The property is nice and clean. It is worth staying in.

For people visiting CR Park and around, Rockland is an excellent option. It is reasonable, rooms are good, good breakfast and conveniently located. We stayed there for 4 nights and were very happy with the hotel and the extremely helpful staff.

One of the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stay at. Hotel need a total renovation. I have pics of the ceiling with water stain and mold. Definitely would not recommend!

End of trip chill down before leaving India

We were upgraded to a suite from a deluxe double as the booked room was not available to us. The third member of our party got the deluxe double room and was very pleased with it. Very spacious and comfortable suite. Hot water was a bit hit and miss during the day but was available in the evening. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance on the day we were there which was irritating as we booked this hotel because it had a pool. We did advise the hotel that the maintenance could be done between 19.00 and 7.00 when the pool is shut anyway to guests.

Nice and clean

The staff were super nice. Really accommodating. A lot of the rooms are really noisy with some ventilation equipment and kind of smelly. But it got all sorted out and it was nice. The pool on the roof is tiny not like the photos hence the four stars not five. Everything was good, but I thought it was presented as a nicer place on the Internet that it really was but it’s definitely a pleasant hotel and well worth the stay especially if you got a good deal.

They are liar with cost they mentioned, not friendly staff.

Property Is Very Good.. Staff is also supportive.. Specially Mr Shafi Khan ...He helped us in all the way to plan our Visit in Delhi to all monuments. 1 IMP Thing.. This Property is Far from Railway station.. Remind 1 thing... Plan your travel to Get through train or Airport so that you can reach atleast 2 hrs before your schedule time. Traffic in Delhi is Horrible... We missed our Rajdhani on 1st Jane 23. Due to Heavy Traffic on roads.

Excellent service, good installations. It was not in a touristic area but I had tours with pick up booked so it didn't affected me. They don't exchange currency so that was inconvenient for me, for example to pay the taxi from the hotel. Also all currency exchange offices open after 10 am so a little restricted in that way.

A little disappointed

A little dated, but most importantly we were not given the room we booked. They would not change our room and gave no explanation as to why it was changed. Basement restaurant smelled really damp. Maybe new clean mood were needed

Average.. hotel

Hotel .com site mentioned gave an option to select smokng/ nonsmoking rooms. However, on checking in was informed that the hotel was a non smoking property. At check in was told that hot/ cold water is available however, no hot water was available... at checkout was informed that hot water is only available on request.

Ok for short stay

The rooms are much better than what would be expected for the front office, but the desk is tiny, so not great option if you will need to work during your stay. The staff is courteous and helpful, very fast in-room service. Breakfast selection could be improve (real coffee would be a very welcome addition), but acceptable. Location is good, just make sure your room is not oriented to the outer ring, so you will get a quiet night

Warm, Comfortable, Neat & Clean & Great Breakfast

This is the fourth time in four consecutive years that my parents have stayed at Rockland Hotel C.R. Park. Being seniors in their eighties, they enjoy the warmth, respect and cordiality with which the hotel Staff greet and treat them with. For them, Rockland is a very comfortable, neat and clean place to stay in for the first four or five nights upon arrival in India while they stock up on and restart their household in South Delhi. I would strongly recommend this Hotel Group to anyone coming in on work to the Nehru Place area or for a few days stay in New Delhi if they wish to live close to GK-1, GK-2, C.R Park, Pamposh Encalve, Panchsheel Enclave etc.

Excellent Property, Great Service

Rockland is a value for money. The service, the staff, the cleanliness, the food the complimentary breakfast buffet, is very gratifying. The location in South Delhi makes it very easily accessible. Ideal for family stay.

Wonderful and helpful staff with a warm welcome. Excellent customer service. The only downside is hotel is in front of a busy main road but you dont hear any noise in your room

Very clean upscale hotel

Location: Walking distance from GM metro station (Magenta line). On Outer Ring Road. Cleanliness: Very nice family hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were upmarket and clean. Service: The staff is nice, especially towards families. Amenities: The breakfast buffet has many options like South Indian food, North Indian,Sandwiches and cereals- food is nice but there is scope for improvement. They also have a small pool at the rooftop which was a nice touch. There are a few parking spots. It’s great for families. I stayed with a friend and our stay was alright. I recommend it for families, not for friends travelling together.

Rockland C.R park hotel

Not to UK 3-4 star standards, rooms are very poor and need updating.Our rooms were changed after I complained but will never have paid the asking rate for the rooms as also in poor quality. Only stayed as we needed to be close to Family who lived close by.

Good hotel, location and otherwise. The prices are low but the cleanness and the service are excellent. Good WiFi too.

Hotel changed after booking

While booking the hotel, the address was shown for CR Park property. But after reaching there, the hotel staff sends the guest to Panchsheel enclave property. In the Panchsheel enclave property the rooms were smaller and congested.

This is the first time a hotel kept insisting on a photo ID with address; despite me handing them my PAN card and my office ID/visiting card. I travel quite a lot and have never come across such a situation. The female staff were courteous and professional; however, the male staff were not helpful. The older of the male staff was very rude and arrogant.

Great value for money!

I like the location of this hotel the most. Its close to the airport and shopping malls. Getting public commute is also easy which is important if you're visiting in April heat! Staff is friendly and helpful. I had some issues with internet connectivity this time but the staff worked to get it fixed. The food is excellent and room service is prompt and efficient. Overall great value for money!

Hotel was part of a tour package and not what we would select. The hotel is completely out of town and close to nothing. A walk around the area and it was impossible to find somewhere to even buy a drink. The hotel itself had a nice foyer and a nice rooftop ( if they cleaned it) Bathrooms had a lot of mould , One in particular ( we had three rooms) stank so badly it was impossible to enter without holding your breath. Staff arrived with a spray can of air freshner ( this did not help)All linen was grey and scary. Food ok but restaurant in basement and quite dank and gloomy. AS you can tell we would recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in South Delhi

We wanted a hotel which is reasonably priced with is located near the US Embassy consulate as we wanted less commutation for Visa interviews.This hotel not only suffices that requirement,but as well as offers best hospitality right from the cordial staff to an excellent palatable breakfast options in the morning.Only, Achilles heel was the mobile network connectivity as whenever we went inside our rooms, the signals got jammed.But, overall the best in the Nehru place vicinity.Had been to this hotel twice & would recommend to someone who wanted to stay near South Delhi.

Billing Issue at Rockland delhi

Overall an avarage place however confusion created in billing by the manager he came running to collect the cash after paying the remaining cash as per the invice given by them. Was real ambarassing situation for me in front of my friends on the middle of the road cz of their billing mistake.

Rockland is for business travellers only

1. The bed was very uncomfortable 2. The room was just 10ft by 10ft. Room number 123 (ground floor) 3. TV was not working 4. Buffet breakfast was cold and lacked variety 5. Washroom did not have basic amenities and the staff had to be called for everything

Great stay for the value, will stay again

For the price, the hotel offers high quality and great service. We arrived very late night from our destination/international flight and they had someone wait up to check us in (around 2 AM). Location is between CR Park and GK 2 and is a short auto ride to the metro. I have stayed at many more expensive hotels in this price range and they don't compare to the quality of service at Rockland. In addition, the breakfast buffet is nice and the food from the kitchen is top quality.

We had a plesant stay at the hotel.Good service at hotel for hiring a car for sightseeing.Since the car is owned by the hotel, the service was professional and good. The hotel was clean and all the hotel employees very forthcomming.

Cosy hotel in an upscale locality.

Stayed for 2 nights in June, got a city facing room on 2nd floor as requested. Found used duvet on bed, but they got a fresh one when pointed out. Also at check-in, they asked for ID which I showed (PAN card). But they also wanted address proof which is ridiculous and not mentioned anywhere. First meal of butter naan and daal tadka was good, so were evening snacks of veg cutlet, malai tikka chicken. But other items subsequently were disappointing. For e.g. egg curry meant boil 2 eggs and throw them into chicken curry gravy !

Average hotel

First of all - the hotel reception did not give a proper direction to reach the hotel, but that could be a common nature in Delhi in general. Though the hotel is on the service road, when I asked specifically about it, the reception said - no, it is on the main road (meaning outer ring road). The lobby is tiny and cramped with 2 service desk- can hardly make out which one is the reception. The lobby is always full of people and very noisy. No clear direction on using the WiFi- though it works- you only have to use your intelligence a bit. Room service is good , breakfast was good and food tastes really nice- authentic taste, I would say, but very limited options. They will not deny but genuinely deter you from your choice by saying that they will take long to prepare that item. The room was small and found it difficult to keep two suitcases. If you order food in the room (I had to, because the lunch room was taken for a conference) you have to eat on the bed- no other option.
