Nice place, convenient location and very nice staff. The only minor complaint I have is that the drain of the shower was a bit blocked and the shower would fill up with water… other than that all good…
Highly recommend this Riad
Amazing stay, wish I could have stayed longer. Special mention to staff who go extra mile to make our stay extra special and comfortable. Me and my kids really enjoyed ourselves.
very beautiful riad. room is a little small but well decorated. staff very nice and helpful. had small problems with hot water in the bathroom though.
Such a great experience.
Excellent
The Riad was very pretty, clean and the people there very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was also tasty. It is a bit outside the medina (10 to 15 min) but we didn't mind!
Wonderful riad!
This is a beautiful riad. Located in an amazing location right outside of the core tourist area, it's only a short 5 minute walk to be in the center of things but, at the end of a hectic day in Marrakech, it's a peaceful oasis to relax in. The building is gorgeous and our family room was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend it!
Decent
The riad was beautiful and the staff there were very welcoming. It's location is great because it's close to the main square however in a quiet area. The only issue was, there were many hidden charges we weren't made aware of. For example, we asked for dinner but weren't given a menu or prices. Instead we were given a three course meal which we didn't ask for, and was charged 100 euros, and a bottle of wine that cost 30 euros, which is beyond ridiculous. Overall good experience, however make sure to ask for the prices of everything.
Magnifique riad
Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher. Frühstück sehr lecker

Our stay at Riad Passali in Marrakech was pleasant and made even better by its convenient location within walking distance of the city center. The riad had a traditional charm, offering comfortable rooms and a peaceful courtyard that provided a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the medina. While the facilities were generally good, the pool could have been warmer, which would have made for a more enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the setting was inviting, making it a comfortable base for exploring the city. The host was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, despite managing most things on his own. His enthusiasm and hospitality truly stood out, though the riad would have benefitted from additional staff to support him. Once he left for the day, communication became a bit challenging as there was no English-speaking staff available, which made certain requests more difficult. Despite these small inconveniences, we appreciated the personal service and the great location, making Riad Passali a solid choice for those looking for a walkable and authentic Marrakech experience.
