Sea view. Quirky room. Big, comfortable bed. Great location to explore Asian Istanbul. Shower was a bit complicated to operate.

This is the best hotel in Istanbul hands down. The room was immaculate, the shower amazing. We loved the location which is in the heart of Moda. I cannot give enough praise to the staff who were all very kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Wonderful staff and beautiful rooms

Beautifully maintained property with friendly staff and a home-away-from-home feel. I loved every day of my stay here. There was a misunderstanding during the online booking but the staff were extremely supportive and accommodating, and resolved my issue right away. Comfortable and beautiful rooms with amazing views. The beer garden downstairs has a lovely relaxed vibe and good food. Highly recommend!

Too noisy location

Not bad, Clean room but the airport shuttle was not free to use and unfortunately too noisy

As comfortable as your house…..

The room was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The view was very nice. But if you want to go to Moda, the hill was very difficult and also to find a cab . And the beer garden was noisy for me.And they don't have breakfast which was very inconvenient. Hotel doesn’t ’ have parking .The sea side promenade was very beautiful.

Beautiful waterfront hotel. There are a couple dining options nearby but be prepared to walk, like the rest of Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and gave wonderful assistance with getting Taxis when needed.

My second stay at this hotel and I just love it! Very clean, friendly staff always smiling and try to help you in any possible way and make you feel comfortable. Quite street yet close to all the hustle and bustle of moda and Kadıköy. Cute little cafes, tea shops, breakfast restaurants... all around. Beautiful parks next to the hotel (wish the hotel offers bicycles rental to ride on the sea side park), grocery stores... almost everything except public transportation, were you need around 15 minutes walking to the closer metro station, yet around 7 to 10 minutes to a bus station or the cute little moda tramway station. I definitely recommend this hotel, it is one of the best I've ever stayed in!

Littile Bit Far, But Good

Good hotel. The location is a bit far from central Kadikoy area. The price was really reasonable I hope they'll keep it in the same range. Everything seems new. I hope it'll keep the same. Staff is speaking fluent English which is a treasure in Istanbul.

Overall, a great hotel.

The positive: The hotel is in a great location with the many great restaurants, shops, park and ocean walk close by. We had the family suite which was very clean and roomy. The hotel employees all speak English, and we were especially happy to work with Tuan and Hazal. Both Excellent assets to this hotel and very helpful. The negative: Hotel includes a lounge and beer garden, the music can be a bit overwhelming and they didn’t serve Turkish tea which was strange. The lounge area itself is very inviting. Hopefully they will include laundry service in the future at reasonable rates.

Nice area, nice hotel a couple of things wrong

The area is fantastic and the intial welcome was good. Breakfast was good although with 40 hours notice we asked if we could get a pre-packed breakfast on the last day because we had an early flight. This was a no, not even a coffee although they made coffee for the taxi driver that picked us up! Also we asked how much a taxi would be to Galata and were told 60tl, and told this was guaranteed. We got the taxi and then the bill came to 130tl (because of two way tunnel tolls, when the bridge would have been fine). We told the hotel immediately and they defended the taxi driver who I am sure they knew well. I would not have minded if we had been told, if they take the tunnel it will be 130tl but you expect a hotel front desk to give you good local advice and we felt we didn't recieve this. The room was mostly clean but there were little flies in the shower unit, I must have killed 10 each day and on one of the days the room wasn't made up or toiletries replaced. If it wasn't for the bad advice (which we made them aware of) then I would recommend it but we will find somewhere else next time.

Nice place to stay

This time was our second stay in this hotel. It was overall a good and comfortable stay. Very kind staff at the welcome desk. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Internet working fast and efficient. We are animal lovers - therefore really loved the dog sleeping around the reception desk, and cats walking around the breakfast area. There was a need for a slightly late check out. Immediately rejected by the reception, without even asking for how long time / or why. There could be a better service in that area. There is also room for improvement at the breakfast. During our last stay it was a much better breakfast with a buffet and a nice variety of food. This time it was a breakfast plate with less variety and amount. No matter what, it is a good hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend it to a friend.

The staff were very friendly especially Emre. But the hotel should be max 3 stars. Same breakfast every day. If u chose something else u have to pay extra.also for the coffee . Cleaning wasn't good. Sometimes they ignore to put daily water.

Just by the sea and beautiful parks......Brasserie in the basement was very nice....receptionist was friendly, helpful But the room was just on a busy street, noisy, the shower cabin had mold , It leaked once but receptionist took care of it. I had to walk or take a taxi mostly, other than one way dolmus, there is no public transportation. If I want to stay at this hotel I will take sea view rooms upper level. Generally it was a very nice stay.

Boutique Style + Buzzy Basement Bistro

Nice small boutique hotel with harbor views in a nice neighborhood on the Asian side of Istanbul. The problem is that the expensive water-view rooms are directly over a very popular and noisy indoor/outdoor restaurant. If you like to go to sleep before midnight or later choose the cheaper rooms on the street. Otherwise a clean, comfortable place with a decent Turkish style breakfast. Location is a bit out of the way, but is part of a nice waterfront park with some good restaurants and nice ambience. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Wifi is good. Decor is original and creative.

My stay here was perfect! The hotel is very nice and they have an amazing complimentary breakfast, I really enjoyed the jazz music they play in the restaurant area. And the staff was so lovely and helpful.

Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer beide waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich.

Fenerbahçe maçı için konakladığımız bu otelden çok memnun kaldık. Lokasyonu harika yoğurtçu parkının bir ucu stad bir ucunda da bu otel var. Karşılama, temizlik ve hizmetten çok memnun kaldık.

Odada sıkıntı olmakla birlikte hızlıca çözüm üretilmesi hoşuma gitti. Otopark olmaması ve arka taraftaki bar sebebiyle geç yatmayacaksanız uygun bir otel değil. Genel itibarıyla konumu ve temizliği üst düzey diyebiliriz

Yurtdışında gelen misafirlerimiz için burayı tercih ettik. Bizi arayıp herhangi bir sorun bildirmediler. Herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşanmadığını düşünüyorum.

Konumu sıkıntılı otopark sebebi ile ama tertemiz bir otel. Oda tasarımı şahane, temizlikte keza aynı şekilde.

İş ve gezi birlikte yaptık Otel temiz rahat sessiz .Ancak otopark sorunu var. Bu yüzden sıkıntı çektik 500 m ötedeki ücretli otoparka 290 tl ödedik . Halbuki otelin kendi bahçesinde ve önündeki alanında yer vardı. Buraya park edemeyeceğimiz söylendi. Fiyat dengeli. Oda küçük ama aydınlık.banyo çok kaliteli. Otosu olmayanlar rahat kalır.
