No telephone signal in bedroom. Requested a drink at 10.44pm, but told the bar was closed, despite guest directory advising that the bar closed at midnight

Convenience and easily accessible.

Just lovely especially as we had to stay due to no electricity because of the storms. As elderly people the staff were so helpful and the rooms are lovely and clean and modern and warm!

Room Not ready upon arrival @ 15.20 hrs Had a bath had to let plug out and let it run as water would not stop got the lady from reception she got it off but it dripped all night the corridor smelt like cigarette smoke very strong over first 3 rooms painting going on which we were not told about

An Ibis hotel as you would expect. On the wrong side of the river from the town centre but otherwise fine.

Ibis Riverside Coleraine

Beautiful room. Very modern and clean. Wasn't sure if I would like the industrial look but I ended up loving it. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. Staff very friendly and hotel had 24 hour reception cover.

Superb Place to stay - Nuff Said.

Great Hotel with great stagf throughout. They are all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are large enough and the beds are just superb. I recommend including the Ulster fry breakfast, so good ! Location is good, its on the edge of a retail park and town, yet only a 15 - 20 minute walk along the river into the centre. Coleraine is lovely and ideal for north coast visits and has a train line direct to Belfast.

We were very comfortable in this room, which was a prime location for visiting sights of interest along the coastal highway.

Decent stay

Standard room, nothing exciting. They did have AC, which is a plus, however, the fan made a horrible noise so we weren’t able to use it. We were only here one night. Went to the Giant’s Causeway and walked over the bridge before we got here. This was night seven of our trip so we were pretty worn out. If the AC had worked and we could cool the room off more would have given it another star. A few options for food within walking distance besides the restaurant at the hotel.

Front desk always staffed, they were friendly & helpful. Room was large & comfortable. Awful location (amongst a load of grotty fast food outlets just off a main road) for me but I could get to the station in about 30 mins walk, dodging traffic on the main road, great if you're driving I suppose. Also very pricey for it's location & time of year.

Easy access to Giants Causeway and Antrim Coast. Great staff.

Nice hotel, plenty of shops and the jet centre is in walking distance. But the staff member wasn't very nice when we arrived early to see if we could check in with our family, no problem, plenty of shops and jet centre near by. So they phoned me at 3.15 to say it was ready. Very laid back at breakfast time, i was needing soya milk and had to go looking for someone as no one was about. Check out at 11, no one at counter, rang bell, then went and left our bags in the car, came back to see if they were back, but no they weren't. Despite this we would stay again as our boys loved going to the jet centre and it was so convenient, we also ate in hullabaloos.

Other guests staying had numerous bulldogs ( some in vans overnight in car park) some dogs left in room close to ours which barked and howled. When mentioned to reception next morning reply was ‘ oh..sorry about that’

Was a lovely 2 days staying here

This was a last minute booking as our Vrbo accommodation had black mould so was not safe to stay. We were a little disappointed in the location, although it is riverside, we did not see much of the river, the hotel is on the edge of a retail park. However, the hotel itself, and the staff were lovely. Very clean room, quiet and one of the few hotels we have stayed in with well fitted blackout curtains - in fact we almost missed checkout as we overslept, it was so dark and quiet. We didn't try the restaurant as we weren't particularly hungry, but it looked nice and welcoming, but there were plenty of options to buy food in the retail.park.

Welcoming staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Parking right outside and shops nearby.

Dog hotel … tidy but would not go back.

The hotel was dog friendly. I do not like animals. I heard dogs barking. This definitely would put me off returning. The room was spotless however I found the beds uncomfortable.

The IBIS hotel has a small lobby but the rooms will surprise you. Very modern interior. Spacious rooms with comfy bed. The place has lot of eateries including Sandpiper restaurant within hotel. Around we have lot of options Nandos Cheques McDonald's Burger king etc. Sainsbury's M&S and LIDLfor any groceries etc. The staff are very friendly. I liked the breakfast system. We have juice cereals coffee fruits Crossiants etc and need to order the hot food options. Plenty of options. This hotel is nearer to Giants Causeway Portrush and scenic coastal route. I felt the night very safe and quite too. Definitely recommend 5* and will visit again 👍

This was my first time staying at ibis, I found the room to be comfortable, clean and the staff to be friendly.

This property was great. The only issue that we faced was the fact that we could hear everything going on around us to the sides and above us.

Great friendly staff good attitude very helpful with a smile. Just what every hotel should have. Highly recommended will stay again

Hotel is based at a retail park. We were a ground floor room and no view apart from trees. Sound from main road during the night. The reception and hotel restairant staff are lovely. We got the loveliest waiter he went above and beyond making aure everything was ok for us. A credit to the team i didnt catch his name to praise him. The room is up to date only issue 1 of the spare pillows i went to use had some sort of stain/food on it so i didnt use it. Would stay again as close to a lot of places nd close to main carriageway to lead to coleraine, portrush or other places at north coast. Bathrooms could be cleaned slightly better as water stains on taps, walls and corners of floor near bath had thick dust

the hotel was perfect for our needs - a couple of days exploring Northern Ireland. Restaurant and bar were very welcome additions, both were great, and good breakfast in the morning. No negatives at all

Clean and fresh

It was a stop over choice for multiple locations, it had plenty of eaterys that could be seem from you window, subway, mc donalds, tim hortons, burger king and many more... the restaurant we ate in and it was really nice the staff where very friendly. We didnt go for the breakfast as to book with room it was £19 for all 3 of us but as an add on was £11.50 for adults and £6.50 for kids £30 is a little steep when there are so much options around you. We went to tim hortons and it was tasty. The room was clean and fresh, had all the amenities needed. Its 15mins from portrush, 15mins from giants causeways and the dark hedges.

Nice hotel in a good location

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The new pillows were not good, too soft and puffed up giving no support but being too high. They replaced them though and we're very helpful. The new shower screen me makes it quite awkward to get to the taps and run the bath. No coat hooks which would have been useful. Overall a nice hotel in a good location. Lots of places to eat nearby and nice walks along the river.

Interiors are brand new, staff is very nice and helpful. Many parking spaces. Food at the restaurant is lovely.

Good place to stay

The family and kids enjoyed the stay. The eateries around the hotel in close vicinity are a great addition. There is a riverside walking/jogging track about 2km long for those who fancy some exercise. The breakfast was the best.

Staff was wonderful

Staff was wonderful and allowed us to be checked in a few hours early to change out-of wet clothes from hiking. Beds and room were clean and comfortable. Very large room. I would stay here again.
