The check in was done online so when we arrived, everything was ready. We didn't know about the $25 daily fee, which was a use it or lose it situation that was kind of forced. Meaning that if we didn't buy anything from the store we would loose the $25 per day, so we were pretty much force to buy something even if we didn't need or want it. Other thank that everything was great. The front desk staff were great and very friendly.

The place was nice and clean, but we had to ask for towels and sheets for for the sofa bed that was terrible you need to replace it with a thick foam mattress. Breakfast area was very crowded no place to sit.

I like how friendly and welcoming the staff was, they helped me get situated with my room, and informed me about everything that comes with my stay there. Most definitely would come back again on my next visit.

The overall experience was good. The 20-30 Minute check out time was unacceptable. Only one person on staff at front desk despite a long line she was helping multiple as well as unlocking the bathroom and other things which delayed everyone. They need to better staff the front desk with more and better trained people. Otherwise a good stay.

The attendant especially Annabelle she very entertaining and accommodating. She is full of energy. People loves to talk to her.

The staff and location made this stay feel incredibly warm and welcoming, almost like being at home. I especially want to highlight two wonderful ladies who truly reminded me of what genuine hospitality is all about. Naonie at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They both made my experience unforgettable and showed how hospitality should truly be.

Hace frío en las habitaciones terminadas en 10 y 11, está el motor del aa de la planta y no se puede desconectar. La nevera suena de noche. El personal de recepción muy amable!

Holy cow! I had sublime experiences in Mariott. Staffs and tourists are so kind to help me at any time when I was in trouble. My room and loundge are clean and luxurious. I felt comfy during my stay here. it turned to be memorable and unforgettable experiences! I highly recommend this hotel never fails. I like it this way selecting it for New York trip! overall, this hotel room fit the description. however, some of the microwave’s buttons did not work and the pull out bed was VERY VERY uncomfortable, mainly due to the extremely thin mattress. considering other pull out beds i’ve used through marriott in the past have been comfortable, this was disappointing; all it needs is a thicker mattress!!! overall we enjoyed our stay, but are glad it wasn’t for long due to the uncomfortable sofa bed.

Best stays in the city!

One of the best stays I’ve had in the city by far!! Rooms were spectacular, full size fridge microwave oven. Breakfast was great and For each night of stay we’d get an allowances to use for pre made of heated food that we can make ourselves and not Have to eat outside all the. Staff was professional and friendly and location was super convenient for public transportation

Everything was amazing, the location is very nice, close to very cool tourist sites, and the public transportation is very good.

Hotel is modern and generally clean and included breakfast is good (as is coffee, surprisingly). Less happy with hidden resort fee of $27 per day (make sure to use your "credit" on snacks in the lobby shop). Also disappointed our bedsheets had stains on them, and about having to come down to reception to get sheets for the sofa bed when our reservation was plainly for 3 persons. Staff are nice but stretched pretty thin here...nobody answered at reception on more than one occasion. All in all, disappointing for the money. Would check out other options next time.

Really comfortable perfect for a couples trip

I’ve stayed multiple times at residence inn but this one the room is much smaller. Also requested a king bed. Got a double. Room seems dated and needs updating. Included breakfast options were great. The fragrance at the lobby is overwhelming. Staff are all warm and friendly especially breakfast area.

Rooms were spacious and clean. A good value for downtown financial district area.

Perfect NY hotel!

The hotel was perfect! The price for all that we got was more than reasonable for a New York hotel. We had a nice corner room with great city views. The location of the hotel was convenient, the staff were all nice, the complimentary breakfast and daily room credit to the “hotel market” were a nice bonus and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a really nice hotel. Great free breakfast with fabulous coffee. Rooms were clean and in great condition. Plenty of storage for a long stay. Close to lots. Probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve been in in a while in the Mid-Atlantic. Defiantly plan to come back with my family here again.

The room was great and perfect for a one day trip in the city. Check in went smooth and the staff was very nice and helpful. Only comment I would make is that the room had all necessary kitchen supplies except for cups.

I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn. It was a short 5 min walk to WTC. We able to walk down to the Frerry and the metro station was close as well.

Nice hotel

Our favorite thing about this hotel is the location. Subway stop is right outside the door. It’s a five minute walk to the 9/11 memorial and museum. It’s also close to Battery Park and the Brooklyn Bridge.

The staff were extremely polite and made check in easy. We asked for extra sheets at check in and they were up in our room within 5 minutes of us getting in.

I read the reviews about this hotel and was excited to book this hotel. Appreciated the larger size of the rooom versus other similarly priced hotels in the area. Location is great. Easy to walk everywhere. Check in was easy and non-eventful. We had booked the executive studio becuase it was larger. However, when we got to the room and opened the blinds, there was practically no light and just a view of rooms across the narrow courtyard. If you left the blinds open, you stare into other rooms on your floor and nearby. Even at noon, the room seems dark because of the layout. No reviews that I read mentioned this. Would have loved to know that. Additionally, our bathroom sink did not drain properly the entire visit despite housekeeping coming in daily. Love most Residence Inn hotels, but will not stay at this one again.

EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT

WHEN I FIRST CHECKED IN THERE WERE SEVERAL ISSUES, BUT THE MANAGER BRIAN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIX EVERYTHING. THE PERKS THEY GIVE YOU FOR WITH RESORT FEE ARE BETTER THAN ANY PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME
