Clean and good location

Bathroom has an exposed hot water piping system that runs hot in summer. It makes the room hotter than necessary. This summer has been hot and humid and with no air conditioning makes it uncomfortable to sleep.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Only issues with this hotel is the air conditioning. There is no remote in the room. The staff has only one at the front desk. So they need come to the room to turn it on. Also, once it’s on, it’s on. No adjusting or turning it off. ALSO and most important. Fire Hazard! I stayed on the 1st floor which had to climb steps and go down steps to get to room. Even the staff knows it’s odd the way it’s set up. As for the fire hazard. The door is bolted shut and can’t open on the first floor. So if there is an emergency, you have to climb steps to get out. I always thought you needed 2 ways out, besides the window. Staff said it’s locked for safety. However, there are doors that have a push bar to open, emergency doors. This should be fixed.

Great hotel with nice pool, sauna and hot sub.

Same great standard and service as usual. Plenty of parking and nice views over the lake from balcony

No air conditioning and too warm to keep windows closed, but guests (staff?) were out front smoking and talking very loudly well past 2am, even when asked to be quiet.

Breakfast good.. Clean.. Zivile receptionist v helpful.. Waitress at breakfast good.

Beautiful surroundings. Lovely restaurant with delicious breakfast. Rooms a bit old but manageable and clean. Gorgeous 25m pool, sauna and hot tub. Great gym for workouts.

Viešbutis patiko, nuostabus pasryčiai, švaru, puiki vieta-viskas šalia, miesto centras, puikus vaizdas i senvagę, gal tik jei kam aktualu, vaizdas iš kambario, nepatarčiau imti pigiausią kambario variantą, nes iš jo jokio gražaus vaizdo nepamatysit. Visumoj viskas tenkino, patariu.

Luxury experience!

Very beautiful surrounding, romantic looking hotel

The room wasn't anything like the pictures. It was small and dirty with no view. There were dirty socks, baseballs and other things under the bed. The staff were not helpful. We wanted to go for dinner in the hotel restaurant and despite the restaurant being empty, they said they couldn't take us. Very disappointing.

A lucky stop

We were driving from Riga to Vilnius and chose the Romantic Hotel. The front desk staff was exceptional. I wish I knew the names, but beautiful, helpful, young ladies were delightful attending to our requests. A nice restaurant with a beautiful view and a very good waiter- he said it was his first day.

Charming hotel by the river

The room was spacious with glass windows overlooking the river. Decor was modern with fresco paintings on the wall. Staff were friendly. The restaurant meal was high quality at a very reasonable price. The apple pie is a must have. Breakfast room was lovely and had a great range. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice stay for a few days.

We stayed to a suite with my wife. Clean room, nice and quiet stay. We will stay again :)

Convenient location

A quaint hotel in a good location and with a good breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated. The EV charger was convenient and free to use, but there's only one so don't rely on it being available.

Ihastuttava ja tyylikäs

Erittäin kaunis ja todellakin romanttinen hotelli. Myös ravintola hyvin tyylikäs, joskin myös hintava, mutta ruoka oli sen arvoista. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja riittävä. Pidin tilavasta kylpyhuoneesta, jossa myös kuumat pyyhetangot niin sai märät vaatteet ja pyyhkeet nopeasti kuivaksi. Hyvin parkkitilaa pihalla. Huoneemme oli varsin rauhallinen ja hiljainen nukkua. Henkilökunta ystävästä niin respassa kuin ravintolassa. Hämmentävää oli, että hotels.comin sivulla olleet tiedot eivät pitäneet paikkaansa, classic-huoneessa ei ollutkaan ilmastointia, minibaaria/jääkaappia, järvinäkymää eikä parveketta. Ilmastointia ennen kaikkea olisimme kaivanneet.

Hyvä majapaikka kohtuuhinnalla. Hotelli oli siisti, käytännöllinen, aamupala oli erinomainen, kuntoilu fasiliteetit olivat erittäin hyvät. Hinta & Laatu suhde priimaa. Huone itsessään oli hieman tunkkainen, mutta nukuimme hyvin.

Struttura con camere pessime, una camera Economy non vuol dire non avere riscaldamento funzionante, considerando le temperature invernali esterne , non vuol dire non poter disporre del Remote Control per l'accensione e lo spegnimento della riscaldamento, non vuol dire essere presi in giro ad aspettare 9 ore per avere un cambio di camera. Non vuol dire non lavare il pavimento del bagno e lasciare asciugamani sporchi per terra. Unica nota positiva la colazione favolosa.

Siistit huoneet ja kaunis ravintola. Hotellialueen ympäristö varsin keskeneräinen (katuremontti menossa). Käytävät ja yleinen tunnelma pimeä. Valloittava respahenkilökunta :-)

Extremely kind and friendly staff & very cool SPA area. The breakfast, as well as its picturesque hall, was also extremely well. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

L'accesso all'hotel è difficile per lavori in corso nella zona, la direzione non ci ha preavvisato e dato istruzioni in merito. La stanza (409) è un disastro: bagno minuscolo, moquette dall'indefinibile colore, impianto elettrico ed idraulico eseguiti da dilettanti pasticcioni (mancano prese e interruttori lato letto, luci lettura inefficaci, groviglio di fili dietro mobile tv, wc collegato con tubo a vista posticcio,..), tende che non schermano la luce perché piu' strette della finestra, che chiude solo forzandola. Il ristorante interno, uno dei motivi della scelta, era di fatto chiuso, avendo un evento da gestire e quindi servendo solo"confit de canard". Personale alla reception gentile, ma non può compensare una performance disastrosa, anche considerando il prezzo.

Serviço muito demorado.... Falta de ar condicionado e frigorifico nos quartos..... o pessoal simpatico. comida nada de special...pouca variedade...

Huone oli todella kuuma ja ilmastointia ei ollut. Onneksi parveke jota pystyi pitämään auki. Ruoka oli hyvää ja todella mukava paikka syödä ulkona.

Podróż służbowa. Bardzo miło obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i restauracji. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, duży wybór podaczas śnidania. Czysto i schludnie. Polecam !

Dobry hotel dla rodziny

Mieliśmy pokój standard na jedną noc więc ważne były wygodne łóżka i śniadanie, pokój był przestronny i czysty ale bez luksusów i widoku. Na plus basen z ciepłą wodą, bezpłatny parking i urozmaicone śniadanie w formie bufetu szwedzkiego.

Kodinomainen ja lämminhenkinen hotelli. Reilun kokoinen huone, siisti, vaikka rakennus itsessään parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja erinomainen ruoka, suosittelen!

Soovitan soojalt!

Ilmselt parim hotell Panevezys'es, hotell on puhas ja teenindajad sõbralikud, hommikusöök täitsa rikkalik, korralik suur jõusaal ning väike veekeskus basseini, mullivanni ja saunadega. Ainuke asi, mille üle kurta, on läbikostvad seinad, kuid seegi on hotellide puhul ju tavaline. ;)

Melkein ok.

Hotelli oli ihan ok. Aamupala syötävä ei mikään mahtava. Mutta kylpyhuone oli niin kylmä, että suihkussa käynti oli nopea. Ilmalämpöpumpun ulkoyksikkö oli ikkunan takana ja piti meteliä. Kassakaappi ei toiminut ja jääkaappi ei ollut päällä ja haisi niin pahalle ettei sinne mitään voinut laittaa. Kylpylää en tällä kertaa ehtinyt käyttää mutta muistaakseni se on ihan ok. Palvelu oli kyllä ihan hyvää.

Seit der Erröfnung waren wir 2 x im Jahr dort. Ab und zu schlechter, ab u zu besser. Jetzt eindeutig besser als je zuvor. Nur zusammenstellung von Menue Carte ist nicht optimal. Der asiatische influens gehört nicht dazu.

Lässt kaum Wünsche offen

Sehr schönes Hotel. Hält, was es verspricht. Gute Gastronomie, besonders leckeres Frühstück.

Yö laventelin tuoksussa

Koko hotelli oli hajustettu laventelilla, myös illallisruoka. Ruokaan ei hyvä. Oli halvin huone, mutta ilmastointi kuitenkin oli. Siisti huone kattoikkunalla. Tilava ja siisti kylppäri. Vedenkeitin huoneessa ja vesipullo. Erilliset sängyt kapeat. Peitot ja tyynyt perus. Kaunis ulkoilualue hotellin ympärillä. Ravintolan kuistille pääsi vain varauksella. Ravintolassa meidät unohdettiin täysin. Talon tarjoama jälkiruoka ei juurikaan asiaa korjannut. Ruoka-annos pieni ja hintava. Aamiainen oli runsas.

Siisti, hyvä wi-fi, yksilöllinen sisustus, aamiainen ok.
