I rented the smallest room which was spartan but it was what I needed for my last day in Vilnius. I would assume the larger rooms would be less spartan. I enjoyed my stay and the young woman behind the desk was very helful.

I was very pleased with the location of the hotel. The old city of Vilnius is very close to the hotel and a variety of dining options. The staff were very friendly. If doing a late check-in after 20:00, make sure you have a phone which can call their number as the desk is closed. They have a garden and I was most impressed that they had umbrellas to loan guests. I would stay here again.

Nice area

Great place to stay in the old town of Vilnius. Convenient location to diners, shops, bus terminal. Highly affordable for those on a tight budget. Strongly recommend!

Good price and location.

Nice hotel - clean and a friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Location is also good. Close to museum, Old Town, shopping, restaurants, and a few bus stops. It is also on a quiet street. If I had to complain, it is getting older but the price is good. Important to note is that it does not have 24 hour staff. Enjoy!

Tiny room with no AC. You don't want to keep windows open since it's loud outside . The breakfast was nice: omelette or crepes with ham and cheese that was freshly cooked.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at, rather clean. Friendly stuff. Really nice location, close to downtown yet quiet. There were two surprising things: no elevator ( quite tricky if you have a heavy luggage!) and no receptionist after a certain hour I believe? Just a sign " please call" and a Lithuanian number. But over all convenient, affordable and pleasant.

I have stayed here many times over the past ten years. Certainly a good value. Some things becoming a bit dated. I enjoy the home feel of the place and closeness to old town.

A pleasant stay

Good location, excellent hospitality and service. Agne, at the front desk, welcomed me with skill and friendliness. Yhe room was nice. It's small, but comfortable, and I received a free upgrade with a bathtub in which to relax. During the night, it was a bit chilly, but the blanket helped me be warm. I recommend this as a simple but nice, relatively inexpensive hotel.

Kjempe service

Good value for money. It is in the middle of the Old Town and bus station in case you want to visit Trakai. Everything is a walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at night, there was no receptionist but everything was very well planned to be ready for our arrival.

Nice comfortable stay!

I stayed in Rinno for night and it was a comfortable stay. In the old town so everything is walkable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it definitely.

Great Location, Quiet, Great Staff

Excellent location and the staff are very helpful. Their breakfasts have lots of options, fruit, breads, cheeses, vegetable, yogurt and hot options like omelets, fried eggs and pancakes. You could go down to the cozy bar area at any time and have a coffee. They also have an outdoor patio where you can eat. Our room was spacious, clean, very quiet and comfortable. I would stay at the Rinno if I have the opportunity to visit Vilnius again,

Easy to walk into the Old Town, comfortable and clean hotel with lovely breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the old town. We had room 25 which was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast had a good range to chose from including fruit and cooked items. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was hot but a fan was provided.

The place was clean comfortable and staff very pleaseant The only issue was my room was at the end of the hotel so there is a club next door So there was noise on the weekend but stopped at 2am Was still able to rest Otherwise I definitely recommend the hotel Location is perfect, not expensive. Food very European style but very nicely presented

Three nights in Vilnius

We were looking for a hotel reasonably close to the bus station so we could easily make side trips to Kaunus and Trakai Castle. We chose the 18-room 3-star Hotel Rinno which is a 10 min walk (or two trolleybus stops) from the bus station, just off the main road which borders Vilnius Old Town. Cross the road and you were in the Old Town. One or two blocks past the hotel, on the main road, was a good-sized IKI Express supermarket. Our room was a reasonable size. The room did not have aircon - thankfully the desk fan provided was an adequate substitute. The breakfast room was, if I recall correctly, air-conditioned and the included breakfast was perfectly adequate for our needs and the staff there were very helpful. We have no regrets choosing the Hotel Rinno for our three-night stay in Vilnius.

Hotel is in a great location- very close to old town. The hotel staff is excellent- helpful with food recommendations, transportation and arranging tours. In the morning there is a full breakfast with eggs made to order. I would stay again.

A little toasty in our west facing top floor room but no other complaints. Very nice breakfast.

Low cost hotel, basic facilities near the centre

The hotel is old, the room has the basic, and old furniture. Not coffee or tea facilities in the room. Is easy to reach the city centre, 20 minutes’ walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. They said parking on the description, but you must park your car in the front street.

Good hotel

Arrived and given a room. When I opened the door we saw that someone had been lying on the bed. Given another room and the lights were not working. Eventually had a nice room Third time lucky! Breakfast was nice except that the coffee was cold. Everybody very friendly. Printed out our boarding cards

Great stay - very nice located hotel with all required in the room. Reception service is amazing - we have got all our questions answered and also were allowed to leave our baggage till late in the day. Highly recommended.

quiet

This is a quiet and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are clean tidy and the shower good. The bar facilities are minimal. The décor is a bit dated, but this adds to the quaintness of the building. I will be staying again. Tip UBER is €4 from the airport, other cabs are over € 10.

Great location good price nice breakfast! Only problem was our room was over a pub and was loud for quite awhile!

Beyond expectations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is 15 minutes or so walk from the Old Town, and the facilities are excellent. A cooked breakfast is always available, and the buffet is also comrpehensive with fresh fruit and vegetables.

Great room

We stayed for three nights. We had a wonderful room - virtually a suite, with a sitting room and a bed room. We would definitely stay again.

Overall good but not impressed with transport charges to and from airport considering how close it is -would have been better advised to take public transport

It was great staying at the Rinno Hotel...

Our friends and us spent 2 nights (09/04/17 + 09/05/17) in two rooms... We'd rate the rooms and the general conditions as good to very good. They were clean, set-up on time, Wi-Fi was OK and the people were very kind (e.g. extended complementary tea and coffee at the small lobby). I'd also like to mark specifically the kindness and outstanding service extended over to us by the lady responsible for the morning breakfast. I think her name is Mariana, or Margarita, or alike. She almost jumped out of her skin so to speak to serve us as best as she could, let alone the breakfast was very tasty and satisfying for the beginning of the day. Regading hotel's location, I'd say it is a bit off the the Vilnius old town center yet, I'd definitely pick this hotel should the main purpose would be visiting Vilnius old town and surrounding. It is still still in a walking distance to Vilnius old town and surrounding...

A nice, neat hotel in the city centre. Comfortable, clean rooms, good service, and good location. Only stayed in for one night, but had no problems.

You do need to be fairly active to make the most of Vilnius as although the centre is quite compact the places of interest are spread around the city

Loved this hotel, very spacious room with lots of windows, very elegant old hotel beautifully restored. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and hot food cooked to order. Very quiet and in a great location, 5 minutes walk from old town. Bathroom was very big with large bath in the corner. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A little gem of an hotel

This is an excellent family-run hotel. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good, with a buffet and the option of a freshly cooked dish, a variety of combinations involving eggs with ham, cheese, sausage etc. There were also freshly made pancakes on offer - both sweet and savoury. My husband had the curd cheese pancake with jam and said it was delicious. Fried eggs with ham was equally tasty.

Klapedia afternoon/ night/ morning

Excellent stay, big room, big bathroom, breakfast-- beyond excellent, staff prepared hot eggs or pancakes, you would never complain about the service, the girl in the breakfast area spoke English. A perfect way to start the morning.

Nice little place just outside old city center

Very nice small hotel just two minutes walk from the old city center. Staff was very hospitable and helped us a lot with our late luggage arrival from the airport. Breakfast was really good. There's no elevator in the building, so one must carry his luggage on stairs, or ask for help from the hotel staff, which I'm sure they'll be glad to assist. Great internet connection (was able to watch live streaming of HD basketball match)

I had a lovely stay, the hotel is very close to the centre of the old town in a very quite place. Hotel was good with a warm, cosy room with a small balcony. Breakfast was brilliant, serving plates refilled constantly, friendly staff and lovely bliny. Perhaps you can't see the lovely classic hotel building from the big street but this detail makes the place even better.

Rinno Hotel

Excellent hotel near old town Vilnius. Staff were superb, breakfast each morning were fantastic with cold meats,chesse, bread and also hot dishes served to order. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointed

I was disappointed with The Rinno as I had read many good reviews indicating that if it had a lift its rating would be higher. However, I thought it was an average three star hotel. Lighting and heating in the room were poor and the breakfast was average. Having said that the hotel is reasonable enough and I would not put anyone off staying there. It does have a good location and the price is reasonable.

It was again a wonderful stay - quire neighborhood but very close to city center (walking distance), delicious breakfast, very large room and bathroom (No7) and very friendly service. And free parking, if desired even in the locked backyard.
