I would not recommend this place to anyone. These are not conditions for visitors to live in. The Riad was not the same as pictured. It came with no amenities such as towels, shampoo, soap, WiFi, heat. My family had to end up booking a local hotel because conditions were so poor.
Nothing about this property was appealing or enjoyable. It was a filthy Riad that looked nothing as pictured on expedia website. We had to walk on the muddy, gravel for 25 minutes with our luggage as there was not access for taxis to drive to location. We reserved two rooms but they only provided one upon arrival. No amenities were available such as towels, soap, shampoo, heat, wifi, etc..
The guy that greeted us was named Jamal. Jamal said to ask him for anything, that he was there to help! My sons room on first floor stayed smelling like sewage—all day everyday! On the last day of our stay, I gave Jamal 200 dirhams to mail a package for me to another city in Morocco! The package has never been mailed! We were supposed to be served breakfast everyday; but we had to walk to another raid to get it! There were no wash clothes, no towels; paid for two double beds but only received single beds! I have been calling Jamal for a week and he sends same picture of post office saying that he’s mailing package. (Price to mail was on 25 dirhams—I gave the rest for his troubles). Lord have mercy—don’t let them line up a tour of Sahara either! What a cluster that was! We where supposed to have 4x4 for desert but ended up with camels the whole time. Paid extra to have better stay and we ended up sharing a tent with a husband and wife (there was a divider thank god!).
This Riad was an amazing find. The staff treated us well and Jamal, acted as our tour guide in Marrakech making sure no one took advantage of us because we were foreigners. It was a good place to stay and I recommend anyone to stay here.

Horrible place they keep changing name because of bad reviews. Expect a horrible room that smells of sewage, with no windows. They moved me to the sister riad next door, a lot better but still had stains on sheets one light working, and a useless staff. If u want a dirty place with terrible staff this is your place!
