We had an issue the first night we were there in that our air conditioner wasn’t cool enough. The next day however Fatiha and Hassan were standouts in customer service. They came to us and got us a new room which was much nicer and coordinated free massages for all of us. Our flight didn’t leave till 6.pm the next day and they let us use an unoccupied room to shower and nap before our flight. Fatiha and Hassan were exceptional in treating us well. They were the epitome of excellent customer service. The owners too were great empowering their employees to help us! Thank you Fatiha and Hassan for a great trip
Highly recommend!
Lovely riad, a much needed oasis in the chaotic heart of the city.
Loved this Riad! Perfect oasis!
What a beautiful oasis of a hotel! Down twisting turning cobblestone narrow walkways, is a well-lit entrance to a beautiful, blessedly peaceful Riad. We were received with hot mint tea and a comfortable place to sit while checking in. Our hostess was charming and carefully explained info about our stay and the area. Our room was wonderful, spacious. Loved the rooftop terrace! IF you want to stay in the Medina and also have walking access to newer hotel area, this is a great place to stay!
Beautiful hidden gem!
Excellent! At first we were confused because we had to go through winding corridors to find it. Thank God they sent someone out to meet our taxi and lead us to the riad. It’s beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay again!
Very traditional Riad the staff very extremely helpful and went over and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic The rooms were all extremely clean and unique. The location was fantastic to explore the Medina, Soulks and Palaces. Great Spa facilities and the rooftop terrace was amazing for breakfast, dinner and relaxing. Would definantly recommend
Nice stay
This property is stunning and location fantastic. There were issues with the hot water and an uninvited guest with 4 legs and a hard shell during the night however other than that this Riad is stunning and priced well.
Clean, nice staff, great and delicious mint tea and breakfast
Great service, owners should be proud!
Just a few little bits need looking at (on the terrace mainly) and it would have been a solid 10/10... Local area is great, but getting to the Riad takes some getting used to and the smell on a hot day in the alleys make for an unpleasant walk home but that is out of the Riads controll. Grab a massage while you are there... they are great. We had a problem with our AC, reported it to reception and with in about an hour there was an engineer looking at it. Service was second to none and we would be happy returning.
Good-ish
As far as location goes, it is a little difficult to find at first, but once you find it, it is in a great location for the Medina. The price and the size of the room is a sore point. We have stayed in riads with similar great location but that are only $30-$40 a night with much bigger rooms. This room was quite quaint. We also felt that their food and breakfast option was overpriced for what we have gotten elsewhere.
Very traditional building and friendly helpful staff. Do not expect to find the place without using their transfer service as its deep in the alleys. Our room was very basic and small compared to others on offer but sufficient for us. We was looking forward to having a good meal here after reading review's, but considering you order your food many hours in advanced as its cooked fresh we were very disappointed to the point it was the worst meal we had in Marrakech. I wouldn't say don't stay here but i wouldn't recommend that you do either. Value! Basic! Friendly! No frills!
Beautiful property and excellent service. The staff is awesome, the room beautiful and clean. Perfect stay
Excellent place to stay, would highly recommend. Location hard to find in alleyways but completely safe
This Riad is very well-managed with an excellent staff. What I had not anticipated was the meticulous curation of art and artifacts within this lovingly restored riad. The location of the riad is excellent, allowing one to easily walk over to Jemaa el Fna and the souks or to walk to the Koutoubia area within 5 minutes. I look forward to returning here!
The staff was wonderful! However, The room was tooo small and too noisy at all hours. My friends paid same price for a room 3 times larger and in a much better location.
I'd go back
Marrakech is a place like no other however it is amazing and a wonderful experience. The residents are funny and kind but the people in the souks have to make a living and will try and sell to you. That's just the way it is. The city is one of the cleanest I've ever been in; better than many European cities. As for the Riad it was lovely. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room I had was one of the largest with access to a roof area. To be fair I didn't use this much but did use the larger main roof terrace which was great. The bed was soooooo comfy! It is hard to find, as is everything in the city, so take up Ramal's offer of the taxi from the airport. The food in the Riad is great but there are some good restaurants around too. We also used the Riad's Hammam and would happily recommend it too. All in all a great experience and smashing service from all the staff at Riad Al Rimal.
The room was not as shown online and was *very* small for 2 people to be sharing. There was no door to the bathroom and my wife could hear far more than she ever would like to have heard... We know what a Riad vibe should be like, but the size of the room was not acceptable regardless of the good deal that we received. The other rooms at the Riad seemed like a nice size but when we asked if we could change the room unfortunately they didn't have anything available. I cannot comfortably recommend this Riad to anyone due to the risk of getting the cupboard sized room we were in.
Quiet and relaxing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Five minutes walk to main square meant location perfect.
Lovely but overpriced for what you get
This was not the best stay for us. Compared to the other Riads we stayed in it was harder to find. The windows to the rooms have full length shutters so little privacy, (I know this is the style but others had top and bottom shutters so you could still see to get dressed) The air con didn't actually turn on. The breakfast was just OK with many parts costing extra that were standard in all the other Riads. We used the hammam and had a massage which were both wonderful, the ladies are amazing. However the massage was down a few stairs from the main lobby, just behind a curtain which meant the group of French guests being loud didn't make my relaxing massage particularly relaxing. Communication was OK, most staff were lovely however on arrival we requested dinner for the following evening. As we were up and out early we forgot to actually order our specific food that morning, which meant when we got back there was no food and no offer of putting anything together (another Riad kindly provided cheese bread and olives one evening we were back late and exhausted after an excursion.) They made an error in our first reciept saying the room was an extra €100 per night! Check carefully. This place was still more than all our other Riads and had the smallest room with little else to offer.
Average quality of bedding and bathrooms - but well situated in the city
Marrakech Magic
We loved the location, the breakfast, the decor and the outstanding service. Be sure to book a Hammam! Airport transport was arranged easily with 1 email exchange. Highly recommend!
Lovely Riad B&B/Hotel - Highly recommended. Very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere in great part of the medina.
I just got home and unpacked from my stay at Riad Al Rimal. The day I checked out I left my bag in the management office accidentally unlocked, before my flight home that evening. The night before I pulled a 50 USD bill from my petty cash in the bag to exchange for dinner. When I unpacked at home, all the 100, 50, and 20 USD bills I had in the bag were replaced by a handful of 1 bills in each envelope. I have no doubt this happened by a member of the Riad staff when I left my bag in the management office, as my bag was with me at all time after I left and I did not notice the theft until I got home and started unpacking.
Rimal
Friendly staff, clean rooms, spotty internet.
Wonderful tranquil riad. Just off the main square. Easy walking to the souks and a welcome any time of day or night if you need a rest from everything else.
The hotel was difficult to find down the little alleyways, but totally worth it
Authentic Riad
Situated in the maze of the 'Medina' located close to all local facilities and nearby restaurants. The Staff are amazing they will help you with anything, informative and pleasant. However the room we had was quite small and couldn't really have the curtains opened as there would be no privacy? Although they feature a pool you can't swim in it? they do however have a lovely roof terrace with Jacuzzi. We had dinner on the roof terrace which was amazing the meal was exquisite so even if you don't fancy staying here try booking a dinner on the terrace. They don't have TV, Kettle facilities or a phone in the room either? so you have to go down to reception every time you need something so sometimes you are going without Tea etc.... If you would like to experience traditional and not luxury this is the ideal place to try out. Quite authentic and some nice features.
Cute riad with very friendly staff in a great location! We enjoyed our 2 night stay in the suite. The room was large, quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice, served on the big rooftop. Also a great place for a swim and catching some last sun rays in the afternoon. We would highly recommend their taxi service from the airport. Maps won’t be able to navigate you to the riad, and their drivers just walk you down. The rooftop bar didn’t serve alcohol during our stay but a variety of other drinks. We also enjoyed the massage offered.
Great Riad
The Riad is beautiful. The staff made me feel right at home. They are a bit tough to find so I recommend having them pick you up when you arrive. Definitely recommend.
Beautiful riad near the main suqare
About 5 minutes walk from the square so it's practically near to everything around Marrakesh. This riad is beautiful with a lot of courtyard and a nice rooftop to escape the noise of the Medina. Staff was helpful to contact our day tour operator. Only drawback if I wanted to nitpick is that they don't offer free breakfast, wi-fi is on the slower side and you have to pass several alleyways to reach the place. But still would love to stay here again.
Riad from a movie set
Beautiful Riad placed in the center of Old Médina. I would recommend getting a taxi with the hotel at arrival since the Riad is difficult to locate since the car can only get you so far into the city. We had a delicious dinner for the first night at the Riad but decided to get food outside the hotel for the other nights since food was very cheap and reachable in the main square. Rooms and location were beautiful but WiFi never seemed to stay working for any of our 4 devices which was frustrating, even with all 3 modems. No TVs in room and jacuzzi on top terrace which was nice. All staff is very pleasant. Would stay again.
Small room
The room is too small that I even have no place to put my luggage. Besides, it is too hard to find the location as it is in a small alley.
Good centrally located riad
The Riad is a number of old buildings on either side of a "derb" or alleyway, joined together above the derb, which have been renovated over recent years to a good standard.Apart from our first night, we ate out, so I can't really comment on the food. The Riad has a number of separate rooms all of which appear to be furnished to a similar standard - king size/double bed, settee, coffee table and en suite. They are comfortable enough, but not designed to be stayed in for any length of time, obviously. There may be twin rooms but we didn't see any in our section. There is a bar serving a limited range of wine and non-aloholic beer, plus soft drinks, but we never saw anyone staffing it and the drinks, as you would expect with a place of this size, are far more expensive than 5 minutes away. The only TV is situated here as well. If you want alocohol, there is only a handful of places to buy in the Medina - the new town is the place to go for bars and clubs, if that's your holiday. All in all, we felt it was good value for where it was and would probably revisit if we went back to Marrakech. In the derbs, be prepared to see some rubbish and also lots of cats! The staff here are helpful and friendly. There are other faclities, such as the hammam, massage and a small gym and swimming pool, which we didn't use, which might appeal to you.
Very nice accommodations right in the Médina.
Staff very friendly & extremely attentive. Originally booked for two nights, decided to stay in Marrakech longer & it was no problem to increase my stay. Very relaxing atmosphere & comfortable bed in an extremely clean facility! I would recommend this Riad to anyone travelling to Marrakech, whether solo, as a couple or a family.
Good experience to stay at a Raid, Nice and clean room. Helpful staff. Close to shops.Good location.
The manager of the Riad al Rimal met us at the square and walked us through the narrow streets to the hotel. There was an immediate welcoming feel to the place after walking through the doorway. Loved the artwork throughout the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with nice big bathrooms. Each room has it's own design to give a nice sense of character. The staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. Great service! The standard breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit and warm breads each morning. We had one dinner at the hotel during our stay and it was one of the best meals we had while in Morocco.
Really great traditional Riad
Loved staying here it is in a great location close to the main square and souks but still very quiet. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had dinner there one night and it was excellent. The staff here were also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Lovely Riad great location
Very friendly and comfortable Riad in great location . Definitely recommend
An oasis of peace and calm
Beautiful hotel with an amazing roof terrace. Staff friendly and helpful.
Excellent Riad in a great location
This is a great riad close to the main square (Jema el Fna). Rooms were updated nicely and the breakfast meal was excellent.
Perfect for explore Marrakesh Medina
Great location, and lovely staff. Roof top Terrace is so peaceful after the noise of the square
Well located to the Jemma el-Fna
Good location for souks and Jemma El-Fna. Good facilities including the Hammon (sp?) -heat and scrub down coupled with massage is great). food good. Pool not functional. roof top lounging excellent.
Quite expensive for a Riadh with nothing special
We hesitated before taking this Riad, it was well rated on expedia but more expensive than the others, after checking the photos we went for it, we selected a room that costed us 70 USD / night, arriving there it was the smallest room we ever saw, we were proposed to upgrade and pay the equivalent of 15 USD extra / night, and we did, at the end 4 nights costed us around 375 USD incl Tax, 93 USD / night for a riadh !!! same price of all inclusive hotels in the city, price was not the only bad surprise we had, the room did not have a TV and when asking how comes there s no TV in the room, the answer was that: it s like this, we don't have TVs in the rooms :) 4 nights in a riadh without a TV were really boring, and finally and this is the worst, toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, toilet papers were not provided daily and when I talked to the reception saying how come since our arrival we got one bottle of shampoo for two people, the guy was nice and provided us more explaining that it s not on daily basis that they shall provide this, so the conclusion, 93 USD / night for a room without a TV, and a minimum of confort in a city where you can easily get a nice hotel for 50 USD and where going everywhere will cost you 20 dirhams, was not the best choice we could do, one good point about this hotel is the service, staff are very nice and helpful, we were fasting and they managed to prepare our breakfast every day at 3 am, Thanks for that.
Excellent small hotel in the middle of Marrakech
We arrived very late - the airport was a nightmare but the hotel was open and waiting for us. We had no local money so needed to get to an ATM. The guy in charge was so helpful. After showing us to our rooms he took us up the small alleyways to the square where everything was. This was typical of the service throughout the week. All the staff were so cheerful and friendly.
Fantastic option in the center of the Medina
Fantastic option in the middle of the city. Really nice hotel with all than you need (and more) to explore the Medina. A bit hidden in a labyrinth of small streets but this is what you get if you want to stay in the middle of the action. Walking distance to everything you would like to see, nice people always trying to make your life easier and fantastic services (Hamman,...). I will definitely go back when visiting Marrakesh.
Exquisite Riad at an affordable price
We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite as well. We had breakfast and dinner in the DR and had probably the best massage of my life. Hosts were gracious and accommodating.
Home away from home
The Riad and their staff are absolutely wonderful. From the moment I stepped foot in the door they were as friendly and helpful as can be. The decor and the rooms have you an inviting Moroccan feel. And the location was perfect. You would never guess that just a short walk from the quiet Riad was this lively bustling market.
5* loved it
Excellent time here. the staff were really friendly. it was really close to the market. the rooms are very traditional, but you cant go wrong for the price. felt safe in the hotel. would recommend and would come again.
Great staff!
The staff at Riad Al Rimal was amazing! They took care of everything we needed, cab rides, camel exhibition and massages. The Riad itself is beautiful and calming. You don't feel like you're in the heart of the Medina until you step outside. Highly recommend.
Why the good reviews? Mysterious.
Although it's true the decor was tasteful and the reception warm, I couldn't stand this place from the minute I arrived. Here's why: The place is located in an a pedestrian area, so you're on your own to get your luggage there. I had one roller, but it was still a pain. The hotel is located in a winding cave-like labyrinth populated by retired men and starving cats. It's dark, it smells, I Hated it. I reserved a "junior suite" . They had managed to (pointlessly) cram two chairs and a coffee table in it, but it was claustrophobicically small-- no more than 20 centimeters between me and something else no matter where I stood. The room faced a small courtyard. To have natural light, you had to open your drapes and wave at your neighbors. For privacy you had to live in the dark 24/7 I'm depressed just thinking about it.
A real find
This was a fabulous Riad. Not only was it clean, smart, extremely well located, with excellent service, it's additional facilities were a real bonus. It has its own Hamam with spa treatments which were excellent, wonderful roof terrace with lots of private areas and you can definitely cool off in the pool.
Nice Riad close to Jemma El Fna Square
Arrived late with a help of a porter, we were able to find this, otherwise it would have been a feat! even with GPS, iMap, google map...etc. but that is not the riad fault, its just merely a fact of life within the Medina. It is really MAZE like without proper street signs. Faht welcomed us and served us amazing mint tea, showed us our room and directed us to the square. The room was a decent size, clean, and comfortable with all the basic amenities and air conditioned! The pool is really more of like a dipping area, don't think you'll be doing laps on it. The rooftop area was very nice for breakfast, my only qualms was there is a very nice and inviting settee/lounge, however it was littered with bird feathers and bird droppings, otherwise it would have been a great place to relax. Breakfast was great! The riad had many lounges to relax or if you need a quiet space outside of your room. Would stay again!
Luxury Riad
Ismail and Jalaal made each of my three stays very special. The room, service and attention to care was beyond five star. Thank you and you will be getting my vote for top stay in Marrakech Javed
Best service! Loved it! And it was affordable!
Loved it! Great location! Service can't be beat! In the medina but on the edge so cabs are easy. Guys there are so helpful. True Riad beautiful!
Unforgettable experience, Hospitality at its best
Had a wonderful stay here, the traditional Moroccan Riyad is breathtaking and a true experience to be had. It's not easy to find if you've never wandered the mazes of tunnels in the old city but once you get there you're literally on the doorstep of all the action, without any of the noise. The pool and jacuzzi on the roof as well as the breakfast was superb. The staff was so helpful and polite unlike the folks you meet in the marketplace (!) I would stay here again. The only issue I had was the air conditioner was not sufficient but then again it was much hotter than usual when i was staying there and i had a double room. Also note that you have to ring the doorbell each time to gain access to the hotel...I would definitely give them a try.
Impressed
Very traditional looking, lovely terrace and great service. Would have liked a pool though as the only one was in reception
Oasis of Calm
Ideally located near the main square and souks this is a little oasis of calm in mad Marrakech. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. Clean as a whistle, the Riad is a warren of stairwells and areas to relax away from the heat or, on the roof terrace, to catch the rays. The food is excellent and the bedrooms individual and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Hidden gem in the old Madina
This Riad is in the old Madina, perfectly located close to the jamaa el fna and Qoutiubia Masjid. Walking through the narrow streets one is in for a great surprise as you enter in the riad. the photos do not do justice and I'd highly recommend staying here close to all the hustle yet peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. Ismaeel, the Riad Manager, was a wonderful host and we were offereded Moroccan tea with buscuits on arrival and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and served on the rooftop.
Excellent location to visit the Medina
My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day/3 night stay in the Riad al Rimal. It is just a 3 minute walk from the Place Jemaa El Fna which allowed us to return during the day to rest. The breakfasts were very good with fresh fruit, bread and yogut. Our one dinner on the rooftop was also very good. We availed ourselves of the roof top jacuzzi in the evenings after spending the day walking around or after a camel ride organized by the Riad. We appreciated the small touches and the helpfulness of all the staff. I would definitely suggest that one take advantage of the Riad's ability to arrange transfer from/to the airport to their location as it is not easy to find and not directly accessible by taxi. The cost is not much more that catching a taxi by oneself. All in all, the atmosphere promoted relaxation and escape from the stress of daily life and allowed my son and I to enjoy a very special small vacation with each other.
Bad room but good hotel?
horrible sound from the toilet. Couldn't sleep due to water pouring through the pipes. The hotel was good otherwise and hopefully it was only the room and hence the rest of the hotel is good
Absolutely brilliant - definitely recommend
This was our first medina in Morocco and it didn't disappoint. It's only a three minute walk to Jemaa el Fnaa and right near the Kotumbria mosque. The service was excellent, the riad was stunning, the shower was amazing and breakfast also. I would stay agin and recommend to anyone for an authentic stay in Marrakesh!
overpriced but nice...
The place was excellent. It was exactly as photographed. It is a bit overpriced for Morocco even for a nice hotel. The beds should not have footboards though because you will not be comfortable on them if you're taller than 6ft. I slept on the twin while my gf was on the double.
Perfect Riad
This is a perfect riad, tucked away in the alleys, close to Jemaa El Fna. It can be hard to find at first, so the airport transfer is definitely recommended! The hammam here was also absolutely lovely, and having it right in the riad meant that you could go straight to your room to continue relaxing afterwards. The lounge is also lovely, with board games and shisha available!
Friendlyh hotel and staff and most helpful.
I liked the hotel and the location and staff was most helpful in assisting me and getting what was required; it was close to the pharmacy, supermarket and the medina as well as other business. The hotel was clean and the breakfasts were great. I ate out for most dinners and there are many good restaurants close by...the hotel reception recommended Les Fleurs which was only 3 blocks away and it was awesome. The Medina is about 5 blocks and there are many other restaurants and businessses nearby. The negative was that my room was extremely humid...it was actually cooler outside on the patio and I spent time out there before going to bed.
Good hotel
Nice rooms in a very nice Riad. The roof top terrace was very nice in the afternoon sun. Close to Jeema El Fnaa, thereby perfectly located!
Great Riad Experience
This is a beautiful little Riad right next to the action in Marrakech. Definitely very good value for money. Clean, staff were exceptionally helpful & nice to us and breakfast was delicious.
Nice Hotel close to the old market and Jama Elfana
Nice hotel close to the Old Market and Jama El Fana. Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are good. Bathrooms need some cartons, but acceptable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and we requested to extend for one more night, but the hotel was fully booked.
A great riad after a maze of alleys
I loved this riad. The people working there were really great and helped us understand how to find the riad (you have to go through a maze of dark alley's in order to find the riad). Overall it was a great experience, although I do think if I were planning another trip, I would only stay in a riad one night, and would want to experience something a little more leisurely for the rest of my time in Marrakech.
Great stay overall!
Great Riad! Very good location. Hotel staff very helpfull. Totaty recomend it.
Good Location
Good location although a nightmare to find and passageways bumpy and muddy. A rushed welcome, no tea as advertised. Same breakfast everyday, some variety would have been nice. I have stayed in Marrakech before and received better hospitality with a varied breakfast and more friendly staff. I would not stay there again.
Marrakech Riad in the heart of Djemma el fna
If your are looking for a place to stay close to the heart of Dejemma el fna that has wonderful rooms and staff than this is the place for you. Some other reviews might complain about the walk through the alley to get to the Riad but it is safe; in the evenings there is security to escort you to the Riad. I highky recommended place and their proces are wonderful.
Nicely done, quiet, atmospeheric.
This place is run by poeple who care about the irmpession they make. Everything is done with that in mind. Pretty suites, good restaurant. It is both central, being a stone's throw from Fnaa, yet out of the way. You need to arange to be collected from the airport and taken to it. But once there you are in the heart of Marrakech.
close to Jemma El Fna and souks
Fabulous riad just off north west corner of Jemma El Fna square, close to Narwana thai restaurant & bar , and Jardins de la Koutoubia hotel (piano bar). One exit from the building is a couple of mins walk from the souks, close enough to be handy, far enough to get some peace. Stayed with family. Riad is comparatively large being a number of buildings joined together - be aware this means quite a few stairs. Stylish upmarket with beautiful lounge area but with traditional comfortable rooms, including heater/AC. Had a suite overlooking a square courtyard with 3 other suites. Hotel manager and staff go out of their way to please. Ideal location, but do get the hotel taxi; the first time you navigate the alleyways to get there you will be glad you had the guide. Breakfast can be taken on the roof amongst the sun loungers and jacuzzi, and was supremely fresh and tasty...mainly fruit, pastry and bread but in the climate this is considerably better than a fry up and set us up for the day walking.
Very close to all must-see sights
The Riad was a perfect retreat...unfortunately for me they did't understand about gluten free.
Great Place to stay in Marrakesh
Excellent place to stay. Walking distance from Jame al Fina and the main Souk in Marrakesh. Very friencly staff. Next time, we will try to get the diamond room, the room we had was very small.
Outstanding riad
A superb place to stay. Wonderful welcome, with the best mint tea we had on our trip. Lovely buildings, including small plunge pool in the centre of the riad and a jacuzzi and delightful rooftop terrace area with outdoor beds, recliners and so on. Friendly, knowledgable hosts. Beautifully appointed rooms with quaint Moroccan decor. Overall, I can not recommend this riad more: it's a sea of tranquility only 3 mins walk from the main medina. Taxi from airport (for 11 Euros) was well-advised too, as you'd pay the same for a taxi at the airport. Would return - highly recommended.
Amazing find! Beautiful guesthouse!
We stayed at Riad al Rimal for 10 days in July 2012 for our honeymoon. It was a wonderful experience - the staff were very helpful & the riad is beautiful. The best thing about it is the size, with only 17 rooms it feels like an exclusive place to stay, we spent hours on the sun terrace rarely meeting other guests. Locationwise its a great spot - only 5mins walk from Jemma el Fna the main square & the souks in the old town, however as you need to walk through lanes between buildings for a few minutes, it feels like a quiet spot away from the hustle & bustle of the souks. We'd recommend requesting to be picked up from the airport as it would be near impossible to find yourself the first time. If youre wondering whether to stay in the Medina or the New town, we'd definately recommend the Medina for cultural experience! The Riad is French owned, breakfast was bread rolls, crepes and fresh fruit. The staff speak a mixture of languages. Riad al Rimal is definitely the nicest place I've stayed at in a long time!
Peace in a hectic fascinating city
This is a superb place to stay with staff and owners all ready to please and help with anything needed. The ambiance and interesting individual style of all of the rooms is something so unusual to find. The whole wonderful atmosphere is enhanced by the quiet areas within the hotel and the fantastic facilities for relaxing watching the sun change the sky to amber on the roof garden. Everything about the hotel( not least the wonderful food) is to be recommended.
Magnifique
The Riad is just the perfect Place to stay in if you are visiting Marrakesh. We stayed there in August, so it was pretty hot during the day. But in the nice patio it was cool an on the comfortable couch next to the little pool you could enjoy the day. All the staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was as great. We really had nothing to complain. Just a wonderful place to be.
Me gustó bastante.
Jederzeit wieder!!
Qualità della struttura, pulizia, Personale disponibile e molto cortese.
Das Zimmer war sauber. Dusche auch Sauber wie Zuhause. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Excellent
Really small room, bathroom is not seperate from the bedroom
En god opplevelse.
Veldig sentralt i Gamlebyen, like ved,Place Pemaa El Fnaa.
The great thing about this Riad is the location. It’s close to everything so no need to spend so much money on taxi fares. The swimming pool they advertised look more like a feet dipping pool. The rooftop is really nice and the jacuzzi area too. Breakfast is ok. The service is overall great. Staff is really nice, especially Omar.

Its a cute hotel close to the plaza. To get to the hotel you need to walk so no big bags if you can. The staff, room & amenities were 5/5. Really friendly. You can see the mezquita from the rooftop which is really cute.
