. Breakfast was the key take away. Beds are not cost, pillow keeps falling in gap between mattresses and head rest

There is a lot of choice in Aero City but have to say Roseate was not a stand out. The room is clean but was not comfortable. The bed was hard and lumpy, there was no power points in the bathroom so had to use one in the room to dry my hair with no mirror in sight. Power points beside the bed were behind the bed and could not be accessed. At the end of the day this is an airport hotel and things like breakfast not opening till 7am are not practical for the corporate traveller.

Last time in November I’m happy to stay there This time on April I’m not happy The receptionist front dest not professional, I’m waiting for over 1 hour and then everything is starting again from the beginning I book 2 different booking, 1 for 2 rooms, 1 for 1 room but I just have 2 rooms only Anyway I have to accept that The restaurant and food is good, the staff professional Because of the booking have issues that makes my trip uncomfortable and I have suffered a lot
