The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The walls are not insulated very well, and it was easy to hear hallway and adjacent room noise.
Quiet, very nice place. Rooms were large and updated. Would definitely stay again.
Clean and good location
This was my second time starting at this hotel. While the outer appearance isn't the most attractive, the room was very clean and comfortable. I also really like the location. This place helped make this a great trip to Moab.
.
The check in lady was very nice. We enjoyed the hot beverages in the lobby. The rooms were very clean.
Clean comfortable room very close to downtown
Very nice and clean. Thin walls for noise block so grateful it is not on a busy area.
The property was nice but I was expecting the hot tub to be open. Google said the pool was closed but nothing about the hot tub being closed so I was a bit bummed. Other than that, the room was nicely updated
Clean well maintained and convenient to downtown area.
Average. Not bad for the price though. You get what you pay for. Very small rooms.
Stephanie at the front test was beyond great !
Best hotel in Moab
Our favorite hotel in Moab! Great hotel for a great price!
Very comfortable bed! I found a tube of someone elses lotion under my nightstand
Great Location
Great location, downtown, with ample parking. We felt safe and close to shopping. Price was reasonable given it is a popular destination. Room was clean and beds were fine. Lobby was dark and dated, sort of a rustic look I suppose.
Great for the price and cute!
Comfortable bed, great location and good value.
Very nice hotel in Moab. The Sunday Night price was wonderful!
Quiet getaway
Nice people courteous peaceful wonderful place, we will definitely be back soon! Thank you
Front desk was very nice and informative. Near many restaurants. Easy parking. Clean property.
Yes
Lovely place to stay
Staff was friendly, pool and hot tub wonderful. Room was well laid out and comfortable.
Convenient!
Very close to shopping and dining in Moab.
Great location and clean property for our 5-day stay as we hiked Arches and Canyonlands. It was the perfect place to return to after a long day of hiking!
Such a cute place with a great location
This is the second time we have stayed here. The first was a couple years ago. We love this place. The location is perfect! The only complaint we had is the curtains. I need no light coming in the room and there is just a thin blind. The light from the pool comes right in. Aside from that, if they update the curtains we will be back!
Very close to everything in DT Moab.
Good hotel at reasonable price.
Newley renovated, very nice rooms
Very clean and staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that they didn’t provide half and half for the coffee in the lobby.
Cockroaches in the pool.
Just right
Convenient to Arches and food
We stayed here 2 nights in a king bed room. We only needed a place to sleep really so it served it purpose but like other people have said, it is VERY small. It felt cramped but just to sleep thats ok. There's no coffee maker in the room. They offer a 24hr coffee bar but that does no good when you dont keep coffee fresh. Both mornings the coffee was cold and old (it was around 4am so i get that but still) the bathroom was pretty roomy and had plenty of hot water. Everything was very clean. Theres a food truck park a block away we ate at twice and was very good. Id probably stay here again but it would be nice to have fresh coffee when its advertised. Especially since no places in town between parks are open early enough to get it.
Easy walkable to coffee, restaurants and shopping.
Disappointed
The window shades are battery operated and the battery pack to control them was on the floor and disconnected. The water knob in the shower/tub came off and we couldn’t turn off the water until we rigged it back together, now the water can’t be turned past Luke warm.
Clean room, great jacuzzi and pool. Wish coffee maker was in room
Room and shower were ok, but with bare minimum of towels. We heard every footstep of the people above us. Several decent restaurants within a five minute walk, though parts of the neighborhood looked sketchy.
Nice stay in Moab
We enjoyed our stay here. The only short falls were the room is a little small. There aren't any drawers for clothes. The bed was very firm. The room was clean and in good repair. Great location to everything in town. Try the food truck park right behind the hotel. Great food.
Good place to stay
Budget friendly for this area but definitely no frills at all.
Great location. Room modest but nice. Lobby needs to be brightened up. Would stay here again
Overall very nice. Front desk staff could be friendlier.
Terribly overpriced for what you get i.e. no coffee maker in room, coffee carafes in lobby empty, cappuccino machine out of order, sink in room but no plates, plastic wear, only one chair in room that is for 4 people.
It was a comfortable place to sleep on a hiking trip. Conveniently located in the middle of Moab allowing a short walk to all the restaurants. The fridge in the room was a really nice feature! You can hear the noise from the road and peolpe talking in town at night when the window is open was fairly quiet with the window closed. No frills, but comfortable enough and a nice location.
The room was recently renovated. It was clean and fresh. Although it was a little on the small side it had what we needed.
Good location. Comfortable bed. Had all desired amenities. Check in lady was ok but could have been friendlier. Also difficult to hear her. Room was nice, but pillows were very small and not very comfortable. Air conditioner was loud but worked well,
Nice little motel that has recently been remodeled/updated. The only thing we didn’t like was people upstairs sounded like giant monsters walking heavy on floor and people slamming doors.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was very small for this price we paid but it was ok for one night.
Small but cozy rooms. Very quiet and clean. Everything in the room looked like it had been recently renovated. Plenty of USB ports and outlets.
Good location. Room updated.
We had booked one night but circumstances put us into Moab a day early. They took care of us over the phone and we had two great nights right in downtown Moab.
The pool and hot tub were outside, and open until 10PM, which was nice. It’s a block from the Moab food truck park, which was a lot of fun. The room was spacious, and mostly quiet. We’d definitely visit again. Thank you!
Simple and unassuming. Nothing special but everything works and for this area reasonable priced.
Having a coffee maker in the room would be nice.
Owners were very nice and answered any questions we had about the area. Would stay again! I might suggest they upgrade the towels at some point.
Rooms are small, but efficient.
We found a large amount of hair in our bathroom and were refused any compensation other than a room upgrade, which we did not want. After cleaning services the next day, the hair was still there and the bathroom had not been cleaned! Terrible
It was clean and comfortable
Simple room and affordable for downtown Moab. The only noise was the fridge was set on defrost and throughout the night ice kept falling off the wall.
Room was exactly what we needed. Everything was up to date and clean. I enjoyed the hot tub spa and coffee in the lobby. Location was perfect.
Great location. Pool and Hot tub awesome. Rooms clean, but very small
Nice place, clean rooms and very nice staff.
Clean and pleasant. I would say the bed is dated and not as comfortably as i expected.
Unfortunately the walls were paper thin, which drives down my overall score. We could clearly hear from the room above us; the bathroom fan, each step they took, bathroom door opening and closing, all from 4 to 6 a.m. There was a large gap in the door such that you could see light from the hallway. On the positive, everything was new, modern and well maintained. Nice food to go options plus outdoor pool. I should have stayed at the Hampton down the street.
Great place right in middle of town
The lodge was right around the corner from the cute town with lots of restaurants.
I loved my stay at this property.
a
Overall, the room was very comfortable and clean. The air conditioner was kind of loud and the room had an odd, but not unpleasant odor when you walked in. The lobby needs some serious updating. It is very dark even during the morning-- needs much better lighting. The lobby furniture is old and uninviting and decor is outdated. Lobby does not match the quality of the rooms. The desk staff was also not very helpful. Each time we approached the desk for something, staff member was sitting in the room behind the desk on their cell phone. Just seemed very disinterested and some did not even engage other than to do the task at hand. Property is nice, but needs some improvements.
Room was newly renovated. Wonky uneven floors as it seemed to be 2 rooms made into a single, double room suite. The second room has no window or any light switch at bedside. And there is no air con in that room, only a fan to move the air around at night when door is closed. Could do with above door window that could be opened to allow cold air from common room into that closed off room.
We loved that this property was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Hot tub, pool a little cold
Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping
Nice newly remodeled rooms - not huge but perfect for a couple night stay. Nice pool area too.
Amazing service Extra towels Friendly staff Excellent facilities Good parking
Elevator stinks Rooms are really small Some places weren’t very clean
The walls were very thin it seemed and someone was above us walking around in the very early am and woke me up. The staff wasn't friendly, but the room was clean and fine for a few night's stay.
The room was small but set up in such a way to be comfortable and cozy with all the modern amenities
Updated room, easy parking, off main street so much quieter. Very comfortable bed. Rooms are a bit smaller but still fine for short stay.
Easy access to ArchesPark. Lovely and friendly staff
Great location. Room service only on request. The lobby is a bit dated but the rooms have obviously been recently updated. As a solo traveler I felt safe but I think the king bed rooms would be a bit small for more than 1 person.
It was an easy stay. Love Moab !
Nice place however, there is NO counter or anywhere to put your bathroom stuff on, VERY INCONVENIENT! Also walls are paper thin.
It was a nice C clean place to stay. We enjoyed The breakfast as well.
Not please with room place across from the ice machine, pop machine, and elevator
Very comfy clean room.
This is a decent hotel in a great location. I loved the pool area. However, the rooms are rather small. Everything else was great.
Room is spacious and clean. I particularly like the coffee machine that is available 24/7, also like the pool and hot tub closes later at 10pm.
I nice property with great amenities. It’s right in the middle of Moab, so it’s convenient to everything! Quiet, clean and comfortable, just the way I like it!
Clean
Very nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again!!
Room was tiny but that’s my only complaint. Perfect spot to walk to restaurants right around the corner
The room was a little warm and muggy, even with the AC. Aside from that, it was very quiet and comfortable, and perfect for the one night I was there.
Nice, fairly prices hotel. Good location. Plus they let me check in very early.
Affordable new motel in Moab.
This property looks quite new, is clean with relatively quiet cooling unit in the room and is close to restaurants and shopping, just off the Main Street through town. There is no breakfast, but coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24 hrs. Bedding is nice but too firm for my comfort. The price is reasonable for this area.
We had so much fun here a great stay for the price. A little rundown outside but the rooms were nice and newly renovated. It was close to everything and walkable to everything on Main Street.
Great Spot!
Very nice newly renovated property! We enjoyed greatly!
Great stay!
Small rooms , but nice. Comfortable and clean! Pool was ok. Nothing fancy. Loved the mix of international travelers!
