Good property, I wish the steam room and sauna was working but it was undergoing maintenance. Staff was excellent.

They were very kind and welcoming. They even gave me a birthday gift! What a surprise that was. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice. I would like to stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi

Nice friendly stay

The hotel has it all, wifi, breakfast and a gym. It's not too close to Hanoi city but will only cost around $40,000.00 dong to catch a cab. The staff are super friendly and helpful, will definitely stay here again. Btw make sure to check out a little Cafe called Cafe Phizo on the same Street, just turn right after you leave the hotel 2min walk. It serves delicious authentic Hue Vietnamese food and drinks.

Terribel location

I booked this hotel through expedia. It was far away from central city. Taxi driver couldn't find this location. He doesn't speak engligh. Good thing was I prepare address for him. He had stop to ask local people after circle busy street. I got anxious and lost my Tiffany sunglass when I took suitecase after we arrived hote. They put me on 8t floor. Hallway was dark and hot. Terrible breakfast was in morning. Seems hotel doesn't like turn on air-condition. I spent few minutes to drink coffee. $56/night was I paid to expedia, not worth at all.

just a scam beware of this hotel

thy lyed about my room it was not the room in photo had little hot water and the computers did not work it took to long to get to town it was a scam i left and found a better room in a backers in the old part of town thank god i felt like a prisioner.

this hotel located between west lake and ho an kiem lake. big room with living room. and clean bathroom. but can't come hot water.

best choice no regrets

excellent young happy staff. you can only have a good clean hotel if the staff is happy and work in a good envirement .this hotel proves it, good management and a great small hotel.

Small but clean, friendly staff

We arrived at the airport 2 hours earlier than previously scheduled. After a short phone call, the hotel was able to rearrange picking us up in 15 minutes.....very efficient. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

My flight was in the evening. Hotel staff changed to late check out int the free of charge.

Comfortable room

Generally very good for the price I paid for. The hotel manager is extremely helpful on many aspects.Wifi is working well. Need more lighting on working area for people who need to work on the desk

Nice, clean rooms. Location so-so

Location and surrounding neighbourhood is nothing to brag about. But because I am on business trip and staying alone, hence it is ok.

Great Hotel

Great hotel and good breakfast service. Only one drawback is that it was away from Old market area and other locations in the city. Our tour bus wouldn't pick us up from this location as it was out of their way. Other than than rooms were clean (but very small) and staff was very helpful.

a 3+ star hotel, 13/April/2014

a 3+ start hotel, very friendly staff n front desk manager, Mr Tung, via Expedia I booked 3 nights as per booking situation at time, I wrote to hotel who booked me in extra night n offer airport pick-up; all very smooth. room very clean, breakfast good, hotel with free sauna steam bath facility, not commonly found on this price range hotel. staff remember guest name, I even received flower n fruits packs on my birthday, very nice surprise.. highly recommended..

Good enough hotel

The size of the room was not so big, but enough. Equipments are clean and comfirt. Only hot water is running out so often. Hotel is not located in the central area and is located in dark and quiet in the night.

New Hotel

The staff were great and went all out to make us happy. The restaurant food was a bit lacking but otherwise it was fine.

호텔 컨디션은 좋았습니다. 옆방에 한국인 단체손님이 새벽에 체크인을 했는데 너무너무너무너무 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 수 가 없었습니다. 체크인 방금 하셨으니 한시간동안 기다렸다가 정중하게 말씀을 드렸는데도 음주에 고성방가.. 아무리 해외여행에 기분이 좋으셨어도 너무 민폐가 아닌지.. 저희층에 외국분들도 투숙하셨는데 너무 창피했습니다. 제발 예의좀 지켜주세요. 호텔에서는 다행히 무료로 방을 옮겨주셨습니다.

Très déçue

Malgré la réservation et le paiement d'une chambre catégorie "deluxe", une chambre catégorie " supérieure" (donc de catégorie inférieure à la deluxe) nous a été attribuée et le personnel n'a rien voulu savoir. J'ai donc payé pour 16 nuits une somme bien supérieure à celle que j'aurais dû payer. Il faut aussi savoir que l'hôtel reçoit tous les jours un ou plusieurs cars de touristes coréens qui débarquent tous en même temps dans la salle de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et qu'à plusieurs reprises nous avons dû retourner dans notre chambre, faute de table disponible. De plus, le buffet n'est pas réapprovisionné au fur et à mesure, donc, même si nous avons pu trouver une table, il est arrivé fréquemment que les plats soient totalement vides et cela pendant une heure...Le personnel du restaurant est d'ailleurs désagréable et je pense que même s'ils le voulaient, ils ne pourraient pas être pires. Le personnel de la réception (ainsi que les grooms) ne parlent pas ou très peu anglais et il est donc difficile de se faire comprendre et donc de demander une aide quelconque. Il n'y a qu'une réceptionniste (mais évidemment pas toujours présente) qui parle correctement anglais et dont il faut guetter la présence si on a besoin de quelque chose. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone très éloignée du centre ville, mais j'avais choisi ce quartier pour des raisons professionnelles et donc je savais ne pas être dans le quartier touristique. La chambre est à peu près propre.

중심지와 너무 멀었고 아침 조식때는 시장바닥을 방불케함. 현지인들 중심의 호텔이기 때문에 외국인은 정말 먹을것이 없음.

朝食が良くなれば最高

部屋もきれいでとても良かったですが、朝食がもう少し品数が増えれば最高。 レストランのスタッフが見ていて気分のいいものでは無かった。

部屋は広いが、難あるホテル

部屋は、広いだけでただ、だだぴろい感じ快適さはほぼ無いですね、シャワーの水圧最低(ｰｰ;)チョロチョロしかでないし、配水も悪いし、旧市街に行くのも徒歩では遠い為あまりおすすめ出来ませんね。

空港からのタクシーがなかなかたどり着かず、ロケーションに不安があったのだが、レイトチェックインでも笑顔で迎えてくれた。ホテルの部屋も写真通りで期待を裏切らない設備であった。しかし朝食については眺めが良いのだが、冷めたコーヒーや紅茶でスタッフのやる気のなさが目に付いた。今度泊まるときは朝食抜きで予約しようかと思う。

시내 가까운 곳으로 시설 깨끗함.

대체로 요금에 비하여 도심 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있으며, 주변이 조용하고 아침 식사도 괜찮은 편임. 특히 객실 청소 상태 등이 깨끗하고 만족스러웠으나, 한 가지 온수가 제대로 나오지 않아 저녁에 목욕을 하지 못한 점이 단점이었음.

お湯がたくさん使えない

バスタブにお湯を入れてると途中から水になってしまいます。そのためせっかくのジェットバスが使えません。夏はいいかもしれません。 その他の設備やスタッフの方の対応はたいへん満足です。

추천합니다.

깔끔하고 조용합니다. 다만 약간 춥고, 샤워시설 물이 약하네요. 따뜻한 물은 잘 나옵니다. 하노이 시내에는 조금 떨어져 있지만 우버 타도 5000원 이내이니 괜찮습니다ㅡ

4つ星ではないかな

ホームページ等拝見すると費用対効果的に良く見えるホテルですが、実際はかなりギャップがあるなと感じました。 英語はある程度は通じますので意思疎通は大丈夫でしょう。 朝食付いてますが普通レベル、期待はしないほうが良いです。 フォーは毎日違うテイストでまあまあ美味しいです。ただしスタッフは固まって私語するわスマホいじってるはでホスピタリティは望まない方が良いです。 部屋は小綺麗ですがお湯は5分もすると出なくなります。溜めるタイプなので5〜6分程度待つとまた出るようになります。 ジムはスミスマシンとダンベル15kgまで、ランニングマシンとサイクルマシンその他なのでライトウェイトで高レップのトレーニングは出来ます。 サウナが併設されてますが行った時は調整中との事でしたが暫く使ってない感じでしたので無いと思った方が良いです。 場所はハノイ旧市街から結構離れてます。バスだと近くのバス停から14番で30分程度で7,000D、タクシーだと15分程度で80,000Dです。ちなみにノイバイ国際空港から7番バスで8,000D（一時間程度）、タクシーで30分程度で280,000〜300,000Dです。 リバーサイドと謳ってますが実際の“リバー”はヘドロ等による汚水が目立つドブ川みたいな所です。ちなみにコンビニ等は近くに無く、Fivinartが徒歩15分程度の所（7番バス乗り場近く）にあるのでそこか、中心地で買い出しとなります。 相対的に申し上げると中国や東南アジアにあるようなホテルクラスです。 慣れている方には何でもないレベルですが、慣れていない（日本のクオリティが海外でも当たり前と思っている）方にはヒドイと思うかもしれません。。。

좋은 호텔

출장때 묵은 호텔입니다. 외진 강변에 위치해서 휴식으로는 제격이었지만 외부로 외출할때는 불편함이 약간 있었네요. 친절한 서비스와 청결한 실내에 대체로 만족했습니다.

服務周到、價格公道

價格公道，飯店內環境不錯，員工服務態度極佳。離市區稍遠但離政府單位聚集地區很近，非常適合商務住宿

可もなく不可もなく

スタッフの対応は、良かった。ただエアコンききが悪い。また、部屋の扉に隙間があり、密閉性が低く、音が入りうるさい。 隣の部屋からの音はほぼOK。

整潔舒適服務佳

櫃檯服務很好，房間十分舒適，早餐頗不錯，有不少台灣旅行團也投宿這裡。
