Хорлшоий новый отель. Персонал очень отзывчив и всегда готов помочь. Хороший хамам, бассейн бы чуть теплее сделать)) Завтраки разнообразные, вкусные. Вообщем отель понравился, буду в Краснодаре остановлюсь тут))

На одну ночь отель то , что надо. Я остановился на 3 ночи, после первой уборки на стойке регистрации просил поставить шампунь и гель для душа, принесли. После второй ночи также не дали данные принадлежности, но просить уже не стал. Видимо политика такая :). В остальном все нормально.

В хаммам записываться нужно заранее. На 20 последний бесплатный час для записи. Потом платно. Прачечная бесплатно. Кулеры с водой есть на этажах. 504 был прокурен, оперативно предоставили 304. Бизнес номер конечно не 26м2 как заявлено на хотелс-ком, а где-то 22-23м2. Чисто в номере, кресло есть, даже пятен на ковре не было. Девушки адекватные на ресепшен работают. Но есть и минусы. Слышно всё из коридора. А так как непосредственно на одной площадке было аж 5 номеров, то постоянно пиликали ключи от номеров, всякие стуки, разговоры и т.д. Нет отдельной розетки окола письменного стола для ноута. Или холодильник отключать, или телевизор. Причем к обеим розетками еще и сложно подобраться. На таком матовом столе мышка не работает, приходится постоянно что-то подкладывать. Двери лифта могли быть и побыстрее. Завтрак на -1 этаже с 8-11 в выходные, 7-10 будни. Народу много. Котлеты на завтраке не берите. Сплошные хрящи и рис внутри. Зубы можно сломать. На завтраке всё закрывается бестолковыми пластмассовыми крышками. Кто-то их кладет ручкой вверх, а кто-то ручкой вниз прямо на продукты. Хотели избежать обветривания, а спровоцировали антисанитарию. И обветривается все равно, потому что еще и не плотно закрывается. И скатерти прямо под ноги свисают, неприятно.

TravellerВсе было неплохо, до тех пор, пока на ресепшн, мне не сообщили о том ,что необходимо произвести доплату за второго человека. Который изначально был оплачен.Очень хорошо,что я имею привычку все оплаченные чеки возить с собой, иначе наврятли я бы доказала бы обратное. Оставило очень неприятный осадок и сложилось впечатление, что меня просто хотели развести.
