WOW! What a gem

This is one of the best hotels/apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, historic building with modern apartments with premium furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are a great size, you can open the windows for fresh air, and the area surrounding is stunning. Matilda and the other team members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus you get a book in the room with helpful tips and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit Stockholm

Absolutely loved the apartment and its convenient location right in the heart of the old section of Stockholm. If we return to Stockholm, I'd stay there again without question. Just be aware that it's on a pedestrian-only street, so your taxi will need to drop you a few blocks away and you will need to walk. The upside of that is that it's located on an incredibly quiet, beautiful cobblestone street.

The perfect spot in old town Stockholm. Simply incredible!

We stayed in the Grace unit and it was just lovely. Perfect if you are hosting any family or friends for a few hours and giving people space. Washroom is spacious with lots of storage. The only two "cons" are that there is no elevator and you need to walk to a place where uber will pick you up (no big deal but add a bit of time)

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff and staying in an old building

The apartment was large, quiet and beautiful

The property was centrally located in “the Old Town” and is historic itself. The ferry was only a 5 minute walk as well as the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Tha Royal Palace is a two minute walk and there is plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. The room we had, I was given a free upgrade, was large with two bedrooms, a living, and kitchen. Staff are there during the day and helped with directions, tourist information, and assisted in arranging a taxi to the airport for our departure.

Beware! The taxis are not allowed into the Old City. You MUST carry your own luggage from the waterfront to the apartment UP cobbled streets. For us >65 years old- this was very taxing. As nice as the apartment is- we cannot return unless this issue is addressed.

Awesome Historical Place in Gamla Stan

This place is truly amazing. We were in the prestige suite and it was phenomenal. Location is awesome. In the Gamla Stan, close to restaurants, coffee, pastry and food shopping. Very easy to get to and they were very accommodating. Historical and high end. Great stay.

Would live here full-time if possible

Beautifully restored apartments in the center of Gamla Stan, close to everything--restaurants, shops, store--and very close to the Nobel Prize Museum and the Royal Palace. Easily accessible to all of Stockholm via bus, train, or foot. We loved the decor, the quietness, and the comfort of the furnishings. Very safe and friendly part of town. Loved our stay here and so much more room than a hotel!

Great location for shopping and dining. Easy walking conditions

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Residence Perseus. The only issue I had was the mattress movement. It was constantly sliding off the foundation. I suggest finding a way to hold the twin mattresses down to avoid a mishap (i.e. sliding off the bed).

The building is old but very nicely renovated so it feels like a brand new modern apartment. Very spacious and well equipped. Handy location in the most touristy part of Stockholm. It is on a small street with no cars so you may have to carry your bags some distance from the train. Check in, etc. has limited hours but staff are super accommodating and well organized. If you tell them your itinerary they adjust to give excellent service. Overall we loved the unit.

Spacious and private, nicely decorated, great location!

Everything is very good. the only downside of staying in the old town is that taxis and uber will not be able to stop in the front of the hotels -- one has to drag the luggage from a main road to the hotel.

We had three rooms at Perseus, as we were a group of friends and family traveling together. They were all very large and excellent furnished and in great condition. The location could not have been better as it is in an A location but it is also quiet. We would highly recommend it, and would stay there again on our next visit.

The apartment was spotlessly clean very well furnished with all the essentials. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows. We thought the apartment was well situated in Gamla Stan an ideal base for exploring Stockholm. Thought there could be some instructions for use of TV and heating. Luggage storage is very poor.

It was spacious and well maintain--Would consider passing the property on to other vacationers!!!

Spacious apartment in great location

This was a very convenient location for staying in Old Town. It was walkable to the Royal Palace, a Hop On/Off Bus, the metro and many tourist sites. There was a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The building was old and there was no A/C but we were able to open the windows at night to cool it down. The apartment was very quiet. Everything in the apartment was new. Even thought it was one room, it was a really big room. There was a microwave, fridge, kitchen sink and large TV. There was wifi and a manual to explain everything. The staff was very accessible and replied quickly to any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Superb

Superb apartment right in the middle of the old town. Staff were very friendly and communication was easy before arrival. About a 20 minute walk from the central train station (trains to/from the airport very frequently). Well placed for basically everything in Stockholm. Would happily stay again.

Exceptional accommodations in Gamla Stan

This is a stunning apartment building in the heart of Gamla Stan. Our apartment (Grace) was so beautiful and cozy that I would happily have lived there. We could walk everywhere and in fact took the train from the airport and then a metro to just a few blocks from Perseus. Management was attentive and I have nothing to say about Perseus other than it was fantastic and magical and I want to go back in summer!

Amazing renovated apartment in old town!

We stayed here for 5 days with a family of 5 adults. I can’t say enough about what a great place this was to stay!! We have rented places all over the world and this was one of the best. It was very spacious and is exactly as the pictures represent. Matilda was excellent at helping us with any needs we had during the week Staying in old town is a great experience and we loved being so close to a lot of fantastic restaurants and being so close to everything.. One of my favorite parts of the trip was wandering through old town at night. It is a magical place. Be prepared to carry your suitcases about a 5 min walk from the metro station but this is a small price to pay for staying in such a great place. Overall I would highly recommend it.

The apartment was exactly what it promised to be: home from home! I will definitely return there on my next visit!

Stunning apartment in Gamla Stan

We loved staying in this amazing apartment with our four children and would not hesitate to recommend it. We are already dreaming of going back to see Stockholm in the summer! Every room was beautiful, the location was extremely convenient and there was even a gorgeous decorated Christmas tree there for us. The property managers at Perseus Apartments could not have been more friendly or helpful. All in all the perfect introduction to Stockholm.

Superb location. Very very spacious for a two person appartment. Note that there are stairs and for some hours of the day taxis cannot drive to the door and there is need for a walk over cobble stones. Only problems if you are infirm.

Perfect cozy boutique apartment hotel in famed Gamla Stan. It seems each apartment has their own theme (“Bliss,” “Grace,”) so I’m guessing each residence is unique which is special. Decorations inside are all done with classic elegance and style. Apartment is clean as a whistle in every aspect. Steps away from some of Stockholm’s best attractions and a great starting point to explore neighborhoods both north and south of you. Can’t get more central and we had no problems walking all over the city.

So Nice That We Stayed An Additional Night!

We enjoyed our 1st two nights in the studio apartment so much that we stayed an extra night. Our third night was in the one bedroom apartment which could not have been more pleasant. The attention to detail in both apartments made them feel like a second home. In addition, our host, Hannah, was very pleasant and worked hard to make our stay very comfortable! We will recommend these apartments to any friends or family that will be visiting Stockholm!

The water spills over when you shower but the Apartment is really beautiful. Will surely recommend to friends.

Very warm and friendly greeting from Hannah on our arrival. The apartment was really comfortable and beautifully furnished. Kitchen was well-equipped and there were lots of very good restaurants in the immediate area. Great location, near the waterfront and shopping streets. We loved it and hope to go back one day.
