Beau Riad avec un service agréable !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau Riad. Le service était agréable.le Riad est très bien situé, il est tout près de la place jamaa el fna. Kabir est la personne qui nous a accueilli à la réception, il est très serviable et professionnel et toujours à l’écoute. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec nos bagages à l’aéroport ce qui a fait que nous sommes arrivés en retard le premier jour, mais Kabir était là pour nous assister même très tard le soir ( Jusqu’à 4h du matin). C’est un Riad magnifique avec un personnel exceptionnel que je recommande vivement !!!

Hotel was really pleasant. Room was furnished really tastefully and comfortable, I slept very well and soundly. Would be preferable when arriving if staff were not in the middle of what was obviously a personal call.

Really Nice

The Riad is in a perfect location. It is clean and air conditioned. The housekeeping is impeccable, cleaning and fresh towels daily. The free breakfast wasn’t to my taste but there are many places nearby to get something to eat. Perfect place to stay if you want to explore Marrakech and rest comfortably.

We booked this for 2 nights, but since they were overbooked (common practice; meh, can't complain), we were moved to a nearby riad the 1st night. Despite the confusion, we still had the option to avail breakfast there. Loved the welcome tea on the roof. Good location with easy access to the market center. We made a couple of wrong turns trying to find the place, but didn't have too much of a tough time. Have Google Maps downloaded for offline viewing beforehand and politely turn down any one hanging out in the alleys looking to assist you.

This riad is a quiet escape from the crowded, noisy FNA square and all its activities. The riad is short a four minute walk to the square and the souks. Can't say enough about the service, cleanliness, and warm attitudes in organizing our trip. The rooms are small but adequate. The breakfast is simple but we had a variety of breads, pancakes each day. The manager went out of her way to be sure that our needs were being met. We booked an excursion and bag service from the riad and both were excellent. We also had spa sessions and the massage/service of really good at a reasonable price. The staff speaks English very well so we had to problems with communication. This riad helped make our trip fantastic!

Nice and cosy hotel near the Mrakech traditional main market.

The facility was excellent, close to Jemaa el-Fnaa, and the staff were all friendly. This is definitely a great Riad to stay in if you want to be near the action.

Staff very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Staff are excellent, could not be more cheerful or polite, the best part of our experience in Marrakech. The Riad is comfortable, once our a/c was sorted out it was quiet, the food served on the roof terrace is of a good standard both dinner and breakfast. Things to improve? The staff seem to have little control over the tours they offer, one walking tour of Marrakech was outstanding, our guide was articulate, passionate, patient and very informative. Our trip to the Cascades in the Atlas Mtns was a disaster, the driver didn't say a word even though he could speak good english, we were bounced into taking a local guide at extra cost half way through our tour, venue though we had understood it was inclusive. I would NOT recommend any of the out of city tours on the basis of our experience.

nice staff but average room condition

the location is good if you want to explore for old town, but not convenient if you have many luggages as no car can get in. The external of the building is ok but the room condition is average. Air-con is not cool enough, no kettle, and very small window. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Great Location, Great Riad!

The location of this Riad is probably the best part about staying here. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main square and close to a lot of the Souks. The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. We had breakfast included in our booking and it was delicious. They even lent me an adaptor for the plugs for free, which I greatly appreciated. The room itself was beautiful and cleaned everyday. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice reception, safe. Convenient to travel

Excellent low-cost option in the Medina

We stayed here only one night after returning from the Sahara, before our flight the next day. Staff was extremely accommodating in helping us arrange a cab pickup in the morning to get to the airport, and even made sure we could have breakfast early before the normal start time. Room was small but clean and cozy, excellent value for the price we paid. Location is also quite ideal — however it is in an area with lots of other hotels. Google maps address and pin are correct, but the hotel is marked with only a very discreet sign that doesn’t jump out at you so we missed it the first time (distracted by random people hanging out harassing us to let them help us, looking for tips, which is ubiquitous in Morocco).

Great Staff, Great Location

Close to the Jmaa el Fnaa and all the Old City attractions, this place is a great mid-range choice. It is a riad, which means that it is a residence converted into lodging, so it will have different layout, etc. than other hotels but that makes the experience better (in my opinion). The only drawback I experienced was that, during extreme heat, the a/c had trouble keeping up, but it still made the room a refuge from the outside. On the plus side, if there is extreme heat, you will see why the Old City and old houses were built the way they were...

quiet location,but close to main square

Very friendly staff,riad was very chilled out relaxing place to stay,nice to cool off in the Hot Tub after a day bartering in the Souks. I will be revisiting Morocco,and will stay at Riad L'heure d'été,due to its central location and friendly staff. Also highly recommend,a day trip to the Atlas Mountains,The Cascade &Berber market,bit pricey,but had our own driver for the day,very helpful,amazing photos,well worth it,all organised through our hotel reception..

Great location and Riad

Had a great time in the Riad and everybody was super friendly! Our room was nice and clean and the Riad was also clean. Everyone was accommodating to our requests and very helpful when we had any questions! Will definetly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the centre of the city and have a great time.

Not quite a four star hotel to European standards

Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good and varied every day. The outside of the hotel is a little derilict, dark and narrow, and you feel very vulnerable at times. The outside is not depicted on any of the photographs

excellent location just off the square

Lovely Riad; close to the main square.

Four of us stayed at this Riad, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It is close to the main square and souks, and was quiet at night. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was very good and changed daily. We had two evening meals here and everyone enjoyed their selections.

Nice Riad near Jemaa el Fna

Very nice Riad 5 min walk south of Jemaa el Fna: very convenient location to visit the kasbah (El Badi palace), Bahia Palace, as well as souks (10 min) to the north! Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast on terrace. Comfortable, nice, great value!

Terrible

The hotel refused to accept our hotels.com reservation. Do you reserve through hotels.com for this place. They do not accept their reservation. We were told to go to another hotel.

It was very hard to find the hotel. It is tucked away. They front desk was welcoming. They try to sell you a. Inch of stuff before you are shown to your room. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Wonderful little riad

I cannot describe how pleasant the experience was staying at this riad. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we were sad to leave. The riad is located in a prime location where the sqaure, souks and several attractions are within walking distance. We arrived to a very nice staff member, Mustapha, where he served us traditional Moroccan mint tea and pastries. He showed us routes to several popular tourist attractions and explained to us things to watch out for when travelling as two young females. He also taught us how to bargain if we wanted to purchase anything in the souks! The breakfasts were always so lovely and there was something different everyday. We had quite a few early mornings for excursions and the riad had offered to make breakfasts early for us so that we could catch the transport on time. In addition, we have had such great recommendations from them on restaurants and places to explore. Every restaurant we went to was delicious and close to the riad/ square. We booked our excursions through the riad and the prices were relatively cheaper compared to some that you see elsewhere online. They made these excursions so easy to manage and it was all hassle-free. All staff members made us feel safe and we were part of the family! I would highly recommend this riad to anyone planning on visiting Morocco!

Great location

Fabulous riad, tucked away yet five minutes from the square. Staff very helpful and polite, there's a hot tub and a spa. they also serve food and drink (inc alcohol) and the view from terrace is great. Near some great restaurants too

Best Riad in the Medina

We stayed in this Riad for 4 nights with my wife and daughter.  The place is absolutely beautiful with modern designs and tranditional. We had the junior suite which was very spacious (my daughter enjoyed it) and comfortable bed!. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. On arrival we were served morrocan tea with biscuits and shown  around Marrakech via map by Madeha which we found very useful. Breakfast is delicious and it is served on the roof top by a lovely lady who unfortunately i didnt take the name. We booked our taxi to and from the airport via the Riad which i would highly recommend. Marrakech itself is a fascinating city with beautiful landmarks. There's a real big difference between the new and old city. The old city is unfortunately ruined by a few who are there to cheat you if you're not good at haggling. DO SOME WINDOW SHOPPING to start with so you know your prices. We did the Ourika trip which makes you appreciate natural beauty of the mountains, but not suitable for families with young children. We would definitely come back to stay in Riad L'Heure D'eté and explore Morocco beyond Marrakech.

Nice hotel and experience; good location

A very decent hotel in the old Medina 5 minutes from the main square. Staff were friendly and helpful. A slight language barrier at times but easy enough to overcome. Breakfasts were tasty and sufficient. The roof top terrace was a pleasant relief to escape the bustle of the square or to have a drink. We would stay here again.

Perfect for our first visit to Marrakech.

The location in the Medina was great - not too hard to find but also a little challenging in a fun way. The staff were very accommodating helping us with our transfers and advice and generally just chatting. Very friendly. Fabulous roof top for breakfast each day. A super comfortable bed. Some of the best nights of sleep I'd had in a while.

Convenient and clean hotel with great staff

The staff in the Riad were excellent. Nothing was a problem. They were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the tour to the Waterfall in the Atlas Mountains and the visit to the Berber house enroute.

Amazing experience

We stayed 5 nights at the Riad. Wow! What an amazing experience. The Riad is spotless cleans and very well looked after. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Especially the front desk staff. Meals are served at a cosy little roof top restaurants. Lovely food and great service. We had a family room. Two rooms. One double bed and two single beds. Clean and neat. The bathroom and toilet was a pleasure to use. House keeping was a breathe of fresh air. The ladies always made sure we had clean towels. The entire Riad smelled of orange flower. Walking towards the Riad you could smell when you were near by. The spa facilities were excellent. Great value for money. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Perfect family riad

For a taste of Marrakech culture and hospitality, the Riad l'Heure d'Eté couldn't be bettered. We booked four rooms for family members coming to the city for a wedding. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful, even assisting in finding transportation to a wedding at the last minute. The Riad is a little difficult to find and a taxi cannot get to the door, but contact them in advance and a driver will be waiting at the airport to hand you off to a very kind gentlemen who'll transfer your bags to his cart and lead you down the winding streets to your destination. We will be back.

Amazing Staff

This was my first trip to Marrakech with my wife and it was made that much better with the staff at Riad L'Heure D'ete. On the first night we arrived they picked us up at the airport and took us to the Riad. We checked in with minimul fuss by Madiha and was told about breakfast times and she informed us that she will talk to us about what to do whilst in Marrakech. We then had the optional meal on the roof terrace, which was prepared by Rashid. We then went straight to bed as we arrived late in the evening. The following morning we got up late and missed breakfast but Hammou said we can go to the roof terrace where Rashid cooked us up a great breakfast, which was something I didn't expect. After breakfast we went back to reception where Hammou showed us a map and talked us through what to visit and where to go. I also booked my expeditions through them for the week and I'm glad I did as we knew how much we were paying and were picked up from our own room. They also told me where to get the best currency rates from and even fitted a wiring switch for our lamp we brought from the souks! I would highly recommend this Riad as the staff were polite, courteous and went above and beyond for our needs.

Value for money

The hotel was good and have all the facilities what they mention in website. The staff was excellent. The room looks dark and have shower only but cannot expect much for the value they charge. I prefer to go next time and will recommend to others.

Lovely Riad

Perfect location in Medina and souks about 2 mins walk away from the main Jemaa El Fna square. Staff were great and helped us to plan our excursions and restaurant bookings. The Riad itself was very nice and well presented and made for a nice change from booking a hotel. We loved our breakfast every morning on the roof terrace - great way to start the day! Would defintely stay there again

Good price, Convenient for shopping

Staffs are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good enough and very nice. It's not so difficult to find the hotel if you have a map or GPS using your mobile. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. All close to the hotel. Our room was a bit disappointing because of its smallness and the location; just beside the front desk. You can hear all noise when other guests passing by. The bathroom is also tiny and damp. There is only one big bathtowel prepared although it's a double room so you will need to request another one if you want. Overall, it's a cosy and nice hotel. Quite recommendable and will be a good choice.

Wonderful rooftop

Had an incredible stay here with friends. The perfect place for a first visit to Marrakech - very conveniently located to the main square and local hammams!

amazing what hides behind the walls of Medinas - this was a very nice 'hotel'/riad, friendly greeting at checkin with fresh tee and cocont cookies on the terrance, the whirlpool on the rooftop was a relaxing bonus, room was well appointed, very comfortable, with ample shelving and closet space, hot water always, quiet facility, candle lite hallways at night made it fell romantic, great place, good breakfast even if it was modest

You will not be disappointed!

Very friendly and helpful staff, cannot stress that enough!! They will do everything they can to help you. Also great location and facilities. Really good blend of traditional and modern feel to the Riad. I would recommend staying here to all.

Lovely Riad in the heart of the Medina

The front desk staff and very welcoming and happy to advise and guide you on what to see and how to get there. The rooms are reasonable size and very clean. The location of the Riad is great and very close to the main square. Although it is set off the main road, with a few lefts and rights down the lanes it is a clean and safe walk to the Riad. The traditional full breakfast is lovely and made when you arrive, they even have mint tea. Breakfast is served in a curtained gazebo, decorated to provide a Moroccan ambiance. I had booked the airport transfer, and glad that I did. As the area does not allow cars and person greets you and takes you to Riad. Well worth it as I would not have been able to find it on my own.

Hotel was very close to the beach.

Had a bad time checking in, the desk clerk was very rude, stuck up, would ignore questions and smirk to himself when the qwestion was asked. Was not impressed by him at all and will not go back because of his lack of professionalism. Was also given a room whivh was used as a smoking room so it was not very fresh smelling. Very noisey guests, yelling and shouting from guests, the staff room was across from us so we heard the ladies bantering all morning. Restaurant staff were fantastic, really enjoyed their service.

Excellent staff, location and comfort

The hotel was within minutes of the main square (if not seconds) and one of the main streets and within walkable distanve of all the main sites within the medina old town. It's a small alley to the riad but lit at night. The hosts were extremely helpful from the start with a warm manner, always willing to offer advice and arrange for porters, taxis (inc. Advice on safety, tipping and max/min taxi fares to not be ripped off). They provide a massage spa which was relaxing and reasonably priced and breakfast was a healthy simple and tasty way to start each day. The Riad is clean, airy and fresh with the smell of orange blossom. Rooms were a good size with all the basics one needs. Wifi access is available - good enough to stay updated/connected to home. Would definitely recommend and return to this place. Thank you for a great experience!

A Treasure hidden in the center of the Medina

From the moment we reached the hotel, everything was perfect: the welcoming tea & pastries, the intro about Marrakech, the lovely & quiet room, the roof terrace and the jacuzzi! There was not a single request from us that wasn't granted (and with a big smile! :) ). Even when we asked them questions on Moroccan topics. What a great experience! =) We are only sorry we spent all our money and the souks and couldn't leave them a bigger tip!!!!

Cozy and friendly, two thumbs up

We stayed at this Riad on vacation in between trekking in the Atlas Mountains and surfing on the coast. Very friendly staff, excellent hotel. Only complaint was the rooms have fairly little insulation from noise in the central area. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice riad close to la place

We had a wonderful stay at the riad. The staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating. They greeted us with warm tea and biscuits, then explained all there was to see around the riad and how to get there. They helped us out with tours that we had previously booked to make sure everything worked out for us. They also arranged for us to get a deal at a later time for hammam and massage because we came back too late from our tour. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The brekafast is also very good and the new restaurant looks great! Thanks a lot, will definitely recommend and stay again if I visit Marrakesh in the future.

4 day weekend in December

We arranged a cab to pick us up from the airport and someone met us in the square to take our bags. Heading to the hotel was a bit difficult if it wasn't for the guide. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. He had us complete the paper work, wash hands with rose water, drink some tea, explained how to get out of the hotel back to the market and answer all of our questions before our room was ready. He also provide great advice when requested on tipping policy, money exchanges, directions, tours, day trips, transportation, warnings on mean locals, etc. Room was very clean and had rose petals arranged on the bed upon request from my partner since it was my birthday weekend. Unfortunately for the room: the walls were very thin, the shower head was weak cause it was screwed on with leaks, the toilet paper holder fall off the wall when we tried to change it out, and sink's tap was also a bit of. All in all, the location was good, we decent breakfast every day with all types of break, and the company was great. I'd probably wont mind coming back to stay again.

Beautiful & Friendly Riad close to Jama El-Fna

I cannot praise the staff enough of this beautiful Riad close to market square Jama El-Fna. Excellent location, very clean (didn't spot a single bug in the 5 days there) and friendly place. The staff were always full of smiles and very accommodating. No request was ever too much for them. Absolutely made my trip staying here. Breakfast was always fresh and full of variety on the terrace. Lovely hot tub with a view too. Felt sad to leave such a warm and inviting place. Riad was close to the souks, restaurants and market places within a minute or 2 walk and it also had it's own spa facilities too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone thinking about Marrakech!!

Lovely riad very close to the Jemma

We enjoyed our stay at this friendly riad; the staff were extremely helpful and made it easy for us to find our way around Marrakech which can be rather difficult otherwise. The room was very comfortable, breakfast adequate but rather too much sweet stuff for our taste although the fresh orange juice & yogurt were excellent. We enjoyed evening meals on 2 occasions - you need to let them know your choices in the morning - and we very much enjoyed relaxing in the sun on the rooftop terrace in the afternoons. A haven away from the hassle & noise of the Jemma!

Four nights in Marrakesh

We began a 2-week stay in Morocco with 4 days in Marrakech. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were very good, We especially enjoyed the roof terrace where the breakfast was served. We also liked that our room could be made very dark and was very quiet, which allowed us to get a very good sleep.

Good Riad, Good Location

Only stayed one night while in transit, but the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was very close to Jemaa El Fna and the Souk. No TV in room. Good Hot-Tub and spa facilities.

Ideal location, unbeatable hospitality!

The hotel/Riad is just off the main Jema Al Fna square, a few mins walk away. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and comfortable and made a great base from which to explore Marrakech. The hotel staff were amazing, nothing was too much for them, we needed a twin room on the ground floor due to my mother having a bad knee and so they changed one of the double rooms to a twin room, just for us so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. Breakfast was very nice every morning on the terrace as was dinner and the snacks we had there. They also have a great spa & hammam offer. The staff were so helpful and friendly, always ready with advice and tips on touring Marrakech.

Polite and Courteous staff

Staff were very friendly and courteous. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The hotel was extremely close to Jemaa el Fna. Would definitely recommend.

A hidden gem

Really enjoyed our stay. the hotel is a hidden gem and the staff are really good at what they do. We were welcomed on the first day with mint tea. The breakfast on the roof was also fantastic

Lovely Riad right in the heart of Marrakech!

We stayed at Riad L'heure D'ete earlier this month. We had a wonderful time in Marrakech and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Riad. Lovely helpful staff who greeted us with the best Moroccan tea and sweets! As this was our first time in Morocco, staff advised us places to visit and how to get there. Also very helpful in organising excusions, we visited the Atlas Mountains - highly recommended! Yummy lunches, dinner and breakfasts cooked by the lovely chef there! Room was super clean with daily room service, provided all facilities needed! We also had 2 hammams (Moroccan body scrub) and a massage whilst we stayed at the Riad at the lovely spa which were great! Highly recommend Riad L'heure D'ete to anyone looking to visit Marrakech! Made our trip very memorable! :)

Es un riad con fantástica ubicación, bonito, con un personal amabilísimo. El desayuno bueno y muy completo.

夫婦、シングルベット２台部屋に６泊。空港送迎を頼んだ。道を覚えれば動き易いが、初めは複雑な細い道に苦労する。朝食がおいしい。毎日違う手作りパンとおいしいコーヒー、果物がつく。卵料理、サラダは別料金で注文する。シャワーの水圧が低くお湯の出が悪かったが、最終日にシャワーヘッド交換作業があり改善した。トイレ付近の臭い（下水臭？？）が気になったが、旧市街内の設備のため仕方ないのだろう。従業員は親切、掃除も丁寧にされていて清潔である。慣れれば歩いて飲食、旧市街を楽しめる。

Accueil top, Riad au calme et proche du coeur de Marrackech, très pratique. Prestations complémentaires parfaites (massage, hammam, dîner). Je recommande pour passer un bon moment détendu!

Das Riad ist wunderschön eingerichtet und trotz der Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Djemaa al Fna herrlich ruhig (wenn nicht gerade eine Horde lauter Spanier „einfällt“). Das gesamte Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank dafür! Es hapert lediglich ein wenig an der Zimmerausstattung. So mag es erholsam sein, auf einen Fernseher zu verzichten, aber ganz ohne tv oder Radio ist schon Gewöhnungsbedürftig, zumal das WiFi quasi unbrauchbar ist, wenn alle Gäste es gleichzeitig nutzen...läuft die Klimaanlage, bildet sich im Bad eine große Pfütze, da sollte nachgebessert werden. insgesamt aber eine Empfehlung!

Charmerende riad hotel

Skønt og charmerende Riad hotel med venligt og serviceminded personale. Smukt indrettede værelser. God beliggenhed. Frokost/middag i restauranten er dog alt for dyr i forhold til kvalitet.

フナ広場から近く非常に便利の良い場所にあります。空港バスを利用して徒歩で向かいました。他の方の口コミにもあるようにGoogleマップを利用すればたどり着くことができました。ホテルの人は非常に感じがよく、英語も堪能であったと思います。部屋の状態は日本人の感覚で清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。シャワーもしっかりお湯が出て、問題ありません。 こちらのホテルで翌朝発の２泊３日砂漠ツアーを申し込みをしました。よく見るサハラ・エクセペディションのツアーではありませんでした。ツアーの早朝出発に伴って朝食の時間を早くしてもらいました（６：３０）が、翌朝朝食会場に向かうと真っ暗。前日のスタッフから伝わっていなかったようです。 しかしすぐに用意をしてくれ、１５分ほど待って朝食をいただきました。砂漠ツアーのお迎えには十分間に合いました。総合的にみてコストパフォーマンスの良い、とても良いホテルであったと思います。

フナ広場からも徒歩5分以内で立地が良かったです。 スタッフも皆フレンドリーで丁寧に対応してくれて、素敵な滞在になりました！

Lo mejor su ubicación junto a la Medina,está claro que no son edificaciones nuevas ,pero el Riad está muy limpio y bien decorado ,las habitaciones cómodas aunque no muy grandes,el personal muy amable y el desayuno estupendo.

安くて清潔感のあるリヤド

場所は若干分かりにくいが、google MAPを使えば問題なく辿り着けます。 スタッフの方々が非常に素晴らしくもてなしてくれる。料金も比較的安く、建物には歴史を感じるものの室内は清潔感を感じることがてきました。

非常棒的体验！简直住了皇宫的感觉！老板和员工，每个人都很nice，是整个摩洛哥之中，体验最好的一家。老板还亲自开车送我们去车站，因为我们赶车时间来不及。

Personale professionale e posizione ottima

L'albergo in stile riad è veramente carino. Il personale è cordiale e professionale, inoltre tutti parlano inglese molto bene. La posizione è ottima: vicina alla piazza, ma non troppo da sentirne la confusione. La colazione cambia tutti i giorni ed è discreta.

Leuk klein hotel vlakbij het plein Jemaa El Fna

Het hotel ligt vlak bij het bruisende centrum van Marrakech: het plein Jemaa El Fna met de beroemde avondmarkt.en op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden in de oude stad zoals de Soeks. Via het hotel konden wij een airport shuttle regelen met een kruier die ons het laatste stuk door de nauwe straatjes loodsen. Een aanrader.

La experiencia en general fue buena pero la habitacion que nos toco a nosotros era un poco pequeña, no podiamos abrir la puerta de todo puesto que tocaba la puerta en la cama. De todas formas otras habitaciones de otros compañeros eran bastante amplias.

Mala experiencia

No me gustó la atención del personal, nunca nos avisaron que el restaurant del hotel era de 19 a 21hs, y que había que reservar el menú con antelación.. cuando subimos al restaurante eran casi las 21, el mozo nos explicó esto del.horario.. y luego de un suspiro profundo nos preparo el menu.. obviamente tuvimos que comer lo poco que habia.. Al otro día, cuando hago el check out, me querían cobrar 10euros más por el menu.. terminó de explicarle que eran otros menus.. que al final comimos lo que ellos quisieron.. igual me cobró de mas.. le voy a pagar con tarjeta de credito y me cobraba un adicional.. Terminé pagando en euros pero el vuelto me lo dio en diyan.. y con otro cambio.. El yacuzzi tenía el agua fria.. En el baño no había jabón de tocador.. La habitación es pequeña..

Buenas instalaciones, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesite. Mantuvieron nuestro equipaje cusndo estuvimos de excursión por ejemplo y nos ayudaron a coordinar el regreso al aeropuerto. El servicio de masajes también es bastante bueno. Un detalle a considerar, Es que como en muchos casos, el camino al Riad es bastante complicado, pero es un tema de la ciudad entera, que está llena de callejones y calles ciegas, sin embargo una vez que te acostumbras a la ruta, lo consigues sin problema. Muy cerca de la plaza principal y de los mercados

Super Lage, sehr Zentral

Hammam und Massage waren super, Sehr freundlich und hilfbereites Personal. Wunderschöne Terrasse zum Relaxen und zum entspannen - Du bist mitten im Zentrum und doch hast du das Gefühl, das du weit weg bist. Einer von Personal hat Deutsch gesprochen. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche.

Very well located!

The location of this riad is just perfect! 3-4min walking distance to jema el fna market but when you are in the Riad its not noisy at all! It was a little bit hard to find it just ask someone to help you! The rooms are very clean. There is no window to see outside but a window to see the inside of the RIad. The internet was in the room a little bit slow but otherwise the staff members and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We wanted to leave for a trip earlier than the breakfast time and they made breakfast for us. One thing i have to mention is the breakfast does not include omelette so we had to pay extra for this and this 4 Euro per person. In all other riads in morocco we went the breakfast had a bigger variety and everything was included in the price. But this is just a side point. Overall the riad is very nice and i would highly recommend this!

Secreto lugar en el centro de Marrakech

Riad de gran calidad, a dos minutos andando de la plaza de Yamaa El-Fna. La habitación muy confortable, muy limpia y cuidados los detalles. El desayuno, aunque no es buffet, es de gran calidad y servido en la terraza. Dispone de una zona de tumbonas y jacuzzi que le da un gran valor. La atención del personal siempre muy buena, dispuestos a ayudar en lo que precises. Es un sitio que recomendaría y que volveré a usar cuando regrese a Marrakech.

마라케시 광장에서 비교적 찾기 쉬운 위치에 있는 곳이에요. 체크인하면 전망 좋은 옥상에서 따듯한 차를 제공하고 친절하게 안내해줍니다. 에어컨도 잘 나오고 핫 샤워 가능! 방 안 청결도 깨끗한 편이고 조식도 괜찮았어요~

Leuk en mooi Riad in hartje Marrakech!

Op 2 minuten lopen van het place Djeema el Fna ligt dit Riad. Je moet even de weg weten te vinden door de smalle straatjes, maar als je dat 2 keer hebt gelopen, dan is het geen probleem meer. Het Riad is knus en gezellig, met vriendelijke mensen die alles doen om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De kamer die wij hadden was mooi en schoon, in mooie Marokkaanse sferen. Er hing wel een soort grondlucht, maar dat ruik je heel veel in de stad en in gebouwen en de eerlijkheid gebiedt te zeggen dat je dat na 1 minuut al niet meer ruikt. Voor ons was het dus niet storend. Het Riad heeft een prachtig dakterras waar je 's ochtends kunt ontbijten. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en typisch Marokkaans. Ook staat er op het dakterras een jacuzzi waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Conclusie: een top Riad op een top locatie!

magnifique vacances

Un riad magnifique, tout le monde est très attentionné et prevenant. l'environnement est parfait, à quelques pas de la place Jamaa el Fna, les excursions proposées par le riad sont parfaites et à un prix abordables. Le SPA est génial, le hammam et gommage est à faire sans hésiter! bravo !
