Coffee maker was dirty and had grounds/filter in it. Pool was closed and wasn't told beforehand or when I checked in. Piles of sticks around property that need to be hauled off. Staff was great and the breakfast is good.
Great stay
Great place
Great family suite. Beds were extremely comfortable. Toilets are very low with no grab bar to help elderly up.
The room was nice. It didn’t cool well so it was hard to sleep.
It fit our needs
Razorback Weekend Stay
Hotel was great! We came down to Fayetteville for a Razorback game and just needed a place to stay for the night and this place didn’t disappoint. It was about 10-15 min drive to the stadium, the room was clean the only down side is the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on long enough to cool the room down. We kept hearing a clicking noise between the bathroom and the living room area through out the stay but nothing that was a big deal…. Besides that the check in and checkout process was very simple and the free breakfast wasn’t bad. I would definitely come back if we come for another weekend stay!!
The front desk clerk was amazing.
The property was not well taken care of. It looked like repairs were started but finished or just never started. I wasn’t impressed with the staff. We called to get extra linen for the pull out sofa bed and were told we could come pick them up. Just not impressed.
Our stay and rooms were fine, however, we booked through hotels.com and there were problems we needed to address. We booked 3 rooms with king beds and 2 of the rooms did not have king beds. Also we paid $1,235.31 when we booked the rooms and our receipts from the hotel were $955.68 so we are trying to find out why the difference. The hotel was fine, our booking not so much. You are trying to get ahold of the hotel to resolve, so, we will see.
The gal who checked us in was very sweet!
All good except for wawky toilet.
Front staff was very helpful at check in
Good place
Pool is closed indefinitely. Aside from that, we were very pleased with our stay. Rooms were clean, and fhey had the 2 bedroom, 2 gull bathroom suite options.
Water stains everywhere in room, bathtub took over an hour to drain after shower, one remote for three TVs, breakfast was lacking, coffee was worse.
There were homeless people everywhere. Bad area!
Great property. Clean, helpful staff. Dog friendly. Would have been happier if Dog fee was less than $75.
Great stay
Great stay! No issues with anything. Breakfast was typical, fitness center was great for out treadmill use. Pretty clean and comfortable room.
Our bathroom sink was cracked and broken, the drain was black ringed and disgusting. The only coffee was decaf and the front desk had no coffee but we were told it would be available in the breakfast area from 7am-10am. What about the early risers that want coffee at 6? A frozen ice cream cone was $5 dollars!!! Are you kidding me?!
Our room smelled extremely musky/moldy. Facility needs major updating. Parking was very difficult. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Good location to get events. Good pricing on room accommodation. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms.
Mike at the front desk was awesome ! However after our first night we could not get the AC to cool our room down, we called the front desk repeatedly but couldn't get anyone to pick up and went down there and no one was there. I know places are having trouble getting help. Our room was really warm so we thought we would go to the indoor pool but all the windows were open all around the pool , it was awful so we decided the pool wouldn't be any better. The room was wonderful other than the AC.
Basketball court outside our window, really?
Everything was great, room, service, breakfast, except we were woken up two nights in a row with people playing basketball at 10pm and midnight. Very frustrating. It would have been perfect if not for that.
My room was on the 2nd floor and faced the basketball court as well as the sitting area. It was extremely noisy and when I asked the front about the noise they were very unhelpful.
Great atay
Clean room great hospitality very friendly .Will diffently aray there again
Employees were very courteous but the hallways and the rooms smell bad. Needs deep cleaning!
Great customer service!
It was conveniently located and easy to find. There was no ice bucket in our room and the kitchen area was poorly lighted, very dark. Our bathroom floor had not been mopped previous to our stay. The beds were comfortable though and it was an overall pleasant stay.
Great for Family Fun
The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. The extras such as basketball, mini golf, and the outdoor patio were definitely enjoyed by our family.
Clean, comfortable rooms, and good location
I liked the room as a whole it was nice. I reserved a king bed but actually got a queen.
Room was clean and roomy. We brought our little 4 lb dog she was also very comfortable.
Disappointing
Disappointing
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The room was very nice and clean. We stayed 3 days. The staff was very sweet. The kitchen area was stocked with everything you would need. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The rooms were nice but the property is showing its age.
Service w/ a Smile!
Our stay was amazing! The staff was great and very accommodating. Facility was clean and very nicely updated. We had several rooms booked. We were able to cook our food and eat thanksgiving dinner together in the lobby. Some rooms even have ovens for baking. Residence Inn is now our favorite hotel in NWA. We will definitely stay again.
Our stay was nice and the first time in Springdale...our child goes to the University of Arkansas so will be making that trek for the next four years!
Not bad
Air conditioning was extremely loud Nice room and staff
It was great
This hotel was really nice and clean. I loved the indoor pool and basketball court. However, the staff was limited. No one stayed at the front desk, which made it hard to get in contact with someone.
Recruiting trip.
Somewhat disappointed. Since we were late checking, we were assigned a handicap room. Didn’t even ask if that was okay, just assigned it to us. Once in the room and realized what had happened, I returned to the front desk highly upset. I’ll give the night manager credit, he made it right as best he could. The guy was top notch. Considering he was dealing with broken AC’s, broken ice machines & short staff, he kept his cool. The guy needs to be commended. Still disappointed in Marriott for letting their properties falter, but I am seeing that across the travel industry as the business rebounds. They are just not ready. Really a shame.
I didn’t get to experience this hotel much as I checked out right after checking in due to the window not locking. This wouldn’t be a huge issue if I wasn’t on the ground floor. I notified the front desk and checked out. They were nice enough to refund me.
Everything was great. Super friendly staff and very clean
I called and asked could I get a room with just a shower and the person I talked said yes we got some available and I’ll put you down for one I got there he said we have none available and if you want I’ll cancel your reservation who wants to find another hotel at the last minute also I told them the shower wasn’t draining good all I was told was ok
Bad stay
Well I pay for queen size bed but the room you guys put me my family was a full size bed which is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and We can’t even hang up Sunday dresses the bathroom got only 2 rolls of toilet paper Which is VERY BAD for a $148 per night!!!!!!Last couple’s weeks I stay at comfort suites in Rogers and many other hotels I’ve never seen a broken hanger rail or a 2 pieces of toilet paper and EXACTLY DIFFERENT ROOM FROM WHAT I PAY FOR.I KNOW you you guys set the room for me because I’m a MARSHALLESE but you guys know what business is not about where your customers from it is ALL ABOUT THEIR MONEY THAT THEY SPENT FOR your company!!you guys SHOULD DO BETTER THAN THAT.
The room that was pictured on Expedia was not available anywhere in the hotel. In the picture on Expedia, there was a short hallway with a bedroom that had two beds in it. In the picture, in the main room, there was also a fold-out couch. In the hotel, there was only a fold-out couch and a bedroom with ONE bed in it. I went back to the desk and they assured me that there were no rooms like that anywhere in the hotel. For that matter, I am looking at the picture of the kitchen table right next to where I am typing this review. In the picture, the table has four chairs. In the hotel, this table had only two chairs. It all felt like bait and switch, but I don't know if it was Expedia or the hotel who did that.
Very Clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!!
Nice quiet spot. Walking distance to dining options. Food delivery options as well. Staff was super helpful and polite. Breakfast was still under COVID restrictions so pre-packaged food, but no worries. Waffle House across the street. Doordash etc. available as well. Nice bid bbq/fire pit area and little golf and basketball area for kiddos. Indoor pool you can reserve for your party (during COVID). Will definitely stay here again. Also pet friendly
Nice hotel, good price. Good service. Would recommend.
Cleanliness. Room was a good size for my family and me.
I felt the price was amazing for what we received. The room wa nice and clean. Had free cable with a nice big bed and shower
Very convenient, and spacious for our group of five.
It was ok, could have gotten same quality for less at a different hotel.
will definitely stay again!!
Stayed for 3 nights. Arrived 6am from a long drive from California and the front desk gentleman (I forgot his name as I was deliriously tired) waived our first night!! That was awesome of him!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Due to the pandemic, no breakfast buffet but just a grab and go breakfast selection ( yogurt, pastries, fruits, cereals, juices and coffee). Indoor Pool seems nice and warm but didn’t have to swim in it, kitchen was great for what I used it for... we were visiting our daughter who’s attending school at university of Arkansas. Our 2 sons were with us and they slept on a sofa bed. The 1 bedroom suite is spacious but wished they have a suite that has 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms.
Very comfortable and unique and staff was friendly
Entire floor under renovation
We've stayed at this location many times over the past decade and it was our favorite until this trip. The entire hotel was under renovation. No carpet anywhere except the room. Check-in counter covered in dust which you breathed as soon as you stepped in anywhere in the hotel. Had to step over construction materials left in the hallways (very unsafe in event of emergency). No breakfast except 3 boxes of donuts. No online pre-notification of the construction and the price was not significantly discounted from normal. In the room, no light bulb oven stovetop, no light in microwave, refrigerator leaked water onto the slick floor when ice maker was turned on (by me), studio bedroom door would not latch, had to move eating table as the fold out sofa bed would hit the table, AC mechanical closet unlocked in room (unsafe for children), a small hole in the room's ceiling remained where the prior light fixture had been removed and, finally, red blinking light on phone returned even after the clerk turned it off shortly after our arrival. I took several pictures of the many issues but I won't post them. I'd gladly share them with Hotels.com customer service. This hotel should have planned to renovate sections at a time, not removing all carpet at once, leaving sticky floors or only carpet padding. Guests should not have to step over stacks of construction debris and dodge rolls of carpet, cans of carpet glue, discarded drinks/food and other materials
Ok stay
Remodeling underway everywhere, except room. Exterior entrance/exit to our area of hotel was very crowded with materials, tools, etc. narrow pathway only. Outside door had cord which we put inside entrance hallway but door did not still lock. I finally got through to the office and the exterior door finally got locked.
It was in the middle of a renovation. Furniture in the hallway and many rooms were unavailable
Kitchen, bed and almost everythng in the room. Basketball court and pool.
not bad
Hotel was great, the customers on the floor above us kept us awake until about 4am running and jumping around. The hotel needs thicker pillows.
Everyone was very nice & professional. Room was very nice & clean. Only thing could have more parking.
Had two issues when we checked in--temp of room and phone not working and they took care of them right a way.
great stay
Was very impressed with the room, nice and clean, large - with all the kitchen needs
Great way to dpend the weekend
Clean, large accommodations, with all the amenities provided if you choose to use them. Excellent location, close to an intersection of a major highwsy and bypass.
The staff were friendly and so very helpful during our stay! Clean facilities and the room had plenty of space for myself, my three children and my mother! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Northwest Arkansas!
Great Stay
We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with a teenager and a teenager and 2 eleven year olds. We had plenty of room and the sofa bed was roomy for the 2 younger children. The hotel is very clean and staff was very helpful, even arriving almost at midnight. Breakfast has plenty of choices for adults and children. Would definitely stay again!
The service was very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious.
All went pretty well. An RI is usually a very good choice. In our suite, some of the living room furniture was marred and tired. The house keeping missed us one day. And the hallway carpet near us (and overall look there) needed updating.
I enjoyed the fact this property does have a kitchen in the rooms with a full size fridge. That was great for drinks and snacks. The part I didn't like was while we where there they closed the spa down. They said it wasn't heating; when we told the staff it was. He then told us he would call maintenance and come in and tell us if it could be used. He never did we waited in the pool area and then I went to ask. He then told me that due to issues such as chemicals and heating they where not letting anyone in it and someone would be there Monday to look at it. I was disappointed but left the area. Later that night there was people in the spa and when we asked about it. I was told that nothing was wrong with the spa and that as long as it was warm people could use it. I was left under the impression the first guys had no idea what he was talking about. For as much as we pay for 2 nights the amenities such as pool and spa is a big deal.
Basketball goal & putting green were great. Breakfast was good.
This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was one of the better "hotel continental" breakfasts I've had (replenished frequently, clean, and good selection of food and drink items), and the location is very convenient to I-49.
A++!
Very nice place with exceptionally friendly people. Highly recommend!
Great hotel! Will definitely stay here again on our yearly visit.
The rooms were fairly small and there was a lot of light coming through the windows and below the door.. great location though
Nice hotel in a clean area easy to get too. Pool was clean
Nice and clean hotel. Great experience
Nice room only thing is it has a small bathroom counter.
Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
We went to Fayetteville to visit U of Arkansas. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the campus and to Fayetteville downtown square, so it's very convenient. We reserved a two bedroom and two bathroom suite. Each bedroom has a double bed plus a sofa bed in the living room. It was spacious for 5 of us. I do wish they have a king size bed to make it a little more comfortable. The room is clean, but it can us some minor updates such the carpet. Breakfast is conventional and no complaint there. We used the gym with the treadmills, and there is a small basketball court in the courtyard, which was great for our kids.
Not bad
The hotel was close to our event and our party of 5 found the 2br suite to be plenty of room. The room featured a kitchenette with full oven but no pans to bake on. The sofa sleeper upholstery looked dingy and was not very comfortable. The actual beds were quite comfortable. Everything was clean but some areas are showing age. I would stay again but the hotel did not stand out as exceptional.
Nice stay in Springdale
Clean, comfortable, and lots of amenities.
Very nice hotel
In room coffee: comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay
Great
Great place and feels very homey. I like the fact that it has kitchen appliances so you can buy your own groceries and cook. Don’t have to eat out all the time. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
It was the absolute best. Joe was so helpful and nice
Pleased
It was great. The kids loved the pool and basketball goal. Room was extremely nice. We had plenty of room. There are six of us and most times it is pretty crowded. This 2 bedroom suite was so nice. I also highly recomment the Marketplace Grill next door!
Dated but spacious.
The hotel is well ran but is dated for a Marriott. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet and close to the interstate. The room has mismatch everything as if they were taking the working items and decor from rooms to keep from updating. That was my only complaint. I would stay again as the room felt like a good value for all it had.
Stay was great
The stay was great. I enjoyed having the option to eat breakfast from the hotel or do it myself in my room with the stove top and refrigerator
Great Hotel close to Fayetteville
Very nice hotel. Enjoyed having two separate bedrooms and the sleep out sofa. Only problem was room has a stench of body odor in it that everyone smelled every time we reentered the room.
Great Facility
Great staff coupled with excellent room made for two very good days in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.
Short Stay
As always when I stay here it was an amazing experience. Rooms were clean comfortable and stocked with our every need. All staff was friendly and helpful.
Game weekend stay.
Our stay exceeded our expectations. Room was a Studio suite with a full kitchen. The full size refrigerator even had an ice maker in it. Room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and front desk was very friendly. Most hotels in the area inflate their rates during game week but this one didn't appear to do this so we considered it a great value.
Great hotel
Great! Wish breakfast started a little earlier. We were unable to have breakfast due to early departure prior to 7am.
Extremely nice people!
I was forced to book a hotel this night because the hotel I had originally booked was nasty and the clerk was not at all helpful. As luck would have it, I was not able to stay at this hotel because hotels.com overbooked them. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, finding me a room at a different hotel. It may be policy, but I felt she went over and above what she was required to do. Next time I'm in the area overnight, I will choose this hotel FIRST!
Conveniently located to my meeting
Getting a little aged, could use a little facelift
Great hotel, quiet yet close to everything.
Quick and easy check in and check out. Great room with plenty of room. We like the quiet location and easy access to the main highway.
Nice suite!
We always enjoy our stays at Residence Inns. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Okay property, but with many maintenance issues.
Okay property, although definitely older. In our room alone, one of the televisions, ice maker, and light over the stove all did not work. Breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. Stayed here while attending a volleyball tournament and chose it specifically because it advertised a hot tub, which would nice to soak sore muscles in. Hot tub was taped off with caution tape. When we asked the front desk clerk when it would be fixed, he said "not while you are here. It has been like this for several weeks, but management won't get someone in here to repair it." I would definitely ask for a room on the "non-freeway" side, as those are not as noisy. Probably would not stay here again since there seemed to be so many things in need of maintenance. Staff, however, was excellent, welcoming, and seemed to WANT to make things better, just really couldn't!
Not so great
The room had a mildew smell. The bedding was really low quality. The coffee maker did not work and it took 30 minutes to get housekeeping to bring one and when they did show up they tried to just hand it to me in the door way instead of taking the broken one and setting up the new one. I will not stay here again.
Property is a little worn but a good night. We rented two rooms.
Overnight with the family
room was pretty hot, a/c wouldn't get the temp below 75 - called front desk twice, got voice mail each time - no response to the heat issue. Only one TV remote for one bedroom and living room. Otherwise laundry facilities were good, location excellent and room was clean and spacious

Great Family stay option
Easy check in. Great breakfast options and clean room. Would return
