Excellent Customer Service

Overall, this is a nice facility with excellent customer service. Nice breakfast and coffee options and helpful front desk. However, the hotel is WORN. Baseboards are pulled away from walls or crudely attached, lots of marks on paint from use, shower door did not fully close. The condition was extremely disappointing, but the staff made up for it!

We arrived late/early morning and called in advance to make staff aware. Other than being on hold for 16 min, the staff were kind and courteous.

We’ve stayed in many hotels in this area and this is by far the best hotel out there. Clean from the front doors to the bathroom. Awesome staff and great breakfast. Will be back.

Amazing stay

The stay was amazing! The room was very clean & comfy! There was plenty space & a nice View of the city! The employees were nice especially Grabielle & the maintain a guy

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN Staff was very kind and super responsive. Bed was hard but thats my only complaint. Breakfast was hot with plenty of options.

Typical Residence Inn, which is a good thing! Marriott has done a good job of making this brand consistent from location to location. Only complaint is the coffee was awful, otherwise good.

Okay stay

We were on the second floor and the elevator was down. The bathroom door would not close. The back door to the rooms would not close which we felt that was not safe.

Did not enjoy or like this property. Not worth the money spent, close to $200. Tiles in bathroom moldy, bathroom sink not draining, and TV not working. There were instructions that did not work for the TV which implies the hotel knew there were issues with operating the TV.

It was just a passing through stop for us on the way home from vacation but it seemed more like part of our destination. Very nice rooms and very friendly service.

Great Stay

Amazing hotel, clean, quiet and great location

Worse stay I have ever had

The room was filthy! There was oil spots on the headboard from the guests before us, the hotel is pet friendly and there was dog pee in the corners of every room!!!!! It was disgusting! To top it off we didn’t even have hot water!!!!

Great hotel. Very clean. The room was huge. The continental breakfast was the worst I've ever had.

The room was clean, the furniture and kitchen supplies were well kept and serviceable. Plenty of usb charging ports and outlets were available. The bathroom door would not close due to damage from past flooding in the bathroom .

Great hotel! Really enjoyed our evening here, and great food options nearby!

Conveniently located

This was a pretty good hotel for the price range that it is In.

Room floor was sticky, the bathroom door was really hard to open and close because the door was getting stuck on the floor and my children couldn’t do on their own, room had kitchen that wasn’t very clean. I had to go to the front desk 4 times til the guy came up with me to unlock room because the key wouldn’t work. Breakfast was great they kept food out til the posted time and the woman was real nice.

Very nice property

The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and only 9 minutes from the event we were attending.

It was great. Highly recommend. Very clean, neat, and in order. Staff was very friendly as well. They have anything you might need.

The hotel is newer and located in a good area off the interstate. I was lost and called for directions and the front desk clerk could not direct me, instead a visitor in the background helped. My deadbolt wouldn’t work and the overnight front desk guy came up after midnight and helped. Shower had hair and particles, so not totally clean. My water did not get warm in the shower, so I had to take cold showers. The breaker kept tripping and my lights would just go out without warning and I would have to open the breaker box to flip the switch for lights. The kitchen appeared to be wiped down, but not clean to my liking. The bed was made in a hurry because the bed skirt was crooked on one side and dragging the floor. I had a phone on the desk but not one on the nightstand. A travel mate had a friend phone on the desk and nightstand. There was hair in the bath towels, so I used my disposable wash cloths and bath towels. Those were the quirks that I did not like. I also realized that I was charged $4.22 per day to park in the hotel parking lot. I’ve never had that happen at a hotel. Overall, it was a decent stay, but could have been better. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Also, the AC is not on in hallways or elevators, so it was pretty hot and humid with it being 90 outside. Thank you.

Good for a quick stay

It was clean-ish. Little things that just kind of gave me the ick. The light in the bathroom had a ton of dust or whatever all around it. There was a strong sewer odor throughout the room. The table tops weren’t wiped down, it was obvious. The bathroom floor was also not very clean. Lots of dust and even hair on the floor.

Failed a.c.

The AC unit showed 78°F. in the room when we checked in that afternoon. I turned it to 68° F. and it said AC was on but when we checked out the next day it was only down to 79° F. I had called front desk initially & was told to "Give it time to cool."

The A/C did not feel like it was on In corridors or elevators. Sewer smell. Breakfast was not good

Overall experience

The Bed was awfully uncomfortable. Breakfast was not appetizing and choices were limited. Lobby bathroom was dirty.

We only stayed 1 night.. the only complaint that I have is that upon arrival I had to wait about 10 minutes to check in because there was no one at the desk.. there was a couple ahead of me and I don’t know how long they had been there before I came in

Friendly & prompt staff, even when the initial room we got appeared to be not cleaned or made, they quickly made a switch to another room that was ready to go and very comfortable

Will not go back!! The service was just OKAY. The room was not very clean. The rooms are not worth the price.

My room wasn't very clean - trash and hairs in the bathroom with lots of grime around the toilet. Discovered there were no bath towels when I got out of the shower, only hand towels. Refrigerator still had leftovers in it from previous guests. Basically looked like housekeeping made the bed and only lightly spot cleaned the rest of the room - very disappointing.

Weekend stay

2 night stay. Had a good experience with the room and pool. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Pool was clean and warm . Nice outdoor fireplace and area. The only thing that was not above par was the breakfast. No gravy for the biscuits. Sausage patties were so over cooked both mornings that you could not chewy it. Disappointed on the breakfast . Maybe a new cook? Or maybe needs a new cook.

Room was dirty with hair in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen needs attention. Scratches on cabinets.

It’s a Residence Inn. The fridge worked. The bed was comfy. The internet was adequate. It had decent coffee. Expedia should tell you there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee up front. If I had known, I might have booked a different property.

Mold growing in shower. Trash from previous occupant left in room. Dishes in cabinet were dirty. Air conditioner "clicked" every 5-10 seconds all night long. TV volume is restricted, I had to turn on subtitles to watch. Beware - there is a $2.50 fee for self-parking in their uncovered, unrestricted parking lot.

Good location. The front desk lady was very unfriendly. She was having a personal phone call and talking about her toxic ex boyfriend. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience to her and was bothering her at check in. She was rude and not accommodating. When I would walk past front desk she would just glare at me. It was odd considering this is a Marriott and not a motel 6. My room clearly needed repairs, there were tears in my sheets and didn't seem to have been cleaned all the way. It just wasn't what I was expecting from a Marriott.

Holiday Week-end Getaway

Our stay was exceptional. The room was clean and very comfortable. The stay was quiet, the breakfast was very tasty. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. We will definitely stay here again for another weekend get-away.

Only thing we disliked was the TV. Other than that it was the best.

Water in the sink would take a very long time to drain. The flush tank was taking hrs to refill every time one flushes the toilet!!

Awesome hotel awesome stay

Stayed for one night and you do not even have to use your car to go eat as there is several options within the parking area. They have limited amount of pillows for the pull out sleeper so request them early. Also check the shower to make sure they refilled the shower items to avoid the late night call.

Weekend stay

Stayed here for a weekend trip. The hotel is well situated near several restaurants and fast food places. They also had a decent breakfast selection. The hotel is also very close to Target. Now the not so great- Upon check I asked for a new comforter and was told they didn’t have any available at the moment. When I got to the room I realized that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned- dirty toilet, and the shower glass had a film on it. Also the shower had a pink film(bacteria) that shows up in moist areas. No one came in and cleaned the room- maybe this was in the fine print, but this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. Needed additional towels and was told they were in the dryer and it would be another hour. I called back to see if they could bring them and was asked to come down and get them.

Nice hotel

there were only 4 local tv channels...poor selection. wi-fi accommodated one outlet...there were two of us.

It was a very expensive stay. It is not a luxury experience. The hotel is under construction. The pictures do not represent what is there. The pool was closed. Parts of the hotel were dirty. The bed was hard. The breakfast was sad. I’ve had better breakfasts @ super 8. There was not a good variety. The quality of the food was not good. The sausage they prepared was freezer burnt and should’ve been thrown away. When I went to check out the man who was at the counter was very dismissive and did not answer my question. They require a second nonrefundable deposit for pets which is fine. The charge that was placed on my credit card did not match the charge that was represented in their paperwork. It’s advertised and written as $100 nonrefundable deposit. They charged a $120 for the second deposit. Desk clerk did not wanna answer my questions. I will not be back and I encourage everyone to save their money and stay somewhere else.

Nice place.

Don’t be fooled. The exterior and grounds are wonderful BUT the interior is a disaster. I wish I had known the entire hotel is under interior construction. I am not even confident that the room I was put in for the night was even completed. The tv is permanently mounted in a way you can only watch from the bed even though the room has a living room. The cleanliness was terrible at best and whomever is managing the “updating” of the interior is totally missing the mark. Paint overspray is everywhere! The construction dirt and dust and drywall dust is in everything. I could go on and on but I’ll stop here. I hope this helps someone else before booking here.

The hotel third floor maybe others are under construction. Hallways a mess & no AC in hallway. Breakfast was terrible & could cause foodborne illness do to the way the hot food is served. Single wrapped sandwiches lukewarm in chafing dishes.pool locked till 10am. I swim in early morning.

Wasn't a whole lot to like at all- I will never stay here again!; the coffee maker in the room didn't work at all... bed was very flat and uncomfortable and no air in the hallways and housekeeping wouldn't give me new towels. i had to ding dong them constantly and even then they never came to the room

Under Construction

The hotel is under construction which is not mentioned anywhere when reviewing description. The lobby has been gussied up, but the rooms have not. Breakfast is served in a conference room and plastic is hanging in the lobby. The hotel was hot. Doors on rooms currently being remodeled were left open. Trash bags left in the hallway. The last straw was the blood all over the pull out mattress on the sofa in our room. It was bad. We didn’t feel comfortable staying the night and got a refund on the room. Oh, and don’t expect a discount on your room since the building is under construction. Very overpriced for what you get.

Most Residence Inns that I stay inn are quite nice and accommodating. This one was under remodel and I understood the mess. The room was subpar compared to recent stays at other locations. The room smelt musty, the couch in particular. The TV channels did match up with the channel guide. The remote did not have a back on it (petty, I know but just shows the attention to detail is lacking). The TV was slow to respond to the remote. Then I get a bill that shows I am charged a parking fee.

Wonderful service. The room was clean and more space then the pictures show. The breakfast was wonderful. A wonderful place to just relax after a long travel.

They charged me for parking!!! Really? PARKING? How did they even know I had a car? For all they know, I could have had a taxi from the airport! That is GARBAGE!!!

nice place for the buck

Great location and very modern room accommodations. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is beginning to show its age.The room was not very clean when we arrived Sunday night, there was no toilet paper, no shampoo but 2 containers of conditioner instead, and only one bar of soap that we had to switch back-and-forth from the sink to the shower. Also the room phone was not plugged in so we even had trouble calling the front desk to request toilet paper. We did request and receive a cleaning on Monday morning, but then we didn't receive any more room service before we left 5 days later.

From check in to check out it was a great stay! Staff was always nice! Room was clean! All they need is a got tub!

The walls were dirty, the shower had mold in it, and apparently there was an animal that was in the room as it appeared to be animal food between the refrigerator and cabinet. This was the third time we have stayed at this property and I am surprised to find it in the type of condition.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a lot of amenities. Location was absolutely perfect. Look forward to staying again.

Comfortable bed

Hotel is under construction. First room offered was 112, on first floor, completely under construction and smelled of strong cooking spices. Room was not clean. Front desk changed room to 5th floor. Much better location and cleaner room
