Very comfortable hotel the room and bathroom were very good. Restaurant good for breakfast but less so for dinner. However, there are a number of good restaurants nearby. The walk to the old city and all of its history is only 15-20 minutes.

Another wonderful experience

This is our second visit to Rhodos Horizon City and wont be our last. Just the most amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Fabulous facilities.

Although the hotel looks very good, the publicity about a “city view” is deceiving, the view from our room was supermarket and an unfinished building. We selected that hotel thinking that we will have a view of the Old City…. Very disappointing

We have just had a fantastic couple of nights here. Absolutely great value and quality! Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are very modern and clean. Food is excellent for breakfast with lots of choice. Evening meal outstanding value and quality compared to nearby places. Good location, Close to beach, marina and old town. Perfect!!

Great Hotel in Superb Location

Hotel very central for everything, beach, shops, restaurants. Old Town was 15 min walk. Check in was quick and efficient, suite was spacious, balcony was furnished with table and chairs and a washing line. Shower was good sized cubicle. Mini bar was great and refreshed every day. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choices in both hot and cold.

The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. They accommodated our needs and also ensured we were content. Additionally, Rhodes has a lot of hotels but if I returned, as much as I’d want to try the other hotels, I’d come back here due to the service.

Good stay but noisy!

Overall a good stay. Lots of ants in the room even though the room was clean. We stayed in the city suite which was huge but on the first floor and you could hear everyone coming up and down the stairs it was like they were in your room. Only blinds on a couple of windows so you were awake as soon as the sun came up. Fire alarm went off during the night. Full evacuation as far as the lobby then no clear instructions on where to go if there was a fire etc. not organised.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in a sea view room. The hotel is new and very clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast buffet is huge with anything you could want including custom made omelets. It's a short easy walk to a beautiful beach, Old town and tons of restaurants and shops.There is a market right next door that has anything you need. Occasionally we could hear some noise from the street but it was never that bad. Beds were very comfortable. It was a great stay and we would come back again.

Hotel was modern and clean. Lots of choice at breakfast. Good central location. Welcome drink on arrival. You can drink what's in your fridge. The pool is not always in the sun, but it does get sun after about 11am. Its difficult to park your car nearby during the day. There's a free car park nearby over night.

Lovely hotel, clean, nice staff, comfy bed, good shower and air con. Amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Nice pool but small and sun loungers far too close together but we weren’t there for that so not an issue for us.

Lovely friendly staff. Very clean property and bedrooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard. We didn't spend any time at the pool but this didn't matter as we were in the perfect location - 3 min walk to the beach where lovely beach clubs are. Also a 5 min walk away from a bustling street full of lovely restaurants. Very close to the port and about a 15 min walk into the old town. Also surrounded by various supermarkets. Overall we had a lovely stay in this hotel and couldn't recommend enough!

My stay at Rhodos Horizon City was amazing. The staff were polite, attentive and welcoming. The services was 10/10 and they went the extra mile to surprise me for my birthday. Could not fault the hotel itself and the location is brilliant. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel with spacious rooms, decent pool and exceptional breakfast.

My wife and I came to Rhodes for a late honeymoon/anniversary trip. From the moment we walked in, we felt appreciated for choosing to stay with them. A glass of champagne was offered and the receptionist/manager was very attentive. The breakfast was varied between hot and cold options, juices, varied coffees, and teas. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We had a balcony that also had an airing rack, which was convenient for wet towels and suits. The rooms were tidied each day and fresh towels. We ate dinner a few times and the portion sizes! Wow! So much food and for great prices. Close to a market and the beach. All of the staff were friendly and became familiar over the course of our stay. They were happy to see us each time. The only downside was the TV, it isnt inclusive to all languages. The only have 1 channel that is in english (BBC) and we coulsnt get it to load for some reason.

This was one of the best hotels I have been in. Brilliant service, very clean rooms, our rooms were cleaned every day, perfect place for connections to different transport.

I didn’t like the noise across the street. The concert was every evening

Lovely hotel

Stayed here for 12 nights (junior suite) and it’s a great centrally located hotel. Great choices for breakfast, including options to cater to different dietary requirements (my husband has coeliac disease so this was appreciated). Limited sun beds at the pool, but if you’re down for around 11am there’s usually some left. About 10mins walk from the Old Town and lots of good restaurants within 10mins walking distance.

Stay was good and staff was responsive. Didn’t like having to make an appointment for the gym, but that did not take away from my rating.

Loved our stay at Rhodos! Facility was clean and bright and staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of us from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out. The only thing I would have liked is longer Gym hours!

We had a great stay here. Great helpful staff. Warm reception and check-in experience. Very close to centre and old town. Walkable distance as well to the main bus stops to explore the island. Closest beach 10min walk away. Great gym and personal trainer available, kudos to Panagiotis for his helpful hints on training but also local dining recommendations as well as island spots to visit. Would highly recommend! Good value for money! Lovely staff and reception, great rooms, very clean. No complaints or issues. Great area downstairs with pool, also option of playing pool and air hockey. Great breakfast.

The service was impeccable! Everything was immaculately clean. Our room was huge and fabulous with comfy robes and stocked mini bar. The breakfast options were varied and numerous. Easy walk to shopping, dining, sight seeing, ocean, ferry services and the old city. Flore at the front desk was welcoming, polite and efficient at all hours of the day and night!

Stunning hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and the service was always top quality. The hotel itself is modern, clean and quiet. The location is also well situated within the city and close to everything you need. Fantastic experience!

Liked swimming pool although on the cool side but was end of October. Very clean, well kept, easy walk to Old Town. Close to se eral restaurants.

Overall this is a very good hotel The location is one of its best assets with easy walking distance to Rhodes old town, the harbour, beaches and host of local bars and restaurants. The staff were all great and went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. Would have rated 5 but the pool was not heated and even though we had enjoyed a long hot summer, was too cold. Also pool area is small and overlooked by apartments or the hotel on all sides. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice, however I think the quality of some offerings could have been better, i.e. all eggs, be they poached, fried or boiled, were hard.

We had room 701 which is a suite and it was outstanding Excellent terrace where you had the freedom of not being overlooked,completely private We really enjoyed our stay friendly staff,a shot walk to the old town,plenty of restaurant choices nearby.als the new town is 400m walk away modern shops,I couldn’t get my mrs out of Zara and the likes😂 We hired a car for a couple of days hired some e bikes and seen a lot in the week.the hotel has a great breakfast choice as well you won’t go wrong here to start your day with whatever you can think of food wise.

Excellent hotel. Immaculately clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food very good. Breakfasts superb and terrific selection freshly prepared and cooked. Our room was very nice and the air conditioning worked well. Only downside for us was the pool, it's not heated to a comfortable temperature and the poolside area although very clean with enough sun beds just seemed to lack a holiday vibe. It could do with some refreshing and livening up a bit. This would not deter us from visiting again though as the hotel is terrific in every other way.

All perfect

The hotel is definitely understaffed. We arrived before 4 pm and there was only one person who had to leave the reception to help us with the luggage. We could not have any request fulfilled simply because one person for the entire hotel. There is a need in the DOOR for the bathroom for the minimum privacy, seriously! The hotel is decent and convenient located, great breakfast, incredible balcony with the view in the island suites.

Fantastic hotel in Rodos

Our stay at Rodos Horizon City was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. A glass of Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch and special mention to the wonderful Eleni who provided outstanding service to my wife and I. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back !
