Very inconvenient BECOUSE fast they don’t have no backing we have car we have to pay extra backing night 40 dirham the owner is very rude the fast night I didn’t make it BECOUSE I hard accident I call him around 2 pm email him to explain what happen I told him to reserve the room tonight can’t make it he said email me I will do something I even tell him I will stay extra day to cover this he naver listen to me he still change me we end of staying there BECOUSE they aready charge me they naver clean our room I even talk to the lady clean the room they never bother to clean our room I wish I should not stay i naver stay there anymore

This Riad is very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The décor is lovely and it is quiet as long as the people staying there are quiet (not always the case)! The breakfast was very nice. It was very busy when we were there so there wasn't enough seating around the pool or, quite often, in the pool. The room was cleaned well but absolutely everything we had in there was moved, including valuables, which was quite stressful as we couldn't find everything and ended up having to leave without a valuable item. The gentleman who was in charge in the evening and overnight was delightful and incredibly helpful, however the one during the day was slightly aggressive. He booked our airport return taxi for the wrong time but set about saying it's what we asked for, with no apology. The Riad is a good 20 minute walk to the main square in the Medina. We travelled extensively in Morocco and would say that this Riad is okay.

A real treasure

Amazing place! super friendly and professional staff members. This place has been a real treasure, super calm and quiet, exactly what you need after a busy day in Medina.

Great Riad, just outside of the souks

Had an amazing stay at Riad Clementine! Located in a more residential area it's more peaceful than near the square or center of the souks. Very close to a wonderful spa and the Majorelle Gardens. Antoine was a wonderful host, and the food at the Riad is delicious. I would highly recommend staying here, we love our trip.

Sweet clementine

I came in very late. My driver spoke with the hotel and Hassan met him at the street to help carry my bags. The property is lovely and I was upgraded free to a nicer room by the pool. With a beautiful view of the courtyard. Breakfast was the best so far prepared by a sweet lady who’s name I forget…but I am planning to stay again as I pass through Marrakech!

Amazing stay

What an amazing place. Traquil haven in a buzzing city. Very clean accommodation and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good location in the old medina with a 20 minite walk to the main square through the soukes. FANTASTIC hotel highly recommended.

Marvelous

This place is wonderful. Many riads in Marrakesh are charming - but the level of attention and service at this one really makes it shine. Staff were genuinely kind and incredibly attentive down to the last detail. Wonderful stay. It is located towards the periphery of the Medina - we found this useful as it was walking distance from the newer areas as well as a taxi stop if needed. It is about 25 min walking from the main plaza (D'jamaa el Fna) if that is a concern of yours, but as it is not terribly far from the main roads, the route is straightforward. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful riad

It was perfect. They were really kind. All the Riad was Clean. Our Room was big, and full of comforts. Breakfast was really good. Even the swimming pool was useful.

Friendly staff, lovely food, and clean rooms. An oasis in the madness.

A jewel of a hotel!

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful, beginning before we'd even boarded our flight. The reservation confirmation indicated that we should contact the hotel if we were arriving late, so we rang the day before. The staff member with whom I spoke recommended that they arrange for transport from the airport (at the same cost as a taxi, but less stressful & far more convenient), & they offered to provide dinner for us upon arrival (after 10 PM). We were greeted warmly & seated in the garden with tea while we completed the check-in process. After we'd been shown our lovely room, we were served a superb, 3-course, candle-lit dinner in the garden (a 5-star experience at the bargain price of €27 pp). Considering that the hotel is in the midst of the hustle & bustle of the old city, it's amazing that you can't hear any city sounds at all. Even on the upper levels (pool on the 1st floor & terrace on the 2nd), it's private & quiet, & the ground floor garden/courtyard, with it's citrus trees & awnings is truly an oasis of freshness & calm. There are only 8 rooms in the hotel, which contributed to the private & special ambiance. The staff, in particular, made for a superb experience. Everyone with whom we came into contact went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. From first contact, to the manager, to the the lady who provided our breakfast, we were made to feel special. Thank you & à bientôt.

Fabulous Riad

Clementine is delightful. cool and calm in the courtyard, so pretty at night with candles etc. a nice plunge pool and sun terrace. Super rooms and most importantly the most wonderful staff. Thank you Ahmed, Mohammed and Fassima. Our second visit and we will be back.

Lovely...but be prepared for the neighborhood!

This was a lovely riad...once we found it and got inside the door. We took a taxi from the train station and even though we had printed out the address, the taxi driver had no idea where it was and just dropped us off somewhere in the vicinity. We had to ask several people (while dragging our bags) until we finally found it. The parts of the neighborhood where we were walking were chaotic and seemed a bit sketchy to us. When we finally found it, a tourist couple was in front of the door having a loud argument with a local man who was demanding money for helping them find their way. They kept insisting that they never asked for his help, and he and his friend were loudly insisting that the couple was very bad for not paying them money. It was a bit disconcerting for our arrival. Once inside the door, however, we were greeted by a very nice courtyard. We enjoyed the lovely construction of the facility, our nice room and bathroom, the small pool on the upper floor, and the one dinner we ate there--although it was quite pricey and we only had one choice for the entree. The riad helped us arrange a private excursion to the Atlas Mountains and the Ourika Valley which worked out very well. On the downside, we were disappointed there were not more restaurants near the hotel for our other meals. It was also a bit of a walk to the main square and easy to get lost.

Food is not sufficient when dining here, they didn't change the towels for the 5days I stayed there but everything else is good

A wonderful choice

Riad Clementine is a jewel with an amazing staff of 5 wonderful people. It is located in the old city--once you enter the Riad you are transported to another world. The inner courtyard with water fountain, lemon & clementine trees opens to the sky. Breakfast served in courtyard. There is a sitting room with fireplace, inside dining area, kitchen & 2 guest rooms. 2nd floor is a lovely pool, lounge chairs & add'l rooms. 3rd floor has 2 more guest rooms. 9 rooms in all. I love to walk so the half hour walk to Jemma ElFna & souk area was fine for me. Cabs (don't forget to name your price before getting into cab) was 200 dirhams ($2). The riad will arrange for airport transport. Really loved this place!

Un remerciement tout particulier à Hicham qui est une personne adorable serviable et toujours avec le sourire Fatiha est très professionnelle mais ne met pas les gens vraiment à l'aise on a plutôt l'impression de la déranger... On aurait préféré avoir à faire à Hicham seulement 😉

It was a great stay at Riad Clementine. The straff was so friendly and kind and helped us with everything we needed from transportation, tips/idees for what to see and do in Marrakesh to ironing our clothes for an event. Especially we want to thank Karim and the kind lady at the breakfast, both treated us so nice and made us feel very very welcomed. The Riad is very clean, smells amazing and very easy to walk from in to the medina and have a small but lovely pool on the terrace.

Little paradise

Very warm welcoming, amazing place. It's like a little piece of paradise. Very good restaurants option around, fair distance walk from everything that have to be seen while your stay. Really peaceful.

Un cocon de quiétude au pied de la médina. Tout est fait pour rendre le séjour agréable. Le personnel est très attentionné. La cuisine est excellente. Je recommande fortement pour visiter Marrakech.

Tämä rauhallinen, miellyttävä, hienosti laitettu ja tahrattoman puhdas riad toimii hienosti kontrastina Marrakechin medinan kaaokselle. Pöytään tarjoiltu erinomainen aamupala idyllisellä sisäpihalla kruunasi kokemuksen. Henkilökunta oli ylitsevuotavaisen ystävällistä. Wifin kanssa oli hankaluuksia, mutta suosittelisin paikkaa varauksetta.

Une bulle de bonheur

Nous avons passé un séjour d'exception au Riad! Les chambres et les espaces communs font l'objet d'une décoration pensée et raffinée, la propreté est exceptionnelle... Nous avons pris quelques repas dans le patio sous les clémentiniers, les menus sont variés et les mets délicieux et cela dans la tradition culinaire marocaine... Notre hôte Antoine s'est montré attentif et accueillant. Le personnel, Fatiha Saïd et Mohammed, est discret et bienveillant ! Bref le Riad nous a réservé une belle surprise, notre souhait : y retourner...

Le Riad Clémentine est un véritable havre de paix qui permet de se reposer à l'abris du tumulte de la médina. Les chambres sont très belles et propres (une mention spéciale à la salle de bain qui dispose d'une grande et belle douche). L'ensemble de l'hôtel est également très agréable et bien entretenu, notamment le patio intérieur avec ses beaux orangers. L'espace piscine et le solarium situés tous les 2 sur le toit permettent de profiter de l'ensoleillement toute la journée et sont à l'abris de regards. Le personnel est d'une incroyable gentillesse, aux petits soins dès l'arrivée (thé + pâtisseries offerts) et toujours très disponible. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très complet. En résumé je ne peux que recommander 100 fois le Riad Clémentine et espère y retourner très vite !

Wir haben uns in diesem Riad sehr wohl gefühlt. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail war absolut gelungen. Die Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool ist Entspannung pur und der Service perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique riad

Riad magnifique et très bien placé. Nous sommes à proximité des Souk (Du côté plus local moins touristique que la place) ce qui est encore plus intéressant et d une station de taxi ce qui permettait de rentrer facilement et sans peur Le soir (car nous étions 2 femmes). Les chambres sont très propres et confortables. Et la piscine est juste magnifique. C'est extrêmement rare de trouver une piscine qui n est pas placé dans le patio Ms sur Les hauteurs du Riad ce qui permet d avoir du soleil toute la journée. Le personnel Est au petit soin pour ces convives et sont adorables. Tout comme Les gérants qui nous donnent les meilleurs conseils pour passer un séjour de reve. Le petit déjeuné est copieux et très bon. Encore merci pour tout. Je recommande ce Riad a 100%, tout ce dont vous avez besoin si trouve.

Le paradis

Nous revenons d'un magnifique séjour de 5 jours à Marrakech où nous logions au Riad Clementine. Un grand merci à Angela et Antoine, leur riad est magnifique ! Celui-ci est idéalement placé, au cœur de la medina mais incroyablement calme malgré l’effervescence de la ville. A notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris d'avoir été surclassés, la chambre était parfaite avec une magnifique baignoire ! Nous avons également apprécié la piscine très ensoleillée sur le toit/terrasse de l'hôtel. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui a été aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour, et nous tenions particulièrement à remercier Ahmed pour ses fabuleux mojitos ! Nous retournerons sans hésiter profiter des plaisirs de cet hôtel, pour un w.e ou plus. Nous vous le recommandons vivement

Petit oasis de douceur dans Marrakech

Ce Riad a tout ce qu'on attend quand on arrive à Marrakech. Caché derrière une belle porte dans une petite ruelle, un vrai havre de paix. Une terrasse à l'ombre des citronniers et orangers, une piscine sur les toits, des fleurs, des petits coins de terrasse, une table d'hôte aux parfums locaux, un personnel au petit soin. Très bien situé un peu à l'écart de la frénésie de la médina.

Un coin de paradis a 3 heures de paris pour se ressourcer au calme . Un personnel tres attentionne a vos petits soins. Une cuisine de qualite proposee a toute heure. Un diner aux chandelles sur le patio ou dans le salon ...vous voulez un feu de cheminee..ce n est pas un probleme...tout est possible.. Le must..une piscine chauffee a 28 toute l annee de 7 m sur 3 .. Proche de toutes les animations. Adapte aux couples ..famille avec adultes..enfant en tres bas age..qui recherchent le calme la sereinite ..

Séjour magique

Nous sommes partis en amoureux et avons passé un séjour magique dans ce magnifique Riad! C'était notre premier séjour au Maroc et le choix de ce Riad était vraiment le bon et c'est ce qui a contribué à en faire de super vacances! Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par les propriétaires comme par le personnel ( adorable et vraiment très très serviables) on a vraiment été reçus comme des princes et tout au long du séjour on nous a bichonnés et accompagné au mieux pour combler toutes nos envies. Le cadre est aussi exceptionnel que le personnel nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés deux fois pendant notre séjour et avons passé la plupart du temps dans une des suites ( chambre 6) qui nous avait fait rêver sur les photos du site que demander de plus! Les petits déjeuners et les repas sont excellents! Le menu du soir vaut vraiment le coup il vaut un quasi étoilé français pour bien moins cher et avec un service plus qu'impeccable! La piscine sur la terrasse est juste parfaite et bien plus agréable que dans les autres raids qui proposent les piscine au milieu des tables de repas dans le patio, ce qui permet de se baigner a toute heure ce dont nous ne nous sommes pas privés ^^ La situation dans la médina permet un séjour bien plus typique que dans un hôtel quasi identique à un hôtel français et situé souvent loin du centre. En conclusion c'est vraiment l'Adresse de Marrakech que l'on vous conseille. pour notre part nous y retournerons c'est certain et avec grand plaisir!!!
