Small rooms, dirty bathrooms, thermostat doesn’t work, and unable to accommodate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great location and easy in terms of no frills if you just want a modern place to stay that’s near the Trevi fountain. The room doesn’t have kettle etc and the shower was cold at some busy times but was still great for the price

Very easy to walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps - great restaurants around the area in every direction. I felt safe. Also had convenience stores close my open 24/7.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. No issues.

The hotel is well located and newly renovated. The area was nice and safe, only a short walk from Villa Borghese and a 20 minute walk from the Termini. There's a good coffee shop and good restaurants near by (try Il Felini!). Staff was really nice and welcoming. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and you can log into your streaming services on the smart TV which is great when you want to take time to rest at the hotel. However, there is no coffee maker/tea pot in the room and you can hear everything in the hallway: doors slaming, people talking, TV playing, etc. Earbuds and speaking in a low voice are a must. Overall, I appreciated my stay.

Lovely stay! We had a great time here! Close to bus stations and very accessible. Lots of shops and caffes around.

Modern amenities in Ancient Rome

This was a really great place to stay. For the price it was an amazing find. 3 of us in one room That was spacious enough and clean and modern. The small single bed was bit hard but every thing else was great

We were exceptionally happy with this property. Staff were friendly, location was good surrounded by good restaurants and shopping, air conditioning very effective, very clean and good condition. Would recommend

It was very good. Our only grumble was that there was next to no place to unpack - just a rod with a few hangers. Otherwise, we were very happy there

La atención es excelente por parte de Jorge. El y su compañera siempre ( no recuerdo su nombre ) siempre atentos y serviciales. El hotel de primera , comenzando por su aroma al entrar a la propiedad así como la de la habitación. Sin duda volvería. Desayuno bufet suficiente. Nos hicieron los arreglos para la recogida del Van para ir a Cititaveccia y el chofer llegó puntual y amable también. En general a todo le pondría un 10.

This Hotel was a treasure, a real find! It is close enough to many of the sites you want to see, but just far enough off the beaten track to be quiet and comfortable. The staff were amazingly helpful and accessable, and great examples of what service oriented is all about! Loved it!

City break

Perfect hotel for a 3 night city break

Nice hotel in a great neighborhood. If a 1 or 2km walk is o.k. with you great location

A bit out of the way from the hustle and bustle of rome but made it super quiet. Close to Borghese gardens.

Perfume smell in the lobby is too much. A lot of noise in the corridors. Doors don't keep noise out

Absolutely loved this cute room, staff there were very friendly and helpful. I would totally go again!

The decoration was nice, but the room was very dark to the point of needing artificial lights during the day, even on sunny days. The view was to a small interior backyard that made it difficult to see the sky unless one was leaning outside the window. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The shower was very narrow. The mobile phone connection in the room was poor. Upon request we changed rooms on the last day (when availability allowed), but in the morning the new room was full of water on the floor, possibly coming from another room, soaking the suitcases. The hotel staff was not really helpful. The room doors provided very poor sound insulation, so one could hear every little sound coming from the corridor and also the other way around.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city. Rooms are clean and well taking care.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel has a cool vibe - trade off is that the elevators are tiny and the bathrooms are a bit tight. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and liked that we weren’t right in the tourist centre, but could walk to everything. It’s also convenient to RomaTermini.

Very nice hotel

Clean, cosy and contemporary room in a very nice area under the Borghese parc and 30 to 45 minutes walk to various must sees. Friendly and helpful staff 👌 Only minor point is a very hard noise several times during the night, caused in our opinion by the elevator.

It was great that our room was available earlier than expected. We arrived two hours before check in and were so happy the room was ready. The American breakfast was okay, my husband was quite satisfied. Our room was tidied daily and we always had a fresh supply of towels. The staff was helpful with regards to directions and getting us taxi service when needed. The only isssue we had was the outside noise, it is quite a busy street(but to be expected as it a convenient location). We just closed the window….it was fine.

Nice hotel about 15 min walk to the Spanish steps , lots of options to eat out around the hotel . Room was small but comfortable, how ever no fridge in the room . Staff were helpful and check in was smooth .

The bath tub is very small but other than that everything was fine.

Great Value

We enjoyed our long term stay at this hotel. We found the location convenient for a conference we were attending and appreciated the modern room set up (lots of USB ports for charging and devices.) Staff was friendly and helpful, especially with check in and check out. Our only issue was hotel had already swapped to heating (traveled in early November and temperatures were still warm) and so we slept with the window open, resulting in many mosquito bites most nights. Not much to be done about that but as seasonal weather increasingly becomes unpredictable, it would be nice to hotels at all price ranges to allow guests to control air condition and heating year round.

I like the staff at the reception. They were very professional with a personal touch. They made us feel welcome and were very helpful. Also the room was quite big for an Italian Hotel. Unfortunately the shower cabin was tiny.

I chose this hotel largely because of location - so many galleries within walkable distance. Bonus was how helpful the staff were, facilities absolutely fine and as a medium size hotel it doesn't feel impersonal. Solo traveller and I'm going back. Strongly recommended.

Comfortable place to stay. Bed and pillows were great. Room was great. The bathroom was a little too small. The door hit the toilet when you opened it. Aside from that small detail, everything else was great.

Modern, new, high ceilings, nice artful decor, polite and courteous staff. Loved the toiletries as it has a pleasant soap/fig scent that is not too overpowering. When requesting extra towel/pillows for our 3rd person, housekeeping came quickly. A very nice hotel to stay in.

10/10 stay

Great customer service and a very clean room with a very nice washroom. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. The room was of decent size but very comfortable in its entirety. Location may be a little further away from main attractions for tourists but hotel itself is perfect for any stay.

The hotel was decorated beautifully and was clean. It was in a great location being a 20 minute walk from the train station and the Trevi fountain. Although for only one evening, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return

We was very disappointed when we arrived at this hotel. Our daughter had booked it for us in Nov 22 for a stay to celebrate our 50th birthday and our honeymoon after finally getting married whilst being together for 25 years. She chose the Veneto Hotel as it looked traditionally Italian with all old furniture and was just quirky. When we arrived it was all very modern and had been taken over, our daughter had had no notification to say that the change had happened. She also requested something special to be put in our room as it was after all our honeymoon, there is literally nothing in the rooms not even a bottle of water.

The staff was extremely responsive and helpful when our flight was delayed and we arrived after 2 a.m.

Un hotel bonito, muy bien ubicado en la zona de.las embajadas, muchas rutas de transporte dan servicio.

Little bit noisy because of thin walls and doors. Breakfast included everything basic things. Room was small but very clean and tidy.

Precisa melhorar o staff

O hotel é muito bonzinho, no entanto algumas pessoas estão totalmente despreparadas. Na minha estadia fui atendida por um moço totalmente aéreo. Deu a chave do mesmo quarto para outra pesssoa. Qdo chegamos encontramos outras pessoas no nosso quarto. Nossas malas foram retiradas do quarto, mas ele não sabia onde estavam nossas malas. Um caos total. Precisa melhor o staff.

Het ontbijt was teleurstellend: geen kwalitatief eten en weinig opties. Frigo op de kamer werkte niet waardoor er een laag water in de frigo zat. Hierdoor was mijn eten doorweekt... Hygiëne en personeel wel goed. Over het algemeen OK.

Storleken på rummen var väldigt bra. Sköna sängar, lakan & kuddar. Bra mörkläggning & fint med en minimini balkong. Perfekt fungerande AC. Enkel men prisvärd frukost. Rummen, var ganska slitna, trots att hotellet är relativt nyrenoverat. Extremt lyhört!!! Saknade skohorn,)

Resepsiyon ve ilgisi açısından değerlendirme yapmam gerekirse 5/5. Ancak geri kalan kısımları bizim için bazı anlarda tatsızdı. Odaların kapıları çok ses geçiriyor. Herhangi bir odadan çıkış olunca bunu kesinlikle duyuyorsunuz. Eğer kalacaksanız kesinlikle ilk katı talep etmeyin. Hızlı bir şekilde halledilmiş olsa da iki kez sifon bozuldu. Ve gelelim en tatsız noktaya. Ücreti mukabilinde yediğimiz kahvaltıda bir hanımefendi hızlı hızlı bir şekilde her şeyi toparlamaya başladı. Kahvaltidan sonra kahve almak istediğimde kahve makinası kapanmış vaziyetteydi. Aslında odanın dizaynı vs bizim için tatlı ve yeterliydi ancak insan tatilde olduğu zaman bu gibi şeylerle uğraşmak istemiyor.

La struttura ha rispettato parzialmente le nostre aspettative. La posizione è ottimale per visitare i siti d’interesse della città. Manca un po’ l’attenzione ai dettagli che darebbero almeno una stella in più a questo hotel.
