Fantastic !! A 5 star stay in every possible way

Another fantastic Rixos stay, faultless

Amazing vacation

It was the 1st time for me to try rixos chains but definitely it will not be the last. The hotel facilities and services is perfect. The stuff was very helpful and the room was clean and tidy. The shuttle bus is fast every 5 to 10 mins there is a shuttle bus. You don't need to wait along to find a place in the shuttle bus. The kids club was perfect my daughter like it very much and the stuff was very friendly. We need to thank Marian from the kids club . Regarding the alcart restaurant. It was amazing a big thank to Salt restaurant and youssry from Salt ,mangal restaurant (big thank to chef Reda and Mohamed) and people's. The food was superb and very tasty. You have alot of varieties and with a very good quality. Thank you Islam from turquoise restaurant.

One of the best resort I ever stayed in my life Everything was just perfect

I recently stayed at Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff here is nothing short of amazing and accommodating, ensuring that every guest feels special. This resort is incredibly family-friendly, making it a perfect choice for those traveling with loved ones. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and spacious, offering a luxurious retreat. Housekeeping is always available, ensuring that the rooms are spotless and comfortable throughout the stay. The dining options are excellent, with several restaurants offering a variety of delicious dishes. However, I found the buffet to be exceptional, with fresh and well-maintained food that could easily satisfy any palate. I celebrated my birthday at the Brazilian restaurant, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff made it so special, and I want to extend a special thank you to Heba, Peter, and Ahmed for providing such a fantastic dining experience. Overall, Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly stay in Hurghada. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

We recently had our family vacation at Rico’s hurghada Staff was amazing ,sayed who cleaned our room on daily basis and Ayman Mansour who served at the salt restaurant were amazing Phebe ,Ahmed and Sylvia reception staff also helped us and were amazing Rooms were spacious and meticulously cleaned every day Can’t say enough to thank staff and management at Rixos Hurgadah Will definitely go back again Hany Mansour Travelled with my family

Excellent Stay Friendly Staff and Great Amenities

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and caring. They served us well and were always there to help with anything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Hurghada. The all-inclusive experience was great, with plenty of pools and beaches to choose from.

Outstanding!

Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas is an exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived and were checked in on a sofa with a cool towel and a glass of champagne to our last coffee and excellent pastry, the experience was exceptional. The staff are outstanding, the suite spacious and spotlessly clean, the selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and pool service amazing. Apart from one bad meal in the Salt (fish/seafood restaurant) and a toaster in the main restaurant which was broken and failed daily to deliver the toast, there really was nothing at all negative about our stay. I could not recommend this hotel more highly. Congratulations to all the excellent staff for their outstanding service. I would love to return.

Pros - LUXURY at its finest! - Given welcome drink while waiting for check-in then taken in a golf buggy on a tour of the resort on our way to our room - Friendly and helpful staff - We had garden view suite, which was very spacious with separate sleeping and seating area. The garden view was lovely and I could partially see the sea! - Luxury toiletries in the bathroom - Bathrobes and slippers in the room - Choice of 4 A La Carte restaurants which you need to reserve either 1 day before or you can try on the day (we managed to reserve the Asian restaurant on the day). You can reserve the restaurants more than once, apart from salt, which you can only reserve once - Great variety of amenities included in all inclusive package- gym, ice cream cafe, hot drink and cake cafe, outdoor exercise classes, sports facilities, bars - We were always able to get a Sun lounger; the lifeguards were very observant in making sure people didn’t reserve loungers then go off for ages; I preferred lounging by the lotus pools as it was quieter and less busy, I lounged by the main pool a few times and enjoyed the vibe. I was glad to have options - Good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main buffet restaurant (turquoise); if you missed lunch then there was another restaurant open for a later lunch (people’s) and also a snack bar (beach snaxx) Cons - hot chocolate machine was hit and miss -evening entertainment was repetitive; it would have been good to have more culture

Everything was amazing

This resort is in a great location within a two minute drive of the airport. The grounds are stunning with an impressive driveway leading to the main reception. There are many dining options with some better than others. I would recommend Mangal and The Brazilian restaurant but would avoid the Turkish. We had a very bad experience with our room as my wife and I were put in a twin bed room rather than a king room that we had booked. When this was highlighted to the reception they said that the king was based on availability despite us having a confirmed reservation. The reception staff, especially the manager, were completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. Overall a good holiday spilt by this issue.

Didn’t get the room that I booked. Much smaller room and away from the common areas. “We are fully booked” they said. Their shuttles are always full so had to walk most of the time. Construction noises starts at 8am so have ear plugs. The staff were nice to be honest. Expedia didn’t help at all. Extremely below expectations. Never again!

AMAZING 5 STAR RESORT Just had the best 10 days at the Rixos, and I hope the General Management truly understand what an amazing team of people they have working for them - especially in Food and Beverage. Yes - the hotel is amazing with a great variety of restaurants, bars and facilities at premium/deluxe level, but it’s the people here that make the difference and take it above and beyond 5 star service. I cannot mention them all but special recognition to Karim, Mohammed, Sayed, Mhamed, Saeed, Karim, Paules, Fatim …. Thank you all and we will see you all again very soon.

Amazing resort - the grounds are beautiful and there are enough different activities to do. There was especially a focus on kids entertainment, and the resort seems to be filled with families and kids.

Güzel ve temiz bir odada 4 gece kaldım.Yemekler gayet lezzetli ve çalışanların tümü çok gayretliysi.Özellikle ana restoran çalışanları misafir sayısına göre az sayıda olmalarına rağmen üstün çaba harcayıp müşterileri memnun etmeye çalışıyordu.4 Gün boyunca şiddetli ve sert rüzgar olması ve çok soğuk hissettirmesi nedeniyle denize giremedim.Mercan ve resif varmı göremedim.

Très bel hôtel, on y mange très bien et le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients.

This resort is fabulous- real luxury one. The staff is absolutely nice great discreetly and friendly.

Un superbe hôtel, le personnel est juste super sympa. Les chambres sont super propres il y a absolument tout le confort. La plage est belle il y a plusieurs piscines . Vraiment rien a dire

Alles in Allem ein wunderschöne Unterkunft mir tollen und grosszügigen Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal. Vorallem beim Buffet der Service von Ahmed war einfach nur Genial! Vielen Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Premium hotell med premium service!

Vi bokade två nätter med all inclusive och vi bodde på rum #40307. Det är verkligen ett premium hotell med premium service och faciliteter. Angående SPA som SPA fantast, jag har varit på flera olika SPA anläggningar både i Sverige och utlandet. Så för mig personligen, är Rixos Premium Magawish SPA bra, men jag hade varit på bättre SPA anläggning. Men med tanke på den fina och underbara stranden, så behöver man inte ha mer. Eftersom man helst vill bada ute och vara på stranden. Det enda som jag berättade för ”Guest relation officer” att det skulle behövas en vattenkran med slang inne ångbastun för hygienskull. För man måste kunna göra rent och spola vatten efter sig. Ok, vi tog med oss handduk inne men det blev ju snabbt blöt på grund av ångan. Så det blir bra om man har tillgång till vatten där inne som de flesta ångbastun har. Annars allt i tip-top med service och maten (förutom cappucino som hade på kvällen på Turquoise Restaurant). Men ett par från Tyskland berättade för oss att det fanns en Nespresso kapsylmaskin och att man kunde få espresso eller kaffe från den istället och som vi också gjorde andra dagen. De hade även berättat att de alltid tog kaffet efter frukost på den italienska restaurangen som öppnade kl. 10:00 och som hade gott kaffe. Sista dagen gick vi till poolen och där fanns en bar som hade bra cappuccino, det var Reymund (jag är osäker om jag bokstaverar namnet rätt) som gjorde cappuccino och det var gott.

Tolles Hotel mit einer grossen, sehr gepflegten Anlage, welches wir gerne weiter empfehlen können. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und grosszügiges Zimmer mit direktem Pool-Zugang. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Service war top, das Essensangebot war sehr abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist ideal und Fluglärm fast nicht vorhanden. Vielen Dank dem ganzen Rixos-Team, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Great location, great service, good staffs and woe

Great location very convenient near Airport and El Gouna. Quite isolated very safe and brand new. Keeping the maintenance at this stage will be a challenge. Good diversity of food with different restaurant. A special for the turquish and brazilian ones. Excellent service and awareness of staffs - some are underqualified but so much in the willingness of doing well that i forgive the small imperfections. With the exclusive villa the buttler service is amazing and so pratical. Ours was Abdulaziz an Uzbek with great experience of high end hospitality. He was amazing with us and i should definitely mention him in the review. Mido the photgrapher on site is also a good experience and great quality photos for nice souvenirs. Entertainment, sport, activities and musics was ok but not our priority. Excellent week excellent services good foods and nice swimming alternatives between pool private or common, and beach.
