a prime location with cleanliness and spacious accommodations, a comfortable stay in Lisbon, also, Staff is very responsive and kind. I have arranged the round-trip transportation from the Hotel and Airport, it is worth it.

Three days in Lisbon

We found that the bathroom was very uncomfortable and lacked space for toiletries. We ended up leaving them in the front hallway on a hutch. Previous flooding from the shower caused extensive damage to the door making it difficult to close. The living room setup was not very comfortable and should be reorganized to make better use of the space. The kitchen had good appliances and dishes so you could easily cook there if you wished. However the coffee pod machine was not working. Luckily we brought our own French press and coffee. Location is central but be aware that the trolleys start around 5 am in the morning and although we were on the third floor they could easily be heard. We stayed in many apartment hotels over our 7 weeks in Portugal and Spain and this was definitely our least favourite.

The property managers are AMAZING and very communicative The location was really convenient and the apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. The Brewers were perfect, too!

A truly amazing experience and everything was curated to the details. A great location and a beautiful apartment. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. Thank you I would always be back and stay will Aurea.

Great apartment that has all amenities, all necessary small things to make your stay pleasant, friendly personal, beautiful location, upon leaving you can store your luggedge at another property, what could you wish more ?

This is an amazing property with combination of the best location and really clean and nice apartment. It’s literally 2 minutes away from the main square and other attractions. Mariana helped us have a memorable vacation. We traveled with 2 year old and they provided extra bed, chair and welcome gifts for him. We would love to recommend this for both families and adults.

Excellent Apartment, Great Location.

The apartment here was amazing. We have stayed at numerous hotels and Apartment type places, and this is probably the best one we have stayed at. It does actually look just like the photos. The apartment was very clean, and spacious, and the bed very comfortable. It is located on a busy central street, but there is no to little sound after closing the window shutters. Fridge, stovetop, freezer, and washer all in the apartment, with supplies. Location is great - many bars and restaurants, and bakeries, right outside the apartment. Nothing bad to say about this place, and would highly recommend.

Wonderful accommodation and LOCATION!

We had a blast staying at the Residentas Aurea. AMAZING location. The beds were so comfy. It's an easy place to be.

The location is great, right at the center of the city. Easy to walk to most places and very easy to get a Uber or Bolt. Room is clean and good for family. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Everything was perfect, the location, house cleaning and the apartment. Close by to all the grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to many landmarks!

We had a lovely stay for my partner’s 40th birthday. The apartment was lovely with lots of nice touches like the welcome gifts for my son and cakes for us on arrival. The location was very central and the communication from the hosts was very prompt. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to others.

This room perfectly met our needs for our Lisbon stay. It was conveniently located with lots of shopping, dining and transport options. The bed was perfectly comfortable after a day out and about. The staff were very hospitable and attentive. Simply wonderful.

Very clean apartment and I was absolutely impressed with the thoughtful extras provided during my stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience. The kitchen was not only equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils but also generously stocked with essentials and more—milk, eggs, juice, and even a full box of espresso pods! The attention to detail, from the plates to the cutlery, truly made it feel like a home away from home. Although I was initially expecting a washer and dryer, as I was informed beforehand, the apartment we were given was smaller and didn’t have one. However, the hosts kindly washed our clothes for free, which was excellent and much appreciated. It’s rare to find such attentive and accommodating service. Highly recommend!

really nice, clean, large & secure spot. it's in a busy area but somehow is quiet by the time you go to bed. if mobile, you can easily walk anywhere in Baixa. they even left a nice message with cake for my bday.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Residentas Aurea. The place is in a beautiful and accessible location, our apartment clean and well equipped, and the staff exemplary! We highly recommend this place and will surely book this place again if we ever find ourselves back in charming Lisbon.

Great communication from start to finish.

Close to shopping, restaurants, attractions. Room was little tight for 5 adults. But clean. bed was comfortable.

I liked Maria who was very helpful at the lobby welcome station. The area was full of restaurants. Every place was walkable or an-inexpensive taxi ride away. Bldg security was excellent.

In the heart of the city, but quiet restful nights. You are close to anything you want to see and do in Lisbon. But absolutely quiet as a church at night. Our apartment had absolutely everything we needed. They went above and beyond our expectations. Five stars.

Staff was very responsive and the property was very nice!

The place is immaculate and clean. It is in a busy street but the windows block out the noise. The reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is the air conditioning could not keep the room cool and it wasn’t very hot outside. The staff was nice enough to help us with it but it still wasn’t adequate. The place is in a well appointed location. Walkable to most locations and walkable to take the train

The location by far was great with this luxury apartment style hotel stay. Perfect for restaurants, shopping, and transportation of all types. Also the staff which is on site in the lobby during morning hours are very very helpful and stay in touch via email communication on a daily basis. We loved our stay. Thank you Mariana!!

We loved this property. We arrived with welcome snacks and beautiful breakfast table setup. Property is spacious excellent city assesibilty. We were concerned about noise beforehand but the windows blocked noise and it was very quiet. And when you wanted to allow the vibrancy of the city windows open up wide. Lots of amenities like iron and extra towels etc. would highly recommend

Great Stay, Safe Area, Location, Staff!

Residentas Aurea was PERFECT! Before arriving they communicated with me sevreral times via WhatsApp getting pertinent information from me and getting me door codes and other information I would need. Upon arriving we knew exactly what to do to gain entrance to the building and our room. The location really was perfect. Lots of dining options, easy walking to nearby venues, VERY safe area (police station a block or less away) the water just down the street. Staff were helpful and quite engaging. Note: desk is not always manned, but not an issue. Use WhatsApp or email if there are questions or needs. Washing machine in the apartment. Dishwasher. Note: microwave is with the oven…oven is one side, microwave the other, but it all looks like the oven. Nespresso coffee maker including Nesresso capsules. We will definitely choose this establishment again on any and all return trips to Lisbon!

Very smooth arrival at Aurea. Didn’t expect for someone to welcome us since it is a self check-in hotel so we did appreciate it since our travelling for arrival was longer than expected. Cute attentions for our toddler. The appartment was perfect for our needs (size, separate bedroom & kitchen etc) . Pros: location close to everything, well-equipped/ furnished, comfortable king bed, toddler’s attention. Cons: small tv with no access to channels other than local (would have appreciated connecting our netflix at night) extra bed mattress (under the couch) really needs to be replaced (slept on the couch since our toddler doesn’t like baby beds anymore) little noisy with the trams but it is expected in that area. Overall thoughts maybe a little overpriced for 1 night stay, if we would have stayed longer we would have enjoyed the kitchen and other furnitures (washing machine etc)

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect within walking distance of everything. The place was clean and surprisingly quiet compared to the outside. They communicated everything very well and promptly answered all our questions. We will definitely be back again!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen was large and had eggs, milk and vegetables for us. Lots of space. Great location near train station and metro. Coffee shops and restaurants everywhere nearby. Very walkable city and close to everything. We had a great time.

There was a mix-up on our room causing a delay getting in but the real problem was the washer and dryer unit was not working. That was the main reason we picked an apartment instead of a hotel. The apartment was clean and nice. Good location near a lot of stuff.

The apartment is adorable, very comfortable, tastefully decorated, clean, excellently equipped, and most importantly - in an ideal location, on a flat part of the city, close to the river and the heart of the city, full of restaurants and liveliness. The tram stops about fifty meters from the building. The kitchen has everything you need and more. There is also a dishwasher, as well as a washer with dryer. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I can't think of any flaws! I don't have enough words to praise the hosts, our good ghosts, who fulfilled all our wishes. Thank you for everything, we have never experienced such hospitality. We give you a 10 rating and highly recommend you!

It was very conveniently located for walking in the area to many restaurants and attractions. It was very secure. And they were very helpful. We didn't think someone would be there. We were given a code to get in but there was staff there in the front lobby area that helped us with all our questions. They even provided us with some food and treats for our grandson.

Very friendly staff and prompt responses

Once you get use to the street signs it is a great area. It's 3 blocks to the water and easy walking to everything.

Friendly and welcoming reception in lobby. Clean and well designed apartment with separate bedroom with high ceilings. Bose appliances in kitchen with a large fridge and freezer. Some confusion over airport transfer upon arrival at hotel, as I thought I had already prepaid this service. However, after explanation the following morning, everything made sense. I felt bad for the driver. Fresh towels and wonderful coffee was replenished mid week made our stay in this beautiful apartment very comfortable. Location is a plus, with good restaurants, bakeries and very short walk to the waterfront of ships and some cruiselines. We will definitely stay here again in future !!!

My family and I just returned from an amazing trip to Lisbon and we had the pleasure of staying at Residentas Aurea. When I saw “we are not a hotel” on their site I was a bit concerned about the service we could expect once we got to Lisbon. I didn’t have to be concerned at all! The team there started communicating with us a few days before we departed to Lisbon and their excellent communication continued even after we left. We really felt like someone cared if we were enjoyed our stay or not, we felt taken care of. Residentas Aurea is in a central location in downtown Lisbon and allows easy access to bus lines, metro, trams and even ride share options when you need those. Because of its location there is no shortage of entertainment and amazing food within walking distance. Shopping options are available nearby, also a lot of souvenir shops, excellent ginjinha, interesting historical sites, and you can walking 3 min to the waterfront. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable (for the moments we went in to sleep - too much to do!). The team was attentive and responsive and did everything right to make our stay memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank You Team Residentas Aurea! If you’re going to Lisbon, this place is highly recommended!

The apartment is in a great location from which to explore Lisbon. Excellent communication and information provided by the team, prior to and throughout our stay. The reception staff were always happy to assist us with our queries and provide good local knowledge and advice. The only slight criticism is the apartment suffers from form over function... looks great but not the most practical living space.

What a lovely apartment. We were easily able to sleep 4 adults. When you arrived, the table was set and we were welcomed with some snacks and food in the fridge. The location was awesome! Highly recommend it!

My family of five loved the one bedroom duplex apartment and especially the location. The upstairs had toliet and shower. The main floor had a toliet. The staff were very responsive.

We absolutely love Residentas Aurea. Exactly as pictured. This was our second stay here, as a family of four, and we will always stay here when in Lisbon. It literally makes us wish we had more time in Lisbon. They just have the best amenities, nicest staff. If you want to feel like you live in Lisbon, in a centrally located, luxury apartment, stay here. Especially if you have kids and want the comforts of home when you go back to your room. Little touches: Providing some basic groceries (milk, water, eggs, oil, s&p, butter, greeting pastries, a bottle of wine, even pasta,rice&cereal). Book it!

The room felt spacious. Kids loved the sofa beds in the living area. Décor was lovely, somewhat Parisian.

Clean central property with friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the price

This property was located in the ideal location to restaurants and easily accessible to transportation and historic sites. The apartment was clean and comfortable and surprisingly not that noisy being that close to busy streets. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful to any questions and concerns. Special shout out to Vera who was absolutely the best in helping us navigate getting around, restaurants, tours, and finding supermarkets. I would recommend this property anytime. Just two minor problem regarding WiFi connection but was quickly rectified by Vera and the lack of hooks..

Excellent stay. The staff went above and beyond to assure we were comfortable. I especially wanted to thank Vera from the front who made sure we had all the supplies we needed and was so helpful in directing us. I would highly recommend staying here not only for the staff but for the fantastic location. Very safe and walkable to everything.

This property was a pleasant surprise. It is located in the heart of Lisbon; that area is happening! Just a few steps from shops, restaurants, transportation and local culture. The apartment had a kitchen, washer/dryer, nicely decorated, the staff was friendly, responded to requests in a timely manner, and paid attention to details. I strongly recommend.
