they could use a good cleaning and some air freshener wold not hurt it any. has now AC in the rooms and the fan has not been clean in years! only one power outlet in the whole room. I will not stay here ever again! nor would I tell you to check this place out

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and I was provided with plenty of towels and toiletries. It isn't in the nicest area, but it's a convenient distance from the Moscone Center, and I was able to walk to China Town, as well as Fisherman's Wharf / the Boudin Bakery. I would absolutely stay here again given their prices compared to surrounding hotels.

I liked the location. It is close to Downtown, perfect for visitors.

The hotel is, as most of the downtown properties, old and rather dated in style. It has the most friendly and helpful staff and some features which are not always available in more expensive accommodation. There is constant hot water, day and night, ample outlets for charging devices or using appliances, a fridge and secure WiFi which gave constant good service throughout the week. My room had new furniture and was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is right in the centre of San Francisco, near to the trolly buses, trains and union Square shops. There are plenty of food stores and restaurants around so it is convenient for most things.

Could be noisy due to people talking and traffic at night.

Upon Checkin, ( 9/4/19) there were 2 vagrants sleeping on the steps going into the hotel. Upon entering there was a strong nonidentifiable smell. Before, signing any papers, i asked to see room. It was dark, dirty with dingy covers on the beds. Bathroom was old with dirty shower curtain. I did not stay in hotel. I went down to street to check into Hilton on O'Farrell. I lost my money on this, because it was unsafe and unsanitary. Please do not advertise or support this hotel. This is second bad experience with Expedia in 2 months. Please call me to discuss. Can I get any refund from not staying at this god awful place.

It was a 2-star hotel and did well at that level. I felt safe and relaxed.

There were cockroaches. No phone. Room smelled like urine

Well located in the city, close to shops, etc. The hotel was clean and tidy but very old and basic. Staff were friendly enough.

Trevliga anställda men otroligt kallt, inget wifi

De anställda i receptionen är trevliga men rummet var otroligt kallt och wifi:et funkade inte. Sov i fleece tröja och långbyxor till sist flera nätter och även då var det kallt så man vaknar flera gånger. Detta drog ned totalbetyget eftersom detta gjorde det svårt att sova och kunna använda mobilen för privat och jobb medan vi var i USA. Det är rätt så lyhört också, men det är det i den trakten i San Fransisco så det borde man vara beredd på.

Ese hotel tiene un año sin funcionar y expedia sigue promocionandolo, a mi no me quieren regreaar lo que pague. Deben de demandar al hotel y a expedia que siguen recibiendo reservaciones.

Ik vond de buurt ‘s avonds een beetje grimmig, niet de beste plek om in de avond nog rond te lopen. Verder was de locatie voor mij prima aangezien je met de oude tram vlakbij zo naar de haven kan in het noorden.
