The property is located very conveniently in the city. The access to historical sites and restaurants is very good. The breakfast and service are also very good. Nothing to complain.
Horrible. Motel 6 style. Not even 1*
Waste of money. Motel 6 style. Not 4* and not even 1*. Bathroom dirty. Shower with mold. Cleaning lady didn't change the toilet paper. I had 1/4 of a roll on check in and had to manage with it for two days! Reception staff didn't want to help by printing a boarding pass. The bed was so low, like a kids bed and cheap mattras. Conclusion: better stay in an apartment.
An excellent value for quality/price in an excellent location, near United Square. Likes: the reception staff is very polite, helpful and professional; the communal area and the room were spotless clean; the king size beds are actually large super king size, with comfortable mattress, pillows and quality linen; the rooms are good size, slippers and bathrobe are provided; excellent for a short stay city trip, as walking distance ( 15-20 minutes) to UnitedSquare ( from where tourists can take the open city tour bus) and the Old Town. The taxi, which the receptionist orders with pleasure, will charge about £2 to United Square, £3 to the Atheneum area and £10 to Henri Coanda Airport. Did not try the bar or the restaurant at this hotel. Dislikes: the immediate vicinity buildings are messy and badly maintained ( this has nothing to do with the hotel itself); there is no coffee facility in the room.
hi exept that it is 20 minute wak to the city all exelent thanks
Very good restaurant on site! Pleased with the overall choices and service...
Quite OK
Medium age, tired carpet and bathroom need some adjustments, yet clean and good service. Service OK, nice restaurant open all day long. Quite some distance from town center; a good exercise or a good reason for a 10 minutes drive with a taxi.
Poor attitude
I would not stay here again staff not very pleasant. I booked a double room for me and my girlfriend and got twin beds. I asked for another room and was told hotel was full and there was nothing they could do.
Great stay
Very good experience
Zink in the room 218 I stayed in needs to repaired with a cover where the water runs out in the bottom. i almost lost jewellry!!
RIN Hotel Review
Nice facility, in a quiet area. Not so far from the Old City or the Unirea Square. Maybe not a king size bedroom but overall a decent stay. Room was clean with a pretty nice décor. Small noise coming from bath drain. Outdoor private parking available on the spot. Great staff, friendly and welcoming.
It was bas experience, no room facilities. Tough staff and not cooperative as usual. Personally, i didnot recommend it for my friends.
Don't go there!
Antisemitism, drunk reception manager, tried to fight with us upon leaving. He came out of the reception counter to try and start a physical fight with us. He also told other people to leave because of a missunderstanding. Rooms are way off, nothing like the pictures. Someone ordered a pizza and is stayed in the lobby for the whole day. Not a 4 stars hotel, Rin grand is much better, central is terrible, like a guesthouse. Neighborhood is discusting.
verry nice hotel ! and verry clean !
clean nice and fresh hotel !! one of the best !.........................!
useless hotel
too expensive and not a good experiance, will not stay again,
don,t go back
Noisey, school group running riot until 3am. Staff in the car park talking loudly at 6am every morning. Incessant traffic noise due to poor quality double glazing. Window hinge system that would allow a child to fall out of the tall building. Fire doors propped open. No facilities for hot drinks and beverages in rooms as other hotels provide.. Out of date IT system for customers which kept on crashing with no printer for booking flights. Charged for things you have not had. Ongoing building work starting early morning. Listening to people in the next room. Poor location in run down part of the city.
All services are at a good standard
Helpful and friendly staff and good standard of facilities
Good location
Good location. Short walk from Uniri .
Great hotel for business travelers
My stay at Rin Central Hotel in Bucharest was short but nice. The staff is very personable, and facilities are well appointed. Definitely recommend as a great, affordable hotel for business and/or leisure trips to Bucharest.
Decent hotel, clean. Not in the old centre, so the name Central a bit misleading. It's about 20 min walk to the old town.
Nice hotel close to Old Town.
Stayed in this hotel at the end of a tour, and decided to stay two days extra. Originally I was set to get a room in Old Town for those 2 days, but the convenience and attractiveness of the hotel gave me second thoughts. About a mile away from old town. Well appointed with decent sized rooms, bright and cheery, and a very good breakfast that came with the booking. All in all, a very good experience.
Razvan (front desk) excellent customer service. We were charged at check out one breakfast which we never ordered. Didn't agree to pay and the FD removed that from our bill. Inconvenient moment everything else was great.
Okay hotel
AC was a bit noisy. Everything else was okay.
Just ok
Not the best hotel I've stayed in. Ok for one night but not more
Good, not great
I stayed in RIN central for 4 days and 4 nights, Monday to Thursday night. I was there as a tourist, but its really more for business travellers. Check in was fast and efficient, staff overall were polite and pleasant, some downright friendly. The location isn't the best, but close enough to shopping and the Old Town bars and clubs that it was still walking distance. The restaurant breakfast buffet is small, but covers the essentials, esp "filter coffee" for us North American types. I would recommend eating elsewhere for later in the day though, simply because there are many other places to try in the general area. The rooms are fairly small and basic, more plug ins would be handy, but I cant fault the cleaning staff or the delivery of asked for items. Id stay there again, but Id also look around first, and see what else is available or the price. Oh... and just so we're clear... everyone smokes. Everywhere.
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff
Very nice and modern hotel. The bed was great! The staff was very friendly! the taxi was 30 roni/£6 to the aeroport !
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff were very
We stayed here only for one night at the end of our trip to Romania. It was about 15 mins walk from the old town, which is a great place for bars and restaurants. As we had already been to Bucharest before, we knew where we were going that night. The following morning the hotel phoned for a taxi to take us to the airport, very prompt. This cost us 50 RON around €12, so very cheap. Nice clean and comfortable room and excellent staff
fair value
good enough as a business traveller
fair enough
ok for business
stay at RIN Central
Overall experience was good
very dissappointed. wifi connection did not work, Reception said nothing wrong with wi fi. I tried 2 other laptops belonging to friend, Reception told me problem was my laptop, so I spent "500 Lei for new laptop and this still did not work. Internet connected only for couple of minutes and would then lose connection. then after all this, they had the cheek to charge me for one locel phone call. I go to this city at least 4 times/year. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN
Great hotel,
i had a quality time on this hotel, situate not too far from city centre,
RIN CENTRAL
Very small shower, small room, very bad seweage smell at diferent times all over the hotel. In USA this hotel will not have more than 2 star rating.
RIN Central Hotel - not so central like it seems
I was pretty surprised when the driver stopped: the Hotel was really NOT centrally located. And the environment looked poor as well: barking dogs, gypsy-like people - obviously jobless and cheap stores: THIS is not what I call central Bucharest! Then the air con was not working: on purpose how the recipients told me. Only in April they would start it. The Restaurant is located in the cellar with no windows of course but a screaming TV disturbing. The food was really not good and presented pretty careless by some unmotivated staff. Internet was free and in very good quality. But this was the only positive factor! I could hardly move in the shower - that tight it was. Next time I would chose to pay more for a better location - despite the front desk told me differently.
Clean and Quiet
Excellent hotel, staff were lovely, clean and high quality rooms.
Great price, o.k. location
Hotel was great, they had free wireless at the lobby and wired internet in the rooms. However, the surrounding region was a little sketchy, especially to walk in the night.
Construction...
Noisy during day due to construction. Breakfast was ok. Spacious room. Old character. Good location.
Nice hotelroom, good wifi good breakfast .surrounding Ok ,good connection by bus from central station
Great hotel
The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perhaps a bit off, but quiet and it offers the opportunity to discover a less known part of Bucharest. One plus is the huge supermarket in the old market hall in Strada Traian.
le petit déjeuner très bon, pas de place de parking
De kamers waren goed maar de gordijn waren minder dan an kwaliteit
Klant onvriendelijk
Zeer zeer onvriendelijk personeel
Cood hotel but must chance the people in reception
R8N CENTRAL HOTEL BUCARETS
Service staff at breakfast rooms unhelpful and non English speaking (great receptionist though..) Breakfast was POOR especially if you consider the cost of 10 euros asked.
No good value for money
Quite noisy
Buonissimo migliorare la parte dolci della prima colazione

Current stay at RIN Central
Room was dated with need of attention. Bathroom especially needs updating and plugs. 4 star hotels should have usb sockets incorporated as everyone carries phones and tablets. The flat screen tv should be fitted on the wall increasing the table space. Otherwise great service and very pleasant staff and central location
