Great for relaxing, team are very supportive. Food needs improving as repeats very often at the buffet and the a la carte is just slight variations of the buffet.

Everything is very beautiful, the hotel is wonderful, only there is a problem with, the children's policy in the hotel asks for a lot of money for an additional child, between 150 and 200 dollars per night, this is very much, especially it does not provide additional services for the child or a bed, for this reason we cannot return to this in the hotel. But everything was wonderful from all the crew.

I am Canadian and I used to spend my vacation along with my family in Egypt. Last year we went to Rixos Al Alamin and the service was amazing This year we decided to change so we went to Rixos premium seagate sharm I feel sorry for such decision The place is so crowded and most of staff are not professional - no enough shuttles so you have to wait in the burning sun for 15 or more minutes and drivers sometimes treat you badly - Restaurants are very crowded and you will have hard time finding a table - Swimming pool was closed for the whole day without any explanation or excuse And many other incidents that made me wonder why I have to pay such big amount of money Even I sent complaint through expedia but no one paid any attention for it

Very nice hotel. 2 things to consider, first checkin desk is very slow and don’t have VIP, average time 1 hour to checkin. Second the babysitting service is not allowed in the hotel. Nothing written in the site

nice hotel ,this is my 5th time in this hotel, most of the staff are friendly but some are rude, the food is above average - not great as it was before, the rooms are big clean and comfortable.

Booked junior suite , very spacious room , Very well maintained, multiple pools , nice water park , very professional and helpful staff members . Food was good , multiple buffet options , didn’t enjoy a la cart restaurant option though, but overall very nice place , will definitely return here for next vacation

A premium reprt but we found we were often forgotten or not taken care of enough. There was some African conference going on and these business people took so much more priority over holidaying guests which was really dissapointing. Room balcony door kept making noise. Resort is lovely, kids club lovely, food was really good including entertainment but overall we felt let down by the service.

Over all great resort. It was difficult reserving table in the different restaurants, we received a notice that it is full were in fact the restaurants were almost empty. Only after approaching the management we were able to book a table.

The best All Inclusive I've been to so far

Everything is superb. The good: Almost everything. The service is unparalleled. Although there is some language barrier when asking for something, the staff will go to any lengths to please you. Food: food is very good, particularly desserts, where they excel. If you have some food restrictions they won't stop until you're happy. Rooms: we got an upgrade to junior suites. Truly amazing. Spacious and with every detail you may expect from the highest of standards. Osama was a true artist when it came to make our rooms. Swimming pool: the biggest one is just too cold, but there are other 2 or 3 that are swimmable and where there is daily entertainment. Drinks: if this is why you came here you won't be disappointed. Beach: at least at this time of the year there is no way you could swim anywhere. There is a very long pier where you can take long walks and enjoy the view though Staff: will do everything to make you happy. Mohamed Hosny at the turquoise was always waiting for us to tell the chef what we would eat that day. The bad: Making reservations for a la carte is very tricky. If you're willing to make a Soviet-style line to beg for reservations 2 or 3 days in advance it may make sense, not for me. We basically ended up not having any meal in any of the luxurious restaurants.

Perfect

The check in was 3 hours delayed, which made us behind and loss The Whole day of our trip. The rooms we had with no bathroom door. The shower was leaking , the shower door and toilet door don’t fit right so it has to be open all the time and of course no door for the actual bathroom, it was a horrible experience and it doesn’t match at all with how much we paid for it.

Property is very clean, well maintained. Service by all employees is extremely well. The only comment that I have is on the showers, they leak water to the rest of the bathroom. Not a big deal but I hope they fix it in the future.

Amazing hotel with a lot of food variety.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been. The people working there lack professionalism, extremely dishonest and rude. For example; I went to a restaurant inside the hotel (Peoples Resturant) we ordered pasta with Parmesan cheese. Instead they brought a mozzarella cheese on top. When I pointed out to the water about this mistake, he told me “all cheese are one and if you didn’t like it why did you eat some of it” Instead of apologizing. When comes to house keeping. If you request something to the room expect that you will wait 30 minutes for anyone to show up with your item despite prompting them multiple times in the phone. I addressed my complaint to the duty manager (Ayman) he told me that he will arrange a free of charge transportation to the airport upon checking out and a late check out. He asked me to sign a piece of paper that indicates I will be getting the transportation for feee so it does not come out in the checkout bell. To our surprise that paper that he wanted us to sign was for us to drop all our claims to get that free transportation ( extremely nasty move). After confronting him about this, he told us “we need to take something in return to give you the free transportation). That is ridiculous. Of course I did not sign it and payed for the transportation myself. If the manager is dishonest abd manipulative imagine how bad the staff will be under his management. Never again. One more thing, the food is terrible Too.

I was not recognised as a VIP customer. plus perk of self parking is irrelevant to us and I believe to most of the customers and need to be reviewed - even domestic travelers mainly take the plane to come to the destination so no one would you use this perk.

The rooms were old, the price was expensive. We think the airport experience was terrible, the hotel needs to pressure the government and airport people to stop stealing "baksheesh" from ordinary people. It totally killed the experience and the hotel knows this and doesnt do anything about it. I like the food, the grounds were safe and the reception was good. So out of a 1 - 10 i give you a 5.5.

Good hotel but bad service

The hotel has very nice amenities and Swiming pools and nice beach. The service was not so good specially at the restaurants and when trying to find a booking for one of ala-cart restaurants. They were not flexible and we had to settle for a meal at the buffet. I find the waiters specially at the lobby bar were very unfriendly and only responded if you gave them a tip

The hotel is very clean and easy access to the pools and beach. the food quality is good and testy except the snacks. some of the stuff are friendly and some not. but the animation team is extra ordinary especially Pasha. the beach is wonderful and you can see the colorful fishes and the coral reefs while standing on the jetty. the night party in Arena is wonderful and the stuff there is very friendly especially Emad. the a la carte restaurants are very good but reserving it wasn't easy as its always fully booked. Finally the hotel worth each penny and it will not be the last time to go there.

I was there for 9 nights, the hotel was amazing, everyone was beyond helpful, from Ahmed Helmi who made sure we were getting served me and wife the best way to the bartender Hassan who we bothered on a daily basis 2 to 3 times to clean our baby daughter milk bottle. The restaurant are beyond amazing, the entertainment were spectacular, the snorkeling was out of this world not to forget their amazing Hookah. 9 days there we didnt need to leave the hotel.people were not wrong when they said its the best Hotel in Sharm.

I love it

Value for the condition of the room was not worth it. I booked a Premium Room and was given a Premium Room, however, the Premium Room was not up to any 5 star hotel standard I see in the middle east. As for the facilities of the hotel, it was strange how the different restaurants were setup during summer. For example, throughout the day, and when the temperature was 35 degrees, all door restaurants were kept open. It was difficult to find a closed and cool area to have a bite, drink coffee or enjoy a drink. Other facilities like the Clinic was below standard by all means and not worthy of being located in a what was being sold as a 5 star hotel. Hats off to the chef, the food was amazing and so were the local staff working at the resort.

There is 1 or 2 activity during the day in addition to swiming , there is 6 or 7 resturant orderd and one open buffet but every day they open only 3 and recive requst not more than 20 person every day and the requst by machine you must wake up early morning to reseve the resturat , the resturant order by menue and you can orderd all menue but can invite any more person who not reserved in machine , check in was to late becouse the room not clean and not ready to ckeck in , tere is lost and found department but always its lost ,, there no deffrent in room size between superior and delux and its alawys by chance to get better room on view and clean apearance ,, the room in the ground floor not clean ,, and in 1st and 2nd floor there is only stairs to elevator or left and there is no ody help you to bring your things up ,, there is no heater in swiming pools,, mosquitos all over the hotel ,, tere is no door between bath room and sleeping area ,,

Hi I stayed at the property from April 2 nd to april 5TH me and my family had a wonderful experience with all the staff of the hotel starting with gate security officer Mr/ Ayman such a wonderful guy and from the front desk Mr/ Assem essam..very helpful and decent gentelman room service and resturant employee..the whole package was great and hoprfully will be back soon......good job keep it up.

We paid a lot of money for new year party and we got seated at the very back with no view to the main theater and practically no service. Staff and hotel were satisfactory, but the big amount spent on the parties were not worth it
