Good service and extremely friendly staffs

We recently enjoyed over a week-long stay at Rivertown. The staff was friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. The room was comfy, the buffet was delicious and the Spa - specifically the Swedish massage was very relaxing. It was a memorable stay for us.

Great a little off beaten path

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Location is perfect. Away from the hustle of the main strip so its a little quieter but close enough to walk. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. They also offer a shuttle to and from the beach which is amazing. The hotel is partnered with a restaurant that offers loungers that faces the beach and ocean which was fantastic. One of my favourite hotels from my trip.

Nice hotel

Good location, but noisy bridge outside.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was truly a 5 star experience. From the customer service of all the ladies at the front, to the meals at the Soul restaurant (waitress Trang was so lovely), to the convenient location within walking distance of all Hoi An attractions - plus complimentary bike hire and multiple transfers per day to the beaches. Highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Great Short Break

Spacious rooms, super clean everywhere and a choice of excellent pools. Breakfast was varied and catered for all tastes. Shuttle to the beach was a bonus too. Super friendly staff, and a really pleasant stay. 😁

The hotel is very conveniently situated, and everywhere is very walkable. The hotel staff are amazing, very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble at all. This is our second time at this hotel, and will return again in March 2025. Breakfast is wonderful, and very varied, and tasty. This hotel beats all the others in the surrounding area, love it!!!

The property was very well located offering a quiet location yet close to bars, restaurants and markets. The staff are super friendly, professional and keen to ensure your stay was as relaxing as it could possibly be. Overall an excellent choice.

Rivertown Hoian was one of my favorite places that we’ve stayed. The location was great. Place was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing!!! We made good use of their complementary bikes and rode to old town and to the countryside. The staff was very attentive and hospitable. They made sure we always had enough cold water and they have a great water filtration system on site. We had an amazing stay and will recommend this place to our friends.

A great hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Old Town without being right in the centre of it, which can be hectic. Staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us when we needed it. The spa was one of the best I have ever been to.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The staff was extraordinary in every way! Our room, the grounds, the pool, the breakfast, and garden dinners were wonderful.Truly, one of our best hotel stays ever! The location is on the river, easily walkable to town, and best of all - quiet.

Perfect location

It was perfect! Located close to all the things but just far enough away to be quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were great. Comfortable bed and room. A separate pool for families and children. Concierge services were excellent for helping us coordinate private tours and transportation.

In general, we highly appreciate the resort. However, it should be noted that there is a minor concern regarding the room reservation on the riverside. Regrettably, the presence of a metal bridge nearby has resulted in some noise disturbances.

Awesome amazing resort

Had an amazing time in Hoi An. The accommodation was fabulous with friendly staff who were excellent in providing excellent service. Would definitely stay here again as it's so local and in walking distance to the main attractions. Recommend this resort who would like a relaxing day by the pool and party at night.

RiverTown was amazing. The customer service upon check in was top notch. We also enjoyed the dining options. The restaurant has some really good options for both vietnmese food as well as western food, and the free breakfast buffett was amazing! They has a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, noodle soup, and more. The staff very helpful as well and the location was great as it was along the river, only a 5 minute walk from the old quarter. We stayed in over 10 hotels on our recent trip to Vietnam and RiverTown Hoi An was our favorite!

By far the best hotel stay of our Vietnam trip, and perhaps even ever in South East Asia! What a wonderful everything! From the huge selection and deliciousness from the breakfast, to the view from our room, the service, and all of the little extras, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Comfortable, large rooms, with lots of space for luggage, a spacious bathroom with huge shower AND separate tub, plus a big deck with lounge chairs AND 2 pools, this was luxury, at really affordable prices. We also received a bonus in our booking which was a 1hour spa service for each of us, every day of our booking! And the spa was excellent too. I would highly recommend this hotel and Hoi An. We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel. Excellent service from always very kind staff. Only minus: the bicycle bridge right outside the back of hotel (kids pool) is terrible noisy 24/7. Hotel is aware of the problem and looking into a solution. For future booking I’ll recommend a room facing adult pool / front of hotel

Riverfront is a fantastic establishment. Friendly staff: Hong, Vin, Quoc etc. The people truely make the place very warm. The place itself has a stunning atmosphere and a great 25 meter pool. It was 10/10.

Staffs are friendly

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! This gem of a hotel was in the perfect location, had beautiful and pristine clean rooms and had all the amenities. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was exceptional. Lee at the front desk went out of her way to help arrange our activities and even let me borrow a nice sun hat because I didn’t have one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it perfect for couples and also families (we were a family of 5). I’ll surely be back here again!

The staff was over the top accommodating and helpful, from our airport transfer, check in, arranging help with tours, and more. We felt a so cared for! Rooms were nice and cool with private balconies. Great breakfast, spa, and pools.

Where do I start, room was great, views from the balcony were amazong, staff were so friendly and helpful, restirant food was delicious, buffet breakfast is so good and so much variety, pool was so good, riding the bicycles around town was so much fun, walking to the market is so easy and so pretty, what a great resort, we will be back very soon

Had a great stay in Ha noi for Christmas .Spacious rooms, amazing breakfast buffet and attentive and helpful staff. Had a river room view, bridge was slightly noisy but this is being upgraded in March,.

What a lovely hotel. The staff were very gracious and helpful and the grounds are beautiful. They have two pools and pretty places the sit and relax. The rooms were well kept and there was a nice balcony to sit on. The buffet breakfast was quite enjoyable and the food at the restaurant was very good. It is very convenient to walk into the old town and there are numerous restaurants were near by. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location of the Ann retreat and the beautiful grounds. The breakfast selection was superb and the staff very friendly and helpful. They had a transfer service from the airport which was great. They also had a free shuttle to the nearby beach and bikes you could borrow. The pool was beautiful. I highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff - service was amazing. They even gave us recommendations on check in of what to do whilst in Hanoi. Food options were really good. Spa was amazing and very reasonably priced. Room was spacious with all the amenities you need. They even clean the room twice a day. Two pools and a free shuttle bus that takes you to the beach running a few times a day.

I am really really happy to stay in this hotel, because the bedroom is so gorgeous, the staff are really friendly and nice, the buffet breakfast is really delicious. All in all, I will come back to this hotel next time, and of course i will recommend all my friends to come here.

Lovely stsy

Lovely hotel, would come back again, friendly helpful staff, clean big rooms.

We spent 4 days in a river view room at Ann Retreat. The location is excellent and we made good use of the complimentary bicycle to get around. The hotel is well appointed and maintained with wonderful gardens and pools. The rooms are quite and comfortable. Good choices for breakfast and we also had a meal in the restaurant which was fine. Above all, the staff were friendly and helpful which made for a wonderful stay. We can highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when we come back to beautiful Hoi An.

The large and clean swimming pool for real swimmers that is for adults only and set in a nice tropical garden. The view from my quiet corner room balcony on both the town and the river. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious and of good quality.

Exceeded expectations!

This hotel was way beyond my expectations as far as everything you could want. The customer service, the food, the amenities, the proximity to tourist attractions; everything exceeded what a guest could want. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Great hotel - taxi to airport massive let down

Hotel is great - We booked taxi through the hotel, after booking a private driver with the hotel to see My son and had a great experience. We decided to booked with the hotel for our transport to the airport, even knowing we are paying twice the local rate. A young kid was our driver to the airport - driving at high speeds 70km in a 40km zone 100+ Km and on his phone most of the way. A huge disappointment to the end of your honeymoon. My wife was very upset

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, just outside the old town, to make it much quieter area, but short enough to walk (5 minute walk) to the old town. I highly recommend this hotel

Amazing river sunset views

Great stay. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they had a great spa service. Very close to Old Quarter but also quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle. I would stay here again!

Breakfast was good but not entirely memorable like Richis Resort in Phu Quok. Guests were not very diverse.

I was impressed by the friendly smile of all the staff. I asked to rest in a quiet room and achieved what I wanted. We were really impressed. Breakfast is also delicious.
