Clean, quiet and comfortable, but no restaurants or stores in the immediate vicinity.

The property was very clean and quiet with much appreciated added extras in the room . Very friendly and helpful staff

Good place filled with good people

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Residehome. After arriving quite late on a Friday night, we were completely drained from the road trip and a long work week. However, the gentleman at the reception greeted us warmly and was incredibly helpful, which gave us a small but much-needed boost of energy. I greatly appreciated the hotel’s design, which was simple, elegant, and practical. Despite being a corporate establishment, the staff managed to maintain a warm and personable demeanor, avoiding the rigidity or overly commercial feel often associated with such places. The room was good value for the price. The only drawback was the lack of electric window shades. As someone highly sensitive to light at night, I found it difficult to fall asleep. I ended up buying an eye mask for the second night, which helped. Overall, we loved our stay, especially considering the great off-season price we paid.

Lovely hotel

Beautiful hotel in good location. The studio room was spotless clean and comfortable Everything appears new and in perfect condition with huge balcony. Great parking. Very friendly and efficient staff.

It was a convenient location. Forgot to reserve parking in their ramp. We only parked a couple blocks away. Laundry facilities were MUCH appreciated. Friendly staff.

Helpful staff

The guy on the front desk was great - really helpful.

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were all amazing and the accommodation was excellent. Just a short, easy stroll to the centre of Chartres which is a beautiful city. We also timed our stay to enjoy the lumieres in Chartres, with 20 different locations to enjoy the light show including Chartres Cathedral, which was absolutely stunning.

The staff at the hotel was superb! They were very helpful to get what I need directions,where to get transportation, recommendations. I would definitely book here again.

Undersold gem

This place is a jewel. Kitchenette, large bathroom, a terrace, snacks, and very high quality linens. Great gym, and a convenient laundry room. Organic breakfast. I will look for this chain when I go to France again.

Fantastic staff. Good English spoken and very helpful. Walking distance to the centre of Chartre. It was great having the kitchenette and good sized fridge. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good

Residhome Chartres is a very peaceful place to which to return after a day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The rooms include a full kitchen, and I found it enjoyable to prepare meals there with local foods purchased from nearby markets. A very pleasant place to stay.

Great place to stay

Clean, new, very comfy. Great location. Super city at night. Cathedral had free light show. Staff friendly & helpful. Spoke excellent English. Would definitely recommend. Great place and value for money.

Not air conditioned as advertised

No towels in our room- had to go to the front desk and ask- they knew we didn’t have towels but neglected to tell us!! Suite new, clean, comfortable. They advertised air conditioning BUT it was just a plug- in fan☹️- not the same thing. Bugs in light fixture needed cleaned

Superb , great location,clean ,secure garage parking,friendly and helpful

L'hébergement est neuf, les studios avec balcon sont très bien agencés et spacieux. Le soucis du bien être client est au cœur des préoccupations du personnel de l'hotel. Pour l’anecdote, un matin la porte du garage était bloquée, un problème technique peut toujours arrivé, et je ne pouvais donc pas sortir mon véhicule. Pour que je ne sois pas en retard à mon rendez vous le directeur m'a déposé chez mon client et je l'en remercie encore.

Très bon appart’hôtel Accueil courtois Literie avec sur matelas Studio spacieux et propre Manque produits et accessoires pour laver la vaisselle A noter que la place « handicapé » du parking intérieur est utilisée par une voiture non autorisée et immatriculée 28 (employé de l’hôtel ???). Les autres places de parking sont très étroites.

Excellent très propre à côté du centre de Chartres juste le petit déjeuner trop cher par rapport à la qualité et à la diversité

Coralie: sejour parfait l’hôtel est neuf insonorisé propre la chambre est spacieuse la literie très c confortable. La Sdb est moderne et équipée la douche spacieuse. La kitchenette donne comme la Sdb sur le petit dégagement de l’entrée ce qui oermet de ne pas déranger celui qui dort

EXCELENTE! O melhor custo x benefício de Chartres

Nosso hotel preferido em Chartres. Excelentes instalações e localização para quem está com o próprio veículo (garagem perfeita!). O melhor custo x benefício da cidade. Um único senão (comum à todos os hotéis na França nesta época do ano) é a imposição do ar refrigerado desligado, apesar do forte calor que fazia (e normalmente faz...) Não é razoável essa prática de impedir que os clientes usem o que estão pagando, da forma que desejarem.

Personnel super agréable et accueillant, logement propre et bien équipé, proche du centre ville. Bonne continuation.

Sehr netter Empfang, super bequem Unterkunft, gute Parkmöglichkeiten auch für längere KFZ und gute Kommunikation. Definitiv zu empfehlen.

Take it Easy

Oikein piristävä yöpymiskokemus. Pysäköintihalli oli jo illalla täynnä, mutta läheltä löytyi ilmainen riittävän turvallinen pysäköintipaikka. Mainio bio-aamiainen. Isot parvekkeet.

Buona struttura a due passi dal centro, nel mini appartamento manca solo il bidet, personale gentile, colazione discreta, così-così la pulizia. Si dorme bene.

Accueil arrivée compliquée car on m’a dit que mon parking n’a pas été réservé Il a fallu que j’insiste Ensuite la chambre présente des insectes vivants dans la suspension au dessus du lit Les petits déjeuner ne sont plus commen fin 2023 ; pas de crêpes fraîches .. que du pain et viennoiseries / pas de gâteau , pas brioche Pas de kiwi Et plus possibles de prendre des bocaux repas Pour nos arrivés tardives

Chanbres bien équipées et très propres. Si on peut juste reprocher 1 truc, et cest vraiment le seul petit point negatif, c'est qu'on entend pas mal le bruit de la rue même fenêtre et rideaux fermés.

En octobre sans chauffage : il fait froid

Mon séjour aurait pu être très bien si ce n’est que le chauffage ne marchait pas (fin octobre) et quand j’appelais le standard, on me faisait bien comprendre que je la dérangeais !

Faith nous a accueilli avec le sourire est s’est assurée que notre climatisation fonctionnait bien. Belle chambre spacieuse avec cuisinette.
