The property is not directly accessible by car, unfortunately we had to drag our suitcases on the street. Shame on Expedia for not disclosing.
Great place
Excellent place to experience Moroccon living style
Beautiful RIAD
Amazing property in great location
Excellent location and a great hotel- It was relaxing for us after a long week of exploration in Morocco.
Beautiful riad with very friendly staff, but the street is hidden and a car does not arrive all the way in. They call a taxi for you and walk you outside at night. We had a nice relaxing massage and it was nice and quiet after a busy day in the Medina. 5 stars for the place 3 stars for location
Amazing location and staff!
Adored this Riad!!
This riad was truly exceptional, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Everything about it was perfect - the location was ideal, nestled in the heart of the Medina yet surprisingly tranquil, with not a single sound to disrupt the peace. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the addition of the spa was a delightful bonus. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the rooftop for breathtaking views of the sunset or sunrise. I wholeheartedly adored this place and will enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who asks!
This is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. They organised taxis to and from the airport, a guided tour and restaurant reservations for us, they even provided a guide to walk us to our destination on the first night. The hotel is an oasis of calm and luxury within walking distance of all the major sights.
In the middle of the Souk, heart of the Medina, this gem is super cosy and clean. Ot has everything (except maybe a gym...), the spa is also superb. Great for families as well.
This property is at max a 3.5 star property. The breakfast is quite hopeless as they only keep 1 main dish. Furthermore, the wait keeping staff dont offer customer any special items like omellete or fried eggs. If you end up going late for breakfast you are at the mercy of what is leftover. The rooms are clean. However, the cleaning staff likes throwing half used water bottles so you have to buy their own water bottles. Transportation is also an issue. Its so central in the medina such that calling a cab is such an huge ordeal. The area is also extremely unsafe at nights as there are hustlers who will give you misdirections so they can help you out and then ask for tips. Will try to avoid going to stay at this hotel in the future.
Juste magique, je ne vois absolument pas ce que l'on pourrait reprocher à ce riad. Juste somptueux, merci pour ce magnifique séjour. Kloé
We had a wonderful stay at Riad Nashira. The staff couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful. The Spa treatments were amazing, and the food was delicious
2nd time in Marrakesh, stayed in a more boutique riad 1st time whereas this was more traditional so we were a bit apprehensive however needn’t be. Stay was lovely, staff were helpful. Room was clean. Fridge in room handy. Location wise it’s sort of off the beaten track so was happy I was with a man when we went out at night but with that being said we had no problems and you get your bearings quickly!
Inside this property is very good. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Only problem is parking and GPS location. It is not easy to find this this property when driving and also walking. Google map doesn't help all time. Suggest to contact Hotel before you reach there so they could give you a better direction.
Everything about the Riad is excellent! The staff and cleanliness is up to par. I will happily rebook and recommend to other guests!
Second time staying at the hotel and couldn’t have asked from more from the hotel and staff.
Riad Nashira is an oasis in the hectic city of Marrakesh! The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were super helpful with all of our requests (even asking for someone to walk with us, hotel shuttles, etc). Would highly recommend this hotel!
Loved this amazing place - peaceful luxury near the beating heart of the Meduna's Souks!
Nice Riad, friendly personnel, limited food & beverage, spa area not up to standard, frequently out of service jacuzzi.
Service was top notch, room was beautiful, spa was great. Highly recommended
Wonderful stay in Marrakech
This Riad was wonderful ! The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pretty elaborate and very good. Nice spa and pool too. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would love to go back there when in Marrakech.
Most of the staff were very friendly. This is a traditional Riad so the rooms are not sound insulated like a hotel. There was a lot of noise early in the morning and late in the evening, making it difficult to sleep. The property needs to put signs up to advise guests to be quiet at these times. Limited food and drink options and all at a premium to the shops 5 minutes away. Airport transfers are also double the normal fare for a taxi arranged yourself. However, overall very pleased and our stay was lovely.
The staff was awesome and very accommodating. They booked all our tours with great tour guides and transportation. The property is well maintained, rooms were spacious, decor was tasteful. This was our first time in Marrakech and we arrived pretty late in the evening. Driving to the hotel at night was a little intimidating as it was difficult to differentiate hotels from common buildings. The streets leading to the hotel are more like a maze of alleys. If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to walk a couple blocks as cars cannot easily drop you off in front of the property. This is more of a PSA. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
What a wonderful experience! The immediate area surrounding the riad is, “authentic “ so-to-speak. It’s not easy to find, but the staff, and uniqueness of the property are wonderful
It was very quiet and relaxing and the staff was very gentle and helpful!!!!
This Riad was magical so beautiful people so friendly and the massage was so so good
Amazing property, incredible service and staff that catered to our every whim. Would recommend it to anyone and definitely going back.
Friendly staff, tranquil environment, excellent hammam.
The staff at Riad Nashira were friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the pool was very refreshing after walking through the Old City.
Outstanding gem of a place to stay. The staff is exceptional. An oasis while traveling. I will always remember my time there. Massages extraordinary.
Very unique place in the city of Marrakech. An oasis in amongst the bustling streets
The staff at Riad Nashira could not have been more helpful & friendly - from showing us around and walking us to taxis to chatting in the hotel. The room was for three of us and the door opened on to the pool - it was spacious and robes, toiletries and slippers were provided. The rooftop was a great place for some sun and to relax and we had lunch up there once. Breakfast buffet was great and complimentary snacks are provided in the evening. The basement spa is also amazing. Would definitely return.
Great
Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good location for main attractions.
Oasis in the middle of the Medina. Great spa, roof top sunning area and pools. Rose petals scattered around our room for arrival with a beautiful fruit basket, mortican tea and buscuits. Top notch!
i didn’t like the surroundings but, that’s just the whole médina, it’s safe but not pleasant to the eye, the property is nice, clean but is not a 5 stars, probably 4, the spa is really nice but the personnel ...
I have just got back from a 3 night stay at Nashira. The staff were very friendly and couldnt do more to help. The hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful decor throughout. I would definitely reccomend for anyone looking to stay near the Medina.
Very calm and peaceful stay. Getting the porter to show guests the way to the main square at the beginning of their stay is a great idea.
Beautiful, serene oasis in the heart of the Médina . Excellent staff , would highly recommend.
Lovely Riad , wonderful management and staff.great location, highly recommended
staff were extremely helpful and pleasent. check in and check out was great. The rooms were clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The riad was an oasis amongst the chaos of the medina. Defiantly suggest people to book here. Will not disappoint
I loved the hotel very beautiful and the staff was great. The only thing I didn't like was the location they were a lot of scammers in Medina we lost 2 days of the hotel because we decided to go to a different city. But overall the hotel is nice and clean
A hidden tresury in the old city. A very good surprise
Gorgeous
it is a really beautiful place, we enjoyed it very much.
Really great once inside, the neighbourhood is typical of staying in the medina or old town but for first timers it can be intimidating! The service was great, but the food wasn’t quite fresh. The rooms are nice size, clean but basic. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind
Facilities and design given the location in the Médina
The Riad was a haven of peace, cool and beauty amongst the excitement and bustle of the souks.
Just the best we have tried in Marocco. Excellence is the word.
Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel amazing staff and great service Spa is great and we were treated like royt
We liked the same boutique Riad We had some trouble regulating temperature in our room
Liked the style, cleanliness, helpful staff, great location. Felt safe.
Fabulous road in the heart of the Marrakech Medina
Wonderful place in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech. Walkable to the souk and Jemaa el-Fna. Fabulous accommodations, rooftop area to enjoy the sunset, and very helpful staff.
Nice hotel, but definitely not worth >200€ per night. Need to pay for extra Hammam, no sauna, indoor pool (=jacuzzi) cold. Breakfast good but not adequate to the price class. All over a disappointment, I would suggest around 100€ per night for the double room as fair price.
My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay in Marrakesh. The hotel was located in the old town and only a 10 minute walk to the main square which was prefect. We’d explore the Medina during the day and then return to the relaxing hotel in the afternoon. The staff were so lovely and helpful, honestly couldn’t say anything negative about the hotel at all, it was beautiful.
Charming little riad, close to some great eateries. A short walk from the main square (the staff are happy to walk you there giving directions which proved to be hugely helpful) and the markets. Tucked away from all the hussle and bustle - the riad is so quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean and a lovely size and the breakfast, which was included, was wonderful.
From the moment we booked with Expedia, the direct communication received from Riad Nashira was polite, helpful and efficient. The welcome received upon arrival was wonderful. The Riad, its location, its facilities and the room were exactly as described. So very calm and peaceful too. We could not fault the staff in any shape or form. It was all so lovely. We cannot recommend it highly enough. And we cannot wait to return very soon.
Excellent oasis of calm staff could not do enough
Staff could not do enough for us Highly recommended
Love it !
Amazing!!! You won’t get better!
Nice hotel right in the center of the old city -easy walk to the souk and food. Staff was friendly, and the place was immaculately clean. The room and bathroom are large and comfortable. Note that in most of the hotels I stayed in while in Morocco, do not offer hair conditioner, and neither did this place. Had dinner in the hotel one night - food was delicious - I hope they keep that chef. Breakfast had variety to cover most tastes. I used the spa for a massage - clean, professional and well priced. It's not a 5 star, but what it had it did very well - and you felt that you were actually in Morocco. I was happy to have lucked onto the place.
an oasis in the medinathe staff was great and helpful
Fantastic atmosphere, great staff, perfect set up!
What an Oasis in the middle of Marrakech, everything accessible in walking distance. Great assistance from the Team at the Riad and the highest attention to detail and helping us to make our stay memorable and comfortable. The food is brilliant, the spa fantastic, I can only highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Marrakech!
If you are staying in a Riad, this is a pleasant oasis amidst all of the craziness in the Medina.marketplace. Very relaxing to come home to after a day of exploring Marrakech. Staff was extremely helpful, and the porter Mohammed took care of guiding us through the Medina for our first time.
FABULOUS EXPERIENCE AT RIAD NASHIRA & SPA
Just back from a wonderful experience in Morocco, and staying at Riad Nashira & Spa in Marrakech helped to make it so memorable. What a respite to enter the beautiful and relaxing riad. Loved the rose petals placed throughout my room upon arrival, as well as the Anti-Stress package at their wonderful Spa (be sure to indulge in the Hammam!), among other things. Great and very helpful staff, and the food in the dining room was good too. Only problem was that darned satellite dish TV. Only got it to work once. Would definitely stay at Riad Nashira on my return trip to Marrakesh! I wholeheartedly recommend staying at a great riad as opposed to a large hotel. Such a better and more personable experience overall!
I can't say enough about the wonderfulness of my stay at Riad Nashia & Spa - the most accommodating place I've ever been, ever! Btsema and the other hosts are eager to do everything - escorts, souk guides, recommendations, train reservations, taxi rides, whatever you need, they are there to happily make happen, and quickly. The Hammad (spa) was a gift, we spent two hours or more there and could have stayed much longer. The entire atmosphere was restful and every design element beautifully imagined and realized. I will stay there again when I return. It was perfect.
An oaisis of calm
We loved staying at Riad Nashira and Spa and would highly recommend to couples and families with older children. We had been traveling in Morocco for 6 days before we arrived in Marrakech. I read somewhere that Morocco can "dazzle and frazzle." Riad Nashira helps eliminates much of the frazzle! A gentleman met our taxi in the streets of the busy Medina and escorted us to the Riad. (We had learned in Chefchaouen to never give up your taxi until you know where you are.) Later, he walked us all the way to Jemaa el-Fna pointing out signs and landmarks so we could navigate our way back to the Riad. The front desk helped us arrange taxis when we needed them and helped arrange transportation for a day trip to Imlil and eventually to the airport. Almost everyone spoke a little bit of English when our high school French failed us! The Riad is in a great location if you like a good walk and have good shoes which we do. You see so much more on your feet than in a taxi! And you feel quite accomplished when you find your way back! The breakfast to start off each day was plentiful, varied and delicious. Dinner was good although we only ate in once. In the evening there was a lovely fire and glass of wine. (You do not find alcohol in many places in Morocco.) The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We loved each Riad experience we had in other cities- each was different in its own way- but Riad Nashira was by far the most comfortable and accommodating for these American tourists.
The riad is in a dangerous location - we were threatened by men at the beginning of the alley to the riad, who then followed us to the riad. We therefore moved from the riad after the first night. The riad and expedia were very good and refunded us for the second night, but I do not recommend this riad. I have been to Marrakech 3 times before and have not been unsafe in this way before. It is a shame - the riad is very nice indeed.
Beautiful oasis of calm within the hectic medina
Beautiful Riad hotel situated in the heart of the Medina within walking distance to all the main attractions. Helpful, polite and unobtrusive staff. Would happily go back.
Wonderful hotel in great location
My boyfriend and me stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in March. Location is great, just 10 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is simply amazing: personnel is kind and professional, rooms are big and new and food is great. It is an oasis of peace in the middle of the Medina. We will definitely go back!
A beautiful oasis
We loved our stay - it really was a wonderful oasis of calm and comfort, away from the hustling Médina. Facilities were great, definitely get a hammam at the spa! Loved the roof terrace. The food was great, we became tagine obsessed. Really helpful staff and the waiters were most gracious and helpful. It felt safe, which might sound an odd thing to say, but there were many occasions outside in the medina where we didn’t feel so safe. Would definitely recommend the riad nashira.
For a fairly new riad has the feeling and features of an ancient one. Good feeling of space, well within Medina , close to main attractions points
Give it a miss on value and location
Very cold, bad heating system in room. Not 5 Star in quality or service. Area is dangerous at night. Very bad value for money.
Tranquil and Beautiful
Excellent service to the max. Very accommodating and lovely oasis
Great hotel within walking distance to square
Would definitely stay here again. Room was spacious, beautiful riad and spa-wished I had more time to use all the great amenities!!
Check out the location before booking
This small hotel is an oasis in the heart of the medina. The staff were simply amazing and could not do enough to help/please you. Beautiful. Only complaint about the actual hotel was the pool. It was FAR too cold making it virtually unusable. Secondly be prepared to get VERY lost. Sorry but not a good location. You are given directions but there are obviously no road names as you are walking through row upon row of stalls. It is a maze and can be very scary until you get used to the locals. You take your life in your hands sharing these narrow area with motorised scooters, donkey and cart and even cars (where they fit). Fabulous Hotel but would not return due to location.
Oasis in the Medina
Magic place to stay. Close to the souls, which we were helpfully guided to on the first day. Welcome tea and nibbles accompanied an overview from the manager Tarik, all in the calm of the courtyard. Pre arrival contact arranging transfer was a nice touch. Location was easy 10 minute walk to the souks. Spa was nice (according to my wife) and rooms and roof top terrace/bar were fabulous and comfortable. Small pool was perfect after a hot day in the streets.
Luxury hotel hidden away in the heart of Marrakesh
Perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the markets but still minutes away from the main square. All the staff made sure we had a fantastic stay, helped us book our excursions and willingly led us to the hard to find restaurants.
A great place to stay, staff very friendly and the place is very nicely managed. Just a bit tucked away through an alley and at least a 15+ minute walk to Jemaa Al Fna, which is a bit tough for those directionally challenged. But overall an amazing place to stay.
Simply beautiful! A perfect bit of lux amongst the medina.
Fantastic stay
Wonderful experience with first class service and a dedicated staff. We normally stay at places like Park Hyatt, Conrad, Four Season, or Intercontinental. We wanted to stay inside the Medina and the only places available were the Riads. Every time we have tried a boutique hotels it's been a disappointment. That is until we booked Riad Nishara and Spa. The Riad is very charming and lovely. The staff were dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible, Honestly, you will feel very pamper at Riad Nishara.
Beautiful Riad and wonderful staff
Wonderful staff who could not do more to help! Great location, 10 min walk to main square and souks. Lovely roof terrace for sunbathing and the odd afternoon glass of wine 😀. Airport transfers organised by hotel and were faultless. I would recommend when leaving the Riad at the end of your trip to allow extra time due to security process at Marrakech airport which is very lengthy!. Would recommend to anyone!
Really beautiful Riad in great location
We really enjoyed staying at this Riad, and would have to say it was one of the best accommodation experiences I have ever had. The riad was beautiful, with a really nice pool and spa. The staff were very helpful and nice, organised everything we asked for. When we arrived they gave us mint tea and took up our bags so we could relax. The breakfast was very nice, no complaints at all!
A beautiful haven in the middle of the Medina
Utterly fabulous riad. Was amazed by the calm and serentity behind the walls, given all the hustle and bustle of the old town. Friendly, helpful staff and the roof terrace was a real bonus!
It's an amazing hotel and the service is superb.
Oasis in the old city...
We had 3 days here. We had a guide that helped us navigate the old market area and shared the history etc as we walked. He was excellent. Inside the hotel we enjoyed the spa services and the oasis atmosphere, reading next to a small pool or up on the rooftop. The service was excellent.
Lovely stay in a Marrakech Riad
This was our first time in Marrakech. The Riad staff are very attentive and the premises are lovely. In general, the locals are gracious and friendly - but they do like to sell and bargain for their wares and (perceived) services. So be prepared to be constantly bombarded with pitches. This includes visits to sights, even if not actually a tour. Marrakech is not a place to "window shop", as it is often very time consuming to leave a shop once entered. There is an excellent sense of experiencing "real" life in Marrakech, but if the grandeur of Istanbul is what appeals to you, you will need to have rather different expectations.
Delightful place, very accommodating staff. Internet was fast and reliable. Spa was cozy.
Poor location,
The Hotel its self is very beautiful and the rooms are spacious (Superior Room) However on arrival we felt straight away that this not a 5 star Hotel (coming from El Fenn the Nashira Spa is more like a 4) The staff manager was very accomodating after we complained about are experience in the Spa (Having asked for a change of rodes because the ones we where given had stains and holes she grabbed it from me and stormed out, terrible attitude so we decided not to use these facilities and retreated to are room). My daughter also had to search for a member of staff to order a drink as the bar was not maned (I would like to point out that the drink was complimentary from the manager after the Spa experience) We did get SOME sleep but I think that's more about inconsiderate people than the rooms. Breakfast was great if you want mini pizza and cake or coco pops! and watered down yogurt! I just like a decent yogurt bit of fresh fruit and granola brown bread done! and the coffee was the worst I had during are Marrakesh visit. All in all I would not stay here again as I have said it is not staffed by 5 star standards, its a Hotel that's very forgettable you will not have a 5 star experience!
Ok, not amazing
The staff at Riad Nashira and Spa were extremely friendly and probably the best part of our trip. Everything else was just ok. The venue didn't blow us away and the facilities were quite basic. Although the staff were great, I don't think the rest of the riad is enough to recommend it to others.
Paradise in the center of town
Staff are so helpful. We met Said, the receptionist on the first day, and he started to take care of us like family during our 4-day stays. The other staff also, especially an elder man and a young guy amont them. They gave us so much help. It is unbelievable. Money cannot buy this type of hospitality! They are truly kind and nice! The only thing which is left to be desired, is perhaps it would be better if we could also order some snacks or simple dishes from the hotel. The owner is an exceptionally nice person. We chatted a bit. He is so helpful and kind also. The hotel is simply beautiful. A paradise in downtown Marrakechi.
Lovely riad fantastic staff
Wonderful time in a peaceful riad close to centre of Marrakesh. The staff make it extra special always available and helpful cannot fault. Would definitely go back there if ever visit Marrakesh again, which we hopefully will
Perfect position inside the medina
Couldn't get a better Rihad to stay in . Everything is perfect there, the staff are fantactic , rooms are perfect big with most comfatable beds and everything is a few steps away from your room , spa is one of the best I've ever been in and very clean. Breakfast is great and food in the restaurant perfect.
Riad lost in the Medina, no easy access for taxi
I booked 4 nights with my girlfriend but left after 1 night. The riad is based in an area of the Medina that is not safe. Taxi cannot access the entrance of the riad, therefore one need to walk a few minutes on a small street where teenagers stay all day/night long and you need to pass next to them since the street is just 3/4 meters large. Not safe at all tbh. Inside the riad, well it's clearly not a 5-star one. Shower is old and dirty, carpet also old and dusty, we could also hear neighbors... We ran away from this place.
excellent
excellent hotel
Fantastic hotel in the heart of the old city
This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel with beautiful rooms and facilities. The spa on site is really good and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We ate there several times and the food was great - they even accommodated our vegetarian requirements! Would definately come back again
Fantastic location, hotel staff were extremely helpful, warm and friendly
Charming Riad in the Medina
We had a delightful time in Marrakech. The Riad was a wonderful place to stay. The star was very helpful and informative.
Restaurant was not exceptional. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Upper terrace is very nice. Good location. Reasonable price for what you get.
Relax! Perfect location, staff, accommodation
Each and every member of the Riad Nashira staff were very professional and welcoming. We wanted to be near the city but far away from the noise and this Riad truly surpassed our expectations. After traveling all day long we were overwhelmed upon our entrance of the hotel and spa. The bed had us sleeping like babies every night, sound asleep and the showers were awesome. Any questions we had the staff at the front desk helped us out each time. We will definitely be back again Marrakech has very kind people and the food was not disappointing at all. My husband loved the chicken tangine :-)
Oasis of calm
Hotel was great - would definitely go back and would recommend to others.

great!
it was lovely, all the staff were amazing, accommodating, helpful and kind.
