Very mixed review. Poor Customer Service.
I have a very mixed review to leave. On one hand, the staff did their best to help us upgrade to a larger room so we could be more comfortable. I appreciated that. On the other hand, when we got to our room, there were filthy food, encrusted dishes in the cupboards and hairs in the shower and oven was dirty. The rest of the room, though was gorgeous and clean when I called the front desk to let them know the employee acted like he could not care less. That was frustrating, because I made it clear that there were good things about the room and we appreciated it but dirty dishes were over the top. Then, at the end of our day, we had been told we could have a late check out. When our room key quit working, my husband went to the desk and asked why. They then said that we could not have our late check out as promised after all because they needed to clean the room. What a mess. That really put us in a bind and changed my whole view of this hotel. I will not stay here again and I am not interested in using Hotels.com either. I think they don’t give a rap if you book through a big booking company. I’ve been a Bonvoy member for years and I think if I had booked through them. I would’ve gotten better service.
Very comfortable and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Favorite place to stay while visiting Pullman
.
great place to stay while we toured WSU
Clean facility, friendly transportation airport pick up and front desk staff!
I was extremely disappointed, I have never encounter a disgustingly lazy hotel as this. I understand my stay was during graduation weekend, but one could only hope better experience. Found a shirt and hat behind my hotel couch, one had 1 toilet paper for 4-people in a room. Staff was okay, expected more attentive. Breakfast was cold even when coming down in a busy time, my parent came down for breakfast and they said they could not find anything to eat an hour into breakfast time. Overall not okay, I will never be staying at this hotel again.
Excellent hotel with full kitchen and plenty of space!
I did not like the 8 dollar parking fee When you are over 400 bucks a night , the parking fee is ridiculous
Hallway carpets are dirty and need to be restretched. Rooms are basis Bathrooms are big but dated and dirty
I was not told in advance there would be an $8 per night parking fee in the large hotel parking lot that was virtually empty.
Great property! Staff was very professional!
We had an excellent stay in Pullman!
Very close to university’s Washington campus
Great staff
Friendly
Staff was wonderful! Clean room & very quiet!!
The staff super friendly and very helpful. We stay here every time we come to Pullman
Always super clean
Awesome stay
Staff was amazing. Great stay
The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere made this stay to be a great experience!
Great room
Room was clean, free breakfast, only thing was the shower needs more pressure!
Full kitchen, little flaws
The kitchens in these rooms are amazing! Its like an entire condo in 1 hotel room. Caution: showers are super slippery so we dedicated the floor towel to inside it. There is some sort of water damage and humidity in the breakfast area of the lobby, making it super hot and muggy, the carpet needs to ve reinstalled or stretched in multiple hallways, and the pool is currently murky green so we opted not to use it.
Loved the space and being able to spread out a bit and relax in our room.
Close to university
Love this place! Great service, clean rooms, close to campus.
Amazing
There was no hot water in my room.
Bathroom, specifically the shower area was dirty and water won’t get hot. I could not take a shower for 2 days. I reported this problem the first day, but no action was taken by the personnel to fix the issue. Air conditioning system was very noisy as well. I won’t recommend this place to anyone
Great, spacious room! We were given an accessible room at check in and it was great. Plenty of room! The kitchen looked well equipped, didn’t use it. Exercise room had just enough equipment and the location was great. Wish I had know at booking that we would be charged extra for parking, but it wasn’t a huge deal
Would love to see more gluten free options or fresh fruit besides bananas.
Staff was amazing. Issues with fridge not working.
Food options were extremely limited if you didn't have a car, with at least a 20-30 minute walk to anything. Hotel shuttle to airport was great though, and staff at hotel were fantastic. Not much shower water pressure on 4th floor, and minimal hot water in morning. But good value for money overall
Nice
Good
The room had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, and close location to where we needed to be.
Easy access to WSU. Quiet and tasty breakfast buffet.
Really nice hotel that is clean, quiet, and safe. Nice location that is close to WSU, Pullman campus. An indoor swimming pool that kids love it. Good for family vacation to visit east Washington.
Every thing was great
N/A
The rooms are nicely designed and accommodating.
Great location to both Pullman and Moscow. The room was spacious, great bathroom/ makeup area design. The shower was only luke warm both mornings, that is my only complaint.
Property was clean. Good breakfast. Great overall.
Very convenient, on campus and close to dorms. Comfortable rooms and nice lobby/lounge.
BEST HOTEL FOR VISITING WAZZU
We were in Pullman for four days to visit the University and attend a conference. It was clean- restful and a great place to stay.
Campus visit
Had a campus tour for my son and stayed here for one night. Location, breakfast, staff were great. 2 queen beds with sofa bed suite was big enough for a family of 5 plus 2 dogs.
Bedding can use some updates. Breakfast area is a bit chaotic, but glad to see it’s not sugar loaded on waffles and scrambled eggs are not super salty. Though, items tend to run out and refill take some times.
The pool was disgusting. By the looks of it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The place was cleaned enough to be passable. Our 4th story room had no screen in the window! The other guest were super obnoxious. If you don't like being around people don't go to a hotel we're they stack everyone on top of everyone. The only thing that was good about our stay was the check in lady. The rest was all below average places. It is not a luxury hotel and not a family friendly place don't waste your money go somewhere else.
The room was exactly what we needed. We were sad that the hottub was not functioning and the pool water looked pretty murky.
From the outside, the hotel and rooms are beautiful! But when you look closer and stay in a room, it’s not as great as it seems. The ideas are fabulous—the follow through and craftsmanship are subpar. The shower head was terrible. We ran out of hot water two of the three mornings. The faucet in the kitchenette sprayed wildly. Like I said, fabulous ideas but not done well.
The hotel is in great location. The only downfall is in the shower in the bathroom is not very strong & not a lot of pressure, which caused the floor to be slippery as well - not a good a thing!
Very close to WSU's campus where we were attending an event. Breakfast had limited choices and most items weren't refilled as often as needed. Pool was closed when we were there which is one of the reasons we also chose this hotel. Overall a nice room and convenient and would stay here again.
Very friendly staff!
We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are well equipped with a small kitchen, there are sofas to relax in, a desk to work at if needed, and very comfortable beds. The continental breakfast is stellar, very yummy. There is a small gift shop with snacks and frozen meals if needed. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommended!
Did not like the small breakfast menu. Did not like that I had to leave key card in a slot to turn on lights in room. Did not like the extra parking fees and taxes added at check in and check out which was never mentioned at booking. Very small room. We liked the big pool and jacuzzi, but more towels are needed. Also the jacuzzi felt slimey, it needs to be thoroughly clean.
Clean, close proximity to WSU and convenient parking.
Great property always love it here
Good location quiet area, friendly staff
Perfect place to stay while supporting our Cougar wrestling team. Right next to the Rec.
Always dependable
All good
Really enjoyed the stay, room was bigger than expected and I loved having a mini kitchen with dishes and everything. Plenty of space, great breakfast in the morning. Property was clean and quiet. Only issue was the pool and hot tub needed attention. We used it late in the evening and someone earlier in the day (I'm assuming) had a lot of product on their skin which left a slimy residue on the surface of the water and yucky floaties in both. The hot tub was HOT which was really nice. Will definitely be back.
Great place to stay in area was quiet and very safe!! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!!
Staff was great. Pool was too cool and hot tub wasn’t working. That was a little disappointing
Very nice, clean property. The location was great for what we needed. Will be sure to stay again!
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Every time I go to Pullman this is where I stay! Love it! I just miss happy hour!
The pillows smelled used and sweaty. The linens smelled like sweat. The people above us made noise most of the night. We did not rest at all...
Other than it being difficult to get a room, it’s a really great place to stay close to the campus and within walking distance to Martin Stadium.
We really enjoyed our stay! A significant upgrade compared to the hotels in Moscow- there’s no comparison. Even though it’s a bit of a drive to the U of I, it’s worth it.
Very nice; a surprise charge for self parking, though
I love where is located, is quiet and comfortable
Great check-in, wonderful location .
Loved staying here. It was so comfortable and quiet. My son loved the pool and yummy breakfast.
Very nice
Able cook for my daughter at WSU fabulous
Super close to campus, free shuttle, breakfast was great.
Comfortable setting. Clean and at the top for amenities.
Move in
Our state was great as usual! All beds, great location, yummy breakfast!
This is the first time we stayed at a Residence Inn. Our overall experience was Execllent. I loved the fact that our room had a small kitchen that included a stove, refridgerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, utensils, pots, glasses, bowls, etc. The only dislike was housekeeping did not come daily to replenish our facial tissue, toilet tissue, and empty out the trash. Housekeeping could have been short staffed. I understand. Housekeeping is a difficult job, everyone does their best. However, the overall experience was wonderful. I would recommend and will definitely book here again.
Nice new Hotel
My first time staying here. Love the amenities in the room. Will be back.
The front desk staff, Rylee, went above and beyond to make me feel “Welcome!”
We came in for a wedding so we didn’t expect much. Not a destination to vacation.
Employees were kind and helpful.
Nice clean room, great breakfast, convenient location.
Brand new with a great location. We will be retuning her in August! Would highly recommend.
The room was very dirty and smelled bad. Everytime the ac was on, the air blew out stinky odor. Must be unclean vent and old smelly carpet. There were hair on the TV stand and on the bathroom floor. It was dusty on the counter top. The shower curtain had stains and mildew on it. It smelled really bad like moldy smell. There were crumbs on and inside the sofa bed. The mattress had pee stains on it. It was very gross. Horrible room.
Nice and clean facility; feels like new construction. Has gym and pool; convenient (5 min drive to most of WSU campus).
Great place - would return in the future.
Was very comfortable.
Room 401 had a hard time keeping the bedroom, livingroom, and bathroom all the same temp even with the bedroom and bathroom doors open.
Super friendly staff with a spotless room.
Good gym. Breakfast was OK, more limited offerings from others. Room was big and came with full fridge/freezer, microwave. Toilet didnt flush well, maybe clogged before we arrived.
Its peaceful and breakfast is good
The hotel was great. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were roomy and very clean. The only complaint we have is that the curtains in the room were clearly broken and "fixed" with several mis-matching curtains, not even the same length, and held up on a shower curtain. They did not really block the window well and I think they could have been properly repaired. The back door of the hotel was also not locked the whole time we were there, even though it has a keyed entry, but I think there were having system issues with their key pads. Other than that, the hotel was great.
Love it
Very clean and quiet
Clean, quiet and convenient. Staff very friendly and professional.

Room was nice and clean, but staffing was ok.
The room was nice and clean. The set up was also good. Staffing however wasn't too tentative. We weren't offer bottle water until I asked and I was giving 1 bottle, when we had 3 people staying there 2 nights. I would think with that price of hotel, we would each get a free bottle of water each night. We rented 1 king room with pullout for 3 people and was thinking the staff would help setting up the pullout, but nothing. We did it ourselves. I mean we could do it but the hotel would get 5 stars for little stuff like this. Hotel was also under renovation so there were hours of noise. I don't blame renovation but since there was some inconvenience for the guests, a little extra attention would made up the difference. Overall, not a major issue but just to say that service was literally just OK.
