Location

Hotel is older, so some amenities are not as up to date as some of the newer hotels. It was clean- very clean-and beds were comfortable. We will stay here again.

Very clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location. Friendly staff and parking available at an extra cost. Everything is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

The property and staff was really helpful and great But experience with Expedia was terrible I was confirmed a jacuzzi room with king bed and I got a 2 queen bed room with no jaccuzi The property said it was an error from Expedia

What you would expect for the price.

The staff was excellent at the rodeway inn. Felt very appreciated! We only stayed for one night and it did the job for the price. Definitely a little beat down but if you just need a simple inn for the night, this would be the place to go. I would stay here again for a short visit if I went down to see the falls again.

Would be nice if you could increase the size of your towels. That said great place and staff. Gladly stay again.

The staff were amazing, first they put us in a jacuzzi room the tub was absolutely disgusting, the staff moved us to the second floor. The new room which the tub needed to be scrubbed which i did. This is just the least to be said about this hotel.

Property was nice very clean but old no elevator 3 floor not required i understand that 2 seniors 3rd floor standard rm hotel was empty should of accommodation fortunately we healthy so recovering time from stairs minimal

First room we were put in was freezing, no hot water and the toilet was turned off. We had to turn the heat on and leave for hours for the room to warm up. When we turned the water on for the toilet it ran constantly and the tv was broken. They put us in a different room. Third floor with no elevators, that room was clean with running hot water but still no tv and they couldn’t fix it either. I would never stay again.

Clean and accessible to everything.

At first I was skeptical because we weren't given the room we booked. But the agent at the front desk quickly remedied the situation and we were given our proper room. Which was lovely and spacious. The person on the front desk was great!

Disappointing Stay

We had a very disappointing stay this time as we usually stay at this hotel when we visit the Niagara Falls region. There was no cable TV available and we ended up finding bed bugs in the morning. When I notified the management when we checked out they were very concerned and assured me that senior management will be notified. Later during the day in the afternoon management called me and apologized and that they were taking this very serious and will be rectifying the the problem. I was impressed that they called me the same day and I am hoping that this was a rare occurrence as this hotel is in a great location and in the past there service was much better and the units much cleaner. I may give it another chance when I visit in the near future.

Me & several guests received downgraded rooms from what was advertised on booking sites. Booking site says hotel controls all listings, but hotel blames booking site for incorrect listing. Take that as you will. Fortunately it's slow season with rooms available. Front desk resolved the issue and I received the advertised room. Take screenshot of the listing you booked.

Close to eveeything

Our group of 2 couples has two seperate room. The TVs didn’t work at all and there was plastic wrap over our fire alarm. That must be a new code thing ??!! Not impressed

Location was only thing good

The location is terrific. Service is poor and uninterested. No TV. No daily room service. This place co I’ll lid be great if anyone there cared at all. Lazy mob of cannot say that word.

Location to the convention center was great. The hotel did what i needed it to be a place to sleep. The rooms are dated, felt like I was on the set of 3's company. Room was clean, not much as far as tv as cable was not available. No fridge or microwave. But if you need a place just to lay your head and enjoy Niagara Falls, then for the price, i would stay again.

Liked that we could walk to stuff. Windows are in desperate need of repair…we put a towel to soak up water and it was soaked.

Not clean, rude staff

I was "Carfished" lol. property was nothing as it seemed online. the room smelled so bad we had to book a room a couple fundred meters away. when i told the person at the front desk how it was unusable he simply said "my apologies" no discount, no refund. just, sorry you had to book another hotel worst experience on expedia ever. luckily they have always been solid. a one off i guess

The property is what you would expect for the price. However, the accommodations were clean and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The Rodeway Inns' location is walkable to the falls and Cliffton Hill.

We enjoyed or stay, the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. It would be great if the rooms had a small fridge and or microwave. That's the only complaint my travel companions had. Staff were very good and accommodating.

Saw a spider dangling in front of the main door, weird odour all around, and crumpled carpet. Would not recommend and disappointed.

Room was clean and the building was clean on the inside. Except did find a wad of gum near the window on our room. Staff was nice and helpful. No elevator. So my wife had to walk up three flights of stairs with her cane. Good area. For the purpose we needed it for. Lots of dinning options near by. Wish there was a bit more parking.

Found out when I left there was an additional $45 parking charge. No mention at Checkin. At checkout I was told I should have looked at the paperwork, which I did before and after and found no reference to this. F-in’ liars! No ventilation. Useless TV. Car horns outside my room all night every half hour. Filthy and deteriorating room. Smelled like dog.

For the price likely a bargain in Niagara Falls. However, definately could use a sprucing up ... yes, price may rise, but worth it ... and a bit more attention to housekeeping. Rug, in particular, looked like it had had better days and was "spotty" in all the wrong ways. A/C unit extraordinarily LOUD. Difficult to sleep with it on. Staff, however ... over and above helpful, solicitous, and friendly. Nice touch.

If you’re looking for a hotel that takes you back in time, this is the place for you. It hadn’t probably changed anything since 80’s. Forget about modern conveniences like phone chargers by the bed, who needs those when you can enjoy a nice scavenger hunt for the nearest outlet? And the towels? A true relic, complete with authentic holes for that well-worn charm The carpet was so filthy—my white socks turned black after walking on it. Definitely not worth the price.

It was cheap, easy to check in, but no elevator to help you go up. We carried our luggage 3 stories. The hallways and room were really warm. Maybe in colder weather it's not a problem, but the AC took a while to cool the room. No breakfast and vending machines don't accept cards. The pros: The room itself was really clean and large.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed!! Dirty the picture are not accurate at all the hotel is falling apart, this is not the standard that Expedia should have.

Pricey for the services, no drinking water, no fridge, no sleepers in the room, just a simple coffee maker with two cups for three people! Noisy old AC system with unclean circulation. old, unclean carpet on the floor, outdoor access to the rooms, basic, small and unequipped lobby,...

Close to the falls nice. But no microwave or mini fridge in the room.

It was good for one night if you plan to stay longer I would recommend looking for something more comfortable.

This hotel is a motel-style so can easily park in front of the door to the room. Parking price was very reasonable for the area. Room itself needed some updating (carpet, beds) but overall, it wasn't the best or worst hotel we've stayed in. It was really quiet too. Bus stop is nearby. Plenty of dining options nearby. About 2 block walk to the incline railway to take you down to Falls. Would stay here again for the accessibiltiy to everything, cost, and ease of stay.

Location to attactions was great. Staff were also great. Building was clean but old and had an odor in the hallways and stairs.
