Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfasts. We also appreciate that the inn has the one bedroom option with a door between the bedroom and the living space/kitchenette. This is what we always look for when we travel. Thanks!

Amazing accomodations. Short stay but so nice. Lots of room, comfortable bed, perfect in every way. We will consider Marriot and Residence Inns before others in future stays.

Remarkable service

We had asked for a handicapped room, but none was available. When we checked in, we asked again, but no handicapped rooms were still available. Within a n hour of checking the night manager called us to tell us that she had reviewed the upcoming reservations and had made some ‘changes’ and had ‘found’ us a handicapped room for the entire length of our one week stay. Truly service beyond any expectation!

We had a pleasant stay at this location; however, a few minor issues arose that were beyond the control of the hotel staff. There were maintenance problems with the main elevator, which was fixed within 24 hours. Unfortunately, our vehicle was vandalized, and the hot water was out for a few days. The on-site manager was very helpful in relocating us to another nearby property. We understand that these unfortunate circumstances were beyond anyone's control, and we appreciate all the assistance we received to make things better, including the provision of additional points. Keep up the great customer service.

The property was nice and clean. The only negative thing is that the room was hot and never cooled off. The ac unit was working but for that size room it just couldn’t keep up

Great Stay!

Wonderful stay. Booked 1 night and decided to stay an extra night. Everything was clean and smelled clean (not like cleaners) even the elevator. All employees were kind, so helpful and dressed professionally. Our room was spacious and comfy. Plenty of hot water was very nice.

We had a very good stay. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, but my husband overheard two of the housekeeping staff arguing loudly in the hall while I was at breakfast. There is quite a bit of traffic on the street getting in and out of the parking lot, but I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was a very good stay.

The layout of the room was excellent and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel was well kept and clean and the property was maintained. I would stay here again.

I jave stayed here for business travel a handful of times now. The people who work at the front desk are always very friendly and accommodating. They even remembered me by name this last time that I was checking in! It really helped me feel comfortable while traveling away from home.

Everything was amazing except the breakfast it was cold and appeared uncooked.

The property was very old and outdated. Nothing really worked. Our key cards didn’t work when we first checked in and through out our stay we had to get them changed out three times. There was one lady that checked me in that was very nice and professional. But there was one guy that worked the overnight shift and I went down to ask for linen sheets for the pull out bed and he was sleep the entire time. I tried to wake him up several times and he half was woke up and then feel right back to sleep. I’m not sure if he had a medical condition or he was on drugs but he was very inebriated and out of it. I’m think he was on drugs. I paid over $400 for a three night stay and the WiFi never worked during the day and it barely worked at night. The tv was so old that the remote would barely work. The breakfast was very nasty and the food tasted awful and old like it had been there for months and it made my daughter stomach hurt after eating the food. The room was cleaned good when we got there we found mini bottles of alcohol from the last people that were there. We also had to pack all of our items to the room by hand because there were no trolley available because the were hidden behind the desk in the office. One of the rooms did not have a blow dryer and my daughter went to ask for one and the guy that was on drugs said he would get one and bring it to our room. We waited for 30 minutes and no one came. This by far the worst Marriott I have been to!!! months i

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times sadly it seems like it’s really getting worn out and the rooms on the top floor were super smelly like mold and bug spray I got moved to one time and the next room was just as bad and I really just didn’t have time to move around a whole bunch And figured it was just one night so I would deal with it

Needs updating

The room I was in was in much need of repair the sink in the bathroom was all cracked the cupboards were all chipped it was not like the first room I stayed in the first time.

Very friendly staff. Air conditioner was very loud tho so didn’t sleep well. Pillows were lumpy as well

Our stay was amazing from the start. We arrived in town early so we decided to go to our hotel. They had our room ready and checked us in early. The breakfast was health conscious and portioned right! Would definitely stay here in the future.

I always check for bugs under bed contour sheets. I'm sad to say I did find a bug at this location. The couch was clear, though! I grabbed an extra set of sheets from the front desk and slept on the couch.

The Inn was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue we had was a noisy icemaker. It was not enough of a problem. Had we been staying longer than one night, I would have mentioned it, but we are traveling and simply checked out quickly.

It's great location to stay! The only shortcomings I see are, the breakfast was good but repetitive (same breakfast for all days) and the shower was not good (low pressure/flow).

Never had clean towels had to reuse the same towels for 5 days. Every time I asked towels had to be washed. I’m confused whether it’s busy or not you are supposed to have enough towels to accommodate your guests

What a great property - and let me tell you why in 2 words: The Staff. Look, this isn't a 5 or 4 star property. It's older, a tiny bit dated, and clearly the cap-ex partners of this hotel chain hasn't spent a lot of money to upgrade a whole lot other than maintain. But the STAFF was OUTSTANDING. I wish they would work at the other hotels I stay around the US - they are CLEARLY 5 star and without them there, I would have scored lower. The breakfast was just fine, the rooms spacious and clean and my overall experience was good. We did have almost 36 hours of no water, which I don't blame the staff or the hotel for, but not being able to shower, flush the toilet, etc for that long was a problem - I had to grab water from the pool; but the staff was so darn accommodating, it was well worth staying there and I would stay there again. So to the team at Residence Inn, kudos, great job doing the best with what you had!

Affordable and good amenities

Great place to stay. Comfortable and roomy, staff was fantastic. My family was displaced because we had a plumbing leak that flooded our house. Staff went out of the way to help with our stay.

It was disappointing our rooms were not ready till after 5 o’clock upon arrival at 3;30pm.

I liked the room we had. I didnt like the breakfast, it could have had more options (meats,grits)

Worst customer experience ever! We have 1 year old twins, we called in advance to reserve 2 cribs (they have only 2 availablel). Front desk manager confirmed us the cribs will be reserved upon arrival. When we got t there, no cribs were available, and they just said there was nothing to do about it and they could offer 3-4 pillows instead, to „adapt“ the sofa bed for our babies. After looking for the pillows in the storage room, they did find 1 crib, but it was the size that fitted a newborn baby! I asked the manager to please look again for the other crib, but she just told me „no I‘m sure there isn‘t more“! Next day that I requested to clean my room, they told me they make it every other day, but that they will certainly do it at no charge. The lady even put some notes on the computer and, additionally I informed the cleaning lady and that the front desk will give her notice. To our surpise, we arrived that night, and the room wasn‘t made AT ALL! When I asked what happend, they simply told me that, because I requested so after 8am, they didn’t do it. Then I trully don’t know what the lady at the front desk was typing when I made my request and why didn’t they tell me about their policies. Last day we arrived to a breakfast w/bagels, waffles and yoghurt (no syrup , butter , spreadable cheese, nor toaster to warm the bagels). Front desk told us that the lady in charge of the breakfast didn’t show up, so “this is what you’ll get” No compensation offered & really bad attitude

Stay at this property for 3 days and had no problems at all. The breakfast was good and taste and the room was super clean and looked amazing. The provided great amenities in the room to make your stay easy and homey like. Definitely will be staying here again

Very pleasant and customer-centric staff.

Room was never cleaned when I called and asked for clean bed sheets was told to come to front desk to get them, no bedding or pillows provided for pull out bed. Laundry facilities smelled so horrible was afraid to use. No USB ports for chargers and toilet seat about to fall off.

The staff is exceptional. They are so attentive to their guests needs. My mother is 75 years old and is a recent amputee. She’s learning to adjust to her disability and the staff has been so helpful. We never have to ask for anything because they are so proactive. Great staff and great hotel. We thank you.

It’s okay!

It went pretty well until the roof leak on my last night there! At least they were able to move me easily. The maintenance on this hotel needs to be increased. The staff was amazing though, and very polite and helpful!

Great location; friendly staff; remodeling of lobby (new carpet) but otherwise very clean.

I didn't like that the room keys were not working properly. I had to insert my room key multiple times before the door would open. This location did not have a jacuzzi, some location do and do not. I skip the free breakfast because I am too picky for the food selection. It is a very plain selection of food. I was there for 2 weeks on work and overall it is a quiet location. Front desk staff was extremely kind to me.

I would have gave it an excellent review but there was a minor problem with the dishwasher leaking. They offered me another room but it was too inconvenient to move. Other than the leaking dishwasher everything was good!

Breakfast is the exact same virtually every day. No egg and meat choices. For five days in a row they made this egg and cheese topping with a meat "particle" on an English muffin. Gross! Do it occasionally but every day???

All the staff was kind. Jacob was great. He answered questions, provided feedback and was extremely kind.
